Very friendly staff, great food and clean environment! The manager, Sabrina, is always super friendly and helpful! My favorite place to eat!
Every now and then we stop in and grab a bite to eat. Customer Service was good. Mac and cheese could use some help. It does not taste too good but I'm always in hope that maybe one day they will get it right.
Jessica is the most professional polite pleasant A+ Employee in my many travels. She should get a raise and promotion to train other employees. I was so surprised at the extra length she went to to make my experience today awesome 🤩
Omg, we have MISSED you, Colonel Sanders! My husband and daughter watched the construction progress with great interest, and we had Opening Day in our calendar with an alarm. SUCH A CELEBRATION THAT FIRST DAY. Here we are less than a week later, and guess what’s for lunch today? The food was great, and I’m not even a huge fast food person. Mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits and coleslaw were exceptional, and the chicken is consistently good. Life is good again in Mythaca bc the Colonel is ba-aaaaaaack!
This is the fastest food in town. They are always quick kind and the food is always hot. The same cannot be sad for any other fast food restaurants in ithaca.
The new Ithaca KFC was actually amazing. Walked in and initially didn't know what to think my two young children should expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. As a bus of high school athletes came in, they turned it on and I was happily impressed. We got the experience that we won't soon forget on a night daddy had to feed the youngest two girls; it made me look really good! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
Wanted delivery but for KFC I went to the drive through; there were 4 vehicles ahead of me but it went super quick! The staff was friendly and helpful and about 5 minutes later I had my food and on my way home. The food was perfect original recipe and hot added mashed and gravy and corn and I’m a “happy happy girl…just look at that happy girl”! Welcome back KFC!!!! Also super easy to get in to and out of.

Stopped by here passing through on a job. Had to use restroom to wash and it was well maintained. So that was great! They were obviously understaffed but everything was as good as it should be, just delayed. I needed sauces that they missed for my dine in visit and after seating, went back to the counter and the drive thru lady stepped up to help! Great crew that day! Good job.
O.k. even in the current debacle of an economy, Kentucky Fried Chicken in lil old Ithaca N.Y. is keep'n it real and has not forgotten or forsaken the hard working (for his doe), worker bee! Has anyone else noticed that the pandemic has been in our rear view mirror for quite some time now, but the prices have remaind inflated by about 30% since before the pandemic!! We'll KFC is my new inflation fighter folks and I'm including a picture of the receipt to prove it! I got a nice extra crispy piece of chicken breast and a large soda for $6.67 including tax! The other fast food joints. just there sandwiches alone start around 6 bucks! So I just had to share this little tid bit of info who like me are having a hard time making ends meet. THANK YOU! This is a very handsome new KFC in town. It's clean and well lit. The people working here were great and the food was really good. The only thing I'd change is to turn the music down or off. The music was way too loud and obnoxious, Two different radio stations were playing at the same time. I'd go again but sit away from the loud music

They're usually very quick and friendly. Only negative is that they are horrible about giving out sauce. Unless you see them put the sauce in the bag they didn't.
Glad for some variety in Fastfood Alley. Love their chicken, Mac ‚n cheese is a bit disappointing, but coleslaw is a winner in my mind! Have not tried mashed potatoes and gravy. But yes, going back for some lunch! It’s been a long time, so welcome back in new form!
Fried chicken sandwich is so good especially when its pipin hot. Chicken fingers with kfc sauce, mac and cheese, biscuits, all really good too. Drive thru is very quick and staff have all been nice and patient whenever I go for lunch. They do usually forget something though so just check your bag before you leave!
Love having kfc back, The parking is not good for going in hard to park worse to get out. Also you need to check your chicken our order was for 8 piece chicken fill up only had 7 pieces.
Went thru drive thru, the gentleman that was working was friendly, patient and spoke loud and clear enough to understand with out any issues.
I like kfc in general.This is a nice place although on the small side. The tables were very clean even outside. What they dont have in inside for seating theyhave outsidewitha few tables out there. . I got my food as fast as I ordered it. They did put a piece of extra crispy in my order for original recipe but I didn't mind as I like both. I honestly thought the extra crispy tasted better. The biscuit was creamy and very good. It's one of the reasons I like kfc is the biscuits. Im not a fan of the mashed potatoes but they were also up to par.
The restaurant is clean. The staffing is better than McDonald's. Still could use some training
Chicken sandwich was amazing. Although I ordered as a combo box with French fries, Mac and cheese, coleslaw as my sides. And I got mashed potatoes instead of the fries. The way the drive thru set up is absolutely horrible and conflicts other business entry.
