I can tell from the front how he has an incredible sense of how to operate a food service business. Whoever runs this operation should be grateful they have this guy.... Unbelievable

This new Sonic is in a great location. It is very clean and has a good crew. Nico made me, far and away the best sundae I have had in almost 2 decades from Sonic. They were extremely patient, accommodating and friendly. Our satisfaction was honestly important to them. This Sonic is located inside of a shell station and even has a dog park with picnic tables. I travel through this area often so it is refreshing to have a quality convenient place to make a pit stop for gas and food.

The new GM Henry is on point. There’s an assistant manager there named Mercy and she’s rude. I gave her a $10 tip and my drinks were still made wrong.

Lily at the register is terrible. I understand it’s probably her first job but if you don’t wanna talk to customers don’t be in customer service. She walked past me too many times to count while my order was already done on the counter just waiting for her to grab it. Otherwise this location is alright. They never put your sauces in with your order tho so always ask and double check. Just like this time with lily who just hates her life.

5dec24 Thurs 330pm I ordered a breakfast sandwich egg bacon on Texas toast. AWFUL! Worst ever! The bread was regular bread and they burned it! The egg was about 1/2 of one egg, it had 4 tiny pieces of dried burnt bacon. Omigoodness, terrible. I hadn't eaten in nearly 24 hours and was hungry. Yet even then I could eat only a few bites of this trash. Now the service was very good. A pleasant friendly and efficient lady waited on me. While I waited, I observed her working like crazy! Well done, Miss with the strawberry blond hair.

Worst experience ever stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone got my order and yet the food was cold. All together waited 35 mins for the nasty food I have gotten

8:18 on a Sunday morning. After sitting in the drive thru for several minutes with no response, I pulled around and went inside to the counter. After a couple of minutes, a lone worker came out of the kitchen area and told me nobody else was there and he did not know how to work the register.

Horrible customer service by a young lady named Abigail. From the beginning her attitude was horrible I don’t understand why people work in a restaurant and don’t know how to provide proper customer service. She took our order and it didn’t come out right. We told her it was wrong and she acted as if we were stupid. Instead of working on correcting our order when she took it back she proceeded to finish eating whatever she was eating. We had to wait in the drive through as she finished her meal before she corrected our order. Just horrible customer service. Ended up driving away without our order.

Not sure what takes over 30 minutes for one chicken sandwich, I ordered at 5:30 and left at past 6:00 with no sandwich, didn’t bother for a refund, he told me it would be 6 minute wait, I went inside because nobody answered the intercom, horrible attitudes from most of them, a few nice ones. I sat down in the dining area and was the only person in there, assuming they are busy doing drugs or something, the tables were very dirty and there were a LOT of flies. I saw another lady complaining and stormed out, should’ve left when she did. Even when I go get a bag of ice from the drive thru, it takes waayyy to long, don’t go here

So nice to see that nothing has changed after all this time. You still can’t get orders right. If you can’t get orders correct from the drive through then get rid of it. I am still so disappointed with your service. Orders constantly wrong. Not able to make sandwiches with a mess while ordering because they are saturated with whatever dressing is on them. I have no clue what your problem is.
