Heck yah. Lisa's chicken is my go to for a party any day of the week. When I'm feeding 20 people I don't have to break the bank. Feeding my family. $20 gets me dinner and left overs. The chicken is hot and fresh. The sides are pretty good. Some Lisa's have egg rolls and burritos, or even corn nuggets. The chicken is very mildly seasoned and that seems to be the only complaint I have ever heard. That someone wanted more seasoning in the batter. To that person...I have some hot sauce and call it a day.

Food is made fresh when ordering. Workers are friendly and nice. My mom loves their fish and often begs for us to visit.

Only stupid people with a large family would not take advantage of this place and it's prices. Good food and great service. I have never had a bad meal.

Lisa's has the best catfish I ever ever eaten. I am originally from Arkansas, so I have eaten ALOT of catfish! The catfish fillets are large, cooked perfectly golden brown, and taste just perfect! Only place in the Fort Worth area I will ever go to eat catfish 😋

This has become one of our favorite restaurants in Bedford. Their food is delicious, their prices are very reasonable & the portions are generous. We like their Catfish, fried shrimp & chicken livers. My husband tried their fried chicken today. He really liked that too. We also had side dishes of fried okra & macaroni. Both were very tasty. We had enough food left over to have later for dinner. We'll be back in the near future.

This place is AWESOME! The food is always tasty and fresh—it’s always hot too! The guys that take the order and fulfill them are always so nice also!!! I love the chicken meal with the mashed potatoes with brown gravy then the delicious green beans!!! Yummy 🤤

This place is awesome. I had passed it several times and it was always busy. I went today and got the chicken strip meal and it was great. It's a ton of fresh, delicious food for a great price. If you haven't been yet, you should check them out. Great service too.

Hurst Lisa’s chicken is the best chicken I’ve ever had. The smiling faces as I walked in and the “keep the vibes going” attitudes I experienced really gave me a well rounded experience of happiness. Will be recommending to everyone.

Love this place!! The chicken and catfish is awesome!! But my recent fav has been the chicken fried steak dinner because it's real cheap and delicious! 4.99$ For chicken fried steak, two sides, and a roll is a hell of a deal to me!! Plus it tastes great!!

i ordered the corn dogs through doordash and got them in less than 10 minutes! ( cudos to the driver lol ) but the corndogs were hot and fresh and their burritos are A1. food is ALWAYS fresh and good and they gave me a ton of sauces!! love lisa’s

Wonderful deals on dark and white meat chicken. Tenders are amazing, gravy and potatoes satisfying. Okra is fantastic. The catfish are exceptionally large and the selection of beverages and candies/cigarettes abolished the need for me to walk further to the convenience store or wait for Kroger to cycle out. The makeline looks fairly clean and the employees there bust their ass all the while being very considerate and friendly even after dealing with rude customers on their phones during peak dinner times. Only been a few times, but haven't had a negative experience. The prices are fair for fresh food and they don't nickle-and-dime things to death. Stood out when the large drink was around 90 cents on the menu. From walking inside I saw they keep cooking up batches of stuff and putting them on hot shelves, there was say 5 catfish steaks sitting there when I walked in, so my 2-catfish dinner was handed to me like 20 seconds after I ordered! Great service. I'd believe the customer complaining about wait time must have ordered more of something than they had ready shelved so they had to cook a whole new batch fresh. That's a risk if you use the drive-through, but if you just step inside you could probably look for yourself if they've got enough fish for you ready. It's not a luxury restaurant by any stretch, but the catfish, green beans and corn that I tried were fresh, good portions, inexpensive ($6 after tax for 2 big catfish steaks, green beans, big corn cob, bread roll and a drink) and quick. The menu had plenty of types of meat that you'll never find at mcdonalds (catfish, shrimp basket, liver basket, etc.) so it could be a nice bit of variety from the only chicken/beef/pork joints that are everywhere.

Always great tasting food, fast and FRESH! Never had a bad experience and been going here for a couple of years. The catfish are HUGE, chicken and chicken tenders everything I have tried at this location has been delicious and the prices are very reasonable.

This place is a GREAT value eatery! If you have multiple mouths to feed, this fast food establishment provides ample portions for an extremely reasonable price. Family meals that are large, quick and satisfying.