The food was good, but service sucked. Waited 10 minutes at front counter. No one acknowledged me till I said "ok I'm done waiting," and then a girl decided to ask me what I wanted.
Ordered a mashed potato bowl and didn't get a spork so I waited at the window but nobody came to see why. So I had to go in to ask for a spork because apparently the public can't be trusted enough to leave them by the straws and lids at the drink fountain.
So this location just opened up and me and my wife was excited we didn't have to go to cortland if we didn't want to for KFC and our very first order they forgot our gravey for our mash potatoes and the second time they had no honey for the biscuits. Likes basic things I would expect a fast food restaurant to be able to provide.
I'm giving a 3 star only because my customer service the first time coming here was much better than the last. Even though my order ended up being incorrect when I got home, I chalked it up as being new. They were so nice it didn't warrant a bad review but... my last transaction was nothing like the first. 12 pc meal and a bucket of popcorn chicken. Pretty simple. $50. There is always an issue with the popcorn chicken. The customer service this time was non existent. Then before I pull away I noticed that the popcorn chicken wasn't there. Before I jumped to conclusions I pulled off down the road and checked. Sure enough it isn't there. When I call I get asked 3x if I was sure describing the box. I mean they usually don't know what it is but, I order it often so, yes I am sure. I tell them I'll just bring the food back and they can check themselves and get a refund. Upon arrival they refused to look or to give a refund for missing product. Call again after they toss the missing product at me to be told that it didn't happen that way. Doesn't matter. If a sorry was even mentioned I would have felt better. I'm sure they won't go out of business on account of me but I guarentee judging by others experiences this specific establishment may struggle in the future.
The food is excellent, I got exactly what I ordered and it tasted great. The customer service was excellent as well. However, the drive through situation is atrocious. Several businesses share it and it's somehow confusing for people to see which side is the entrance. The line is constantly backed out into the intersection blocking the highway and is just awful to sit through with people coming in and out the wrong way, honking, cutting you off, blocking the entrance etc. If you want to visit I would highly recommend parking somewhere else like across the street in the empty parking lot where Buffalo Wild Wings was and just walking over instead of dealing with the chaos of the drive through.
I've been here twice now. First time, it was very busy so we went through the drive thru and everything was great. This past time, ordered the new spicy sandwich meal with an 8pc family meal and my chicken sandwich wasn't in the bag 😑 yeah I should've checked but at the window I was about to get my order and the cashier was told by the line crew, wait it wasn't finished..then handed me my bag a few minutes later and it wasn't in there 👎
They're nice people, really, they are. However, they mess up my order every single time. I order a #1, extra crispy with a fruit punch. Every single time, something is wrong. And I'm never charged the same price.
This was the 3rd time i have been to any KFC. I got 1 spicy chicken sandwitch and 1 regular. There was 1 pickle slice on one of them, none on the other. Just chicken on bread, thats it. We did not recieve our drink and now 5 hours later i am still nauseous. Pretty sure there was rotten mayo on those things. Stay away from this place if you dont want to get sick.
I made a pick up order at the window, was told we would have to wait for Mac and cheese to be made which was fine, and that I should pull around and they would bring it out to me. 25 minutes later I drove back up to the window to inquire what could be taking so long, the gentleman at the window had no idea I'd been waiting that long. I was not impressed. They gave no explination as to what could have taken so long, just handed me my bag and that's it. And we were missing items.
My fiance and I went in around 9 pm on a wednesday night. Plenty of time before closing. we originally ordered the chicken tender bucket but were told they did not have enough for our order, so we were convinced to get the mixed bucket instead. Upson recieving our order we noticed we had no biscuits. When I asked an employee they informed me they were out, and that we were given cookies instead ( wich we weren't ). I understand supply can be limited but, to be convinced to change my order and then informed after the fact a product was out in my opinion is either lazy or unprofessional. This seems to be a common trend with the later service at this location. I hope in the future this improves.
Seemed to have only 1 person working when I went and she was talking on her cellphone while working. I placed an online order and got my food after my coworkers who ordered in store. Food was fine.
Terrible! I ordered online now twice. The first order items were missing, the second items were missing and my order was completely wrong. I reached out with my experience that my order was wrong and the service attendant was short and terrible even when there was no one in the place to get $9. refunded of my total. That's more of an insult. My fault for trying again, never returning.
