Bout time we got Wendy's back in town...............☆☆☆☆edit☆☆☆☆ Close it down. No drive thru services and cash only. Snot nosed punks are running it in to the ground. Plus always smells like someone dropped a runny deuce in the entry.
I stopped in here for lunch the other day and was pleasantly surprised with a warm meal including fries and soda that tastes like it was supposed to

Friendly and efficient staff, they let me know in advance that they were having issues and got me taken care of nicely. Though this happened at about 0200, so the hours on here could probably do with an update.
I gotta give it to Wendy's for their burgers. I mean like, the meat may by square but the taste is far better tasting than most burger joints!

This Wendy's is attached to the gas station. They share clean bathrooms and laptop charging stations. Service was fast and dining area was clean and pleasant.

I have gone twice with my family, both times the food and service was really good. We definitely need to try out breakfast. I was very hesitant because a lot of people complain about the food but it's always been very good when I've gone!
Good fresh made food and the dining area is really clean. This last time I ordered a big bacon classic and there was no bacon on the burger. And they didn't give me a receipt. 😡
Service is awesome even at the dark long ungodly hours of the night. Very refreshing! The food was great as well, the Spicy Chicken sandwiches are my favorite~ Shout out to the cashier Rueben, that guy is the most polite person Iv’e ever heard on a drive thru speaker :))
This Wendy's is located in a gas station shopping hub and is very well kept. The staff is super friendly and got our order out fast, perfect for us since we just stopped by quickly to use the restrooms, refuel, and get a snack for the road. My order was correct and the food was made well. Will be stopping by on my next road trip!
Just had me a double bourbon bacon burger no cheese and a small fry, food was hot and fresh , the cashier she was sweet, and polite, it was a pleasure ordering from her, some places the service they provide makes me go hungry at times due to I refuse to give someone my money if given bad service, I end up goin somewhere else, this Wendy’s always gets my order rite, and the blue eyed reddish hair cashier does her job well, she’s rite on it, she greets ya and sends ya off with your order with a nice have a good day. Iv had bad service at fast food restaurants like a McDonald’s in Denver, really rude and took almost an hour to get me my big Mac and frys, it got to the point waiting outside the n below freezing temps I left and went back to my truck and filed a complaint to the manager through there app. I feel I’ll always get good service from the staff and hot food from this particular Wendy’s, keep up the good work, this is one of three of my favorite Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is inside the Flying J so it’s a bit chaotic to walk in and see so much as soon as you step in. Despite this the food was all made correctly. Our fries were hot and fresh. The cleanliness can use some work but nothing was bad. They have two drink machines which is more than enough for their smaller dining area. Staff was nice.
I order pickup through the app pretty often and my order is always correct and the food is fresh and tasty. Keep up the good work y'all!

I love me a 4 for $4!! But why do you charge extra money if I choose lemonade as my drink? And an additional $.50 if I choose strawberry lemonade. OUCH!! ......NO LONGER A 4 for $4

