Great pizza every time I order. Even better customer service...Especially from Erica. She is very kind every time I come in. No matter if it’s busy or slow. She is great!
Way to busy for the staff on hand. New years day evening and foul mouth gal at the counter had way to much to do way beyond her skill level. I gave 5 stars vecause food was completed and served out the door by the driver that was on point. Hot food it was.
Shaqroni Pizza for $13?! Amazing! And delicious! Carryout special 1 large 1 topping pizza for $10.99 is also a good deal!
Great customer service and pizza! The Manager there is always working hard and on it.
Good pizza and had an awesome delivery driver tonight. Someone sketchy was hanging out around my house and he mentioned it I told him I didn’t know the sketchy guy. So the driver ended up saying out loud I’ll see you tomorrow have a great night, which I though was cool just in case the guys casing the place and thinks someone won’t be here. But yeah he’s awesome I didn’t catch his name though.
First time ordering from them. I was surprised and please with the food. The pizza was good and the Parmesan crust papadias was amazing. The food was still hot after we got home which is better than domino’s. Definitely will visit again.
The best papa Johns I've ever had! I got a large thin crust, well done pepperoni + jalepeno + onion + olive + spicy sausage and it was freaking amazing. I mean it was damn good. The crust was crispy perfect and it arrived piping hot. Damn that was good. These guys take pride in their pizza's! Love it.
I have been coming here to this Papa John's. For 5 yrs!!! Tonight the pizza I ordered is the same I have ordered in the past. the prompt service, pizza presentation & the pizza taste is great 👍 I try not to give up on this place!! awesome job keep up the good service.
I'm a resident in the city of Hemet, this is my first time at this particular location. I might say my experience was wonderful "Erica" was my server and cook she was doing everything, she was so awesome!! and the pizza she recommended was just so delicious cheeseburger pizza barbecue Pizza and my pepperoni and cheese, fresh from the oven tasty !,tasty! I'm definitely recommending this particular location and will be back to enjoy my Papa John's Pizza 🍕🍕 thank you" Erica" for wonderful service will be back...
Ordered a couple medium pizzas and cinnamon pull apart dessert last night on Halloween🎃👻 Our driver Jerry was fantastic. Pizza was piping hot and dessert was sooo good. Everything was delicious!
Tuesday 9-16-25 (3:00-3:45 pm) wanted pizza for dinner and weekly leftovers. The pizza place I like is in Temecula but didn’t want to drive 40 minutes to get my Extra Large Veggie and added Pepperoni. I crossed a lot of pizza places never me in Hemet, but decided on Papa John’s 15 minutes away. Not only did they customized their Veggie version they added Pepperoni to it as well. Pizza family, don’t count out Papa John’s on Florida in Hemet/San Jacinto The outside area may look like a ghost town this location was so so clean and organized. The beautiful lady that made my pizza was beautiful and friendly to where I gave her the name Beautiful. Thank you Beautiful Lafy for customizing my pizza but making it so so DE LI COUS. I ate 5 (Before Photo) out of the 10 slices, it was so gooooooood. And NO, I’m not an employee or franchisee.
Great deals, always quick delivery. No complaints.

I had thee most amazing this morning 12/7/25 with an employee at the Hemet (Florida Ave) location. I wish i had caught her name, but because I literally called her 5 times today, I'm too embarrassed to bug her. She was there at 10:15am and I'm assuming she is a supervisor. She went above and beyond for me because i was having trouble with my Autistic son. This woman was so helpful, understanding, professional, caring and compassionate. She definitely deserves a raise or a paid week off! I literally cannot thank her enough and I hope one day I can. If you read this sweetie, I appreciate you beyond words.
This is a very small Papa John's. But the employees are super friendly and always offer whatever coupon or discounts are available. They have many varieties of pizza toppings and will let you substitute ingredients to your liking. Very tasty pizza.
Basic pizza takeout retailer ... nothing (whatsoever) 'bad' about this business, and nothing 'over the top' blew me away either. Yes, I would patronize this Papa John's again, so [future patrons] please don't read anything negative into this review.
Moved into the area 2 years ago, and found our favorite pizza place! The pizza is always delicious. The employees are nice and the service is quick! Today it was Patty that helped us out, and she was awesome. Thank you Patty!!
It's a well run pizza place with great pizza. They got their times dialed, and the pizza comes out perfect every time. 👌 The staff here is amazing!! Super cool people with great attitudes and excellent customer service.
We enjoy the convenience of the mobile app to order and never have had a bad pizza from our store. If you sign up for their emails they send you coupon codes and specials, which is nice. The couple of times they delivered past their projected time, we were given coupons for a free pizza. We didn't have to ask and never even complained, so they take the initiative. The people are nice, the few times I've gone inside to pick up an order, they have been busy working to get their orders done so I have to wait a little before they help me, but I guess I am just chill about things and work in the food service industry as well so I understand how it gets sometimes. The few not so perfect incidents don't take away from the quality of their products. The garlic knots are nice and garlicky. Their desserts are yummy. We enjoy earning free pizza.
Pizza is always great every time we order. The manager is such a hardworking, passionate person. He truly cares about customers and drivers.
My experience was okay. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes after placing Mt order online. And I told the workers what it told me it will be done.
Sweet, friendly manager that shows great professionalism & teamwork. And always immaculate inside! Nicest people ever! Freshest, yummiest, Best-est Pizza baked here out of ALL the Papa John's I've ever been to. I am hereby permanently hooked lol.