My husband would probably give a higher score because his chicken was hot but he was still disappointed because the biscuit was dry and crumbled in his hand as did mine. My tenders were not hot , we did not get straws for our drinks and I realized she did not ask if I wanted dipping sauce . The fries were cold and maybe it was the coating or someone has a heavy hand with the salt shaker but they were inedible. For $32 it was a very disappointing lunch.
It took the ver 15 minutes for the order. The bathroom has no toilet paper and it was dirty. Not recommended AT ALL! And the two workers were out in the parking lot, smoking weed! Nobody was in the restaurant tending to their customers. The garbage was overloaded, and the soda machine was broken. Never never come back again!
Do better. Drive thru speed is one thing, quality is another. Just because you can get 2-3 vehicles through in 2 minutes doesn't mean you should. Customer service and food quality still applies even in the drive thru. This company prides itself on speed of service, but I'd rather wait longer so I'm not wound up eating "floor chicken".
Absolutely garbage. Ordered on their website, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited for 55 minutes and the cashier said they did not receive the order. The manager was very rude. Will not come back.
This is the second time in the past year that I’ve gotten chicken that was burnt. Never go back there again.

Absolute garbage service, waited 1 hr to get the order through drive though. Staff have no clue how to handle customer, don’t remember which customer ordered which. Rude, unresponsive, pathetic, dismissive when asked for refund. Keep taking on more orders and prioritizing them instead of the people who already paid and waiting. This branch is a bloody embarrassment for KFC.
Been here several times.. the staff has always been nice but can't get an order right to save their life. First time there they refused to sell me something off the menu I was told no because it was lunch time.. I have tried to call this establishment several times no answer.. only go if you have to have KFC.
Do not use their online ordering, if they don't have something they won't tell you. Then when you say you're missing something they just say we are out of that and to go online to get a refund. What a scam. Have to see what the BBB thinks of this practice. Get their money don't give you what you order and keep your money.
It was dirty with food all over the floor, garbage cans overflowing and the drink station was sticky all over. The staff were rude and orders were all messed up. One chicken "tender" looked like something you scrape off the bottom of the basket. All around disgusting.
Service is slow and not great. Set up for delivery drivers not walk ins. Food was KFC good, which makes people envious of leftover elementary school lunch food. Also was a rip off for the cost.
While waiting in the drive through line of cars we watched a KFC worker (in uniform) smoke a cigarette, with her gloves on, pick up something that dropped on the ground, with her gloves on, put out her cigarette on the building, leave the cigarette on the side of the building, go to a car and conversate with someone and then light the cigarette she left on the side of the building back up and smoke it some more, all with the same golves on. We watched her go inside the restaurant with the same gloves on while we debated if we really wanted to take a chance and eat there. GROSS!! Cleanliness and professionalism go hand in hand even in a global pandemic where the safety and cleanliness of everyone should be held at the utmost.
Awful!! The guy that took my order acted like he didn’t want to take my order!! And when I asked for popcorn nuggets he said NO, and then was hesitant that they don’t have that anymore. All he had to do was say they no longer had that item. Customers service SUCKS!! Not recommending this KFC
Can't review the restaurant because it was closed before 9 pm. All the lights were on but nobody was home.
Went for lunch yesterday waited over 20 minutes after I ordered simple order 3chicken tenders and fries.did not get them.asked for refund .did not get it.walked out the door. terrible service.
1. Super long waiting time (>50 minutes). 2. Dirty environment with heavy grease mark near the entrance. 3. Unpleasant frying fat smell filled in the space. 4. Unfriendly staff who kept looking for excuses for the long wait.
First of all I am being generous by giving a one star. This place should be shut down. I have been there probably 20 times since the opening of this store and everytimethey have messed my order up and then they blame it on the person taking the order.
Red flag. Do not order food or do not come to this place. The customer service is the worst. The receptionist called me ridiculous (and other people were very rude) complaining about the delay in the my delivery

It's dinnertime, and I've gone into the restaurant to place my order. I'm told I can't order what I'd like, a special order of all dark meat for my three piece meal, because SAM, the manager isn't accepting "special orders" as the restaurant he's managing "is behind." The cashier looked at me like I was out of my mind to expect I'd get what I'm paying for. Customer service overall is horrific. A few days ago my order was incorrect, but I hadn't realized it until I got home. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I, for one (of many) won't be back. Businesses aren't doing customers a favor...the customer keeps the business IN business. Went thru the drive thru. They were out of sandwiches. Asked for tenders, they were out. Was told they only had chicken and bone. Asked for a four piece, was then told they were out and had nothing. I am extremely disappointed and upset, will never be taking my bussiness here again
I went to this place to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru, and the person running the register was noticeably high. They were slurring their speech, took a very long time to respond to our questions, asked us if we were a door dash order a few times, and left the window for noticeably long amounts of time. The restaurant was also out of chicken tenders, and that was not notes on the app, meaning I didn't even get my food. Overall, not a helpful or positive experience.
