Great for a quick lunch. Food was fresh and service was prompt at the counter. Drive through tends to have a lunch line and I've never bothered to try it.

The food is great! But they don't give u a receipt . Never do , U have to ask for it and then omg the paper that they have to look for it.They short me money. They have to learn to stick it on ur order bag like McDonald's.Food is good just a lot money.

Major shoutout to a gentleman at the drive thru. Really wish I got his name . But on a Sunday morning at 1:45AM 4/30/22, I forgot my wallet at home & realized it as I was going to pay. The guy says to hold on a second & once he came back to me he hands me the food & I feel bad so I offer to come back to which I do, I come back about 10 minutes later with cash & gave it to him. He was a good sport about it the moment I told him I didn’t have money. He’s a great example for This place, really cool dude despite me inconveniencing him. There was no way I was taking the food without paying, I’m not that type of guy at all .Wholesome experience to say the least .

This restaurant is getting dirty, flys flying around as you eat, bathrooms are dirty and smells. This used to be a really nice Wendy's, not so much now. UPDATE 11/11/20...The management has cleaned this place up...no more flys... no more smell...bathrooms are clean now! Yippie!!!!

Always a pleasant experience when I frequent this preferable location. Very clean paying close attention too sanitizing area spaces. The reception was welcoming by occupational staff with a smile while she took our request orders. The employees worked in unison as a team. I was surprised their were multiple vehicles in parking lot but empty inside business. I came to the conclusion that they were probably eating in their vehicles due too the virus problematic situation vulnerabilities. Otherwise it was a great experience while dining at this choice establishment. Keep up the good work. Loved the diversity as well.

I always come here and Everybody's always friendly, good energy, but I came today to order me lunch and there's a guy I never saw before he was wearing a managers uniform First of all, he was acting like he could've been a little bit just so I could tap my phone to pay then I asked for extra barbecue and he lied and said he gave me two but he only gave me one then he said I gotta pay for extra barbecue so I gave him $.50 and he gave me three and one of the and he was OK with it so clearly He was just being extra For no reason And that's probably why the line was so long today. he needs to do better.

This beautiful brand new Wendy's is the nicest fast food restaurant I have ever seen. There is a large rock built in fireplace, conversation area with upholstered chairs and a couple of coffee tables, flat screen TV, gorgeous new lighting and decor and plenty of parking in their private lot. I have The lighting is nice and bright, temperature comfortably cool on an 80+ degree day, pleasantly quiet with closed captions on the TV so you could watch without it being loud. The service was excellent. I was waited on within a minute, food order was exactly as I placed it and came out sizzling hot and beautifully fresh. WOW, I am very impressed!

Food is always freshly made, and the staff is very polite. Downside is the line is very slow, way slower than an average fast food line.

The interior is cozy and inviting in this newer Wendy in the area. Another is in north Brentwood. They handle orders quickly and efficiently. The food is presentable and hot off the grill. A major competitor's menu is usually jacked up in sodium and sugars which could be detected in taste. I prefer Wendy's over other fast food establishments. However, the burger I had here was not oil soaked but it was bit oily. The place had areas for laptop computers with a few plug in and an consistent wi-fi. An welcoming feature is a large screen television above a🔥fireplace and nearby coffee table, lounge sofa.

The food seems to be up to all Wendy's standards but the evening/ night drive through times need to improve.

This Wendy's is a newer one and is usually good with service and is relatively clean. The soda machine is always out of the majority of flavors, and the left machine always seems to be clogged, with sticky flavoring spraying everywhere.

Wendy's is pretty good. The place was quiet and clean. The service excellent. Cashier was definitely a good natured person. Very nice to catch a quick bite to eat.

I mean 4.5 stars. The dinning area can be bigger due to the population in the area. During school hours its packed with kids. Not much room. Yet, its decorated extremely well. Love the fire place the best. Wish I could feel the warmth. Exceptional for a fast food place.

