I'm much more a Popeyes fan, but Nashville hot chicken strips were tasty and the cashier was amazing with her customer service.

Havent been to this KFC in a bit. Picked up dinner for two households quickly and had very friendly service.

The chicken was so good and tender, taste like true southern soul food should be! Will definitely be coming back tomorrow!

This KFC is located on Camino Real but it's so difficult to get in without traffic getting in the way. The KFC has really good coleslaw.

Best KFC in Santa Barbara county. Gotta drive all the way here for the cleanest KFC around.

This place is rather small but the food was good.

KFC as you would expect. Not a large location and parking can be challenging at times but the food is good and the place is clean. Staff have always been friendly whenever I have gone.

The staffs were friendly enough and the service was fast. It's pretty much what I would expect from a KFC: a hearty and filling fast food dinner.

Great service and decent food. Chicken was hot and very freshly made and quite good . Sides were so so .

Food is fine, they don't participate in any national deals. Everything is more expensive than any other KFC I have been to.

It's very small inside. But nice employees. It was fast moving people ate and left right away.

The chicken is smaller than I thought and the bathroom is outside the store. But overall it tasted pretty good.

It isn't a good choice even at a standard of fast food.

11:50 AM and the extra crispy chicken didn't taste fresh. It had been in the warmer for a while, or it was reheated.

Food is good for what it is, staff is good, but they changed dining room a year ago and I don't like the diminished seating, so I do not go ther that often for lunch anymore.;

Not one of the better franchise locations. Small, messy. Chicken was not hot.

Chicken was OK- but the customer service was poor and they don't answer their phone- so don't bother trying to call in advance. Could be hit an miss.

I have it 2 stars bc its not a full store. Its a micro KFC. This means VERY limited menu, yet they charge regular store prices. If u want only the very basics, u will b fine here. No grilled chicken, no extras. Also, NO DRIVE THRU. *Just a heads up for the travelers who like/frequent fast food chains*: Southern Santa Barbara Co. has limited fast food chains & locations. And, 4 some reason that I cant get a str8 answer 4, DOES NOT ALLOW abt 3/4 (conservative estimate) of the more popular fast food chain restaurants to have drive thrus. Imagine Taco Bell & McDonalds with NO drive thru. I have seen 0 Taco Bells w a drive thru & only 2 McDs, on in each city q a drive thru. Taco Bell is the pinnacle drive thru fast food chain. Furthermore, NO Burger King AT ALL n the Goleta/Santa Barbara area. I guess its the seaside city, tourist dollar logic. I dont even know where the FULL KFC in the area is, if there is one. I couldnt find it, so I dont know what full KFC that the Goleta micro KFC gets the food delivered from.

I love the food... but once again I ordered delivery and did not get over half my food. Though I got a refund from the delivery service, it didn’t feed my other family that ordered.. I would have rather had the food...NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I ordered a bucket of legs and thighs. The legs were so small it would maybe feed a small child. It’s not inexpensive it’s pretty expensive. Very disappointed.

Straight to the point... i have had better service at the DMV. The workers were rude and unhelpful after making a number of mistakes on a simple order. I will not be going back.

They messed up my Uber eats order so I had to drive all the way back to return the food and ask for a new order to replace it. They refused to do the right thing and do so. Management needs work.

Lousy Job, it wasn’t even busy, they said the order was ready to go, but they forgot to put sauces that were requested I reminded them and also forgot to provide the drinks requested. When I called back the person instead of apologizing, he chose to lie and said it was on the counter.. that’s what one star is for.

And when we asked to speak to the management they were rude and informed us that there was nothing they could do about it. Well there is something i can do.. two things in fact, inform the public its not worth the money to go there and not go back.

Went to get lunch today for my co workers and me. Ordered the 12 meal...they did not have 3 wings at 11:55 to fill my order.The girl manager asked me if i wanted 3 more legs, i said no thanks ! I really do not care for them... Asked if i could 1 breast or 2 thighs? i thought i was being reasonable...The girl manager said no, because those are big pieces.... like it was my fault they were out of wings at 11:55... She was rude and unprofessional !!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Then i took a good look around, at 12:10 lunch time for a lot of us.... there were only a couple of customers in there... go figure!!! My co worker needed the rest room, she asked for the key ...walked in...and ran out!!! She said it was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! maybe the owners should reevaluate the MANAGER!!! Before you have no more customers.... We will not be back!!!! so keep up the great attitude!!! and the clean bathroom....I cant believe this manager has been there for 3 years, and you have any customers at all....