When papa Johns first opened the food was very good. The pizzas have less toppings now. First time I ordered BBQ chicken pizza it was loaded with chicken great flavor. I recently ordered one and had to use a magnifying glass to find the chicken. To bad it used to be good
I have started to get my pizza here vs dominos primarily because I think the pizza is better. I have had a good experience in my last visits and I am impressed at how hard their team is working. My only complaint is it needs more cleaning and the area can be ghetto and seemingly unsafe at times. I do suggest this location.
Great food. Best pizza for the price and love the cookie to add for 5 bucks. Staff is awesome. My only complaint is the toppings! Like where are they? ? My large pizza w olives pineapple and Canadian bacon the toppings were literally on 3 out of 8 pieces. Get it right PJ! Pizza wad still great anf I love there wings. Best ever!
Of course this is not a Italian restaurant, but they put out a pretty good pizza. Price is in-line with most fast food style pizza restaurants .
Pizza here is not so bad. Fast food pizza, but it works in a pinch. Their pizza closely resembles the frozen good pizza, Digiorno, that you would buy for half the price at the local grocery store. Pizza was done on the time given and the staff member was very professional. Probably will not purchase this pizza again.

I love your pizza, so far so good. But could you please answer the phone. Busy signal for a long time, I doubt that the phone was on the hook. I get it's 930pm and online says your service is till 1030pm. please answer next time.
The pizza to me is OK, but not my favorite. My kids like though. I am not a fan of the sauce and it doesn't meet my standard of taste and amount of toppings I expect on a pizza. I had it delivered and it was not very hot and the center was soggy. I prefer Little Cesar's cheap pizza to Papa John's.
The pizza was great as well as the service; however, the atmosphere for the employees working there was horrific. There was absolutely no AC in that hot environment where they were making the pizza. Papa John's needs to address this especially with the heat wave here in California. Not somewhere I would work. What are you trying to do, save money at the employee's expense?

Pizza was delivered quickly and hot but one of the garlic sauces had spilled during transit and made the entire crust saturated and soggy. Not super happy paying $20 for soggy pizza.
We love buying pizza and trying slices everywhere we travel. This is one of the only corp pizza joints I still have. The new, New York style pizza was a big disappointment. It was a thicker crust than NY Pizza. It wasn’t greasy and couldn’t even be folded over while eating. Love your pizza most of the time but this was a huge no go for me.
For a fast food pizza establishment, this location was completely unprepared for a Friday evening. I was amongst 7 people waiting to pickup orders, that were previously placed through apps. I personally waited 30 minutes for an order that should have been ready upon arrival. I was picking up my own order, while most were attempting to pick up Door Dash orders. After watching the chaos, I can say that the young lady at the front counter was 75% the issue. Her lack of coordination and urgency was apparent to all customers. While she was kind, for the most part, she got pretty nasty when she threw the garlic sauce in my pizza box and gave me a snarky, "Have a good day". This was after I asked her for my order twice, once I noticed it was ready (and already paid for). As much as we like Papa John's, we won't be ordering from this location again. For fast food pizza, the food was good. Not bad, not great. But met expectations. As for the other employees, most looked to be hustling (especially the young lady cutting the pizzas, tagging the boxes, and finishing the orders). Kudos to you, girl!! Keep up the great work ethic. That'll get you places. To whoever was the manager on duty, YOU should have manned the front for a bit to get things under control. That's what you're paid for, to manage the store, every aspect of it, within your control, of course. Note: Two Door Dashers left without thier orders due to the unnecessary wait time. One said, "Good luck" as he departed.

I ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza for a family lunch. My son went directly down and picked it up and brought it back home. I live one block away . it was cold and Soggy and floppy. Disgusting and embarrassing. For a large pizza I bet there wasn't six pieces of pepperoni on it was just cheese in a few scattered pieces pineapple. I know Papa John's has good pizza but I will never go to this particular store again. Your employees need to wake the heck up.
1 hour Completion of the pizza after alotted time they gave me was 30 min. Not to mention I came from across town. I cancelled the order and went to Rodolfos Cucina Italians the next shopping center over. Best Pizza I ever had..
OMG I'm never coming here again. Worst and most ghetto place in the whole town. Disgusting employees are so rude and don't care. The employees literally scream and cuss at each other when there's customers in the store. One of them was throwing a fit throwing her arms around screaming at somebody else. Absolutely awful and SO unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don't go here
I've never eaten there before so I called to order, but never was able to get a human on the phone. I was only placed on hold to hear nothing but continuously repeating ads for their pizza, and I waited a long time, too long!! I ended up hanging up and getting food elsewhere. I will never try them again.
I simply went to pick up 2 Pizzas throughout the pick up the Worker was acting like She was doing the most difficult task. I nearly had to negotiate to just get napkins and plates 💀. #GetANewJob
We ordered online. Got there to pick up and the guy at the register simply said they had no such order and started helping other people. We patiently waiting for him to again tell him we needed our oder. He said he had nothing. Finally someone else helped us and gave us our order. We should have checked the pizzas in the restaurant. Because when we got home, we noticed they gave us 3 pepperoni pizzas instead of what we ordered.
Absolutely the worst service ever there’s nothing like wanting a warm pizza on a cold rainy night and you show up to pick it up and the pizza has not even been started. The employees did not give a care basically said your pizza is not ready you have to wait if you want it so I got a refund. And total lack of motivation by the expressions on their employees faces and they’re work pace
I spent over $35 on a delivery order and I tipped. I was sent burnt garlic knots. I called just ask to have the knots replaced and a very rude "manager" named Gilbert told me that he couldn't do anything for me if I wouldn't drive the food that they burnt to the restaurant that I paid as delivery fee to and proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and a woman had new garlic knots sent, but no one would give me the number for the store manager, I was only able to get an 800 number. Bad service, mediocre food = Papa John's. I think I'm over Papa John's for good at this point...The service is never especially good, but this was as underwhelmed as I'm willing to be...SMH. I wish negative stars were a thing. Maybe I should hit up Shaq's inst, he's a shareholder...
The location...when I order 2 mediums and found there is a long strand of blond hair on my pizza, I called them and told them. The manager said he'll put 2 mediums for free after that. But when I called today the manager never put it on the system. So much for ordering from them again. Once again wear hairnets for your employees with long hair.
I called him to pick it up. They said 15 minutes I was there over a half an hour so the whole order took of her 45 to 50 minutes. Totally bogus.
Definitely would not recommend. I ordered from this place and my delivery never came. Manager called me to confirm the address I did so and the order still never came. So I called and the delivery driver answered was completely rude hung up in my face. Definitely need to clean house at that place. If I could give it no stars I would. Stay away.
Pizza was barely mediocre. Very little sauce on either one, minimal amount pcs cheese. I ordered the pizzas online and they didn't start them until I got there 20 minutes later. Seats were full so I had to stand for 25 minutes while they made my order. No one cared to speak to the customers, we all just stood there hoping our name would be called. Complained to their HQ - something I've rarely done before. They refunded my order. I won't ever go back. Antonious or Milanos from here out!
This place is horrible, they don't wear gloves or masks they talked the whole time and the pizza was not even done after I said well done. Look at this pizza, there's a whole row of pepperoni missing. Wasted so much money for this garbage. It's like you can't get good food in Hemet. This location sucks!!!
Umm just ordered and I don't know what this is.. it's either burnt hair or something that feels like plastic.. maybe dread hair... nasty!

DO NOT go to this location. These employees are rude and completely unprofessional. I paid an extra $6 for the garlic to be put on my crust and upon receiving my order I came to find out that the garlic was dry and barely visible. I called into the location to see if there was anything they could do for me such as refund the $6 or at least add it for next time. The “lady” if I can even refer to her as such because she was so disrespectful, refused to assist. She completely lacked any customer service and treated me horrifically. Due to this experience my sister offered to take the food back and get a refund. I understand that me and my family ate some of the food so they offered a partial refund. I was willing to accept it however I wanted to know since I was still paying if I could keep a pizza. The girl told my sister that she had to go ask her boss. She never came back. I told my sister I would call in and when I asked for a manager the girl told me she was and that her name was “Nina” however according to my sister the managers name was “Mary”. Now Nina was extremely rude over the phone and ended up hanging up on me. My sister is now waiting inside for 15 minutes, or so they say, for a general manager to show up. If this location is full of managers why does no one have any customer service skills because I’m astonished that there’s two managers so far on site and none of them know how to properly deal with customers. Please if you made it this far and want good pizza and great customer service go to Grumpy Tom’s pizza or Dominos.
I wouldn't call it a pizza, maybe a frozen pizza from 711 maybe. It's not even a pizza 😒
So I called for pizza a few days ago and got the Shaqaroni. I did the same thing tonight. Both times there was a woman that couldn’t speak or understand English very well and she was in China. That’s fine and all but both times they ran my card and it didn’t go through the first time. Had to be ran twice. Not sure if I got charged twice but makes me wonder. I’ll check. What happened to the workers that work at the pizza place and know the town you live in and creating jobs for our people. They are probably paying cheap labor. Very sad. The owner of papa John’s should be embarrassed. I’ll never order their pizza again and will tell everyone I know this story.
Where do I start? Several weeks ago we were made to wait when someone walked into this store and took our pizza without any verification. Then as the result of another error, we were assured of a free pizza and this guarantee would be input into their system. It wasn't and we were made to feel it was our fault for not following guidelines we were never informed of. Simply put, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. They make too many mistakes at the full expense of their customers.
