Best BK I've ever been to. Drove through for breakfast and everything was fresh and hot. Hashbrowns were perfectly crisp, croissant sandwiches made with care instead of just slapped together and smashed into a bag. Service over the top!

Brandon is such an amazing person. He helped me with my order. He was very kind and accurate. My favorite thing to eat here is definitely the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks! The ice cream is really good too! The promotions are pretty good with the pricing! The cookies are amazing!! And the new spicy Sprite thing was the best thing ever they could come up with!

I am in love with the bacon double cheeseburgers here and their fries. I’ve had a really rough pregnancy and hard time eating, and their burgers I can manage to keep down 90% of the time! Their chicken jrs are delightful too and remind me of what McDonald’s mcchickens used to be like. Being able to feed my family of 3 for under 20$ and be full and satisfied is hard to come by these days. Really love this establishment and the app allows for so many rewards and free food items it’s fantastic. Best fast food burger joint in the area by-far. I always double check the order before leaving an they have only forgot something once and corrected it immediately. Thanks for making it our way GV Burger King.

It's Burger King. Not my usual, but I have a teenager in my life. Drive up was very busy, so I parked and went inside. I wore a mask, and so did the staff, although other customers did not. I was served promptly, the order was ready fast. I can't vouch for the whoppers, although they certainly went down fast and without complaint, but the French fries were great. Crispy, tasty, fresh-tasting (which is probably an illusion, but hey, it's a burger joint). The restaurant itself was nearly empty, and sparkling clean. I like a business that unpretentiously performs the task it has set itself. The Brunswick Burger King does that. Nice job.

We stopped there looking for a quick cheap bite to eat, and it definitely did the trick! The drive through line was long so we went inside. They had proper COVID precautions, the cashier was very patient with my bumbling order, and the food was hot and ready in minutes despite the volume of customers in the drive through line. Got a good amount of food for 2 for $14, what more could you ask for from a fast food place?

It's BK... not gourmet, so it was fast food, at It's finest. The only thing I didn't enjoy was their french fries. They don't taste like they come from fresh potatoes. They tasted like a Complex, Carbohydrate Paste that has been pushed out of a machine, cut, and dropped in oil but not cooked long enough. They taste funky and forget eating them if they're cold. The service was nice, it was clean and we were treated well. The order was all correctly filled and pretty quickly. The restrooms were clean. The two hand-sanitizers, right next to the front-counters, were empty. That's a MAJOR NO NO. That really turned me off at first. The restrooms made up for it, though. They had plenty of soap and warm water to wash up. So I'll let that slide. It was actually pleasant for a BK, but Pleeeeeeaaase Considered going back to real French fries! 😊 Thank You

Feb 10th update. We tried the new candied bacon whopper. It will cost you alittle over 9 bucks for the burger! Good but not great for a fast food burger. It would not take my app in the drive thru. Best to use their paper coupons or order ahead on the app! See receipt. Good 2 for 7 classic chicken sandwihes

Recently my husband and I visited Burger King, this would be our first visit to dine in since Covid restrictions became a distant memory. The service was quick and the cashier was friendly and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere was very stagnant and the ambiance was that of a dingy, greasy, neglected Burger Dive. I recall that dining at Burger King in the past was a fresh, happy experience.. Our children and myself particularly looked forward to an icy cold soda from the sparkling, futuristic dispenser, complete with ,high tech touch screen, where we could create delightful concoctions, to our hearts delight! But, now the machine has dissapeared replaced with an ancient, drab, second hand dispenser which looked like it might die may any moment. We dined in, naively, apparently everyone else in town already knew Burger King had fallen into ruins. As we ate our Luke warm, rubbery, burgers, and choked down the cold, grease encrusted fries… during this time I had the opportunity to notice the layers of grime on the walls , the bits of food and dust gathered in every corner and crevice, the hazy, neglected windows decorated by crooked, wrinkled, hastily applied Burger King Ads. The experience left us feeling depressed, in need of a shower, nauseous and slightly concerned that our meal could result in gastrointestinal consequences. Burger King is overall ,an ok choice for fast food, but I would avoid dining in ,as the ambiance leaves something to be desired!!

The usual greasy food that you would expect. This location doesn't always have the lobby open in the mornings during the stated hours. I recommend using the app and drive thru whenever possible.

The weight was above the normal time the employees seemed like they had better things to do then be there weren’t cheery didn’t update us on the long wait time the mozzarella stick was practically four hours old cheese inside was crunchy not to mention they’re out of burgers like how can Burger King be out of burgers whatever though still will go back because they’re one of the only places out here

I walked in to order and a server named Brandon was rudely explaining to a customer that she had to wait for his rush to be over before he would deal with her completely wrong order. Brandon kicked me out after I stuck up for this poor woman and her kids that just wanted to eat their correct order. Never will I go to this Grass Valley location.

Finally had to write a review after receiving the absolute most disgusting, inedible , rock hard chicken fries. This is easily the worst Burger King I have ever been to. You realize just how bad it is when you go to literally any other Burger King. Food is cold every time and fires are always soggy. You would think there would actually have to be some standards for owning a chain restaurant. Gave this place way too much money already for inedible food. Won’t be returning.

Well I hadn’t eaten at Burger King in years.. I figured let’s give them a shot.. I got the bacon melt.. it was cold of course, no bacon, smaller than the whopper jr. yousta be.. over the top salty.. absolute trash… I won’t ever be back.. thanks for making it easy Burger King.. In-n-out is the only burger worth buying.

Asked for a Philly melt meal. The guy barely spoke English said whopper jr? I replied no Philly melt meals I want 2 of them. Finally a woman came over asked what I want and rang it up. I noticed it was just the sandwich. She said I'll just refund the money and recharge you for the meals. Nope. Sandwich was smothered in mayo so much after one bite i almost puked. Worst service ever. Will never return. Jack in the box here I come.

Then the girl who said she was the manager told me I had to put out my cigarette I was smoking in my car… I rolled the window up on my car and said I’d wait for the food.. She began knocking on my window and said if I wouldn’t comply with the rules then no food.. I asked for a refund and to talk to the manager.. where she stated she was the manager… Not dressed like it… And working the drive through. if this is actually some rule it should be posted..
