I love In-N-Out. I have been to quite a few of them in the DFW area, all of them are fantastic. This particular one seemed to go beyond fantastic. It all was just better than the usual great, and I didn't know that was possible. I had a double double with whole grilled onion and pickles. It has very good.

Dawn took my order and greeted me at the second window. She was so joyful and said that my order was almost ready but that I should save my AC and roll my window up and she would wave when it was ready. She was thorough and made sure I had everything I needed! I’m already a frequent customer (at least once a week) but I hope to see Dawn again at my next visit!

Very friendly staff. Hot, tasty and fresh burgers. We tried one of the secret menu items which is called the Flying Dutchman. It consists of two burger patties and two pieces of cheese. Pictured is two Flying Dutchman (with a bite taken out). Since we are on the Carnivore diet In-N-Out is a great place for beef. They will even sale you single patties if you need to add to your order.

I was incredibly disappointed the first time I ate burgers at In-N-Out. It was just juicy burgers swimming in fat. So I was very unenthusiastic about visiting this restaurant again. But I kept seeing YouTube channels from California. They were particularly enthusiastic about the selection of burgers without buns with lettuce leaves. I thought I'd give it a try. And ordered a burger. And it was delicious. A second one with less salt in the meat and extra ketchup followed. The burgers are in the picture. And it's really perfect. I think I'll go to an IN-N-OUT again sometime. And I haven't even mentioned the good service, which responded to every request. And they gave me tips.

I recently swung by In-N-Out Burger, and man, their burger game is strong! Seriously, they knocked it out of the park. But I gotta admit, their fries left me a bit meh. They kinda had this cardboard-like vibe, even with all that animal style action. they've got these budget-friendly 'pup-patties' for a buck each, and my dog couldn't get enough. It's a neat touch for our furry friends. the service was surprisingly impressive. I pulled up to a mega-long drive-thru line, but those folks hustled and kept it moving. That hustle definitely added to the overall experience. Oh, don't get the hot chocolate... It's terrible

We were in line and added two more things to our order and the staff were so patient and friendly. However the fries tasted like foam and the hot coco was just straight water so we had to go back and replace it and it wasn’t much better. For the wait I am just not an in and out person

Above and beyond service. Their burgers are delicious. I got 3 double doubles protein style. This is where the bun is replaced with lettuce. I recommend you ask them without their spread sauce because it gets a little messy to eat with the lettuce. It’s good but messy. If you like protein but want to avoid eating too many carbs, this is the go too place if you don’t want to cook at home.

Straight to the point, you queue for takeout, a very friendly person comes to your car to get your order, you drive through, pay and pick it up. Even if the line seemed long, we ordered and picked up in 5 minutes. The burgers are very simple and tasty and so are the fresh fries.

Lives up to the hype! The cashier was a ray of sunshine and they were pumping out the orders while also attending to their moderately busy drive-thru. The atmosphere is a clean and spacious classic style diner. The food is incomparable to most other fast-food burger joints especially on the east coast, but would be most comparable to Shake Shack. The food taste fresh compared to many fast-food chains and they don’t skimp on the quantity/ quality of servings. The burger patties run on the thinner side so if you’re use to thick angus beef burger patties you definitely want a double. After hearing all the rave about this chain and finally trying it, it lives up to the hype. Relatively cost-effective nowadays too.

Great food good service Juan got my order perfect I just wish the whole grilled onion was a little bit more cooked and soft. It was about $22 for the whole order which fed two people with large drinks, and it came out quickly. I got my burger with 4 patties lettuce wrapped and usually at other stores there is always way too much lettuce but this time they got it perfect enough to hold and eat the burger while not only tasting lettuce, them again that could just be because i got 4 patties on my burger.

I always love going to In-N-Out Burger when I am visiting one of the states that has them. The burger is always freshly cooked and delicious. The fries are always perfectly fried and they pile on extras! I wish we could have one in Mississippi, Louisiana or Alabama...but I get to travel to states where they have these great burger places...yay! And the prices have barely gone up since I first started going there in California in the early 1990s!

Employees at both locations are great and the food always comes out looking like it's ready for a magazine cover picture. Wow that was a great burger! Loaded with lettuce tomato a huge slab slice of onion & some sauce. The bread has no preservatives & was grilled & crisp, French fries cooked in sunflower oil, simple & right amount of salt. Whaaat? Simple shake was ok BUT the fresh veggies on the burger & the well seasoned beef definitely made up for the shake. Had to try this while driving across the state. Bathroom was welcomingly clean! And the girls were super polite & friendly! Wish we had one at home (sigh). Thank you for the yum!

I have visited this location most often because it's located right off the highway that I use to commute from Fort Worth to Dallas. I do feel I get the same high level of service at all the In-N-Out Burger spots I visit but this one is the easiest to get to and then get right back on the freeway without missing a beat. I also like that I can get my 3-pattie-stack burger and fries in a nice box to keep my food warm until I get where I am going. This In-N-Out Burger is located walking distance from the Dairy Queen, QuikTrip on Precinct Line Road, and not far from City Hall of Hurst. If I am anywhere in the area and I am hungry, I don't usually hesitate to stop and get my usual 3-pattie-stack burger and fries.

