They shrunk the patties. I noticed on 9/21/25 in Goliad that the beef patty was about 30% thinner. I checked today 9/22 in Hondo and it was the same.

I have always gotten great food from Whataburger, however I always get a custom order. I brought a friend who ordered a burger all the way. The burger came out cold, not just cold but felt like it came out of refrigerator. When told, they did replace it without question. I can't help but think if I would have gotten a cold burger going through drive thru. Unexceptable!

(-) Chicken sandwich I rate 4 out 10 it was tough like it was not tenderize where ever its processed . But I might give the Chicken Sandwich a 2nd try. But I will Be back and I will update review .

My dad had to clean our booth before we sat down, they forgot my mom’s fries, and forgot to bring us ketchup. I get it’s busy, but at least the employees were nice (thanks William!) Can’t complain too much because we used coupons and it’s a fast food place for a reason. Would eat here if you’re tired, hungry, or short on cash, but that’s it.

Usually pretty good but they do have a problem of mixing up or simply incorrectly making an order.

I had the new honey chicken sandwich and it tasted like it was made yesterday. Really hard, barely warm chicken strips. Made fresh would be great.

Decided to go in and order to go.I chose a just a burger, and fries with a chocolate chip cookie were supposed to be a kids' meal. No cookie, and the oder took over 14 minutes. Drive-through would have been faster. Very disappointing on customer service.

Do yourself a favor drive to the next town the employees here are incompetent and lazy. We asked for ketchup three times in a drive-thru, and got none. Had to walk inside and ask for it only to have the employee start doing other things rather than actually give us what we were asking for. There were three employees sitting in the dining area waiting for their shift and no customers. Not one vehicle got serviced at the window we were asked to pull forward and three vehicles behind us were asked to pull forward. Their service times or atrocious go elsewhere. Your management sucks, there are no adults making sure employees were doing their jobs in a timely manner.

Horrible wait. Went through the drive through and waited 30 minutes. They then told me to pull up and I waited another 10 minutes. Finally went inside and asked for my food. All I had was one biscuit w egg. Drive through cashier was very rude. To add insult to injury they included a free cookie and I have diabetes.

Got in the drive through at 10:08pm.... I’m posting the bad review at 10:37pm as evidence on the clock on the suv display.... there were only 5 cars ahead of us. Not really sure what the problem is here but I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be visiting this store again.
