I do not go inside Smoothie King. I remain loyal to the drive-thru like it is a sacred ritual. And every time, they deliver greatness through a little sliding window like smoothie royalty. The staff is always fast, friendly, and possibly trained in the ancient art of blending joy. I place my order and within moments, I am holding a cup of icy determination that tastes like victory and fruit got together and made something beautiful. There are no delays, just pure efficiency and a smoothie that somehow fixes my entire day. My blender at home has officially entered early retirement out of shame.

Smoothie King. The name really says it all. Kids smoothies are pretty dope. Muscle Punch is more than a clever name. It is in fact the tastiest of all.

This store knows what GREAT customer service is. I had an issue with drinks that I ordered for delivery. The driver grabbed the wrong drinks. I wrote about the issue and immediately was contacted to resolve the issue. Not only did they resolve the issue they also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. My mind is blown and I’m so impressed by their genuine care for their customers.

i love this drive thru smoothie king! i used to get smoothie king in college since it was on campus and was a good meal replacement after a workout. however it never really appealed to me as a drink id l go for when i think about what to drink. lately the weather has been crazy hot and so i decided to go get a smoothie and i think since then ive been going here often. i dont mind going in the store but i'd rather drive thru. they have a few parallel parking spots. staffs are nice. their default cup is the foam cup but for some reason i hate that material so i request the transparent plastic cup. looks way better. overall i see myself going to this location and the quality of the smoothie is consistent. below is the 32oz berry punch. it tastes way better when it's melted a little.

I really enjoy the smoothies at smoothie king, but this location is a hit or miss. There’s a serious lack of consistency. Usually when there’s very young male staff, it is a complete miss. It doesn’t taste like it should at all. But other times (usually when there’s an older lady that I’ve seen work here) it’s perfect. I don’t know why. The location over near Post Oak is much more consistent.

I go here regularly and get the same drink everytime (Angel Food). Not sure who was working the morning shift but it tasted like ice and chunks of peanut butter. Absolutely nasty and if I wasn’t late for work I work I would’ve returned it. Besides that I love this location but seems like it was not blended well.

Went yesterday before an interview and didn’t feel welcome inside, the supervisor or more tenured employee had a horrible attitude towards me and her coworker. I didn’t taste the strawberry flavored protein I asked for and the color didn’t match the fruits I asked for. I used to go to this location regularly now I realize why I haven’t been back and will likely never return again.

I usually always go on my lunch break and the last 3 times ive gone, i realized it has been pretty busy. I waited over 30 minutes to get a bowl. I had asked for no blueberries just sub them for bananas and i was charged .99 for that. I was like ok whatever but then when i got my bowl, its not what i expected.

8:35 am the store was empty. I was not greeted by the worker. When order was finally taken they acted like I was bothering them. Then my order was just placed on the counter. The only reason I knew it was mine was because they did not place it inside the online order carrier. I will not come back to this location. $10 for a smoothie and they don’t even treat you like a person then expect a tip. No thank you.

Do not go to this smoothie king. The store is dirty, the staff is rude, and at the end of it all my smoothie was incorrect and undrinkable.

**Update, they responded below as if they were really going to do something. I followed instructions and they HAVE YET TO REACH OUT! Just ordered a smoothie bowl and paid for EXTRA Toppings only to be delivered soup and then my peanut was missing! I live less than 4 mins away from the location and I ordered priority on UberEats. I think gave me the wrong order because it’s impossible to be that watery so quickly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The girl at the window was more interested in chewing her lunch than waiting on the customer. I saw her tap her 25% tip and then she refused to remove it.

I just came through the drive through and had the worst experience ever. This place isn’t welcoming at all. The person taking orders in the drive thru had a complete attitude, she didn’t seem like she wanted to work this morning at all. She was rushing me thru me order and got even more aggravated when I added on. This was not a good customer experience at all. I regret not reading the reviews first!

I was on a time crunch, so I stopped by this location since it was near work. When I ordered my drink, a car had got in front of me, cut in line and order a drink at the pick up window. It would’ve been nice if the employee ask them to order in line instead of cutting the line. So once after I receive my drink, I arrived at work. I haven’t touched the smoothie and waited till after I open then once I got to drink my smoothie turns out it was not even a smoothie. It was just liquid with a bunch of foam. Since I was opening up, the foam had time to settled so by the time I open the drink, there was about a 2 inch indention. So I basically paid for a medium but got a small instead and didn’t get a smoothie but got juice with 2 inch of foam. I never had an issue with any other location and this is my first and last time at this location.

Went on 6/14 at 4pm. The person taking orders through the drive-thru and handling the credit card machine on checkout is automatically entering a tip. As I put my credit card on the machine that she was holding she selected 20% tip and held it at an angle so I couldn’t see. When I got the receipt, I noticed the tip and asked her about it and explained I didn’t enter that. She then told me I did something wrong. The reality is that she probably does this regularly and doesn’t get called out on it. I was quite surprised and should have asked for my money back, but didn’t want to hassle in the moment. I hope management reads this and gets to the bottom of this fraudulent behavior. As an aside, she was impatient taking the order and I could barely understand her English. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this smoothie king.

I’ve been coming to Smoothie King for years. I rave about this place but today I had a strange encounter…. I put my usual order in and I gave the girl a five dollar tip and took my cup. Then I left and it had a strange message written on it. It said don’t go back. I feel very unsure about the message and if this drink is safe to drink beware of this location.

Came in for my pick up order and while I was waiting on my order, the worker did not have on gloves. I had to ask him to put on gloves since I saw him wipe his nose and went back to making orders and flies are flying all around. It’s disgusting in here. I’m assuming she’s manager on duty and asked me not to talk to her employees after I asked twice for him to put gloves on. Very disturbing experience. I will not be back at this location.