Recently I went to this Wendy's to order me some food on my lunch break. I accidentally dropped my wallet and didn't realize it till I got off of work 2 hours later. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it and managed to call Wendys and spoke to one of the managers. She told me that they found my wallet asked me my name and she told me that they will put it in the safe when I came to pick it up. My hats go off to these individuals in this store. Not only is the food great , the service is exceptional, and they really are human beings when it comes to people's personal property. I sincerely thank them for putting my wallet in a safe place. Nowadays it's very hard to find people with a conscience so I sincerely thank the staff here at the Wendy's.👍👍🍔🍟

Nobody wants to work. It's not the owners fault. He has people working behind the registers, that they have nobody to empty garbages and clean tables, some people eat and leave without clearing off their table. It's a shame. But other than that, WENDY'S is my favorite hamburger place, comparing it to McDonald's and Burger King. Oh yeah 👍👍👍

Really new, clean, comfortable. Possible to avoid TVs. They aren't set to FOX. Menu is a nice and probably healthier variation of fast food. Chili and potato is a good meal. Be sure to get sour cream and hot sauce packets.

Went to Wendy's today to try out their new breakfast menu.... I had the breakfast baconator, potatoes and a coffee. It was all good. I will definitely be coming back. It is way better than any other fast food breakfast out there...

I always order chili, a frosty, and fries. The food is always delicious but the containers are not always filled to the top. Sometimes the chili is soupy. The people are always polite and efficient.

My place to go being McDonald's is always crowded, this place isn't. I have yet to have to wait on line inside. The food is good and I can say the first Wendy's to actually get my order correct every time I go! The service could be better, workers not very outgoing or too friendly but usually looks clean and food is hot.

You Know when you go here what you want and you get what you want. Those juicy tasty burgers.

Food's fine, it's a Wendy's, but it's frustrating when they close early and leave all of the outside lights on. No one knows they've closed until that person spends 5 minutes at a dead speaker and then pulls up to the window, only to be told they're closed. Turn off the lights outside when you're closed!

The Sales associate (African American female) at the first window who accepts cash is professional and courteous. The staff at the pick up window are rude and very impersonal.

Here’s to my first review ever! I love Wendy’s it’s my go to and amongst other issues I’ll just mention this main one.. around 10:45 pm I got my food to go to my overnight job, I settled in & opened my Wendy’s bag to find a used sanitize wipe, I called Wendy’s 15 times! Around the 5th call someone answered & I told her about the issue & she didn’t acknowledge anything I was saying nor did she respond, she just hung up. I don’t know if it was phone error but I just wanted to address the issue in a nice way so if it happened again hopefully a lunatic doesn’t go in and get nasty with them in person, but now I’m wishing on it.

Service could be better they tend to leave something out of your order and never give you a receipt so they can tell you, you weren't charged for it. Management needs to work on it especially now where there is only drive they and curb side ....

It's fast food! You're not going to get a Delmonico Steak here. Having subsequently heard that they were thinking about surge pricing it became my last visit there. Until I see a full press release admitting how dumb the idea was I'll not likely visit again.

I just got back from Wendy’s. I ordered two chicken nuggets meals, a baconator meal and just a spicy chicken sandwich by itself. As they handed me everything I asked if everything was there and the person at the drive thru said yes. It’s dark in the car because it was after six. Sure enough I get home and I’m missing a ten piece chicken nuggets. Very annoying and a waste of money. I wasn’t about to take a 15 minute drive back to Islip. This never happens at Chic Fil A.

Came here tonight around 9;15pm, I asked one of the workers for 1 baconator medium fry & vanilla frostyand no drink then she applied two combos with my order and it was $26 dollars and I told her nicely that’s not what I ordered and she fixed it, put gave me 2 burgers 2 fries and no frosty and tried calling 4 times to speak to a manager put no answer it would be nice if management could do better 😌

I love Wendy's, however the staff that was yesterday night after the big storm was not prepared to handle the many customers. The staff was clumsy and slow, not giving the extras like napkins, catch up, etc. Additionally, the meal that I got was $7. dollars and the fries are skinny and the burger is not that big. With less money I can go to BURGER KING and buy an entire dinner for $5. dollars with big fat fries. Wendy's has lost me as a faithful customer!

Very busy but they got our order right including no cheese. We got free senior drinks with paper straws (save the planet)! And for free drinks we got whatever combo of flavors we wanted and free refills serve yourself. Cup of Chili was hot and delicious. And all for under 5$!

There needs to be a politeness lesson. It's not right to just hand me back my card and food and just stare at me without saying thank you. It's rude.

I am gluten, dairy & soy free. So....I ordered a chicken salad w/cranberries & pecans...hold the cheese. Apparently you can't hold the cheese, the pecans & the dressing had soy & dairy in them. So I ate a dry salad of half ingredients. 😝 Will never return

My first time going there today and they didn't give me a receipt and they messed up my order. When I went inside to tell them what I am missing from my order and that I have no receipt . I was just at Wendy's and I had to repeat my order three times to the new employee and 2 more times to the person who was training her and they still got my order wrong. We gave been to the new Wendy's on Montauk Highway several times and little things have been wrong with our orders. I am thinking of not going to that Wendy's anymore!

