Good food! But too bad they dont sell coffee

I really enjoy this location. Food is always fresh and just as I order it. Great atmosphere. Evening staff is friendly and personable.

It's been solid whenever I've been there. I feel like Arby's is terribly underrated. The food is always fresh and that happy hour is nice.

Loved the Double Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich it was perfect. I miss the Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich though. I love the Mozzerella sticks they are so good. I wish they would bring back the Pot Roast Sandwich from like 20 years ago that was so good too.

12/15/22 I came through the drive thru and they were having serious technical difficulties. The young girl at the window handled everything wonderfully. Had to wait a little bit, but it was ok. She took great care of us and was so polite. Over all great service.

This is the best Arby's I've ever been to. Their gyros, burgers, and chicken sandwiches are always cooked to perfection. Not only that, but the staff are amazing.

I deliver for door dash and pick up from Arby’s all the time. This place is prompt and friendly and I love picking up from here. Food is amazing and you should definitely order from here

It's Arby's, great roast beef. Many choices available, different drink choices. We were visiting Finger Lakes but almost no food places nearby. Had to go to Ithaca a few times for variety and anyplace open past 5pm.

Absolutely love the roast beef and jalapeno sliders! From 2pm-5pm they are only a dollar you can't beat it. Definitely would recommend trying them if you haven't done so already

America's roast beef yes sir!! Arby's This location work well! They have always been on point with my orders and when I go to Arby's I go to this location. if I forgot to order my cup of cheese for my fries or I want to add something to my order it's never an issue when I get to the window they're more than happy to do it!!

Walked in to a customer abusing the staff. Staff was amazing and props to Hannah for remaining professional and perfecting her staff WHILE BUSTING OUT ORDERS and giving great customer service. She's truly an asset to the company.

Unsure why there was a turtle in the toilet. But the food was decent and every one was alright. Date showed up 15 min late. I really liked the covenant straw location and there was plenty of ketchup. Over all I would say decent.

I never bought a fish sandwich from Arby's before and I have no idea why. The fish was so good and favored for it to be from Arby's. They won me over.

We put our order in and had to change it but the manager couldn't modify it on the computer. He told me he'd make sure they got it right and they did it perfectly. Good food, fast.

This particular Arby's always has a friendly person to greet you and complete your order. As far as Ithaca goes, there is no better restaurant for service and quality than this Arby's. Someone taught their valued team members to care there. Keep up the good work. 🙂

I've always loved the food from Arby's, I'm just sad that they no longer sell the chicken cordon bleu. But I do love the classic beef and cheddar combo meal with large curly fries and large soda. They've got a new favorite that i absolutely love to eat. The cheesy bacon burger with large crinkle fries and a cherry cola.

This is one of my regular Mainstays. Dan Elmer along with Steve Tyler and Kyle and the rest of the gang are awesome. This store in my opinion is the epitome of the best of Arby's. The food is affordable I love the coziness of the restaurant and we have become friends with several of the staff. Their menu selections , their new featured items are always worth a try in my opinion. This store should be a training store because Dan Elmer in my opinion does an awesome job ,I see how he is so patient with his staff and the new staff too. If I see it as a customer then his upper management must be seeing it as well. Many kudos go out to this group

I like the roast beef & cheddar and my wife likes the reuben sandwich, but we both agree on the curly fries. We went for lunch and the restaurant was understaffed but they handled it like champs. It looked like there was only one cashier, one drive-thru person, and one cook, but they were friendly and we got our food quickly. Great teamwork!

Always a nice selection on the menu board but an especially good place to park a bus. Most competitors nearby have skimpy parking lots. My trip began at siena college near albany and the group played 3 games at nearby cornell univ

We came here later at night the staff was fun, polite, and friendly and the food was fresh. I have also been during lunch rush and much prefer the evening crew.

It's Arbys sometimes you just need a fast food change. The store is clean quick order times

Arby's is always superior to other day food because it feels like your eating actual meat. Don't use this drive thru if your in a hurry though.

They have the normal selection of Arby's food, the staff were courteous, but the process was a little long because the interiors closed due to covid. There was a line about eight cars in front of me.

