I wish all coffee shops were built like this one. It was pretty crowded but they was space to sit down. Three stories of seating not including the rooftop. Wish the drink pick up system was better as we didn’t hear our order called out as there was a large line already in front of the pick up spot. I think my drink would have tasted better hot as it was in the sweet side. Overall good place.

Its a good place to go for a different coffee experience, the only concern is there is no enough room for everyone people go there and take the chairs for the whole day so even if you have your coffee there is not going to be a table for you. Other than that I will definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere of this place is by far the best I have experienced out of every other coffee houses I've visited in this city! The coffee is phenomenal, their croissants deliver an explosive taste, and there is always plenty of space to study or just chill inside or outside at the rooftop! I stopped by during the soft opening today to try out this new coffee spot in the city; overall it’s a nice coffeeshop. Please be patient as the staff seems to still be new and trying to get acquainted with their roles, the machines and a flood of customers . The coffee menu does not seem to be massive , but it has all the necessities for caffeine addicts. ☕️ 😝 I would have to say that the location has a cool vibe, much different than most coffeeshops in Houston . The cherry on top has to be that Houston we finally have a true “rooftop patio” ; which in the upcoming cooler weather will be nice to use. They have a parking lot which is decent size, but don’t fret as there are plenty of street parking spots within walking distance . Overall, I would have to say that this place has the potential to be something special in Houston.

My wife and I visited this coffee house for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It's a very chill environment, with 2 floors of seating. They have coffee and pastries you can choose from. Great place to drive coffee and relax. We will definitely be going back.

I always love discovering new coffeeshops like this one. Big open space with plenty of tables so it’s a perfect spot to get work done. They have two floors plus the rooftop. This is already a very popular spot so expect most of the tables to be filled up if you come during peak hours. The parking lot is also spacious so finding a spot was easy. I highly recommend trying their West End Latte!

Today was my first time visiting this coffee shop and it won't be my last!! If you plan to go on a Sunday at 12pm (which is when the coffee shop opens) plan to wait about 15 minutes for a parking spot on the lot. There ia a church in the same parking lot and all of the spaces were used for parking including street parking. I ordered the ham and cheese Croissant with a ice blended coffee with hazelnut. The rooftop is definitely a vibe! All 3 levels of this coffee house is amazing! Even my 4 year old toddler enjoyed himself!

This is now my FAVORITE coffee shop in all of Houston!The coffee was delicious, many classic options to choose from if your a coffee lover. Best feature of this place is the beautifully designed seating and study areas throughout the building. Has a very homey feel as soon as you walk in. There are 3 floors of seating and hang out spots as well as a rooftop patio area with seating. Very nice views up there of the surrounding city and downtown skyline. Highly recommend this place!

First time here. Love the atmosphere! The architecture is gorgeous. Staff and manager were very nice. Pretty pricey ($21 for 2 menu drinks) the coffee is average tasting, could use a little more rich flavor. I didnt mind too much though. Paying for the atmosphere, coffee and amenities. 10/10 for me and will come back!

Very beautiful coffee shop! I loved the views from the rooftop and the cortado I had was delicious. I agree that it gets very, very crowded despite how spacious it is but still overall very good experience.

Parking is tough but for good reason (no worries, they have an extended lot across the street)! If you’re looking for a place to pop some headphones on and get work done or just meet up for coffee, this place is both super instagramable and just chill to hangout at. I love that there’s access to the rooftop and the the super quiet third floor. Coffees good, service is great, bathrooms are super clean!

Loved the atmosphere here! The coffee was decent and the ham and cheese croissant was delicious. The rooftop is pretty small but if the weather is nice, it is nice to sit on the outdoor furniture (make sure to wear sunglasses and/or sunscreen). The 3rd floor has a bigger space but seems less premium because of the foldable chairs and tables, I spent the most time here and while the sun is coming in, it's still very cool. 2nd floor has great cushioned chairs but less space. The 1st floor is the closest to the coffee bar and has highchair seating with a lot of tables.

The seating areas are really comfortable and makes you want to stay forever even to do nothing. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed kicking it here until my evening appointment. Drinks are well made and offer plenty of different options, and the other items offered are more than adequate for a quick bite. Multiple environments available, with a casual first floor seating area, cozy second floor seating area, spacious and quieter third floor perfect for getting work done, and a clean and pretty rooftop seating area.

