Great place and honest hours of being open unlike the Subway on Hampden by the Big Lots store they weren't even open at 10 minutes after 9 pm so I went to this one and was treated really nice. I even told the employee here what happened and here was even shocked...

This is our preferred Subway by far! We've always gotten great service and the sandwiches are always just right. They don't complain if you order "extra" of something or have questions to ask (too bad the Littleton Blvd. store can't grasp that). It's always clean and they're good about helping people right away. Always fresh and yummy.

I like this location. It's my local home location. Every time I go in they are very helpful. They have had some turnover but usually a really good staff. Chris helped me this evening and even with the customers in front of me being a little rude for my liking he still made a great sandwich and a good customer experience! Plus he was the only one working. It's hard to work alone when lines get long and have a tough customer.

This was the best Subway I have ever been to from the selections when it comes from the drinks to how cleanliness and organized the food preparation station is. And ARTURO IS THE BEST!!! His customer service is phenomenal such a personable employee made my experience the best thank you Arturo! He made my day! ✌

I ordered from this restaurant because I was craving a sandwich. I was concerned the sandwiches would arrive soggy and no meat or fixings. The order arrived within a short amount of time. The toasted sandwiches were toasted! I ordered two sandwiches one for dinner and one for lunch tomorrow. I now need to find something else for lunch tomorrow because I ate both sandwiches! I now need to visit this store in person!

It was maybe two hours before closing when I walked in to order food for my children and I. I was greeted with a hello from a gentleman as he was cleaning the dining room. When finished with his task, he came over, washed his hands, and then asked how he could help me. We made conversation as I ordered, and it was here he told me he has been with the company for I believe 15 years and how he was the only one working closing at nights. He did a great job with my special orders as well as not making it seem that he was burned out from working so much.

I'm a vegetarian and the employees were very understanding when asked to switch gloves. They were also friendly and great customer service. The store appears small in the outside hiding the charm inside. The small parking lot was always comfortably busy.

Cleanest, most pleasant Subway I've ever been too. Staff is lovely, everything is spotlessly clean. When dining in, they actually give you your sandwich in deli style basket with napkins. I don't usually order a drink, and each time the staff has then asked if I'd like a cup for water. The owner/and/or management takes great pride in this store, so glad it's in my neighborhood.

Floors were pretty dirty and the fountain was a sticky mess.

Very much what you can expect from any Subway. Sandwiches are always up to snuff. My only nit-pick is that they do keep it kinda cold inside, which is quite a drawback if you're wearing short sleeves and want to say "for here".

Some days staff is great, others not so much. Subway is pretty consistent with their food offerings. Major differences between franchises are employees and cleanliness. Better than the one in river point or Hampden, but a little less quality than the Littleton Blvd location.

I'd been coming here for months, up to 3 times per week, The lady that checks you out is the most negative person ever, whatever, the guy who made the sandwiches was nice enough for a while, but God forbid I don't know the right time to order some Churros, it was a last minute decision and I wasn't aware he had to cook, they both got all mad and basically scolded me for ordering my churros at the wrong time, there is another Subway right on Hampden that I'll be going to from now on

My primary concern is that this location may have super inconsistent food potion control. Today's sub (my usual) was probably 30% less than my last visit.The location on off of Belview is a better bet if you're in the area and looking for a Subway. Nonetheless, the store is clean proper food storage and handling practices seem to be well adhered to by staff from the ordering line. I will likely give this location one more try (will be the 4th time ordering from this location). If the result is similar to my 1st three purchases - a different location may be worth visiting if it is not an inconvenience to you.

I visited at 8 pm on.Wednesday night and got told right after walking in there closed even though the door said open till 11 and the sign was still on and when I mentioned that the guy behind the counter yelled at me and went off about how he's not making my sandwich and I can make my own sandwich and the guy at the counter is the last sandwich he's making. I am 8 months pregnant and was walking in the rain to feed my family.

Incompetent employees but what should I expect? The guy helping me ripped me off and charged me almost double but I went back later and the manager was more then helpful I just won't be eating subway anymore.

Time is 8:30 pm and it already locked. 30 minutes before closing time. Why you guys write time till 9 pm if you closing at 8 pm

If your hours say open till 9, you should be open till 9.

They closed an hour early, and there was still an employee inside giving me a frustrated look as if I wasn't supposed to be there. Well you shouldn't be closed an hour ahead of schedule, mister!

The employee was a complete weirdo. I ordered a foot long and he insisted on making me 2 6 inch sandwiches when I could clearly see they was trays and trays of white bread in 12 inch sizes. I tried to point out that it would be easier to just make 1 sandwich on 1 foot long piece of bread and he rolled his eyes and latterly argued with me about it I figured he had other issues going on and said whatever. Smart move for this guy would have done what I wanted because I’ll never go back to that location again .

Worst service I have had in many years. After dealing with the two employees that are backwards as hell in making my sandwiches the lady confused herself so bad she forgot my pepperoni on my Italian BMT. of course I did not notice til an hour after I got home when I went to eat my sandwich. By thus time I'm so mad I can't even eat. Not even wanting to go back to deal with them two rude workers. The man that was helping make sandwich started waving his hands at me while I was talking to the woman who was making my other sandwiches as she was asking me how to mark the sandwiches. This place is a joke! The “manager” followed me outside to see what I was driving way before this sickness happened.. decided not to say anything to the manager maybe the guy was having an off day. Went back there yesterday had a full face helmet and before I could even have a chance to grab my mask the guys already had an attitude for no reason!! Food was almost inedible. Thanks subway!! So I want to put a shout out and say Thank You to the guy who refused to serve me at this location. The reason I am saying Thank You is because after you refused to serve me I went down the street to Jersey Mike's, and man I have never been there before but (because I have always been a Subway fan) It was amazing best sub sandwich I have had. We have an issue today just less than an hour ago with a guy his name is David. He has extremely bad attitude with us he was trying to fight with us over the counter and the manager couldn’t do anything about it. I think he was on drug while he is working please if you are the manager or owner franchise please contact us ASAP!!