I only eat here when they run special's . There five dollar meal is a great meal it's a sandwich drink and fries. We would eat there more often if they would of kept that meal deal.

Nothing over the ordinary, just another Arby's delicious always fresh raost beef. The attendant young man was very helpful and friendly.

First time I went through drive thru and ordered 2 for $6 Turkey Gyros. Not made neatly but were tasty. Decided to go through next day and bought the 2 for $6 of each gyro (traditional Greek, roast beef and turkey). These were GREAT looking and tasty.

Got there at 6:45 and they were closing at 7:00. They had run out of beef, so I got chicken nuggets. Staff was very pleasant. Food was plentiful and tasted good.

Cleanest Arby's I have been to in recent years. Had to get my buffalo slider fix. This visit confirms that much smaller tenders are being used here as well in Rochester. They used to overhang the bun on both sides. Oh well everything changes eventually. 😌

Never skimpy on their roast beef sandwiches but when it comes to their hamburgers, the meat is not always fully cooked.

I have always enjoyed their food, just the last few months have NEVER actually gotten my food at the window. Every single time, and I’ve gone there at least once per month, I either have to pull up or pull into a parking space for them to bring me out my food. And it’s not just me, there are several of us parked out there each time. I’m not sure if they’re trying to keep their drive thru time low or something but it’s really tough to have to pull up or over every time you want to go there.

3 Stars. Not sure who was there recently as it's saying it's me. Lol. Sandwiches tatste good except they have a bit too much cuninlingua 🤷‍♂️

I was an Uber driver on a pickup. Note said to use drive thru. Finally got to drive thru and they told me to come in and get it. Geez, after I waited in line for all that long, can't they just hand it to me and save us both time!

Went through the drive thru. Was shorted a sandwich. Had to get out and get their attention because no one's allowed inside. The quickly gave me the sandwich and apologized for the inconvenience.

The service was great and the food was really great...on the downside, one of the sandwiches was just a ball of meat on a slice of grease and sauce. Still a good experience.

Good option for fast food. If your sick of McDonald's. I wish they never closed the burger King on Elmira rd.

Standard roast beef and chicken sandwiches, love the curly fries, and drive thru only. Still have the various two for $x deals and they have the classic turnovers. They no longer do onion rings, though! Sad.

The service this time was not good no one else in the place and we had to wait more then 5 minutes before they took our order. Then waited a long time before our order was ready, then it wasn't complete, they said they would bring the rest out when it was.ready. well I had to go up and ger the rest of our order after I had finished eating my sandwich, they forgot about the potatoes. Seriously mostlikely will not return to this restaurant.

The floor is always sticky, the young cashiers nice but completely clueless, and christ help me please actually use the mobile order pick up spot so I don't have to stand in line behind a white woman complaining about her coupons not working while I'm staring at my order, but i like it when they give me the meats

Forgot the cheese on my roast beef sandwich, that's one of the key parts of a Arby's roast beef sandwich.

The only Arby's I've ever known to close at 7 p.m.! Every Arby's around the area is open until 11 but if you have a late night basketball game or sporting event don't stop here they...will be closed!

I loved the new prime rib sandwiches. The only issue I had was that I ordered two spicy sandwiches and only one came that way. It was disappointing.

The sandwiches that we ordered were not complete! They did not put on the cheese or the crispy onions. The sandwiches were also very poorly constructed with all the meat on only half the very chewey bun. And my thing of curly fries was not even full! When you pay $30 for only 2 sandwiches, 1 fries and 2 milkshakes, it should be perfect!

Food was good. Staff was rude minus the cashier. The staff behind the counter got into an argument with the manager and the manager didnt de-escalate it, he kept arguing in front of whole restaurant. Very unprofessional behavior. Service was a decent speed.

The customer service at the Ithaca location is not satisfactory. The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous, and the person running the window sometimes won't even say that it'll be a minute before they can take your order. I understand we're in a pandic still, but they need to up their game a bit.

Coke was only fizz, cold fries, cold eating area, under staffed, prices go up while everything else goes down. Won't be long before I won't be able to afford to eat there. Bell was missing but wouldn't have rung it anyway.