Picked up 8 piece dinner and no gravy called and they don't know what to do. How about double check your order's. Last time picking up food the gravy was spilled all over the bag.
I have never came across a restaurant that warrants a one-star like this one. I have been here three times. Every time, I have encountered someone being rude to me, the people with me, or another group of people. I can understand mistakes happen and people may say things that can come across unintentionally rude. I try to give passes. But when you always get treated poorly, I cannot give excuses. On top of the attitudes, they provide some extremely subpar service. Every time I went there, they have forgotten some item. If you happen to go, be sure to check your order. Also, one of the times I had to wait for 45 minutes for one chicken sandwich.
I placed my order on the app for a pickup, I stopped to picked up my order at 6:12pm, when they app said it would be ready. When I tried to enter the building, the door was locked. There were 3 employees sitting at a table just watching, didn't say anything, they just got up and walked away. After having a conversation with a couple that was in their vehicle eating in the parking lot, they had told me that they were short staffed and had been turning customers away so they locked the door so that no one could enter. They also said that one of the employees had even gotten in a huge argument with a woman because he refused to serve her. So I decided to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. When I got to the speaker, I told the woman that I had placed a mobile order and she told me I needed to enter the store to pick it up. I told her that I just tried to do that and the door was locked. She told me that it was now unlocked and that I would have to enter the store to get my order. Why couldn't she just say pull up and I will grab it for you. I didn't even need an apology, just wanted my food. So I had to wait to be able to exit the drive thru line so that I could pull back around the building, park again, and get out of my vehicle to enter the building. When I walked in, there was another person at the counter, and no employees to be seen. No one had greeted either of us. I simply grabbed my order and left. The couple from earlier was still in their vehicle and had told me that apparently 4 of the employees had just left to go to an emergency call. This is not the first time that this restaurant has had issues when I went to pick up an order. The last time I was there I waited over a half hour to pick up my food.

Not one to post negatively but today my coworker and I needed something quick for lunch today around 11:30am. When I ordered an “8 piece chicken tender” the guy who took my order said “my goodness” at my order. I even had him clarify what he said and he repeated this. Charged me $19 and I was so focused on his RUDE comment about my order I didn’t question it. When he gave me my food he was also rude about this as well. Turns out he must have heard me wrong and gave me a 8 pc bucket of chicken instead of the 8 chicken tenders. So not only was I disrespected but on top of that didn’t get what I wanted. Thankfully I’m not a regular for fast food so I won’t be returning but definitely need to train their employees on customer service.
Trash in lobby was overflowing. Floors disgusting. Tripped over mop handle laying across floor coming out of the bathroom. Clearly, no one had cleaned in a long time. The only reason I didn’t immediately walk out was because my son, who has never been to KFC requested that we go there after our fishing trip. Ordered the 3-piece and got 3 scrawny legs. Should’ve seen that coming. Unreal.
Not sure why you would close down your restaurant 2 hours before closing time and still take orders to just steal the money. This place is terrible.
My family spent $80+ on chicken that was obviously old and refried. My son couldn’t eat it and I refused, the outside of the chicken was almost black and the inside was dried up stringy texture. Y’all need to do better, stop being so lazy. I can’t believe how fast this location went down. Hire less people, pay them more, make them do quality work or can them. Do things right.
The employees at this KFC are the worst. Each time I've ordered online and had to wait st least 20 minutes after the time stated. Every time I've ordered they miss something, or are out and cannot give refunds. They tell you you have to request it online, but no one gets back to you and you don't get a refund. They blatantly steal from their customers.
Rude employees. Witnessed an employee throw a handful of lids at a customer who asked for one, making the poor female customer cry. This is a very poor location. I would not recommend it to anyone. If the manager is reading this, I'd love to speak to you.
What service? No atmosphere, workers too pulled in different directions to do any one thing properly. This place isn't suited for a drive through, mobile order, and in store orders as well as door dash/Uber eats orders. Managers also heard yelling at coworkers AND customers, usually in the same time frame.