Both of those ladies were great, welcoming customers with big smile, and great attitude. It’s hard to find that kind of personality on these days. This In-N-Out location is fantastic!!!! The wait in the drive-thru was short and ordering was easy. Nicolas at the first window was great and had great customer service!! He made our visit brighter with good laughs. The female employee at the 2nd window had great customer service as well and was very accommodating. We ordered several burgers and animal fries. The double cheeseburger animal style complete with pickles and cheeseburger with grilled onions are always delicious. The animals fries were one of the best I’ve ever had! Everything was made perfectly and exactly as ordered. This has to be one of the best locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to ALOT from Ca to Tx and Nv. Definitely stop at this In-N-Out!

The food was delicious however i find that it is quite messy, good if you sit down inside and aren't afraid of napkins. Service was quick but could've been faster. Atmosphere was good i enjoyed sitting down there to eat, felt similar to mcdonald's.

Took my granddaughters for the first time. I do like it a little better than Whataburger. My husband definitely did! The patties were thin and very over cooked, but it was a good experience.

17 minutes wait for burgers n fries... 😮. We can see the burgers sitting next to the fries station waiting for fresh fries! Can't wait! ... should have gone to Slim Chickens. The bun was over toasted, the edge of the bottom bun was harder than the rest of the bun. I asked for extra spread, there was little. The fresh fries we watched them pour out of the basket are horrible. They're dry on the inside. They snap and many have hollow insides. But the texture is like eating Styrofoam fries... Oh well, lesson learned.

I tried to locate a number to the store but only was able to contact cage 1-800# The customer rep advised they don’t have a direct line in for the store.

In & Out is so overrated! They have nothing on Culver's or really any other fast food burger joint. It was convenient to where I was staying, and I regretted eating it halfway thru the meal.

Brought my family to In-N-Out since they’re visiting from Florida. Not really my go to place, but my brother likes it here. The burgers are pretty good. First time trying the Animal fries and it wasn’t the greatest. The cheese wasn’t fully melted, so all the fries pretty much got stuck together. My plain fries seemed over fried. Not the greatest experience. I guess if you’re visiting from the east coast, at least try it once.

eh. i love in n out but this is my first time at this location. the guy taking my order outside was noticeably unhappy to be there. He was almost scowling while taking our order. Not a great first impression. But the real issue is that halfway into eating my burger i noticed it was pink, like it was ALMOST cooked through but not quite. Grossed me out and i couldn’t finish it. Waste of $25 for the 2 of us.

I moved here from Calif to be Texan. It must be working because In-N-Out was my favorite fast food burger but not here in Texas. Totally disappointed, especially the fries. Fries were gritty, tasteless and nothing like what I had in CA. The Double-double was meh! Maybe it's the oil used for frying -- need changing more often. The following is an update (9/26/2022): Tried the Grapevine In-N-Out and it was a much better experience. I've been here twice. The double-double was much better, had better taste and fresher tomatoes and onions. Almost as good as what I had in CA. Fries were still a disappointment but online research indicates that their fries just aren't as good as other burger joints due to the way they make the fries. Other companies brine their potatoes whereas In-N-Out does not. They instead press their potatoes into fries and immediately deep fry them. I would rate them 3.5 stars.

I was encouraged to try In-n-out Burger by a co-worker. I have always heard mixed reviews but reserved judgment until after I tried it for myself. I have to say I was not impressed. I got the Double-double with fries and a chocolate shake. They forgot to make my shake. The food was very basic. The fries are not my style. They felt like biting into a memory foam mattress. The Burger was pretty bland as well. I say this as a person that does not eat fast food often, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm sure other people like their food, but it definitely wasn't my style.

Got a #3. Fries are SO SALTY. I had to throw them away. Couldn't eat them. And the hamburger is very tiny now. It looks like a kid meal hamburger from McDonald's or somewhere. It is really sad, I use to love in and out.

I ordered a double double bc my family told me to order something i ate my burger and the burger tasted like raw salted water with added color a burger with 2 patys thin like a piece of paper the fries were just potatoes with a whole cup of salt added no pepper on the burger or fries i hade a vannilla shake tasted avg boring you prob eat here bc you cant even make your self a good egg in the morning i feel bad for you do better my first and last time ordering in in and out

What’s the point of have two people directing the flow of the line and taking orders if they aren’t actually paying attention to the line and what is happening in the parking lot. I wait for the person coming around the parking lot and instead of stopping the person that just pulled up to get in line, you just stand there. This new person just cuts the entire line and then comes face first with the truck trying to pull through so we all wait an extra two cars to pull forward so there is enough clearance to get by. This person m just cut 5 people in line because your two employees won’t stop chatting about how their nails look. Come on! You don’t give a crap about us cause we aren’t going anywhere. So lovely.

I requested fresh fries to replace the soggy ones, but was flat out denied. All the employees were kids. Had to wait a ridiculous 20 minutes just to eat the soggy fries.

I tried In n Out 15 years ago while visiting California, was not impressed by the quality. So today I decided to give it a try after everyone telling me how wonderful it is. Not sure when the chain moved to Texas but it's been awhile. The line was long and the people walking around taking orders were amazing. I explained that I only tried it once, what did they suggest. I got a double double with cheese and onion and their special sauce. He was so friendly and helpful. I only got a burger, no sides. Well I get home and it's still hot so im so excited to try it. After 2 bites, I realized I did not like it. Honestly I could only take a few bites then had to throw the rest away. It was hot and fresh, just not good to me. I was definitely disappointed. But it's just my opinion.
