I hadn't been to a Burger King in years due to every one I'd go to was extremely dirty. No customer service skills etc.... my daughter and I had been wanting to stop in the Helotes location to give it a try. My wife daughter and i stopped in. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was immaculate, food tasted great and the manager, I believe his name was Sal or Raul. He was extremely friendly and professional. He is doing a fantastic job running that location. He himself was at register and on the floor cleaning tables, etc, leading by example. His energy definitely brightened the restaurant up. We will definitely be back

It's Burger King and I'm just not as much a fan as before. Fries have a freezer burn taste to them at least the last time I was here. As far as fast food it's alright.

I have been to this store many times,as it is near my house. I have had issues before, but keep going back because of convenience and a product I like. This time they totally missed 2 items and fries were cold. Please check your item and keep the fries hot!

(The Latin Critic) Was excited to try the new ch King sandwich# Burger king I heard that it supposedly beats the popeyes chicken sandwich. Well it does not in my opinion it was good but lacking flavor & was dry but to be fair I don't think they gave us the right one it didn't have pickles or the sauce everyone said is good it was just mayo & had lettuce/tomatoes the picture shows pickles & a kinda orange sauce...popeyes still wins hands down.the bun is definitely better & the sauce/pickles take it to the next level & chicken juicy but only if they make it fresh! It still #1

The food is severely underwhelming. Not disgusting but not even satisfying. ... just plain sad. idk of it's even the worker's fault. I think burger king might just suck by itself

Well, my order was wrong again. I don't normally get food from here. My wife loves this burger 👑 for some reason. My son and her come here often. I haven't gotten food from here in years. Well I went today and to no surprise my order was wrong. I ordered a #2 Texas double whopper. I got a regular whopper. I really don't think it's worth calling and complaining. Just going to not come here anymore. I work pretty hard for my money, and don't appreciate not getting what I paid for.

This place is empty, and after eating the food I found out why. Food was barely warm, chicken sandwich obviously had been sitting around a while. The fries were nasty. The lettuce was brown, ewwww. Can't even read the receipt to complain. The coca-cola tastes funny. Don't come here if you expect fresh food.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Fish sandwiches were warm at best even though Mgr said he made them fresh. They weren't! No way he made them fresh in only a few min. Fries and o-rings were cold. Tea was spoiled. So bad you could smell it putting straw through lid. spent 32 dollars basically for 2 lg sodas because they were the only things we could finish. Won't set foot in there again. Last 2 times going there were utter fails!

Went here usually with no problems but recently everything has been going downhill in terms of customer service and food quality. With only one employee seeming to actually do their job, but it took a turn with my most recent visit. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my fiancé ordered a whopper junior, while her food came out kind of alright, a little cold, my food was atrocious, my sandwich had rock hard bread that sounded like wood knocking against a table and dry chicken that felt like ripping apart a sheet of felt with lettuce so old and dry I'm surprised they didn't even throw it out, instead they served some of the brownest lettuce I've seen come with a sandwich. I wanted to hopefully get the sandwich made again but not sure about the food policy, had my reciept and the food was very clearly old or stale but the only thing they gave me was a cold loaf of bread for the sandwhich, which did not improve the flavor or redeem the meal in any way. Not even a few hours later I've got food poisoning, keeling over in abdominal pain and feeling extremly sick, this was the only meal I had that day, I wasted my money and time here and in return I get sick from it.

Very disappointed in this location. They used to be good but have been slacking a lot lately. I just got home with my order and this is the SECOND TIME that my food has been wrong. I ordered a plain double cheeseburger and I was given a single cheeseburger with everything on it. Even though the worker at the drive thru intercom repeated it back correctly. I’m unsure if it’s a lack of communication, a lack of checking the order before you send it out the window, or just pure laziness and disregard. I wasn’t given a receipt so I’m not even able to see if I was charged for the double when I only got a single. From now on I will be sticking to the BK off of culebra. It’s not as nice of a building but they’ve never messed up my order like this. Do better.