If you want any type of breakfast go after 5:15 am nothing is ready at 5am. They are never prepared have gone multiple times and they ask you to come back later. Better off to go to jack n the box for all who commute.
I go there when I need a large ice cream binge for a very long drive...the 32 ounce sweetly calls my name and my truck starts wandering off track because it's owner is needing his fix! I travel many places and a 8 to 17 hour drive wins me the award! Self appointed award...no need to clap! Enjoy!
I love Wendy's burgers. From all the fast food joints that there are Wendy's is the best. You can taste the freshness in the burger. Plus the make it just the way you like it. And I love the square burgers. My favorite is Bob's double with cheese and a strawberry lemonade. Man, it makes my mouth water just talking about it. Don't listen to me. Go try one, you'll like it.
Good service, above average overall food and service and cleanliness for truck stop Wendy's. If you want vegetarian, ask for a "veggie burger" with extra tomato and lettuce, and you basically get a cheeseburger minus the patty, but there sauce is really good! Almost as good as an In N Out Grilled Cheese.
Haven't been to a Wendy's in years. Had a very good burger. Wife had a potato and enjoyed it. It is located inside, next to, a flying J truck stop. New construction.
It is a normal fast food experience here. The good news is that there is plenty of parking and it is attached to the gas station and truck stop facilities. The site isn't far from the highway if travelers are looking to stop by and there is a brand new hotel going in next door as well.
Staff was friendly and prompt. Even though it wasn't too busy I still ordered through the app. The food was ready at the time given on the app. My burger patty was a bit overcooked and the bun was a little dry. The fries were fresh and the veggies on the burger were as well. We got gas so it was convenient.
if you're not going to customize your sandwich they are great but they seem to always mess up if you order no lettuce or a different sauce or something like that.....they always get it perfect if you're wanting it exactly how it should be made but if not better expect to have to wait while they remake it and hope they get round 2 correct
Added an exta medium frosty to my order, that I didn't order nor did I receive. Forgot to give me BBQ sauce and apple juice box for chicken nuggest kids meal.
This location is always good and food is always hot and made to order. But last time they did switch my burgers but they offered to give me another one on my next visit.
Food was basically tasteless this time out. Fries were soggy like they had been sitting for a while. Even gast food prices are OUTRAGEOUS these days. $62+ dollars for 4 burgers, 1 chicken nuggets and 5 medium fries. NO DRINKS!!!
Always great Chile. But I ordered and paid for a large to go and I got out to my truck, I discovered that they gave me a small. By that time, it wasn't worth the hassle to park my truck and go back in.
I usually enjoy Wendy's.. but this wasn't one of those times. Chilli was soupy, to much juice nit enough Chilli.. Didn't get my extra cheese I ask for as well as paid for.. 🙃lids on drinks were broken, which of course cased a mess in my car.. thats my fault for not paying attention.
The food has gone downhill since they first opened this place. Just not as good as it used to be. Still can get a quick bite to eat. And it's nice that it's 24 hours. And hooked on to Flying J.
Better than the rest of the fast food restaurants in the area. Check your bag before you leave to make sure that your order is correct. I've been burned a few times here.

Go through their drive thru since it’s right by my work and I swear they always get my order wrong. Forgetting my salad dressing. It’s incredibly annoying.
Kinda always rude now and used to have great customer service but now idk if covid caused the massive switch or what but they are rude and can't seem to get orders correct but never willing to fix
We were on a 2 hour trip to drop our son off and were starving so hit Wendy's. Always have loved it, fresh patties and buns...not here. Both burgers were way pre-cooked and both buns were actually almost hard. The ONLY good bite was the ONE bite in the middle on both of our burgers. What a waste of $20.00 for a single w/cheese and the #1 combo that we shared.
For fast food that's on the more expensive end, compared to other fast food restaurants. You'd expect them to get your order right. Multiple times they've messed up my orders on multiple occasions, might be a bit skeptical and say they've purposely messed up some orders. Not the cooks rather the cashier's, how hard is it to tap buttons on a screen to the customers food preference? Coming from previously working in fast food I can confidently say it isn't that hard but rather laziness on behalf of the person taking the orders. Being one to purposely repeat my order so it doesn't get messed up and to top it off the same employee who takes you're order repeats your order back to you. But when checking recipet's the order spoken back to me isn't anything like what is on the receipt. Foods good, just some lazy employee(s) who won't properly push buttons. I'd say if you go here you have a a plain out 5/10 chances your order is gonna come out wrong, or stuff is going to be missing.
This location is actually a Flying J’s and they do not accept the Wendy’s app or honor the Wendy’s discount. For the most part they make the food fresh but depending on when you go there the staff isn’t always friendly and they do make your order wrong on occasion.
Stopped in at 10:20 was told they are closed after standing there for 15 minutes. Got food from flying j and awesome cashier checked me out. She was nice enough to let me know Wendy's closes for half hour for shift change. Kid could of said that really nice to have a hot meal at end of a day driving.
Food was great and fresh! However, Kimberly at the register needs to learn some customer service manners! Three different times while taking my order, she stopped to check her Apple Watch text messages and I had to then repeat my very simple order twice. She also had a very frustrated and short attitude about what she was doing for work. Fix this issue!!!
Horrible $24 for 2 Baconater combos fries half full cold fries, no napkins in bag. Soda dripping all over total mess, soggy burger.

