Excellent! There are always reasons to return to Hervás, and eating at this restaurant is definitely one of them. The flavors of their dishes, the care they take with each ingredient, the friendliness, and the service are top-notch. We will definitely be back. I recommend it one hundred percent.

Better than ever… We ate today, in the second seating, and the restaurant was packed… but it didn't matter. We enjoyed the meal more than ever, I'd say: - The starters were excellent: exquisite pig's trotter ravioli, amazing leeks with a surprising citrus touch, and a very tasty foie gras terrine. - The main courses were varied: delicious boneless shoulder of lamb, excellent crispy suckling pig, and a surprising cannelloni filled with beef cheeks. But dessert was missing, and today, in addition to the usual options, they had added a pistachio and mandarin mille-feuille that was absolutely perfect. As I said: EXCELLENT!! Very good service and very nice presentation of the dishes with varied tableware. A pleasant experience at a price appropriate for the quality and service.

An unbeatable experience. Everything, from the ambiance to the service and the menu, is truly wonderful. Because the food is, quite literally, out of this world. We had some confit mushrooms with egg yolk and truffle caviar that were to die for; and then we ordered the shoulder of kid goat that they had off-menu, which was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. The "patatas revolconas" (mashed potatoes with paprika and bacon) that we chose as a side dish were also delicious, as was the chocolate cake with hazelnuts, cherry, and caramel that we tried for dessert. Furthermore, we found the price more than fair for the quality of the food and the service.

A small, cozy Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Friendly staff. The tasting menu is a bit short but delicious; the pig's trotter ravioli was spectacular, and the cod tripe was excellent. Reasonable price.

We had the tasting menu L and it was a great choice. Three appetizers, two first courses, two main courses, two desserts, and three small sweets. A good wine cellar, with plenty of wines from Extremadura. The pace of the courses was perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. We left delighted.

We loved the food. A very quiet place with excellent, fast, and efficient service. The food was very well prepared and presented. We opted for the boletus as a starter, and for the main course we tried the sea bass, the lamb stew, and the confit pork. Everything was delicious, and for dessert we had a selection of local cheeses. An experience we'll definitely repeat.

Our first dinner in Hervàs could not be better. We came here following a suggestion of a local person and we absolutely loved it. We had the tasting menu, which was super interesting because it was mainly based on local ingredients and recipes but with a modern twist. The Gilda was one of my favourite as well as the aubergine. The service was excellent and the waitress even noted that I was using the fork and knife in reverse and started placing them swapped on the table, which was a great sign of attention to details! Also the amount of food was very good, we left quite full and very satisfied! Would go back again if I am in the area again!

Tomamos el menú degustación y la experiencia fue interesante, algunos puntos más fuertes que otros: - la gilda estaba espectacular, así como el rape y el postre de piña. - otros platos correctos. - Un par de puntos a mejorar: la emulsión de chorizo en las alcachofas no quedó bien y el postre de chocolate no nos convenció. -el cierre que acompañó a las infusiones estuvo exquisito. El sitio es muy agradable y el trato también. Una buena opción en Hervás.