Didn't want to have to write this review, but after several other uncomfortable situations and a really rough week and getting a snarky comment from a worker that was probably supposed to be "funny", I'm posting something about this. Every time I go (I work right next door) I get weird looks from the staff. The first three times they mispelled my name so hilariously despite me spelling it out for them (spelled as "EINSEWC" one of the times), and obviously none of the gibberish ways they were spelling it could have made sense to them as a name- and it's unlikely they misheard me, I speak clearly enough. That coupled with the weird looks gives me the impression they don't like trans people, which is bad enough on it's own. Today at least they spell my name right! I order a combo and the cashier girl doesn't appear to be immediately reaching for my drink cup, so I ask if I can have it, and she says "maybe" and then carelessly tosses it sideways onto the counter. This is my first time interacting with this girl and I wasn't rude to her at all, so there was really no need for that, and then I got weird looks before I leave. Food is fine, customer service made me genuinely uncomfortable and upset multiple times. If I continue ordering from here, I'm definitely ordering online ahead for pickup. I don't want to interact with these weirdos more than I have to.
Crew needs better training and stability. You're likely to wait a solid 20 to 30mins for your order. They do have a pick-up option but it takes forever. I would also advise delivery drivers to be mentally ready to wait over 25! mins for orders. Especially at night.
This location while it may be a busy location the workers move at 1 MPH. When I came in to order I walked and they were busy yes, I knew I would have to wait but what I didn’t expect is to see the employees basically lounging through the mess, picking and choosing which orders got done first based on which driver showed up instead of just making all their tickets. Taking forever to take in store customer orders. And having to wait 45 minutes for two small fries and A Mac n cheese bowl! Crazy crazy crazy
Probably the worst managed fast food location in Ithaca. I feel bad for the employees here. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting and not one person came over the intercom to take an order. Definitely the last time I'm coming to this location.
For how much they charge, the least they can do is give you your food. I ordered a quick dinner for my family, was charged an outrageous price, and when I arrived back with the food, my kids order wasn't even in there! Unprofessional at best.
Placed a order and didn't receive all of my food, then I was told to come back in to pick up the fresh combo meal which was almost $12. So I come in and they refuse to give me my forgotten order, or give me a refund. Thanks for stealing my money, avoid this kfc! And I tried calling to complain about still not receiving a refund or the food I paid for, and they blocked my number! This is one of the worse fast food restaurants I have ever seen, this is ridiculous!
Just now tried to get food from your restaurant. The doors are locked the drive thru was open great! Went to the order screen got asked if we had an online order, nope sorry we don’t. Another car pulls up behind us, intercom clicks on- we are not taking orders click gone
I'm black and even I wouldn't eat here like how do you even undercook a biscuit, it literally looked like a synthetic krabby patty in the middle ain't nobody wants a gushers-style biscuit. I miss 2016 KFC... September 2024 update: I keep coming back to this KFC in the spirit of Wakanda (and the half-off sandwich deal) and although the cashiers are usually very kind, the chicken genuinely gives me depression. That first bite is mmm yay chicken sandwich, the second bite is mmm hunger, the third bite is wait where did the sauce go, and the fourth bite to completion is just begging for the experience to be over. How the heck does KFC have bad chicken?? What even is life anymore??? Hopefully Khamala fixes this or there's no point in having a black president. APRIL 2025 update: I called them saying I had a random item instead of a pot pie and they said, "oh yeah we were out of pot pie so we just substituted it with what everyone usually gets instead". I was too dumbfounded to even be mad about it, I just said "okay, have a great day" like a good little boy. I tried to order the pot pie AGAIN a different day, (yes, I know what the definition of insanity is), but I noticed it wasn't in the bag, and the cashier said "oh yeah we're all out" and when asked about a refund back on the card they told me I would have to call or go on the website to request a refund. Now, I am proud of my black heritage and will tolerate abuse, neglect, and disrespect in hopes of a juicy piece of chicken. But I will NOT let kfc send me home with a homework assignment. Ordered twice from here through Grubhub. I don't know what happened to this place, but the food is absolutely bad. A lot of times, the sides would get swapped or replaced. My husband ordered the Fill Up box, and it didn't even come in a special box??? Biscuit and chicken were in their own boxes, and there were NO dipping sauces. Instead of fries, we got sour old coleslaw. Chicken and nuggets were super dry, concerned that they were days old. Also, those chicken wraps are such a scam for $3. You might as well just buy an individual piece of fried chicken breast for $3 instead of a single chicken tender in a tortilla wrap... This place needs help or something.