This Wendy's I will not eat at. Bad location across from middle school.....next to funeral home.....and where family lives and was almost on the floor from jungle music at.drive thru. Not to mention his bedroom is lit up like a brothel. As well as an accident almost happening. Learned the other day there have been three.

Great location if you're eating in. The drive-thru is a different story. Check your bag before driving away. My orders were missing items on 6 consecutive visits.... 6! Now I park and go inside every time. Which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru.

I was there earlier and went in because the drive-thru was busy. I asked for a regular Hamburger sandwich but only with lettuce and ketchup and bacon! That's it and fries and a medium drink. So after 5 dam times of getting my order wrong when I checked I thought I was good. I went into town then when I took the sandwich out to put some more ketchup behind the lettuce was alot of Mayonnaise which I didn't ask for? Worst service ever!! I ordered an curbside pick up. When i came to Wendy’s, i hit the button “I’m here” so they can start to make it. And i have been wait for 10-15 mins, no one came out. So I decided to come inside. The first thing i saw, no one greeted back when i say hello, the CSR/host was standing on the side with his phone (SERIOUSLY), when i ask for an order, no one confirmed name or what kind of my order, and the last one is: no one say any goodbye, thank you or care about i took my order away. Is that the way people run the service or you don’t RESPECT it. If you don’t wanna work, then don’t open it or close it.

The spicy chicken sandwich was awful. It was very salty dried could not eat it. My husband ordered the baconator and got the wrong order and he was sick the next day. this was the worst fast food, quality, food I have ever eaten. I will not be returning.

absolutely AVOID coming to this place late at night. Waited for almost an hour and a half in the Drive-thru and I ordered only 3 things and they still messed up the order. I ordered 2 Dave's Doubles and they gave me 2 Dave's Jr's and I know it was on purpose because they hid the two burgers underneath napkins and they rushed me on I guess to keep the line going. they might be under-staffed, but it's still not an excuse to purposefully give me the wrong food and try to hide it. The Worst Wendy’s I ever went too. I am a veteran Ordered a breakfast combo that was being offered for free to veterans for Veterans Day. Showed my Veterans identification cashier did not Know about offer . I asked for Manager and they would not come out or Know about it either. So not acceptable. I say stay away from Wendy’s in Islip. I am a resident there I know they won’t get my business anymore.

So, these guys can never get an order right. The only reason why I keep coming back is because I genuinely like Wendy's and this one is the closest one to where I live. I could even share screenshots of me contacting customer service online and getting gift cards every single time because I take pics of my food and show my receipt and tell them the stuff they get wrong. What has happened more times than I can count? They don't put bacon in my BIG BACON CLASSIC, ummmm what? My mistake? not checking the sandwich knowing well that they get everything wrong all the time. But really? Miss the bacon in a sandwich with "bacon" in its name? Many times I have been tempted to just drive back and ask to get my order fixed but I truly hate being that typa guy and because it's just a waste of my time (and the money they charge for the bacon). Funny thing is, this Wendy's is NEVER packed, I don't think I've ever seen this place with more than just a few cars parked outside and in the drive-thru, so, you're not even busy, how do you even get something SO EASY wrong? Something as easy as making a sandwich? How? It doesn't make sense to me, I really wonder how these people tie their shoes in the morning. If you go to this location, food is good, staff is meh, just ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER AND MAKE SURE IS CORRECT AND YOU'RE NOT GIVING AWAY FREE MONEY.

Ordered on uber eats and walked to pick it up. When I got there, they forced me to go through the drive through, despite the fact that I ordered online and walked there. I stood there in the drive through lane, and they asked me my name over five times back to back. They handed me my food and drink. I had to ask to get a straw for my drink. When I finally sat down to eat my food, no sauces or extras that I ordered were in the bag.

I’m a dasher and today I came here to pick up an order for DoorDash. Apparently a previous dasher came and picked the order up and stole the order then unassigned the order. Wendy’s was completely unwilling to remake the food for the customer even though the customer confirmed they didn’t get their order. Employee was rude. NEVER GO HERE. Also a little advice to Wendy’s, when dashers are picking up an order you should make them confirm it in front of you to avoid stuff like this happening!!!!