I came here on my lunch ordered some baconator fries and 4pc spicy chicken nuggets. Was driving back to work so I could eat there no spicy nuggets went back gave me the right ones they also wanted back the wrong item back??🤦♂️ never coming here ever again my baconator fries not even fresh and the spicy nuggets the same also no napkins or a fork. Manager seems like she has an attitude she seemed kinda mad for giving me the right item.

The cashier forgot to give me my drink and told me that she did. Wasn’t very pleasant about it. All the workers were laughing amoung them selves. Got my order wrong and then told me they didn’t have that. Why tell someone that when they first order. I’m very disappointed with this wendys.

Hey Wendy's, nowhere in the history of consumerism did someone say I want a miniature overpriced cheeseburger with so much sauce on it you can't taste the cheeseburger part of it anymore the sauce is coming out of everywhere causing the sandwich to fall apart, Not only was it disgusting, it was a complete mess and not a pleasure to eat, it's like someone's trying to outdo Carl's Jr. There's a reason in and out has a line everyday around feeding time and you don't maybe should get a clue,
For a fast food restaurant it's not fast what so ever. Working nights this is one of the only fastfood restaurants open and they take FOREVER!!! I WAIST HALF MY LUNCH IN LINE WAITING FOR MY FOOD. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING
Wendy’s is my top choice but not this location. I really wish there was another to go to. Customer Service needs improvement I've had more negative then positive.
"If you want extra onions, ask for lots of onions. You can't just say extra onions." I ordered extra onions and they gave me a piece of onion in each burger. Then brought me a diagram to say "this is how it's made." I'm a little upset at how poorly and rudely that was handled. I've never been to a Wendy's that did this ever!
This Wendy's is horrible!!! I went to the drive-thru and the lady told me that they're understaffed for me to come inside. I am disabled. I took my business elsewhere.
The burger was dry as hell no mayo even tho I asked for it, fries and nuggets were cold to the touch.
We went inside as to not inconvenience other because we wanted our meal cooked to order (fresh). They still gave us Luke warm food out the warmer drawer. Returned the food & had to literally watch them cook the food to ensure it was hot. This was not the 1st time they hadnt followed our fresh food request but it will be the last. We are done with this Wendy's for good.
The workers at this location can’t even get an order correct. We ordered a pretzel bun burger and a chicken sandwich and received 2 cheeseburgers. How is that even the same. Wendy’s you have to do better with who you hire.
First off cashier was rud and walked away in the middle my transaction before I paid for my meal. Then I tried using my rewards card and she said what was that. Then she said we don’t do that anymore at Wendy’s. Ok, got my food went back to my truck to find my seasoned potatoes was burnt so much that I could eat them. I didn’t have the time to go back in to have them fix it. It’s a truckstop and drivers shouldn’t be treated like that and I’ll never eat there again
Poor customer service. Arturo saw me looking at menu, was talking to co-workers with back to me (fine I'm looking at menu). Continues to talk (longer than should be), then addresses register and looks at me and turns back to talk to co-workers. I'm not rewarding bad customer service anymore.
Definitely the worst Wendy’s I’ve had. My food was all cold, the fries they gave me were all terrible and old. I would rather eat at the nearest Taco Bell a few mins away because there food service is way better than this Wendy’s.
Although i must say i was never asked if i wanted ketchup for my fries and she intentionally pronounced my name incorrectly after i complained about an incident i witnessed while waiting to place my order, the reason I'm writting this review is because i saw an employee being treated unfair, pregidious and rude. I saw how the manager of this location mistreated an older employee not once but three times i heard how she (the manager) in a very rude, dominant and belittling this older lady talked to her ordering her to go do other things while the lady was taking a client's food order and when the lady try to take my order since no one else was paying attention, the manager again ordered her to go do something else. As a client seeing and hearing this made me feel completely uncomfortable and i just thought i should say something to the manager....which i did. Her poor response was "no i wasn't" "she gets mad easily" wow i thought so managers have the right to use their power and belittle their employees only because she gets mad easily?? I think this is wrong in all the areas and disrespectful to an older person.
This place is inside flying J . They are bit expensive than regular Wendy’s . Customer service was ok. The patties on burger was little burnt. Chili was good. Will try it again if pass through their. One thing bother me that they want us to wear mask but employees inside was not properly wearing mask. Even the cook’s mask was blow his nose. I know it get hot their but for customers health and safety they should follow CDC REGULATIONS.

