Clean place, clean bathrooms, free samples when I visited, open all the time, friendly staff...what else is there to say...it's a Dunkin Donuts after all.

Just your average dunkin, i have going here since i was a little kid, I don’t really go there that often anymore, but it is great.

Was looking at houses in the area and needed to check the local Dunkin. Very friendly staff and they got my order right. Would go back to try more items.

This Dunkin has hit rock bottom. Food is cold and tastes like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours The service has definately degraded to almost zero. If you order a coffee or and a fonut and breakfast sandwich, the coffee is delivered to the pick-up window, but you then have to ask for the other items. Three or more people massage one order. Servers truly seem unhappy to work there. My business is going elsewhere.

Tight dining room and why does this Dunkin not open later especially on Friday and Saturday nights I would come out and hang out with my friends and see run my remote control car around the parking lot in end up buying five or six cups of coffee plus some donuts and everything else now you guys are closed why? That doesn't include everyone else that would be be buying coffee food and other since you guys are missing out on a lot of money I just don't get it maybe you can let me know why.

I love the people that i have interacted with during the times i came to purchase a drink and a donut. They’re so friendly and clean. There is one employee her name is Amanda she’s such a sweetheart. She was so sweet with my kids. She had such a great smile and a great attitude taking my order. The other staff there are amazing too and friendly.

Great customer service. Bella went above and beyond, all I wanted was a little extra sweetener but she went in the back and opened a brand new one as the one they used in my coffee was low. That is proper customer service! Most people would prob just use the same one.

This Dunkin’ does a great job, even during busy times. Orders are made quickly and accurately, and the team keeps things moving without ever feeling rushed. The staff is welcoming and positive, which really makes a difference. Food quality is consistently solid!! Everything tastes fresh, the donuts are always good. It doesn’t take away from the overall experience. The place could use an overhauling and a window for drive thru. Special recognition to Brady, Lauren, and Amanda for their outstanding customer service. This location has become my go-to Dunkin’.

Great service and of course the D&D menu is great. I would recommend that the make more Cheddar Bagel twists though. Always sold out by noon!

The staff is very nice, but they see overburdened they need to develop a better system a better area for on the go pickups also. They are all kind of tripping on one another.

Coffee and bakery items like any other Dunkin. It can be uncomfotably cold in the summer if you spend any time there. AC seems to be set ON all the time.

Normally not too packed and they’d follow all the social distancing rules even tho it’s a small store. I’m giving four stars tho because whenever you order coffee the sugar at the bottom is never mixed in. But other than that it’s pretty good would recommend.

The flavor of plain black coffee with no sugar and no milk or other additive has been weak. My complaint in 2015 was that the coffee is not up to the standards of normal Duncan Donuts. The location was not busy. In the 4th quarter of 2017, I revisited the same Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is now up to standards; there have been many people in the restaurant when I visited.

There is no Drive Thru! A small Dunkin. Coffee was fresh. Breakfast sandwich was okay. I asked for a toasted English Muffin. It was not toasted at all, but it was warm. Not toasted is not out of the ordinary for any Dunkin site. Only 2 employees but they were both very pleasant. I would definitely stop here again when in Hopewell Junction.

Just another old Dunkin donuts. Great once but have really gone down the tubes. No place bakes their own donuts anymore, they never have enough of its specific type of donut, the coffee is mediocre, and the prices have gotten way out of control.

This Dunkin continuously gives me a cup of milk when I order Iced coffee and macchiatos. Why does my coffee look WHITE??? I should not have to keep going back or pay for extra coffee because the staff can’t figure out how to calibrate their espresso machine or use common sense to realize their handing paying customers iced milk. So upset.

The place needs a good scrubbing and renovation, very tired and dirty looking inside. The more I looked around I made the decision to never go back because I can't imagine how the kitchen area must be.

I asked to pay for extra milk and was given attitude that I could not get it because it is in a machine. I asked for any type of milk they had on hand and was told they don’t sell the milk. After back and forth I finally was given a little cup of milk. I get that a drink may not be full if less ice, but to argue back and forth when I was willing to pay extra is kind of ridiculous. I’m not looking for free things, but trying to get a drink the way I prefer drinking it….

Employees at this Dunkin need to realize the importance of courteous,pleasant and professional customer service.Attitude and HOW you say something to a customer is the difference between a returning customer or one that will not be back.

The guy seemed new and had no idea what he was doing and together it seemed like both of them were struggling. I come to this store regularly and I have never seen such level of customer service. Dunkin customer service in general has been terrible at all stores across our town and I am not surprised all the people that used to work here are not longer working here.

This location, much like all the ones owned and operated by the franchisee “Southpaw” is awful. Avoid these locations if you can.

This dunkin is the worst. They can’t handle a line. Ordered a black coffee with cream on the side, 3 bacon egg and cheeses. Was missing a sandwich, the two I did get had no cheese on them and no cream for my coffee. And paid 15$ for it all. Outrageous

Why were my bagel bites literally frozen?? I bit into it, and they were cold so I was like okay maybe there wasn't enough time on the oven, but no. The cream cheese on the inside was frozen, and the outside of the bite was hard as well.

Lady with the blonde hair is amazing not all of the staff are bad but the management and some of the crew members are nasty with their customers. DO NOT GO HERE you WILL have a bad experience.
