This is twice I have ordered and been disappointed. My pizza was ice cold. Took over an hour. Last time I was told my next order would be at half price. Of course that was not happening. Guess I will get pizza elsewhere. The driver apparently took the scenic route. From the store to my house is 1.7 miles, take 377 to 144, go 2 blocks to make a right on Elizabeth down 3 blocks to Park about 1/2 block on the left. From when I placed my order to when I received it was well over an hour. However online it says not busy. I’m done with this!!!!

Horrible service ordered one pizza and some bread took 2 hours to get it and of course it was cold.

I ordered for delivery online at 6:45 with an expected delivery time of 25 to 35 minutes. My order was just delivered at 9:10. No call no text nothing. Tired of being burned by Domino's.

ordered delivery. an hour went by from the time it got out of the oven and nobody on the way. called the store to find out it was supposedly “on the way” they had just gotten busy. another 20 minutes until i got my pizza, and i love 5 minutes away. they don’t stop anywhere else either. very disappointed

The last 3 times we have had nothing but trouble, you have to order online or through some corporate office so online it is. Doesn’t matter though cause apparently no one can read and / or don’t care!!!! The pizzas we have ordered have been wrong and had to be remade with no interest in apologizing or offering anything!!! This time the bread bites weren’t ready and again, no one at all cared or bothered to apologize or ask if they could do anything!!!!! I’m sick of costumer service in general and so should be anyone in managerial position!!!! The unmitigated gaul of everyone anymore to assume we have to accept this as a norm!!!! I will purchase Papa Murphy’s or frozen pizza from now on!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Shame on you Dominos!!!! The next part of this is that while I asked for green olives on two slices I got jalapeños ; amassing being that I am still getting over brain surgery and anything spicy upsets my stomach!!! Also I was asked to email customer service and see what they could do , I have still yet to receive a response. I am not expecting anything however if you reach out to me concerning your business perhaps you should respond when they do. Whatever!!!

Worst ever customer service. Wrong order delivery and I was treated like it was my fault. Melissa answering the phone. So better. I will absolutely not use them again. Hello Pizza Hut.

This location is the absolute worst! The last 2 times ordering from here, it's been 2 hrs plus to get my order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today and was told 30 to 40 minutes. It's now been 2hrs and 20 minutes. I called to check on my order and they told me it will be another 30 to 40 minutes, 3hrs+ for a pizza is wild. When I told the employee on the phone next time don't tell me it will be 30 to 40 minutes, tell me it'll be over 2 hours so I can order from somewhere else, he got an attitude and hung up on me.

Called to check where my pizzas were, since they were late. The girl who answered said there was no order. I called the exact same number where I placed my order. She got rude and said, "I don't have your order but I can take an order for you." I told her I didn't want to wait another hour & a half. I asked for the manager and she said she was the GM. So I asked her name and she said, "ummm oh no," then hung up. This was on 02/19/2024 at 11:50am. So if the real manager wants to train the staff.

Every time I order from them it’s 2 plus hours before delivery. The food is either over cooked or wrong order. Manager promised 1 hr deliver this time l. Yet again 2.5 hrs later still not here and kids and I have to go to bed! Won’t be ordering again oh just opened and ones burnt again!!!

Ordered two thin crust pizzas just before 5 pm. They got to my house at 6:52 and were burned, cold and inedible. Called to get them replaced. Staff member, very nice, said he would have new order out 30 minutes. No problem. Finally received the order and it was just as bad as the first order. $30 and three hours later I am writing this review. I won’t order again. So sad because y’all used to be my favorite.

We waited from 6:09 till 8:42 to get a bland pizza that was lacking in pepperoni as much as it was flavor. They didn't tell me that they don't bring you any cheese or peppers anymore either, you have to buy them now. You can see by the picture I posted Pizza Hut supplied that from their last visit. This was the worst pizza, the longest wait and the worst customer service ever!! On a positive note, It only cost me $20 to learn a valuable lesson, NEVER CALL DOMINOS AGAIN!!!
