It was wonderful I was able to come in fairly quickly it didn’t take long for my food to be made. It tasted perfect I got 13 (The Italian) giant and passed out thank you Jersey Mikes.

Always a great team effort, great service. Love that about this sandwich place. Shift manager, I'm thinking the bearded guy in the red shirt seems to be a really good manager, employees respond well and work as a team. Oh yeah, the food is fresh and delicious.

It's really fresh ingredients, but they need to put more meat and oil & vinegar on their sandwiches.

Jersey mike's is always a great place to get a good, fresh sub! The only complaint I have about this location is that it seems their oven is turned up too high. I got a sub on rosemary bread today, and it was almost hard as a rock on the outside and looked overdone. It was very tough and chewy while trying to eat the sub. At other locations the bread doesn't look this dark brown. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future. Otherwise the sub would have been fantastic.

This isn’t necessarily about the food because the sandwich is a sandwich. The sandwich was just "ok." I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s. I will probably never go back to Jersey Mike’s. The customer service at this particular location on this day was not good. The worker who took my order was not very friendly, the person who made the sandwich was not helpful or friendly at all. The sandwich itself was just mid. I did say I’ve never visited Jersey Mike’s before, but nobody offered anything or told me about options. I know it’s not brain surgery right but, at the end of the day, your customer service speaks to your brand. I got the rosemary bread and it was dry. I didn’t even know if you could have it toasted I didn’t wanna ask. I would suggest getting your people together and helping them understand the importance of customer service. That’s all I got. I didn’t even finish it because it just wasn’t that good.

The worker was so focused on talking to this lady about some movie that they barely notice I was there. After ordering my food I wasnt able to customize my order the way I wanted I just got whatever it came with. As they went back to talking to that lady. Couldn’t fully enjoy my sandwich with the topping that came on the sub as they didn’t even bother to ask what all did I want on it. Left them a tip out of kindness but definitely won’t be returning to this location

I ordered two Philly cheese, one with onions and one with extra cheese and received peppers on one of them which I'm allergic to when I got it home and saw that they had messed mine up. My friend took that one and I ate the extra cheese. I don't recommend this facility. I've been here several times and they never can get the order, correct? So my suggestion is to go a few miles down and find another Jersey Mike.

It's quite disgusting to find a big black hair wrapped around your bread. Hair nets would be a good idea, Jersey Mike's. I was quite excited, then immediately lost my appetite after they missed this quite obvious foreign object wrapped around my sandwich.

2nd time at this location. First time 2 years ago. They had such rude customer service. But today I was in Irving and decided to give another try. They were busy. 4 customers in line and they were trying to fill online orders. Very messy. Messy counter. Messy food boards. Not dirty just Messy. Even the meat slicer. They had people showing up to pick up orders and they were not complete. One person adding toppings to the sandwiches did not speak English so you had to pint to the toppings you wanted or if you wanted mayo. The sandwich is good. I love Jersey Mike's. But this location is 100percent disaster.

If I could give a zero I would. I paid $45 for 2 giant #17. We were charged $3.25 for bacon on each sandwich. I mentioned to a guy worker who told me that the charge for bacon was only $2.00 & some change. I wasn't sure why she charged use $3.25 per sandwich. Bread hard as a rock. When we got home, opened the sandwiches we received one slice of bacon split in half. One half placed on each side of the giant. All spanish staff that kept laughing and speaking in spanish glancing at me. I honestly was afraid to buy the sandwiches just because of their behavior and I couldn't see them make the sandwiches. I didn't know what they were doing. #unacceptable

I tried coming here for the first time ever. I arrived at 8:10pm on in 2/14. I’ve never actually been inside one. Well, I come inside and get completely ignored. Nobody assists me with my order they don’t even bother saying hi. I felt ignored. I already felt anxious as it is having never actually been here. I’ll never try coming here again. I left without even being able to place my order.
