The business itself opens at 7:30 but they start work at 6:30 am at the house next door.. employee doesn’t seem to think it’s weird when I ask why they’re starting so early… and so loud.. w neighbors.

Since United took over the quality of service has gone down hill as it seems the like driver either don't want to do the work or are rushing to the next spot. I had so many issues with them it's not worth the $128 a month. I don't need to be yelled at over the phone over something that is your fault. I'm done with this company and I think a lot of you will see that its all about the $$$ and not any decent service.

On 4 separate occasions I called the customer service number, to let you know that one of your drivers took garbage out of the portable toilet and threw it on my site. I received a $500 fine for that. After calling 4 separate times and getting promised that a supervisor would call me back, NOTHING ever happened and I never got a call back. While I understand that things fall through the cracks, this is unacceptable. A large company like yours should have systems in place to deal with situations like this. The fact that I called 4 times and nobody in your organization ever bothered to call me back to rectify this situation, tells me that you do not care. Actions speak louder than words, and therefore I will never use your company again. I will also try to stay away from any other Russel Reid product. I am very disappointed with your service and your overall management.
