I like sonic. Whether it’s the one in Acton or the one on Highway 377 in Granbury. This is regarding the one on Highway 377. Here are the reasons I’m giving it four stars instead of five stars. First, I’m not a fan of the new french fries. I wish sonic is a hole would go back to the old ones. The service was good but the screen at the drive up was not working so I wasn’t able to pay at the drive up and I wasn’t able to give the hard-working young lady a tip. When they have to take your payment inside, I was told there’s no way to put a tip on there. I like their food and I like their drinks. Just not a 100% fan of the new french fries and they definitely need to get the drive up screens working so that payment is easier and we can tip these hard-working people.

I like the atmosphere and vibe of the place, especially at night. Cool time to visit and feels refreshing almost. Price of food is a bit more expensive than average and with this place having many specialty drinks, that's what really makes those prices go up. About 14 dollars per adult person though there are cheap menu items to choose from. Quality of food: burgers and fries (basic fast food items) are sub par and I may have to say McDonald's is better in that regard but Sonic also offers chili dogs, specialty shakes, specialty sodas and slurpees as well as pretzels with melted cheese sauce. The soft pretzels are pretty good. It's a good drink spot, not a great coffee spot, not a great dinner spot, but it's cool to hang out at. For a fast food spot, it's fairly unique and that individuality makes it a little better in my opinion. There is dine in, but I like the atmosphere of the lot better and going in to order isn't necessary when there are stalls to sit and dine in the car. If dining in the car isn't your style however, dine in is an option. To go is also available at the drive in. Service has never been bad. Everyone who has served us were nice, accommodating, and overall made the experience even better. They had decent enthusiasm I'd say. The one thing that makes the rating go down however and that is that their ordering booths are outdated and you pretty much have to yell into the microphone to order because they cannot hear you at all at normal drive through volume... That's the main thing haha. At night it's never crowded really though so it's nice to go then.

Guys their corn dogs became DISGUSTING so don't get that anymore. Omg one time they didn't melt my cheese on my hot dog ... like bru other than that yum

Twisty pretzel was very good. Sweet tea Very good. Also ordered two corn dogs and they were barely warm. Try to eat them that way. Not good.

Our SuperSonic Burrito wasn't so SuperSonic, Unfortunately! 😞 But our Car Hop was GREAT! 😎

Ordering a medium sonic blast with butterfingers and oreo and wiped cream and a medium chocolate shake with oreo and butterfinger was extremely complicated and we ordered it twice now once on the app and once from the speaker stall and both times it was to confusing for them to understand and get our order correct.

I ordered a kids cheeseburger and a shake. The burger was served COLD ! Shake was good. Do better!

Served old chicken bites they just tossed in sauce. Fries were cold/old (got tossed in trash). You could taste the grease....which needs to be changed. Slush was good.....that's about it

When did Sonic start charging for replacing Ranch for Marinara Sauce? They Don't!! Granbury Sonic has now done this to me 2 x. Adding 50 □cents to my bill. Ummmm no that's not cool. I never asked for additional I simply request Ranch instead. Yet they wanna charge me 50 cents for my preference. Get real !!

This place sucks. From the broken screens, the reheated food they serve from the night before. Cold food, cold "hot" coffee, stale bread, non functional drive ins. This place blows. The kids dont care because the managers and owners dont care. 23 dollars spent on stale bread, burger patties cooked the night before. This place.doesnt desrve our communities business.

I ordered a drink from the mobile app and before i left I took a drink and it had a funny flavor to it and I asked if I could get it switched and was told no and to call the number on the receipt, I call the number just for the lady to tell me why they couldn't just give me a different drink!!!!!! Idk what was so hard to swap it out because of the bad flavor 😩 I am never going back to sonic because of this.

Recently i ordered 2 burgers from sonic for lunch. When I got home, one of the burgers wasn't even a burger. It looks like it had been dropped or torn. Apart and was burnt and they still put it on the button and expected us to, you know, eat it. Not impressed with the quality of food.

Food was horrible! Tasted like old grease and like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours! I ordered the chicken tender dinner with French fries. I received tater tots instead, no gravy, no other dipping sauce.