Came here for afternoon coffee. Got drip coffee and Strawberry Fields Matcha. Drinks were very good. Combination of strawberry and matcha flavors especially was good. Had heard it is a big place; was packed when we came on Saturday, but we found seats up on the third floor. Third floor felt more like a calm library shared space compared to the lively first floor. Where we sat was calm and relaxing even with a lot of people there. Nice atmosphere. Parking was also full but luckily someone was leaving so we got that spot. Plenty of parking spaces and they seemed for both church and coffee shop.

Great place to complete school work, work projects, relax and network! I made a few connections while there so I would deem it as great place to rub elbows with other professionals. There are only pastries, no sandwiches so maybe eat beforehand or bring your own snack. There is a spacious seating area upstairs and downstairs. Restroom was clean, spotless. I spent maybe 4 hours there and plan to return

It became my favorite place in Houston. They have four floors of loft-style space, including a rooftop 🤩 1️⃣On the first floor there is a cozy cafe. 2️⃣On the second floor there is a small but coolly furnished balcony overlooking the first floor. from the same balcony you can get to 3️⃣the third floor, there is a paradise for people who work remote, as there is a whole co-working, quiet and relaxed. 4️⃣the fourth floor is a rooftop, for those who want to get some air and sunbathe, that's it! 🧐from the minuses is that there are a lot of tables for two, but since one person has laid out all his devices, the second one will not be able to sit next to him; if they would reorganize it somehow that to increase the number of seats. Such a cool place. As soon as you open the door you get a good vibe. I love the very open concept. Their music is soft so you can work or just have a good conversation. The coffee is excellent. The only down side is the parking lot. It gets pretty busy so you might have to wait for a parking spot. But totally worth it!

A throwback coffee haus n an unsuspecting spot for sure. Love the warehouse turned neighborhood cafe feel. My iced Americano was all I was looking for and their beans did not disappoint. I’d honestly forgotten they were here as I’m usually flying by n traffic elsewhere as their location is so centrally located and easy to get to. Parking can definitely be dicey at times as you’ll find a lot of folks here who look like they had a Sherpa bring n half their home office for they day. Still, it’s nice to find a place that welcomes folks n to settle in and enjoy their favorite espresso bevs n casual company and comfort. Was actually surprised to see such a light offering of pastries, etc, but maybe they were just low late n the day? I really should come back more as the service was friendly and happy to have me as a patron. Hope to see ya again soon.

Spacious multistory coffee house with plenty of seating My favorite part of this coffee shop is the massive amount and variety of seating space. The first floor has a massive industrial seating area with vaulted ceilings and exposed brick and pipes. The small second story has more cozy couches and tables. The third floor is more classroom style with large tables with multiple plastic chairs. Fourth floor has a neat outdoor terrace. Staff are very nice and drinks / food are pretty great.

Went pretty late in the day on a Saturday. Got a cold brew which was very strong (good) but also quite bitter (which it’s not supposed to be). The staff was kind but did not call my order name out, rather just left it on the counter. Very cool atmosphere though and a great spot to hang out! I would go back and try something different.

The coffee was awesome! The pastry was ok. I love the building and the atmosphere. The biggest downside for me is the amount of tables. Patrons sit closely so not much room for personal conversation.

I came here for the first time and it was so good. I loved the warm breakfast croissants and the specialty drinks. The customer service was amazing. I could not find any seat which is becoming a normal thing in the city due to the popularity of coffee shops in the past few years.

The interior deco and space is great for mid day hang out and study/ work space. They blast the AC tho and everytime I come here I sniffle and have to take breaks by going outside to warm up. Other people are wearing hoodies and jackets as well. The coffee is okay - could be much better quality compared to coffee shops that specialize in the drinks themselves. Parking is terrible on most days and you have to be lucky to get a spot. Because of this I don’t come here often even though I live 5 minutes drive away.

I got a chocolate croissant and vanilla matcha lattes! I loved the chocolate croissant very much it was so good we wanted to get a second one but they had already put the pastries away, the matcha were okay I have had better but since it was my first time here I’m not sure if I ordered correctly or not! I like this place a lot. Nice vibes and good coffee. However, I have a problem with the music they play. It’s distracting and too much. It doesn’t fit the vibe of the place and it overpowers so the people who are here to work or study are going to be distracted.

