Pros: Clean, good location, smiling and friendly staff, good price, fast service, a lot of options and customization. They didn't have latte but apologized and offered other options, I like the self kiosk. Cons: wish the food was healthier, less processed, less sugar. I wish there was a veggie meat option.

It's a shame that customer service is now non-existent. The food preppers do get the job done, as the food is always fresh and tasty. But ordering from a kiosk, then being supplied with disinfectant wipes to clean your own table is not an enjoyable experience.

Th Positive was that the ice cream machine was working and on a hot day it was super tasty! It was cool that you could order from a touch screen or the counter. It made everything go fast. The staff looked under scheduled and hard at work but very pleasant. On a negative note. The bathrooms were not very clean. The urinals were closed which left one toilet for every male to use. The bathroom sink was very dirty and the layer of dust and grime showed that it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time.

It's what you'd expect from a McDonald's: cheap on your wallet and cheap tasting. The patties (especially the chicken "filets") have definitely gotten smaller since a few years ago, and long gone are the dollar menu days, but it's still an efficient dining option for your wallet. You know... it's McDonald's so there isn't much to say about the food. I stopped by this location on my way to L.A. early summer '18. The place was dirty and disorganized. Trash was everywhere, on tables, floor and it really looked worse than in the pictures. It was the dirtiest McDonald's I ever visited.

Very disappointed. I walked in with enjoyment to eat at this fine establishment and excitedly ordered my meal. When my order was ready I didn’t feel the need to check my bag for all my items as I trusted the more than capable employees working. But to my dismay once I had driven off and finally checked the bag I noticed something was off. I was utterly shocked to find that they had forgotten my hash brown. McDonald’s straight up stole $26 from us. They cancelled our online order, yet the charge still hit my credit card. Instead of fixing their own mistake, they’re now disputing the charge like we’re the problem. The manager didn’t even have the decency to face us or explain anything—just hid in the back while the staff gave vague excuses. This place is a garbage operation from top to bottom. If they can’t handle a simple refund or own up to their errors, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. I’m done. App uninstalled. McDonald’s should be embarrassed.