Usually is good but lately the fella at drive through doesn’t read back the order, resulting in his errors not being caught. They run out of turnovers by midday. But the worst is that lately, the sandwiches are so sloppy that you can’t even eat the things. Sauce to the point of making the bread mushy, all over the bun, the ingredients not even stacked like a sandwich. And both times I’ve gone lately, it’s not like they were busy, so why is it so gross and slapped together?

Only ones in dining area. Took 20 min for our food to be prepared. When we got our food every thing was cold.

Wr placer an order an hour ago and called abd they said it was forgotten and we are still waiting for our food and they have no ice for the drinks.

Had to wait 7 minutes to order with only one car in front of me. Another 14 minutes after paying for cold food. The fries were less than half full. What a waste of time and money.

Don't eat at the Ithaca Arby's. Fries were old, didn't even qualify as luke warm. The loaded Italian sub was soggy and mushy, the BBQ brisket was dry. Run, don't walk, away from this place.

I just sat at drive thru for 20 minutes just to get to order and got told they were closed. It was 6:50 ! Drive by the pickup window and no one was even there. Not a happy customer!

Stood here for 25 mins got 4 sliders then waited another 15 mins to get Fry's and got ignored by the women in black and not to mention there was fighting and argung between workers had orders ready before mine and I was waiting for my food

Sad. First person in the drive-thru took 10 minutes don't ask me if I want sauce if you don't give me any or napkins. Two employees at the window one on their phone.

Neither the cashier at the window nor the worker who brought my order out to me when I was asked to pull up had on masks or gloves or anything in the midst of covid-19. Really disgusted to see the lack of regard for customers health and safety. Especially when employee mask wearing is a state mandate right now.

Horrible experience. Went through the drive throughout lunch time. Only two cars in front of me. Had to wait approximately 5 minutes per car just to get up to the speaker. Once there, I was told to wait for approximately 3 minutes. Hot to the window, paid, got my drink and then was asked to pull forward and wait. 15 minutes later, my food was brought to my window. Just when i thought FF had recovered, Arby's sent it into Covid rewind

Concerned about staff not wearing a mask around co-workers, but only pulling it up to take my money/give me my order. When asked if he wore his mask around his co-workers, cashier replied "No". How is that protecting your staff and customers? I'm sorry, but I cannot support that inconsistency. Please educate your employees.

Manager is a complete Jerk. I left without my order in tears. The way he spoke to me regarding price differences from in store to the app was appalling. I attempted to place a mobile order but it wouldn't go through. WHy? Well because apparently according to the managers snotty attitude that pomo was last month. In my defense the app should have been updated it wasn't my fault. I had just downloaded the app a couple days prior and it was the next month so whoever is in charge of the app really needs to get their stuff together. Corporate doesn't even care an has not answered my complaint.

Dining room was closed at 2 pm on a Friday with no sign or anything. Went though drive through and there was a sign saying "Drive through opens at 12 pm"...at 2 pm...blocking a good portion of the menu.

Waited 30 min because they lost my order. Employees were verbally fighting and threatening to quit.

Stopped on my way to work for some dinner. I work 9pm-7am and the food I received wasn’t even edible!!! Cheese sticks weren’t even cooked long enough to melt the cheese!!! Called and talked to the manager and they was rude as hell!!! This arby’s has went way down hill!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Fries tasted old and cold. Mozzarella sticks where cold and mushy with grease as well. The beef and cheddar buns tasted stale. I'm so surprised I usually love Arby's. This particular Arby's is lacking. Probably won't be going back again .

So I spent a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru, about 15 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting for them to even take my order, and then another 15 at the window after I paid to get my food, it was a simple order to, a classic beef and cheeder and chicken fingers for my son thats it, i had a screaming toddler in the back waiting to get his food, they charged me for a meal but I only orderd a sandwich then didn't even give me the fries and drink that come with a meal only the sandwich. I also tried to order a chocolate shake which they did not have, now I've been there 3 times in 3 weeks to get this shake lol and every time they can't make it, first time not a big deal probably cleaning the machine 2nd time a little irritating but whatever 3 times that's almost a whole month and you still can't make me a simple shake? There always a bit slower then most places but it's never been so bad to where I almost drove off.