I've lived in NY, CA, the NW, and I grew up in the South. This chicken is so good! I've had most of the sides and can say only good things. Jalapeño is always included!

I love fried chicken, but it's difficult to find a restaurant that serves chicken "like my momma used to make." Lisa's is the first fried chicken restaurant I've tried since moving to Fort Worth, and I'm so glad I did! It's a "diner" type little place with not many customers eating inside during my visit, but the drive through was busy the entire time I was there. And, after a few bites of their fried chicken breast, I understood why! This is not your typical KFC. It's down home, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside...my momma would approve! I got the #2 combo: 2 chicken breasts, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, a roll, a jalapeno pepper and a drink...all for a little over $5! They also serve fish, which looked tasty, but the chicken was so good, I will definitely order that again and will return soon!

The chicken has always been cooked fresh, and hot, each visit (3 x). The place always appear clean, in the lobby, dining and cooking area. I don't normally use any restaurants drive through, but I used this particular Lisa's restaurant (1x) and received the same quality food and great customer service from the window server.

Super clean, food is always fresh and the price is unbeatable. My go to place for lunch or dinner, sweet tea, tenders and catfish are supurb.

Every Lisa's is consistent no matter which one you go to. I like mine, they're always kind and quick. Not the best food, but you know that going in. Quick and convenient on those too hot to dirty the kitchen days.

Best chicken I've ever eaten I went there for lunch today got the five piece all five french fries corn and a large Coke for $9.94 plus two biscuits. I think the food is gotten better tasting actually I'm really impressed still the only thing that I'm alone concerned about is the price has gone up a little bit but really that's the only thing that's changed I mean still the same quality people really nice people great food so give Lisa's Chicken and a chance and let me tell you what I don't think you'll go anywhere else!

Lisa's is the best! You cannot beat a 5 tender dinner, 2 sides, roll and a drink for 6 dollars after tax! The catfish dinner is fantastic as well as the fried chicken. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The food is always fresh and hot. They are consistent. We always know exactly what we are going to get at Lisa's, which is great because they never disappoint. The inside is clean, it's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Their employees have always been polite and they also bring our food out to our table every time we eat inside instead of us getting up to go get it. All in all, it's definitely worth trying out!

Wow like, this is some of the best fried chicken and fried fish in the area and the okra is mouthwateringly delicious. Even the crinkle cut fries which I personally despise are good here. And like, when have you seen a restaurant that can sell RC cola and Baja blast at the same time? And CIGARETTES? I know smoking kills but honestly that’s kinda neat I have the ability to buy a pack with some great food. Prices are pretty fair especially with how good the food is. This place was definitely a surprise to me and it surprises everyone i take there for the first time

I've seen multiple locations for Lisa's for years but never stopped to try it until recently. This place is a great tasting chicken shop that does not taste like everyone else. It's very fairly priced especially for the quantities you receive. The chicken is always hot, crispy, and severely juicy as it will drip down your arm if you're not careful. They're bone in chicken and their chicken tenders are both very good, they also sell catfish but I haven't tried that yet. I definitely suggest this place for anyone that enjoys good Southern fried chicken. They have plenty of variety on their sides and all the sides I've tried are very tasty. I will be returning over and over again!

Good chicken. Slightly different spice profile than Golden Chicken or Chicken E. Sides are good. Service is friendly and reasonably quick. They game me a menu without me asking. They have Lipton Sweet Tea, which I have not tried yet.

Oh that fish dinner is amazing. The best thing they serve. Wish they would season their fries more but I can do that at home.

They are fresh and fast. I only dislike the cuts of the legs and thighs. The thighs tend to be small and chopped off. They never season the fries or fried okra. But 4 stars because they're always fresh and good prices.

What you see is what you get. I usually specify that I want my food HOT because I've had a problem with that in the past, but they seem to do it right if you request consistency about the temperature of your foods. I sometimes wonder about the cleanliness of the place, but so far haven't ever been sick from eating there so they are probably cleaner in the kitchen than the dining area where customers come and go. I like the catfish and fried okra, particularly. Sometimes the slaw doesn't seem to be made on the same day it is served; other times, it is excellent.

