I’ve been going to this place for the past 4 years with my sister. Still our favorite hot pot place to this day! The workers are always welcoming every time we come. I love the Japanese Curry and Go Shabu Spicy broths, and I still haven’t found a broth as good as the ones here. The food bar is always well organized and clean with a lot of options available for sauce. They also have ice cream available! The #1 Short Rib beef on the menu has always been a favorite as well. Highly recommend this place!

When we don’t feel like making a trip to bellaire, this is our second best option for good quality shabu hot pot. The ingredients are fresh and the sauce and broth options, along with the meat options are great. Service is pretty good as well!

Came for dinner. Food was delicious. It's all you can eat and all you can cook. Each person has an individual hot pot to cook with. No need for sharing. You select your soup base or a mix of soup base depending on preference and get your ingredients from the buffet table. What's so nice is they have lots of items to choose from to add to your pot. The vegetables are fresh and the meats are quality. They also have signs to suggest how to create your own dipping sauces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So much food to select from but make sure you leave room for desserts. There's ice cream and fresh fruits.

This place is great. Me and my boyfriend go here very often. The servers have almost always been amazing and friendly. They have the BEST sauce bar nearby. We have gone to K-Pot twice to compare here and there.. this definitely wins. The meat options are all solid, I like the brisket. They have a good amount of veggies, and seafood. They have lots of other options too like tofu, pumpkin (my favorite), quaill eggs, dumplings, LOTS of noodles, etc. You can ask for rice or raw eggs from the server. The condiment bar here is seriously great. If you are a sauce person definitely come here. They replaced the spicy mayo with a way more orange one that I don't like but otherwise I've had a good consistent experience here. The broths are ACTUALLY flavorful. Tom Yum and Spicy are my favorites. They also have fresh fruit and ice cream for dessert. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. It's a little pricey so we can't go as often as we like but that price is worth it. Only complaint I truly have is that the booths kinda suck. I prefer booths but most of them are weirdly far away from the table so it's hard to eat unless you lean far forward or arent using the back of the booth at all. They're wood too so that doesn't help. I have to use the regular chairs instead sadly because of this. If the booths were more comfortable and closer to the table that would be awesome.

First time at Go Shabu, and it was great! The place is beautiful with a nice layout and relaxing vibe. You order your broth and meats with your server, and grab your seafood, noodles, veggies, and sauces at the self-serve bar; everything was fresh and well organized. Big shoutout to our waitress Gen! She explained the menu, made us two delicious sauces, and even brought us eggs to hardboil. The sauces really complete the experience; don’t skip them! We finished with dessert; cookies and cream ice cream for my brother and green tea for me. Great service, great food, great experience. Highly recommend Go Shabu!

Go Shabu in Webster, TX is hands down one of my favorite places to eat. The staff here are always so kind and welcoming. They actually remember my usual order and drink, which makes every visit feel personal and genuine. The food is consistently fresh, and the soup is absolutely amazing, rich, flavorful, and perfect every single time. You can really tell they care about quality and customer experience. Do you love fresh homemade soup? I do. So I was very excited to discover this restaurant only minutes from my home. You pick your broth and meat (or vegetarian) option. Then just add fresh veggies, fresh minced garlic, fresh sauces, fresh green onion, fresh seafood or meat balls, etc. And your choice of noodle (Ramen, egg, don't, etc.) or no noodle at all for keto. Healthy, fresh, customizable. Meat, seafood or vegetarian. Oh and free dessert and it's all you can eat. I'm in love.

Ok , I am a super fan of hot pot places and this one did not disappoint!!! I was greeted gracefully by the host. He made sure the seat he got me was ok with me and Mason my server was fantastic. I think he read my flavor pallet as I was asking for the types of meats and soup base and he was on point, their veggie and seafood selection is really good. Highly recommend Go Shabu! The food was excellent. We had the rib-eye, beef strip, and chicken. The ribeye was almost melt-in-your-mouth tender. The Jasmine tea had a delicate flavor. The green tea ice cream was wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars for the service, I would. Our waitress, Nana, was friendly, sweet, and very attentive. She figured out immediately that we’d never experienced a hotpot restaurant and started explaining how things worked and made recommendations that were helpful. If you’ve never been, go to their website and read the instructions. The menu gives step-by-step instructions, also. I would definitely eat at Go Shabu again!

Was super impressed with this hotpot place! I went for the $18.99 lunch buffet on a Tuesday and I was not disappointed! There was no wait time to be seated, and there weren’t too many people there. You can see just how fresh everything was and the staff were constantly refilling the bar. I ordered the tomato soup base and it was pretty good. For the lunch buffet, there are only 5 meat options available, but they are tasty and thinly cut, which is just how I like. My favorite to order was the beef brisket and pork belly. At the bar, they had so many options to choose from, including a TON of seafood. My faves from the bar were definitely the dumplings, pumpkin, bok choy, and tofu. I tried a little bit of everything and it was so worth it. There’s also a good array of sauces for dipping the meat in, which is great. Don’t forget dessert at the end: freshly cut fruit or 4 different flavors of ice cream!! Will definitely be coming back again!