Started coming here a lot recently as it's so close to me. I study a lot at coffee shops and appreciate the size of the building. There's lots of versatility in seating. However, I do feel that there is limited seating near outlets. I personally like the taller tables on the first floor but it can sometimes feel like a scramble to find a seat there. There's also a rooftop patio that's beautiful but too hot to work at during the summer. The coffee is great. I always go basic and just get an iced vanilla latte. The staff are friendly and quick. There's a good mix of people hanging out and studying (which I love). My only major complaints are that they close on the earlier side and also have signs everywhere asking you to buy a second item if you stay longer than 90 mins. Never seen that at any other coffee shop. Otherwise, a fantastic place to visit. I definitely will be visiting often!

This coffee shop is tucked away and connected to an old church. Gorgeous architecture and design inside and out. Open area on the inside with plenty of seating options in space and in selection of types of chairs, benches, or couch. They had a mezzanine which I always love seeing to add to the cafe/people watching concept. The Cortado came out quickly and the coffee was a bit too hot initially. It was also either a bit light on the double shot or heavy on the milk, could not discern. The latte art was the positive note on the 3/5 Cortado. I would like to go back and try it again.

Definitely a coffee shop that should explore valet parking. But its core clientele are students from area institutions who hog the seating areas and the parking lot. Nothing against this kind of patronage but a return visit is highly unlikely for the service. Asked for dine-in but was served in to-go cups. Subliminal message? The espresso was perfect - zero after taste bitterness. The cappuccino unfortunately was average. Very limited desserts and the blueberry scone was really a cake in texture.

I've only visited the place once and have not had the food. The vibe was chill and people seemed mindful of each other. I have not sat here working, but given how quiet it was on this visit (weekday afternoon). I would spend an hour or so here, certainly. Great decor. Love the modern industrial feel. Plenty of seating. My iced coffee was good enough. The brew was strong, which is much preferred over watery coffee. Service was fine.

I liked the fact that there are 4 levels of seating to choose from. During the day, which is when I went, there were enough people on the first level for it to feel like a popular coffee house. The second level was a bit more quiet. For people who desire a more intimate atmosphere with less talking. Level three was closed off from all of the noise, spacious, and respectably quiet with large tables for those who like to read or study with huge windows that allowed for awesome views. Then there was the rooftop. The rooftop is my favorite because of the views. It's very nice. Ample seating during the day, but I'm sure at night the views of the lit up skyline make the rooftop competitive. I enjoyed the coffee. It was a bit challenging to order because they don't have a menu backboard. However, they do have menus you can pick up and read while you wait in line. They have pastries and prepackaged sandwiches if you're hungry, but it is a coffee house. Don't expect a meal. Overall, I liked it.

First time here. Didn't bother to buy anything since there was nowhere to sit with a reachable power outlet. Hence, the 3 stars. I only found 2 empty tables on the third floor. This was around 11:30 am. There are four floors in total. The 4th floor is the rooftop. The ground floor has a tiny stage. There are different seating arrangements throughout each floor. The 3rd floor is the most basic but the most quiet. I was shocked based on how the 1st and 2nd floor are decorated. It looks like it was formerly a conference room and they opened it up for public use. Basic tables and chairs scattered around. The ladies' restroom on the first floor is cute! It has a mix of vintage and modern features. The parking lot was full and I was able to secure a spot only because someone was leaving a few seconds after arriving. They are open daily. Wish they stayed open late. I must say that their pastries are pricey. A ham and cheese croissant is $11!! Hopefully one day I'll be able to come here on a less packed day and taste their coffee. So basically if you arrive and the parking lot is mostly full and you want to work/study for a while, forget about it.

Not much to it. Only pastries and a selection of drinks. They don’t even serve the pastries on plates. A lot of people come and sit with their laptops. I guess this is cool enough for Houston lol

Coffee is not great here...tried latte, hot chocolate, they were both flat and cold. It is a good space to get stuff done. Didnt try their bakery

VERY busy coffee shop on the weekend. There are a lot of seating options, which tend to be full when there are a lot of people hanging out. The staff is friendly, but they made my order wrong (I assume it was because they couldn't hear me). The muffin I ordered wasn't too tasty, either. I definitely love the decor and the seating options, but it is too loud for a calm read in a coffee shop.