If you enjoy being yelled at by the people who work here this is the place. They allow people to work here even though they are unprofessional. I don’t not understand how you pay someone to act like they are on the street. I was very tired and had no energy to argue with a tall, lanky white guy. Just know that your establishment is based off the people you hire
Usually good here. The last visit was absolutely disgraceful. They got everything wrong. Also, no napkins no condiments, no straws . How can anybody mess up an order so bad. I'm afraid to go back.
Never hot food. It's not ever fresh No one is ever ready to take your order and they don't acknowledge you If it's the case of One person cooking and taking orders well then it's great to multi task and save on labor.but they need to greet the guest by welcoming them in and tell them they'll be right with them. Been in the industry 36 years and never encounter cold food each time at an establishment
They just ripped me off. The food is good most of the time and the staff has always been friendly; however, I give them 1 star for false advertising. Me and my wife just had their breakfast. We ordered a breakfast meal combo and a breakfast sandwich on the side which is advertised for $1.00. We were charged $3.29 for the breakfast sandwich. When I asked why the advertised price was not honored I was told it was because we did not specify "dollar breakfast". When I urged her to correct the mistake she simply said "you have to say it, it's our policy". I think it's BS because there are no stipulations in the advertising. Not online, television, or their posters. They were busy and didn't want to take the time to make the price adjustment and refund me my money, so...yeah, I was ripped off.
Walked in at 9:30 was told they closed at 10:30. Seemed like the cashier didn't want to serve us. No sign on counter to indicate hours. Would never ever buy a hamburger there if I'm ever in their sad little restaurant again. Thankfully, flying j was open and had food ready to go. Wendy's could do better as far as tightening up their customer service. Sad sad sad.
You can no longer use your points at this Wendy’s location. This makes no sense I have never encountered this problem at any other location. I left my wallet in my truck on purpose because I know I have points. I will not come back to this location in spend any money thanks for the heads up. The employees seemed excited to not accept points anymore they were smiling and laughing. Money is not the issue here but we stack our points up for a reason. I hate coming up north it’s always some sort of an issue and Cow town. Maybe if I was white I would’ve been greeted differently and treated better by the manager
Have severe cramps and liquid runs after ordering food from here. It was dead when I came in, and they had 3 people working and no one would take orders, they litterally told someone else who walked in to use the self checkout.
They drive at night and don't let you stay if you park somewhere on the side.
Attention truck drivers! If you have read earlier reviews they are true. Do not stop here! There were. 4 people behind the counter. No line and no one said a word to me. Not a hello, will be with you in a moment. Absolutely, nothing. Which is sad because they were not busy at all. So save your money and don't stop here! There were 3 young males and one female and no 1 wanted to help. Pathetic!
After driving for 12 hours on the road, I stopped at Wendy’s to get something to eat call her tonight. I get there and there’s only four people there. Nobody tended to me. Everybody just looked at me. Looks like the manager was there looked at me and left I was there for 35 minutes trying to order. Nobody help me horrible just horrible. Everybody looks like they’re working very slow.
Absolutely awful. In drive through line for half hour, sat at the window for 10 minutes. Was told they only accept card….. at the window. Luckily, we had our card on us, because we plan to use cash. when we check our meal all the food was cold. The burgers were hard as a rock like they’ve been sitting out all day. Absolutely horrible. Wendy’s has gone way downhill
