I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional quality of my meal. The cheeseburger was outstanding; the perfectly cooked patty, complemented by the fresh tomato, cheese, and onions, created a truly delicious experience. The accompanying fries were hot, crisp, and equally delightful. Furthermore, the "Signature Pink Strawberry" beverage was a refreshing and enjoyable addition to the meal. Beyond the food itself, I was impressed by the overall atmosphere. The iconic palm trees forming an "X" are a memorable and visually striking landmark, contributing significantly to the unique character of your location. I highly recommend In-N-Out Burger to all burger enthusiasts. Should my travels bring me to this area again, I will certainly return.

Wow that was a great burger! Loaded with lettuce tomato a huge slab slice of onion & some sauce. The bread has no preservatives & was grilled & crisp, French fries cooked in sunflower oil, simple & right amount of salt. Whaaat? Simple shake was ok BUT the fresh veggies on the burger & the well seasoned beef definitely made up for the shake. Had to try this while driving across the state. Bathroom was welcomingly clean! And the girls were super polite & friendly! Wish we had one at home (sigh). Thank you for the yum!

I recently visited the In-N-Out Burger in Hurst, Texas. I opted for the protein-style burger, which was wrapped in fresh, crisp lettuce leaves instead of a traditional bun. The lettuce was perfectly crunchy and complemented the juicy burger patty wonderfully—an excellent choice for a lighter, satisfying meal. The fries were delicious with the addition of melted cheese. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. For a fast food meal, In-N-Out delivers great quality and consistency. It’s a fantastic option when you’re craving something tasty and convenient.

I have visited this location most often because it's located right off the highway that I use to commute from Fort Worth to Dallas. I do feel I get the same high level of service at all the In-N-Out Burger spots I visit but this one is the easiest to get to and then get right back on the freeway without missing a beat. I also like that I can get my 3-pattie-stack burger and fries in a nice box to keep my food warm until I get where I am going. This In-N-Out Burger is located walking distance from the Dairy Queen, QuikTrip on Precinct Line Road, and not far from City Hall of Hurst. If I am anywhere in the area and I am hungry, I don't usually hesitate to stop and get my usual 3-pattie-stack burger and fries.

As always I love In-N-Out, specially from this location which close by home, very clean, and delicious food. for two days in the row was really great service I received by night shift employee #Debra and morning shift #Dawn. Both of those ladies were great, welcoming customers with big smile, and great attitude. It’s hard to find that kind of personality on these days. If I were a manager or the person in charge over this place, I would give them a raise and move them up to become managers. That kind of people we need all over places. Keep up the good work ladies, you’re truly amazing people and the shiny stars in this place and I believe everywhere else y’all in. Thank you both for the amazing work and customer service you provide. This place is highly recommended to enjoy your food, and your time never wasted. Whoever reads this, please be nice and give these ladies high fives when you get a chance to see any of them!! Thanks again ladies, your service is truly appreciated!!! This In-N-Out location is fantastic!!!! The wait in the drive-thru was short and ordering was easy. Nicolas at the first window was great and had great customer service!! He made our visit brighter with good laughs. The female employee at the 2nd window had great customer service as well and was very accommodating. We ordered several burgers and animal fries. The double cheeseburger animal style complete with pickles and cheeseburger with grilled onions are always delicious. The animals fries were one of the best I’ve ever had! Everything was made perfectly and exactly as ordered. This has to be one of the best locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to ALOT from Ca to Tx and Nv. Definitely stop at this In-N-Out!

Surprisingly good. The service was the most incredible part, everyone was so polite. The food was freshly made and delicious. We both ordered double cheeseburgers. They tasted more like cheeseburgers used to. There were several small children in the dining room who were all well behaved. The whole experience was pleasant. The bathroom was clean as was the entire restaurant. I will eat here again.

Brought my family to In-N-Out since they’re visiting from Florida. Not really my go to place, but my brother likes it here. The burgers are pretty good. First time trying the Animal fries and it wasn’t the greatest. The cheese wasn’t fully melted, so all the fries pretty much got stuck together. My plain fries seemed over fried. Not the greatest experience. I guess if you’re visiting from the east coast, at least try it once.

I tried In n Out 15 years ago while visiting California, was not impressed by the quality. So today I decided to give it a try after everyone telling me how wonderful it is. Not sure when the chain moved to Texas but it's been awhile. The line was long and the people walking around taking orders were amazing. I explained that I only tried it once, what did they suggest. I got a double double with cheese and onion and their special sauce. He was so friendly and helpful. I only got a burger, no sides. Well I get home and it's still hot so im so excited to try it. After 2 bites, I realized I did not like it. Honestly I could only take a few bites then had to throw the rest away. It was hot and fresh, just not good to me. I was definitely disappointed. But it's just my opinion.
