We went to have a birthday lunch and had a bunch of different items from the menu. The fried pickles were amazing. The server was super helpful and checked in with us throughout our lunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Really like this restaurant that serves southern food in healdsburg, we each got po boy sandwiches which I thought were very tasty with good quality ingredients.Lots of items on the menu you can't get other restaurants. Gumbo, grits.

Great experience. Surprise, the beignets are as good as I’ve had - light, airy pillows of fried dough - and those who fondly remember Cafe Fannie ranked them as good as or maybe even better. Staff was very friendly and indulged my father’s many queries about food and travel… Strongly endorse the crawfish Benedict. No hard alcohol but the soju Bloody Mary sufficed.

We came here for brunch for my sister’s birthday. We loved the vibe and were greeted warmly. We all agreed that the grits were, by far, the best any of us have ever had! The bloody Mary’s and mimosas were delicious (and strong the way we like them). Can’t wait to come back soon!

This place s awesome. Great gumbo, classic Cajun sides, and terrific PO Boys. The bread is perfect…soft and airy in the middle and a slightly chewy crust. It’s magical. The streetcar lunch special is the best. Fun drinks too!

You would never know by the outside that this was a Cajun restaurant. But that's part of the overall Cool vibe. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and what looks like to be a very old house. Everything was cleaned, the food was outstanding and I would go back in a heartbeat

I have been about 5 times to NOLA & Louisiana and this place is 99% of what I got at the best places in NOLA. Much better than Angeline in Berkeley or other East Bay options. We had the Gumbo (delicious), the Beignets 👏 (amazing), the Shrimps 🍤 & Grits as well as the Hush Puppies. Only this last item was good but not great. Go for it! Also reserve a table if you go on a weekend as the place is quite popular.

We eat at Parish Cafe often. Owner Gareth Owens is a hands on person who truly cares. The catfish jumbo sandwich is plenty for two and comes either fried or skillet. Great full menu done Cajun style. Also, terrific breakfast dishes. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite places to get breakfast. Baignets are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, always made fresh. All their breakfast dishes are delicious - I love their benedicts. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere.

I can't believe I forgot this place, but I immediately remembered when we drove up. Must visit when I'm in town every time, always order the beignets, always very difficult to choose between all the good stuff already on the menu AND the specials. Highly recommend a reservation for larger parties if you visit at peak times.

Perfect weekend brunch place if you're craving southern comfort food. Service was as timely as I was hungry. Firstly, the beignets!! They were just like the ones in Louisiana. Wish I could eat more but needed to save space for the main course. Then, the Southern Belle drink was good: it wasn't too strong for the morning. My sister got the shrimp & grits and I got the Benny. All-around, everything was good. And it wasn't overly crowded for a Saturday morning either. Would definitely come back when in the area.

Phenomenal food quality and exceptional service in a cozy atmosphere that welcomes you in and treats you like family. Locally sourced ingredients shine in a perfected Nola menu. Smooth chicory coffee blend, creative eggs bene's and the fluffiest beignets. Looking forward to returning. I tried there fried green tomatoes Po-Boy. It was out of this world. Kids loved rice and beans. The food was so well made with fresh ingredients. Staff was very accommodating and prompt.

Great breakfast and super friendly service. I stopped by The Parish for breakfast but myself, and had a lovely time. I requested to sit outside on the back patio (I had my bike with me) and Amber took excellent care of me. Ordered: - beignets, 3 to an order, fresh and blazing hot, covered in powdered sugar, delicious! - Houma hash, grits, veggies, andouille, egg over easy! Yum! And the portion was perfect for me. - southern Belle, breakfast sparkling cocktail, refreshing I want to return and try more of the great food.

Their po' boys are a must order!! I got the Fried Oyster Po' Boy and the bread was DIVINE. The perfect amount of crispiness yet still soft to the bite. The portion is more than enough for a full meal. I also split the beignet with my boyfriend. One order came with 3 beignets and tasted really great as well. Plenty of outdoor seating available. This place is as good as any in New Orleans!

Went for Sunday brunch and everything was delicious. Our table shared an order of beignets and I ordered the special, pork belly BLT. The pork belly was tender and full of flavor. Can’t wait to go back!

Cozy Cajun cafe in downtown. Food is very authentic. Their Binet are must have deserts. Service is fast and friendly. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to eat and the best Shrimp Po-boy (habit forming) west of the Mississippi 😋. I especially love a Shrimp Po-boy with a cup of home made Gumbo and an order of Beignets for dessert. Absolute must try recommendation you will thank me for. I always get the same thing so I can't rate the other items on the menu. I wasn't kidding about the habit forming part. I go here to eat often 👏, just gotta have it craving to satisfy 🙏, nuff said! 🤠👍

Amazing food!! As an Armenian Creole woman I grew up eating Authentic Creole foods. The Parish brought me home to Grandma's kitchen! My taste buds came back to life!! From the beignets to the shrimp and cheesy grits absolutely mouth-watering. Friendly staff, open kitchen, and beautiful food with stunning flavors. My family is new favorite place to eat is the Parish in Healdsburg, CA!

Maybe the best breakfast EVER! Never imagined I’d choose sea bass eggs Benedict 🥚☕️. Ken’s bananas foster French toast was breakfast + dessert!! Great atmosphere, fabulous service & amazing food!