The place looks awesome, aesthetically pleasing with friendly ambience for remote work. Two stars minus for 7$ coffee which was promised not to be sweet, but feels more like cheap Mac Donald’s shake.

Nice place, been here a few times. Great view on top and the vibe is people just working. Service is fine. The dark roast is still very acidic. My biggest problem is the paper cup and the sleeve smelled pretty bad of mildew/mold, like they’re stored in a stinky outdoor shed. I couldn’t get over it the entire time I was there. I didn’t want to say anything and I haven’t noticed it before (I usually get iced drinks) but West End please pay attention to that 😭

Is it just me, or are their prices raised each year!? The overhead for this property may be steep, but they make enough business to drop their prices by .25, .50 cents! Why are croissants $6-$8??? How greedy must you be? Syrup costs .75 cents, milk alternatives are $1?? Meanwhile, you have nearby coffee shops that offer VERY REASONABLE PRICES and quality between 30-50% less the cost. My friend and I waited in line today for 10-15 minutes just to receive a watered down pumpkin spice latte. This is why movies make fun of yuppy “modern” cafes that serve mediocre coffee. If I am paying nearly $12+ for a latter and pastry, please produce quality taste. We’ll drive the extra mile to CAFE WILD in Montrose. Great prices and consistent quality. To the owners, stop being greedy. Lower your prices. You might waste less product on expired produce because people will be more inclined to buy.

🕐 A Frustrated 12:50pm Coffee Quest I pulled into the area just before 1 p.m., already tense from circling unfamiliar streets hunting for something deceptively simple—safe parking. The kind where you don’t glance over your shoulder every three seconds or wonder if your car will still be there when you leave with your drink. Eventually I found a spot and stepped into what looked like another trendy coffee shop in Houston. The kind you go to for a casual cup, idle chatter, or heads-down laptop time. Familiar layout, familiar feel. But that parking stress didn’t fade—it followed me in like a shadow of Debbie Downer mode (LOL). I did appreciate one thing immediately: menus posted for browsing while you waited in line. As someone new to this shop, that helped. I scanned for something interesting, hoping the drink would turn my mood around. But then the waiting began. And this wasn’t the kind of wait with intention—no clear counter space to stand, no real flow or system. Just drifting, hoping to catch someone’s attention. Behind the counter, two staff members chatted away—laughing, lingering in conversation while drink orders piled up. Mine included (ha-ha). Minutes passed. They weren’t prepping, weren’t blending, weren’t brewing. Just talking. Meanwhile, I stood there watching this slow unravel of customer service. My frustration reached its peak. By the time I left, I knew I wouldn’t return. Not because the coffee was bad—it might’ve been decent, had I gotten it with any sense of care—but because the experience felt like an afterthought. Houston has no shortage of coffee shops. But too many follow the same script: no safe parking, no spatial awareness, no commitment to community or comfort. And the menus? Predictable. I long for cafés that celebrate global coffee traditions—give me Turkish richness, Arabic spiced blends, Indian filter coffee, Brazilian depth. Not the same espresso and oat milk options copied from the next place over (hint starts with S and B). If anyone's listening: start with safe parking. Then build an experience worth staying for.

Saturday morning there should be more staff. Tables are dirty service is slow and there is lots of space to fill for guests but if there is not enough staff to fill orders then people won’t continue to come and enjoy the coffee. Coffee was good. I had The “First Date” in a porcelain cup. Much better than the taste of the coffee in a paper cup.

I had a really disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I was outside in the parking lot smoking, and instead of handling the situation respectfully, one of the employees spoke to me very rudely and told me to leave. I get that some places have rules, but there’s a big difference between enforcing policy and showing basic respect to customers. I won’t be coming back after that kind of treatment.

The coffee here is very weak and they only have one size. It's not cheap. $5 for a small cup. If you like a decent cup of coffee you will be disappointed. However the place itself is huge and it's beautiful. Several floors and a roof top patio. Nevertheless, the coffee is bad. If you can sneak your coffee from another place then you'll like it here.