Love Lisa’s, but is it me or had their chicken gotten smaller? Plus, this last visit, the chicken was greasier than usual. Got the 24 pc dark, so I know it’s gonna be greasy, but the breading was so saturated with it that it congealed into a soggy coat. Still, service is always good, especially at this Hurst location.

Eat here about 2 times a month. It's close to work and convenient. You can't find a better deal on a 3 or 5 piece chicken dinner meal. 5 piece meal with 2 sides and a roll for under $6. 4 stars only because the sides are just average (sometimes cold). Service is usually quick and friendly.

Being someone new to TX, ordered to go from here for the 1st time and I am a bit impressed! Chickens were delish! -have that good crunch on the outside, fresh and tender on the inside! The gizzards were also cooked so good! Wait time was a bit longer which is the reason for 4 stars- though it could be from the busy day and my amount of orders, but overall, I definitely recommend!

I've been to several of their locations, and the consistency of their service and meals have been awesome. The only thing I would like to see improvement in is the restrooms. I don't like the electric hand dryers and no paper towels so employees can follow proper sanitary hand washing procedures. Aside from this, they're awesome!

Ordered the Six Piece Shrimp Dinner through the drive-through, with french fries and okra as my sides. First off, I don't think anyone can argue that these prices aren't absolutely phenomenal; you are definitely getting more than your money's worth. Second, the service was so fast and friendly! From ordering to driving off, it couldn't have taken more than five minutes and there was another person in front of me. The shrimp itself was very enjoyable; the crinkle cut fries were obviously a frozen pre-packaged element, but they were tasty and well fried. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect five star rating is that the okra was pretty bland. It was fried well and didn't taste bad, it was really just a lack of flavor. That being said, I will definitely be back when I'm looking for good, affordable food served fast. Would definitely recommend to any Catholics looking for a Friday Fish option!

We were looking for some good fried chicken and were disappointed by Bojangles that only served chicken tenders. So we put in a search for some good fried chicken, and Lisa's chicken appeared. We were skeptical at first since it was our first time in Texas, so we called ahead. The gentleman on the phone, when asked the question, is the chicken good? He didn't really answer, but the way he responded told us we were in for an experience. That chicken was so well seasoned, tasty and golden brown needles to say we took some home.

Corn poppers are good. Chicken tenders are good. Catfish is good, though breading heavy. Quickly served. We come here every 2-3 weeks with satisfactory results. Nice, quick inexpensive meal. Not a great atmosphere though. A little bit like a reconfigured convenience store. But it was actually a fast food spot before conversion.

Im giving a three because night shift ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I order the same thing everytime I come and whenever night shift is working I can guarantee my order will be wrong as im currently sitting here with another wrong order and sweet tea that tastes like water. Love midday shift though. I’ve never had a problem.

Good food, but get it to go at dinner. The dining room is uninhabitable at the dinner hour due to the sun boring in. We set the plastic trays in the window, but the sun bore onto our table through the mirrored wall just a couple of feet away. Management really needs to put blinds in to cut the sun from customer's tables or comfort from eating dinner is not possible.

Great Chicken, Great Value! Chicken 🐓🍗🍗🍗 Chicken breasts were cooked perfectly! Had a thin crispy coating & nice & juicy inside - not dry whatsoever.....the sides were a different story though. I'm a big fan of corn nuggets. But these were borderline done. They weren't very hot and the batter on them was falling off of a few of them. I think they just needed to be cooked a little longer and they would have tasted much better. The other side that I got with my meal was French Fries. They were WAY overcooked and were basically just like super hard crunchy shells of crinkle fries. Maybe it was just an off night for this location. The chicken was great though. I ate at a different location tonight actually and the fries + corn nuggets were both fantastic. It's always a great deal to eat up here though. You get a lot of food for a fair price... Just maybe step it up a little bit on the side dishes & YOU'LL GET FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! A lot of food for not a lot of money esp compared to all the other chicken places. I DEFINITELY recommend trying it 👍 Oh yeah and they also sell cigarettes in the drive-thru.. I didn't really want any but I just HAD to buy a pack for the sheer hilariousness of it all. Now if they would JUST start serving 40oz Malt Liquors then they might could rule the world! Haha

Normally when we could eat in the food and service was great. But since the virus take out they have messed up two of the last three orders. Today I ordered two white wings and got breast. Last week my wife ordered hot wings # 8 and hot a #6 mixed dinner. This needs improvement or it’s back to Chicken Express.