Awesome place! We usually drive up to Houston for hot pot, but wanted to try somewhere closer to home. Soup base was delicious! And the meat was good quality for what we paid. Large selection of things to add to the soup. We came in right before closing time, and we did not feel rushed. Our server was really nice. He even set some extra soup to the side for us in the back, in case we decided we wanted more after closing time.

Awesome place for a date or just for a interesting night out. The hot pot concept is awesome and personalized for each diners preference. You choose your protein at the table and they will bring thin slices to you and/or go to the buffet and get noodles, dumplings, and seafood. They also have fruits and vegetables. There is about a dozen sauces and spices. Everyone has there own pot so make it to your taste.

About $35 a person after tip for dinner. I have to admit this place was good. Everything including the vegetable 🍆🥒 I never eaten before. One of my favorite items was the pork dumplings. They have way too many fresh options to choose from. Seafood Mushroom 🍄. This was my first time eating this. I was impressed 👍😁 They have many sauces to choose from. The sauces are just right and not to thick. My favorite was the ginger. The Hot 🔥 Pot 🍲 cooks food very fast. It was a cool experience. The meat 🍖🥓 was amazing. I want to say it is better than the seafood choices they had. The only thing I didn't like was the shrimp 🦐. It is Farm Raised. The Oyster 🦪 were delicious The octopus 🐙 takes longer to cook than the rest of the food. I will definitely be back.

It was not our first time to Go Shabu but it was the first for my senior parents. My parents enjoyed the food, there were so many options to choose from: veggies, carbs, and proteins. My dad is on a very strict diet due to his health but there were plenty for him to choose from. The miso sound base was perfect for them and myself, while my daughter got something more spicy and my husband liked the curry flavor soup base. Everything was fresh too. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try hotpot. My mom already planned the next visit to bring her friends and my brother's family for dinner.

All you can meat! You gotta come here and bring your loved ones and friends. They offer so many different kinds of soups and all kinds of meat cuts as well as vegetables and seafood so there is something for everybody. The cleanliness is top notch for a buffet style place and the food tastes so fresh as well which I'm pretty particular about. The design of the restaurant is gorgeous and the bathrooms are very clean. The servers are so friendly. I love our Filipina server Athena and the host Charie. They are amazing. Tons of parking in the plaza out front and hard to miss the large white lit up sign. I will 100% be back here over and over again since I rarely eat red meat. But of course whenever I'm craving I'll be here. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone in the area! And visitors too! If you've never had shabu shabu this is a great 1st timer spot! Update: I brought my friend here for his birthday and he loved it. The quality remains top notch. Very clean and great tasting food. Come here and try it. The matcha & oreo ice cream here is also yummy :) Update: I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. It was his 1st time trying hot pot and he said he's excited to come back <3 Update: Eating here today with my father. Figured out my favorites: #1, 3, 6, & 8 (I love the cuts with lots of FAT!). Also our server Winston was super attentive and quite handsome too. Go Shabu has never let me down!

This is a new personal favorite restaurant! I’m so glad I don’t have to go into Houston! I wish I had our servers name because she was super sweet. There’s a good variety of vegetables and meat. I left super full! The spicy broth is super good and the dumplings taste really fresh. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be back!

Good selection of meat, except they are very thinly sliced. The table is rather small for 4 pots, not enough space for all the food. The soups were great, we had tonkatsu and tom yum. Good selection of seafood and veggies as well.

My first hot pot experience and I must say I really enjoyed it. I was expecting something totally different with the "All you can eat buffet" attached to it but I can't say I was disappointed. Variety of fresh seafood choices to choose from and select meat choices - chicken, beef, and pork. Rice noodles, egg noodles, and ramen as well. My only one thing was as a first timer, it would have been nice to sample the different broth choices as once you choose that's it, you can't change your mind if you don't fancy it - you'll have to purchase another broth. Strongly recommend to think twice about the tomato broth, not very tasty. 😅 Other than that - Great experience and will definitely be back!

I tried many hot pot places and it's my first time here. I went in thinking of it on the okay side, but it turned out to be better than I expected. I went there during dinner so I got to eat all meat from 1-10. What I recommend: # Meat numbers 1, 2 and 3 # Bone (#1) broth or Curry one What to avoid: # Seafood wasn't fresh at all, especially crab and shrimps # Not many choices of fruits I would go back if I'm around that area for sure
