Buy from Juan's at least twice a month always a good experience sometimes a little wait but worth it as you know it's being cooked and fresh, good service nice people,if you enjoy Rotisserie chicken by all means check them out you won't be disappointed.

I come here often the rotisserie Chicken is just absolutely delicious. It's the best I've ever had. You won't be disappointed.

The chicken was a little on the dry side. The rice tasted amazing. The beans were unimpressive. The salsa was watery but delicious. The server was amazing overall it was a good experience.

I have been to the original location in Lake Elsinore many years ago. I got a flyer to my door alerting me to a local restaurant. Same great chicken & all the fixings. A small spot tucked away in the corner of a strip mall. I will be back.

Omg.... this place have the BEST chicken I've ever had, way better than El Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo, or such. Staff is friendly too. And not in a rough neighborhood. Quick service. Good price.

Bought the Dinner meal combo. Half chicken 4oz sides (upgraded the beans for addtl 2.15) meal to share for two. They have only one juice Pink Lemonade so I got that no ice. So it was only ok today. The chicken wasn't as fresh and the beans looked beat. I split this between me and hubby for quick lunch snack.

5-25-2020 Definitely becoming a regular; cause it's that good, quick and never dry. 5-3-2020 Definitely my new go-to place for $10 and under meals especially when it comes to that one pound burrito which is a true one pound burrito and you will definitely B full after after consuming. If you haven't had this place this by far Beats Chipotle especially on size flavor and value and on top of that it's a mom-and-pop type place. During these covid-19 times you definitely have to try this spot and frequent this instead of the fast food places for pick up a food you will not be disappointed. The employees are nice; masks and gloves on everybody social distancing and you cannot come in without a mask which is a big big plus for me. I shall return more frequently please if you plan to go there do so when I'm not there 11-2019 This is the spot if you want quick chicken from the grill in this area for sure.... and el pollo dryness be gone along with kentucky fried bones leave us. The chicken is large in portion size and plenty of meat on the bones unlike those other 2 chain places that have meatless chickens or dry rice. This place does it right, the rice is a yellow lemon based idea and the beans are flavorful. The rice I really enjoyed along with the potato salad. 2 Whole chickens quartered along with a rice side, beans and potato salad all good flavored. Plus we can't forget the salsa which is pretty close to el pollo loco. Price for the 2 family portions is just over $30 which fair for the quality and portion sizes. Give it a shot if your in the area.

My father just moved to San Jacinto. I went on Google to pick a good place to eat. I was visiting. I found Juan’s R. Chicken. I saw the amazing 5 star reviews regarding the chicken, potato salad, and salsa. We got the family pack to go. The restaurant was a bit small inside. Several tables inside. They do have a soda pop machine where you serve your own drink while you eat there or wait for your food. Once we got home. The chicken taste was amazing. The beans were delicious. The potato salad was to die for. We got double potato salad I was happy i did. I live in Corona and would drive to San Jacinto just for the chicken and potato salad. Amazing! Keep up the great taste. Keep working on the customer experience. Need a bit more enthusiasm when dealing with customers. It’s not just a job but we get the great food and you make an earning to continue to open this great food locations. Thanks for your service.

It's a acquired taste. This location doesn't put chicken pieces in there rice with green onion. It's just white rice. The potato salad not. Over all the chicken was Great. The man was very nice.

The flavor is awesome and they have really delicious homemade creamy potato salad- the dinner comes with rice and beans & 1\2 chicken :-) we come here at least 3 or 4 times a month after church. After eating here I'll never go back to Pollo Loco! The service here also is very friendly and they're very attentive and make sure you have everything you need love this place! Reasonably priced.

Love the food. It's always clean. 4 stars because the staff look like it hurts to smile or be happily friendly.

Amazing food! BUT this is the second time I went in at 6:30pm and the grill and fryer were shut down for the night when they don't close until 8. I couldn't order anything I wanted and a friend of mine said they do it to her all the time too. So frustrating so I won't be eating there very often anymore.

This place has the best chicken in town. El pollo who!!! lol I gave them four star's only because they're bean's have no flavor what so ever, opt for double potato salad it's well flavored.

Chicken was delicious but service was not at the same level. Place was deserted and attendant didn't seem to happy to have customers when we walked in. MANAGEMENT! "Take those smart phones away from employees while on duty and they'll change the indifferent attitude"

Would have given them a 5 star rating but walked in here on a Wednesday for the whole chicken special and was told I would have to wait 40 min for a whole chicken and that they only a 1/2 chicken ready. I love their chicken, potato salad, and beans but a 40 minute wait????

I usually go to Juan pollo on San Jacinto & Florida but decided to try this place (STETSON & GILBERT) since it’s right by my house . I ordered a family meal. The food was HORRIBLE, 1 chicken was slimy and the other one was severely dry , the green onion in the rice was burnt and the rice was dry & hard you can tell it was old and the tortillas were all hard. We couldn’t even eat it ...Terrible experience. Definitely won’t go back

Didn't try the chicken. Maybe I should have. I ordered carne asada nachos, they had no chips so i then ordered a carne asada burrito. It was by far the worst burrito i have ever had. Chunks of non chewable fat were placed on my burrito. I will never eat there again

Not only did they give me the wrong items, but when I called to address the issue, the response was shocking. I spoke with the manager, Michael, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the possibility that a mistake was made, he gave me attitude and belittled me. Michael’s behavior was unprofessional and condescending—he made me feel as if I was dumb and blind and insisted that the error was on my end. I was literally staring at the food in front of me, but he says I was wrong. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service, especially from someone in a managerial position in food hospitality. Given this experience, I will never return to Juan Pollo and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. Taking my business elsewhere. Still in shock my family and I where treated this way.