The food is alwaya good. Bit i have a problem with the prices you advertised and what i spent. Chicken fried steak is advertised at 4.99. When in fact its 7.99 Eeh rolls .99. When in fact they are 1.39 Dausage on a stick advertised at 1.99 when the are actually 3.39. When i called the Manager on duty hung up the phone. This is extremely un professional. And i will be talking to someone in corbarate to get this right. Its not a question of money.. Its of honesty. Your Managers should not hang up on customers....

loved Lisa’s chicken, went there consistently since we moved close to one. They changed their onion ring recipe recently and it’s not the same. Just onion flavored dough shaped into rings, chewy and lacking flavor. will not be going as frequently or getting this side again.

It’s okay. First time going here and got shrimp and 2 sides. The drive through smells. The shrimp were big and good, rolls good, green beans good 👍🏼 the mashed potatoes were bad, they had some sort of cleaning product smell and after taste to them.

My first time to try Lisa's Chicken. Friendly staff. Hot and fresh. Fast service. Good value. The chicken tenders were good but not great. They were a little bit tough and chewy; not as tender as other competitive restaurants. The fried coating were good and crunchy. I didn't like the crinkle cut fries, but they were hot and fried well. New to their menu was Mac-n- cheese, which was tasty, creamy and cheesy. I'll return to try other menu items.

First off this is 3 stars simply because of the overall presentation of the establishment. You can see upon arrival that this building is in need of repair. The staff wasn't overly friendly but I cant call them rude. The tables were dirty and a mop bucket was out in front of one door creating a trip hazard. Now let's talk about the CHICKEN! It was really good and I'm glad we tried it. I would definitely eat this again. Fresh tasting, well seasoned and large portions. I recommend trying it but just dont expect to be impressed with service.

Got the 5 finger meal with fries and fried okra. The price was good and sides were ok but the chicken was really mediocre. It was overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. If you want chicken there are other places that are vastly superior.

The food is very bland tasting. It does offer a variety of options at a good price. The Mac and cheese I ordered tasted sour. The chicken strips are very bland no seasoning. They even sell cigarettes there. The drive through window is covered so you cannot see inside the store. Will not go back.

I hear people talk about it all the time but I personally didnt like it. I got a 3pc dark with macaroni and cheese and green beans. The green beans taste like they just poured the can into the pot with no salt or anything. Chicken didnt really have a taste. The service was nice.

When going in on this particular day. The floors and the countertops didn't seem as if they were clean... The gentleman taking my order did not greet me... He seems as if he didn't want to be there!!! I appreciate the fact that my food was hot but when taking it out of the box and taking it out of the paper bag all my chicken fell onto my counter top at home when trying to take it out...🤯🤯🤬🤬 The container needs to be changed. This is not feasible!!!!

I ordered a 3 piece dark and they only gave me a 2 piece dark. Not acceptable especially since I paid for the 3 piece dark meal. They got the sides correct just shorted me the 3rd piece of chicken. And I drive out of my way to go to them to get dinner for myself. They are not in my area. They are 20 minutes away from my home. I could of stopped at 2 other chicken places that were on the way and gotten chicken from them but I preferred Lisa's over the others and then they rip me off on my food. I'll know for next time.

Service was quick. The fires and chicken were not fresh. The chicken tasted like it was fried in fish grease. I had to reheat the fries in my air fryer to make them taste fresh. The 2 stars was given because the cashier was quick and nice. Otherwise, it would have only been 1 star. I don’t think I will visit this location again.

I ordered through drive thru at 7:10 pm got my order 7:40 pm I ordered 10 piece tender meal. I got tenders so small I fed my guest and did without so they could eat. I got 3 containers of gravy, 2 in the sack with mashed potatoes and a large one in box with tenders. The tender box was turned on side and gravy lid wasn't on there good so the gravy spilled all inside box and on tenders of which I didn't want that's why I got ranch. I would send a picture of my chicken nuggets but don't have the option.

