I ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese, swiss cheese, tomato, onion, pickle, cut in half. As always, this is an excellent alternative for vegetarians and not overpriced. I really like the feature of having it cut in half. For the first time, I ordered Jalapeño Cheddar Bites, which they should rename Tiny Jalapeño Cheddar Bites because they are so small that one will need a magnifying glass to see them, no joke. I ordered 8 pieces and next time will definitely ordered 16. The quality and taste was great. Will order from again.

CALM LITTLE BK! I’m impressed with how relaxed my experience at this BK was, I didn’t have any run-ins with psycho customers or loud kids with lame parents. Everyone minded their own business and I’m always on board with that! This location has improved in cleanliness and is pretty spacious. There’s a playground separate from the main dining room and tables are spread out. I would say the staff were pretty professional, a little dry and grumpy, but never rude. The FOOD was AMAZING. Yes, it’s fast food but dang did they improve their burgers. I recommend the Bacon King! It’s girthy and bigger than I remember. I’ll always have a place in my heart for BK fries they’re just crispy and tasty, oh and the buns are great (that sesame seed!). The drink machine sucked, its touchscreen and the sensors weren’t even working that well.

Food was as expected and service was great, they were very helpful and friendly. My "OK" Review is due to the fact that there's no changing station in the bathroom. It's the only Burger King with a play place in the area so, I was really surprised/disappointed that they didn't have a changing station. The play area appeared to be clean. The play area is very small and only has climbers for the massive tunnel slides. There's no manulipulatives or other play things for younger kiddos. The doors don't self latch open, so it was a struggle to get in there with the stroller. There's an exit door in the playroom that doesn't have an alarm, so any child could just escape out the back, which is quite concerning. I wouldn't really recommend it.

Besides the fact no one speaks english, they are incompetent. You cant use a gift card, they dont know how. Good luck getting your order taken they ignore you. When your food is ready they sit it on the counter indefinately. No number or name called. No work ethics, no customer service skills, no english? No way! Stay away.Its Berger King, Not Albertos.

Couldn't give negative stars. I went in here on my lunch break cause I haven't ate burger king in years. I now remember why!!! I stood at the register to give my order for 12 mins as the employees walked right past me like I was invisible not even a be right with you. I then saw an employee drop some fries and pick then up with and throw it away but not change her gloves after touching the ground and going right back to touching food. The store is filthy inside to boot. DO NOT EAT HERE your welcome!!!

I wanted to try the BBQ brisket burger because of course I love brisket. We all know the food will not be the same as the picture, but I was totally scammed and no brisket. So be happy franchise owner that you made great profit on this one item because you didn't provide any brisket, but see how it plays out when I am one of many that will just stop buying any food from your fraudulent franchise.

When me and my husband went we didn’t go thru the drive thru we got down. If I could I would give them -5 stars because the lady inside was being so rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. I had ordered the flame and flight combo and she was so disrespectful to me and my husband saying we wouldn’t order it because it was only thru the app. We said okay that’s fine just put it separately and she gave us an attitude saying you’re going to pay more for the order. I didn’t like it what’s so ever. She was rude and nasty with me and my husband! I couldn’t even enjoy my food because of her! I hope she gets fired because she was hella nasty and disgusting to me and my husband never again will I go to this location!!!
