We pop into Jimmy John's two to three times a month. The food is always fresh and carefully prepared. The staff is friendly and welcoming. For us it works out very well; we get a quick meal that is real food served in a friendly, clean eatery with great staff! That's why we go back!

This place is incredible. The service is ridiculously fast without feeling like you’re being rushed, my sandwich was customized to my liking, and all of my veggies were fresh and crisp. The booths not only were clean but smelled clean, and there didn’t even seem to be any dirt or crumbs anywhere in the whole place. Crazy clean! Clearly, the owners of this particular Jimmy John’s know what they’re doing and run quite an operation. I’ve been coming here for a while and will continue to visit such a welcoming sandwich shop.

Great place! Very surprised that this reliable, fun and delicious restaurant doesn't have more locations in Albany. Staff and managment are excellent. Place is clean and fast. Focused menu offers just enough variety without sacrificing quality. Definitely check it out if you haven't before.

I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time on my lunch break. The food is excellent! And up until recently the service was also excellent. I’m not sure what happened (I totally get that they could just be short staffed or have newer employees - I worked in fast food so I have empathy if that’s simply the case) but this location used to run like a well oiled machine but it isn’t lately. I would order as I left work and it would be ready by the time I drove there (5-10min) but lately I’ve been waiting 15-20 minutes or more for orders and notice a huge line backing up. Also, when I customize the sandwich and add bacon for example it’s like a 50/50 whether I’ll get what I ordered. Only reason I’m giving this feedback is because I like this place and I want to see it do well. It could also just be busier than usual! Not knocking the employees it’s just constructive criticism for the management, who are ultimately accountable for their staff.

The food and service were good but while waiting for our sandwich we noticed a member of the staff using brown water to wash the meat slicer. It was probably cleaner before she wiped that nasty water all over it.

Poor communication skills. If a worker does something incorrect no one says anything to them they just take over. If management has an issue with you they don’t talk to you about it, they just take you off the schedule without any communication.

Went in to grab lunch today staff did a good job and service was professional. unfortunately when grabbing a drink from the soda dispenser after taking a sip all I could taste was very strong chlorine or chemicals not sure what's going on with the water supply to the machine but the machine should be placed out of service and should be checked immediately it's disgusting. If the same water supply is being used for the rest of the business for food prep that should also be checked asked the staff for a bottled soda which they did give me which was fantastic and again service what's good Definitely have the Water Source looked at for that machine and possibly food prep areas using the same water source. people should not be ingesting chlorine like that it was like I had a mouth of pool water and Dr Pepper Update Just opened my sub and found the smallest amount of meat I've ever seen on a sandwich that I literally paid almost $12 for I got the regular size what the hell put some meat on the damn sub Definitely won't be back to this location and judging by all the other bad reviews the store looks to need some serious help in the management department

Our first time here and the sub was NOT suppose to be a skinny sub but it felt like it could have been (it was to be Original). Very little meat. Also one of the subs was paid to have avocado spread and it didn't have it on, Paid for but didn't deliver on the spread, very disappointing. It was 8PM and closes at 9PM and the sub roll was on the "hard" side, NOT fresh at all. This was a take out order so no comment on service or atmosphere.

If you order in store its fine but never order delivery, made that mistake today. Picture of a 13$ sub included, didn't have half of what was asked for shameful.

I bought a huge order and it was a disappointment. Got these sandwiches and my moms came out wrong only 2 slices of ham on one side. I paid for a giant and we got basically a regular sandwich. This is my go to spot but I don’t think I want to return. I paid so much money and they couldn’t get the sandwich right nor did they give me my 2 whole pickles that my friend ordered at the register. Tried to give compensation with I can make a new one but you have to come and get it. If it was done right the first time and actually given all the items with the order at pick up then I wouldn’t have to drive to go pick it up. I’m disappointed and I will not be returning but I will be wanting my two pickles I paid for and that’s it. I will spread the word to my friends and family. I will also post this on social media as well.

I’ve got to tell you , this was probably the worst sub shop been too . The bread was hard and stale to start . And they literally only put one measly slice of turkey on my sub . The audacity of this place is insane . For the same price you can go jersey mikes and get 4x the amount of meat for the same price . Had high hopes going in , but crushed as soon as I saw them make the sandwich