Parish is the best Southern style restaurant in the area and definitely the only for breakfast. The beignets are fabulous, large, warm and lots of powered sugar! It's a regular Sunday morning spot.

Wonderful New Orleans food in a casual setting. Generous portions. Loved the fried oyster salad and of course, the beignets. Southern Belle cocktail was delicious!

Their outdoor tables are pet friendly. I loved their green tomato sandwich!

A very good restaurant, especially for brunch. They did as well with their coffee as with the food. Varied, excellent dishes all around this menu. If you go for brunch making your choice is going to be hardest thing you'll do all day. The service was very good and particularly friendly. Outside seating was especially nice too with their better than average grounds.

This little spot was wonderful! I passed it a few times due to my husband but, at last!!! My husband took one bite of his breakfast Po-Boy and said Holy Cow this is delicious!!! Funny this, he said before we got there uummm I don't want anything HA! This was our first experience but not our last! See ya next time!🙌🏾🤸🏾‍♀️😉

So good!!! We showed up with 8 people an hour before closing and the staff was so amazing, didn't bat an eye. We ate and were out within the hour. The beignets were fantastic and we were fighting over which of our po boys was the best. The staff was amazing!

Service was excellent. The Friday fried chicken Po boy special was delicious. The hush puppies and beignets were delicious as well.

Fast, friendly service! Loved the beignets... super fresh with a great texture! Hubby got the shrimp Benedict... Those shrimps had great flavor, although portion was a little small and didn't come w/ any sides. I got the andouille and crawfish omelette, which was a great combo w/ the grits (I substituted grits instead of getting potatoes). Coffee was from a local roaster, really delicious, super hot, and fresh. I was happy.

Foods are delicious, the service is good too. However, the restroom’s location is weird, and it made me feel uncomfortable because our table just next to the restroom.

Good food, long wait, small portions( I like to eat, a lot!). Overall, I'd do it gain. Beignets were great. Fresh and hot!

Nice little spot off the main drag in heldsburg, has a somewhat limited menu, but what we ordered came out quickly, was hot and very tasty. The parking lot is easy to access and you can normally find something within a few laps at most.

Very cute restaurant. We went on a Saturday morning. They open at 9am which seems a bit late for a breakfast restaurant. They seated our group in the nice back room. We ordered the beignets and they were so good. The dishes we ordered were all good except for the crab that was used on the benedicts. What a bummer! There were tons of shells in the crab and we ended up eating around the crab. No comped meals and was given 20% off only.

Nice interior, we were not impressed with the service, but other tables seemed to have more attention. Food was ok, our po-boy was very dry, on the other side, kids po-boys were soaking wet from mayo.

The extended review… Food: Beignets - 3/5 - These were standard fare. To be fair I haven’t found a place that comes close to Cafe Du Monde which to me is the benchmark. Surf and Turf Poboy - 3/5 - Standard fare. I think next I would have tried the muffleta instead. Service: 5/5 - Very friendly and attentive waitstaff. They were amazing. Ambiance: 5/5 - It had a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating.

The atmosphere is really fun here. The food has amazing potential to be the best brunch spot in Healdsburg. Maybe they were having an off-day but our experience was subpar. Service took a long time, our eggs were runny/hardly cooked and no GF toast options. The staff was very friendly and I will try this location again, always retry a bad experience.

Food was good but server was really rude!! Also we were rushed out the door. I finished my food before I even got my coffee.

I found the food bland, especially the beignets. Which get the best review. People should really try the ones over at Disneyland because those are the gold standard. These ones were very bland and I was totally unimpressed. The food overall was bland.

Honestly sad, guess I expected better $25 for the worlds saddest Benedict, a child could make it better crab meat was cold and tasted like it was from a can served on a piece of plain french bread with no hollandaise sauce it looked prepared it two minutes and tasted like chum. Don’t bother eating hear not worth the money and a 4% livable wage added on even though they don’t know how to cook. Banana French toast was mediocre at best drowned in syrup so it barely edible. Never do this. Wish I did not have to but I would expect more out of a restaurant with 4.5 stars.

It smelled delicious, the atmosphere is cute, but I can't rate the food. Do not go here as a party of one! I was told that the only table I could have was outside. It was raining and 55°, so that was kind of a slap in the face. In the counter area there were three 2-person tables pushed together (empty), and they were unwilling to pull one table off so I could be seated. There was no waiting line. I happen to be a restaurant owner myself, and I do not understand this. Maybe there was a reservation, but then explain that to me. Don't tell me to go sit out in the rain. I guess I will go spend my money elsewhere. Update: It sounds like your hostess gave you an untrue version of what happened. It was never explained to me that there was a reservation for that table, and since it was my first time there on a friend's recommendation, I had no idea that you even took reservations. Since I didn't know this and since there was no waiting line, I found it funny that they didn't offer to pull them apart. All the hostess told me was that I had the option to "sit outside where there is no heater" ( it was never explained that it was covered), or.... then she shrugged her shoulders at me like my only other option was to leave. I was not told if there was a wait list or not, nor was I given it an approximate wait time for being seated at the counter. Without any of those things explained to me, it resulted in the review above. Take the review for what it is . . . an opportunity to check in with your hostess. I'm guessing she's embarrassed that she got called out, so she's giving you a version of events that makes herself look better.

Poor service, lumpy, salty grits Bananas foster French toast was tough. Shame to call there food Cajun . Not even close.