Got off work late and decided to get chicken tenders for my family a little after 9pm, the chicken wasn't hot and had all these black spots all over the tenders (hopefully it's just to much black pepper in the seasoning) if not and my family gets sick it's definitely gonna be a problem, customer service was bad as well and they forgot my gravy and napkins...🙄😒

Today was a sad day as I typically enjoy this place, but NOT today. EVERYTHING tasted cold and old. I know businesses are struggling but please do not give me leftovers. We have been to this place several times and placed the same order and the total is always different. Today, after visiting the establishment for the second time this week. I was quoted a difference in price(.50 increase and taxes don't change). It happened last week also and when I voiced my concern, he gave me a menu on which he'd scratch out a price and wrote in another. The price depends on whomever your cashier is that day. Anyhow, these people can't be trusted and we will not be returning.

Quality going down since they opened and prices going up. No longer our go-to place for chicken. Tried this location again. Very last time will ever go back. Overcharged my credit card! Food was very skimpy, fish was old and cold. Very, very sleazy place. Was a total rip off ... don't waste your time and money unless you want to be ripped off. Never again.

I was given old chicken livers. I. Pissed!!! I bit into it and the most horrible taste hit my tongue. I looked down at the liver and the inside was GREEN!!! A mooshy green texture. My wife ordered 2 piece white with 2 sides and 2 piece dark with 2 sides. This was a drive through order. When she got to the window, the Asian male told her that the total was $29.41. When my wife questioned him, he had already swiped the bank card. He gave her $13.00 in change. I called and spoke to Chris the manager. Chris was rude and refused to accept my complaint as legitimate. We wont be going back to the Pipeline location. Employees need more training. The chicken wasn't good like it has been in the past. This location deserves a negative 100 The cash

First time here. I got a few things. I got the 5 chicken tenders. They were cold and nasty. Got a piece of fish. It was cooked way too long. The rolls were cold and nasty. The poppers were good. Will I come back ? NO.

If you want Chicken Gizzards, don't come here.  I'm from WA state and visiting TX.  I decided to give this place a try, what a mistake.  I ordered 12 pcs.  Gizzards are small, petite size. In the box, it had 4 full (petite-size) gizzards.  Rest were half-sized and quarter-sized like crumbs.  it was the worst gizzards I've ever had. What a disappointment! I will not be back, ever.

I’ve been a customer since day 1. I have been going to this place since it went from an Arby’s to Lisa chicken. For years. The staff has always been friendly. I went today through the drive thru and the woman was extremely rude. I have always been very professional. I politely gave my orders and she had the nastiest attitude. Literally say “ What else?!” She then got really quiet. I didn’t even know she was there and I asked her to repeat my order and she didn’t say everything. I repeated my order again and she screamed the total at me. If someone hates their job that much they should find a different profession.

I don’t know if there is new owners or what but this location is slow and customer service sucks! Waited almost 30 extra minutes for an online order then what was estimated. I could have fried chicken at my house faster! Never again! Will go to the one down the street from now on!!!

What the actual heck?!?! This place is terrible! How has it been around so long? I mean it's just not good! The fries were cold and dry. The fish is paper thin and the corn on cob looked like it has been in a steamer for days... just eww all around :-( I just wanted some decent fish to grab on my way home but NEVER ever will I again.

WE have to do better! The food was not edible. My husband 3 piece mixed, I ordered 3 wi g dinner. The chicken was cold and dry I could not swallow. I tried to reheat the fries in the air fryer. The fried okra was soft. The corn on the cob was so stale. I literally threw the entire meal away. I called the manager to tell him about the travesty called Lisa’s chicken, to his defense he offered to comb back and he would cook the food fresh. We declined the drive was to long, we were tired it was 100 degrees. What we thought was going to be a new experience turned out to be horrifying. Obviously the food had been sitting for hours. I did notice the staff was very young was talking about abortion when we arrived ( should have been a red flag, neighborhood was rundown. Money wasted, time wasted we will ever eat at a Lisa chicken again

Don’t bother ordering take out through a delivery service from here. They will forget items. The brown gravy here is also gross. The rolls are hard. Yall need to do better.