It's awesome when arby's can't figure out how to make a beef in chedder. It's not hard there is two damn items on a bun meat and cheese that's all the past three times I've ordered from here it seems like the employees are to incompetent to remember how to build the world's simplest sandwich.

not happy, when you order one item and get another. didnt order Beef and cheddar or curly fries but that's what I got. just wish theyd get it right. my older was a classic and krinkle fries, never told the amount and no sauce. just hoping they get it right next time

Ordered Online 4/21/25 @ Ithaca NY Elmira Road location. Upon arrival the chicken sandwich was in the bag waiting. After trying to get an employee’s attention the shift manager came to the counter. However it was not to help me. The manager ignored me and yelled to a worker who was off the clock “ …. I know your off the clock, but could you change the menu for me”. She then started to walk away. I asked openly as she was leaving “I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries can someone please help me?” A employee grabbed a bag off the counter and took it over to put what was suppose to be a large curly fry in the bag next to the fryer. The employee accidentally dropped the receipt when the manager asked to see the online order. The manager then bent over and grabbed the receipt off the dirty floor. Looked at the receipt, I’m not sure why. Perhaps to see if I was stealing? Either way this manage then placed the receipt i side my bag with the food. I began to ask why she would put anything that fell on the floor into a bag with fresh food. She seemed to ignore me and go about her business. So I then told her it was nasty that she would put anything in the bag which was on the floor and added that it was illegal to ask an employee who was off the clock to work in any capacity. She finally acknowledged me as I was leaving saying “YOUR NOT MY BOSS. YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO. HAVE A NICE DAY”. Once outside I immediately called Arby’s corporate and reported this violation. After completing my report I went home and tried to eat my food. It was completely cold. It was also completely horrible. The bacon was burned and so was the top of the bun. Pictures speak louder than words so here you go. I usual enjoy the food from Arby’s. Now I’m very concerned of health standards after seeing this happen right in front of me.

Employees had a flat affect and moved in slow motion. We ordered two roast beef. There was only one car ahead of us and it took us about 10 minutes to get our full meal when we opened up a roast beef sandwiches they were was burnt dried out meat that looked like shoe leather. They also forgot to give us sauce in the whole experience. We’ve been here about a half hour and finally got our sandwiches and the sauce, I do not recommend it and I think the ownership should Look into it.

02/23/25 Stopped at the Ithaca NY store at 11:30 am. Looked like they were closed. Chairs tipped against tables. Not one clean table.no fries were made. No ice in soda dispenser, asked twice for ice, go give me a minute. No Ice. The counter and floor under tea dispenser was wet and sticky. Bathroom was just gross….paper towel dispenser did not work. Staff were like robots, no hello, may I help you, nothing. They were however yelling to each other in the back. Recommend DRIVE ON BY. WE WILL NEXT TIME…. GROSS GROSS GROSS 🤮

Every time I have ever come here, I've sat at the drive through for several minutes before someone finally tells me that they're "closed", even though their posted hours say they're still supposed to be open. Sometimes they claim they are under-staffed, yet the second-last time I tried to come here, there were 4 dudes smoking out the back door, so they didn't appear all that under-staffed. If they won't serve until closing, a simple revision of their posted hours would solve the problem of people driving across town to a place that claims they will feed you until xyz time. I realize no one will work these days, after they got paid to sit at home during "coVid", but again - just adjust your posted hours of operation if the workers inside won't take your irder after a particular time.

The evening manager was definitely less than friendly, the ketchup dispenser wasn’t even put together. This is 2 hours before the inside closes and 4 hours before drive through closes. The kid behind the counter acted like I asked for gold when I asked for ketchup packets which I hate to open. He gave me 4 packs for two people and 2 orders of fries. UPDATE: Well it’s been months now and I still haven’t heard anything from corporate, seems they care as much as the staff that night did.

This Arby's is the WORST! Employees with ripped jeans (barely enough material to be recognized as jeans). The milkshakes were underfilled. The"manager" left a stack of $$ on the counter which they handled while serving food and being ill-mannered and rude (at best)!