Heartless business owner. I parked my car in the back of their business and brought my very sick cat into my Veterinarian directly next door. The owner of Subway came over and was extremely rude to the Animal Hospital staff, made a scene in the lobby demanding anyone in her parking spaces move immediately or they will be towed! I told her that I had to rush in to get my cat seen and that I was the one who parked there. She turned toward me without a morsel of compassion or understanding and said that she called the tow company and I was getting towed and then left. On top of being so distraught of my cat and overall situation I was publicly humiliated by this woman/Subway owner. I understand there was a sign, I understand I shouldn't have parked there, but I could never understand how someone could be so belligerent and heartless, especially standing in someone else's place of business out in the open like that. I regularly visit this Veterinarian and I frequently grab lunch at this Subway before or after; never again! They just lost a customer for life.

Night worker was rude. I accidentally ordered another sandwich and wanted to get a refund. The worker wouldn’t give me the refund and asked if I was sure that the other sandwich was mine before giving it to me!

Went there to get a quick bite at night and they were 30 minutes till close which I know they clean up most things (I’ve had plenty of family and friends work for subway) however I called and looked and the worker was in there and even walked upfront to look at me and just stared at me not even acknowledging the phone rigging or anything. So I just ended up going up one down the road and they were awesome but like come on be more mature than that at least let me know that you are mostly closed and TURN OFF YOUR OPEN sign.

This was my email to corporate once I finally got in touch with a live person. They are supposed to contact me next week via phone, so I will update this review once I speak with them: Hello, I am filing a complaint against Fernando, the manager at your location 4696 S Broadway Englewood CO 80110 for his unprofessional, discriminatory, and unsafe behavior. During my visit, I requested all cheeses in my sandwich, except pepper jack, and asked for 2-3 times the cheese, which I was willing to pay extra for. Fernando ignored this request and his demeanor clearly prioritized the customer behind me, who was of the same race as him, interrupting my order while my sandwich was still in the oven. I asked him to toast it twice because I eat at Subway a lot, and the chicken is NEVER cooked in the middle only toasted once. I always get the same sandwich. I’ve had food poisoning as a result from other Subways because of uncooked chicken more than once before. When my sandwich came out of the oven, I noticed half of it was missing cheese. I asked for more cheese (again) and extra chicken. Why not since it would need to be toasted again to melt the cheese anyways? While Fernando complied with adding some cheese and chicken, he refused to add the amount I requested, flat out. Additionally, he refused to toast it again, stating, “I think you’ve toasted it enough.” His rude comment made me realize that toasting it again would overcook the bread, so I asked for a new sandwich instead. To be considerate of the customer behind me, I asked her to go ahead and finish her order so she wouldn’t have to wait for Fernando to make me a new sandwich. There were no other customers in the store. Despite this, Fernando flat-out refused, saying, “I’m not making you a new sandwich,” and not only dismissed my concerns about food safety entirely, but his annoyance towards me that had been escalating since I walked through the door, turned to anger. He’d dismissed ALL my requests and concerns in fact at this point. Clearly. Then proceeded to refuse service to me. I became very angry at this point as well, and still am. I’ve never been treated with such hostility from a place of business before. Truly. This experience felt discriminatory, unsafe, and unprofessional. I expect your team to address this matter seriously to ensure all customers are treated equally, regardless of race, and ensure food safety standards are upheld. Not to mention, making customers sandwiches that way they ask them to be made. Eating out is expensive, and I expect my hard earned money to purchase what I ask for, or I will find elsewhere. Subway used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, and that particular store is in a convenient location for me, to frequent, but I’ll be finding another favorite to go to from now on. Made an order for 2 sandwiches showed up when my order said it was ready to find out that the lady ehind the counter gave half my order to doordash and then had an rude attitude with me because of her making a mistake and giving my food to the wrong person. Why would you not ask a delivery person who the name of the order is to ensure that you don't just give out peoples orders to the other people?? And how is it the person who ordered and paid for the food's fault that you gave my food away??

My sandwich ending with $.01 (a penny). There was a tip container with change in it. So I took .01 cent for my payment. Both workers I believe the dad & son saying that I cannot take the penny since it's a tip. So I got .99 cents back. I found a penny in my purse so I gave back the .99 cents plus my penny for a dollar. They both were upset that I took a penny. I told them I was going to leave a tip now I'm not. They both told me we don't ask for tips but I cannot take a penny from the container, really!!

I get it, for sure, being young and held responsible to perform as the face of the franchise. With that being said, were you volunteering or are you there to do a job that you signed up for? Customer service is #1 for a subway employee. Bad attitude, lack of prep is 💯 on training. Reevaluate the who and where you position every head on clock. Boost these guys moral. I feel bad for this kid, even though he was awfully rude and non certive, guidance is crucial! Follow up: piss poor service! Absolutely horrible. Ordered five sandwiches. Each one of them was cold even though they were all supposed to be warm and toasted. They all came with completely cold Raw bacon it was never thrown in the oven like they were supposed to be. I used to work at Subway. I know the way it's supposed to work and none of these sandwiches were made the way they are supposed to be. This location says it doesn't close till 9:00 when my husband went in to grab our order around 6: 00pm They said "if you don't have an online order we can't help you". Like what is that really? The first thing you say to a customer. My husband said I do and gave them his name. They never handed him The bag just said your orders right there. They were already closing everything down and closing at 6pm. It is sad what customer service has come to these days. People are just completely lazy and don't know how to work. Will never eat at subway again.