Today i came in to get my usual order. Jocelyn was taking my order. I got my 2 drinks tried the dine in coke tasted like water told them about it and they said they had sum in the back, but that coke was pure water too. Told them about it again. They said they would change it and when they do they would bring it to me. Well after a while we nearly finished our meals and we still had no drinks. Went back to the front saw everyone just standing there sum chatting and others maybe taking drive thru order. But none were getting my drinks.. i get closer and tell them about my drink Again this time i told the manager (didnt catch her name) but she told me that they changed it already but that I didnt “tell them about it” when they said they would bring it to my table. The manager then says that we had to tell them or test it out in the dine in cuz they already changed it when they had my cups. She tried to blame me about it. Bad customer service.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a Wendy’s experience this bad in my entire life. Tried ordering in the drive through speaking to Kimberly, every single time we started talking she would tell us to wait a minute and then ask us to repeat what we said, only to tell us again to wait or interrupt us mid sentence. We asked repeatedly if we could order at the window but we were told no. Eventually a male employee started talking to us and said we could pull up to the window, after 10 more minutes of struggling we’re finally able to place our order. We get our food and they completely left our two meals on our order. They made us pull around and wait another ten minutes for them to bring out the rest of our food. The employees were laughing and messing around the entire time and the employee who brought our food out to us was rude and dismissive, and suggested we come into the store with my three year old in tow to order our six meals and six drinks even though that is the exact reason a drive through is available. We had a very long day and this experience was frankly awful. They tried to claim there was a wind issue when there was absolutely no wind outside, and we could literally see the employees including the manager on staff laughing at us through the windows as we were waiting. Editing this to add the fact that several of the food and drink items were incorrect and unlabeled, this nonsense took so long that all of our food was cold by the time we got home.
Went to this wendys drive thru tonight ( sat august 3 around 9pm and ordered #6 meal with bacon and a daves triple meal , i specifically asked for no sauces and no tomatoes due to food allergy and the woman who took order repeated that to me and i repeated to her that i had allergy to tomato. She said she got it, mind you there was no busy line in the drive thru at all and as i finished making my order just one other vehicle pulled up) we also asked for bacon on the #6 sandwich. Pulled up and paid ( never mind the rude employee who barely acknowledged me when she took my 22.00 cash, no smile at all or anything friendly) anyway, i received my change and got my order and drove off. Drove 10 miles to get home to eat. When we opened the bags i was dismayed that even tho the receipt said no mayo, no ketchup, no mustard no tomato, all of these ingredients were on my burger, the mayonnaise was so thickly slathered on it that i used about 4 napkins to wipe it off and try to remove any tomato remains, i was just very hungry and was willing to wipe it off and try to eat, but thats when i discovered a bug on my burger top bun, i have pictures of it and contact me if you want to see. I also noticed the burger meat was all dried out as if sitting out for a while then reheated. Both of our large fries were also half full with greasy limp fries, probably fried in old fry oil, they didnt taste like wendys fries at all. The chicken in the #6 was old too and dark color from old fry oil and they forgot to even put bacon on it but they didn't charge so that was not an issue. I immediately called them and they said they would remake it for another day and asked for my name. I told the woman on the phone( the attending manager) that was unacceptable due to their negligence about the bug and tomato and i was also not happy about driving 10 miles back to get a full refund. I returned to the restaurant and asked for management, the woman who.talked with me ( attending manager i assume) showed absolutely no concern for my allergy to tomato and seemed completely unfazed that i had to drive another 20 miles( 10 ea way) to get a refund, or did she seem concerned when i presented the daves tripple witha bug on it or the dried out old meat, no apologies at all just a refund and an offer to remake my order, which i refused. Also the two male cooks in the kitchen area were laughing, and making fun at me as i was waiting for refund from the drivethru register ( i was inside this time ) This is the service and products Wendys charges 21.and change for??? Wendys is on the more expensive scale of fast food and they tout fresh hamburger on their commercials, we recieved anything but... wendys used to be one of my favorite burger spots from my youth, im disappointed to say that wendys has gone downhill and you lost two customers tonight. We decided to take our business to burger king and made sure to tell them about the experience we received at wendy's. We received two completely full large fries with crisp texture and clean oil taste with our order which was similar with two sandwiches and guess what? No sauce no tomato as i asked and it was about 3 dollars cheaper.