I was at kfc, I had 3 bad experiences, 1 was where they gave me chicken tenders that weren’t even cooked ,we went in the drive thru that time. Then another time we also went into the drive thru and they gave us not cooked at all chicken from yesterday, it sucked. Then another time we went to eat inside and they gave us spicy chicken that was half cooked, I didn’t even order anything twitch the world spicy. Then I called them and talked to the manager, and told him about it, and he said “That really hurts my feelings” Yea well that hurt my wallet, grow up manager. I would rate it 0 if I can, I don’t recommend Ithaca kfc at all. And if your reading this manager, grow up.
I stopped in during the evening during an hour and 30 minute break I had between classes. I was going to eat dinner at a sit-down restaurant, but thought a fast food option would be quicker. I was wrong. I was very patient with the staff and could tell they were very overwhelmed, but the way they appeased the delivery drivers constantly pestering them over myself who was sitting patiently front-and-center was extremely disheartening. I not only ended up burning through the entire break waiting for my food, but did not receive that food until my 2.5 hour lecture was mostly over. I would have demanded a refund and left, but their policy to not allow refunds combined with the high pricetag of all the food I paid for forced me to stay in order to not waste the money. Despite ordering on the in-store kiosk, dozens of walk-up orders and delivery drivers managed to bully the overworked staff into bumping my order so far down the queue that they were legitimately shocked when they finally acknowledged I was there. I wish they would have just allowed me to have a refund since they clearly couldn't teach patience to the other customers whose insolence proved to be at my expense. "Making it right" is great and all until you get into the territory of such a policy eating into not just personal time, but the time one owes to others. I literally have a lower overall GPA because of their stubbornness to stick to policy and apathy about punishing my patience.
Terrible service, no employees were really doing anything, we waited 20 minutes for our food. Every table in the dining area was really dirty with trash all over.
I have not been in this KFC once since it opened where they got my order right or where one of the employees didn't have a bad attitude and the one who comes to mind consistently is a guy who about 5 foot 10 heavyset covered with tattoos and he's always in the kitchen but occasionally he comes to the register and says something snarky or rude to the customers and it never fails to amaze me that he continues to work there. The food is absolutely substandard for KFC because I've been to others with the food was great. The KFC in Ithaca has to be the worst run poorest tasting food in the entire chain.
I thought having a KFC in Ithaca would be better than it is. Barring the first couple times I've gotten food there, ever since I've had missing items, slow service, and have had to wait for more than a couple minutes on an online order that I placed well before my pickup time. My most recent visit resulted in missing biscuits, and nuggets that were cut in half instead of being told they were out of nuggets. How is that ok? If you're out of something or don't have enough for an order, SAY SOMETHING TO THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF SHORTCHANGING THEM! I'm extremely disappointed with this establishment. I've never had this issue at any other KFC location.
Every time I come here there’s some bs. Food is missing, waiting incredibly long amounts of time, sass from the workers. Please avoid this place for your own sake.
Front register was broke. Ordered from kiosk card payment only no cash. Ordered cherry poppers and garlic nuggets Total $10 and change. They called my name and said they have neither of the 2 items I ordered. I asked for my money back and they said they don’t do refunds. Ended up with stuff but not what I wanted. Won’t be back
Ordered my food online at 2:30 for a pickup at 4:45. When my order was confirmed, they said it would be ready for pickup at 5:05. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was fine when they told me my order would be out in 5-10 minutes. Multiple people came in and placed orders and left while I waited. My food was finally ready at 5:35. There is no order or communication on the line and that is the biggest downfall of this branch. The manager was a very nice man, but wasn't very attentive. One of the things I ordered was a 5 piece Nashville hot tender meal. I only got 4 tenders. I had another meal with two large mashed potatoes and gravy, but only got one gravy. Probably will not be ordering from here again.
KFC should be embarrassed to by this location. Being short handed is one thing. Food was thrown in bag, half of it was spilled out. Chicken tasted old. Like I said, just embarrassing
My experience at this KFC has been underwhelming. The food quality is lacking, and most employees seem disconnected, while a dedicated few strive to provide adequate service. To those hard workers, thank you, but this place needs an overhaul, or it's not going to last much longer.

The food was not what I expected. In my country KFC is delicious, fresh, crispy, plenty of flavor. The place smelled of marihuana, so the atmosphere was not nice.
NOPE!!!! Me and my man stopped by this KFC yesterday while in Ithaca. As we pulled up employee was outside wearing his sandals not closed toed shoes. and he was scratching his feet .And his pants were hanging off his ass while talking to who ever in a car. We looked at each other then back and said NOPE. WE were going to spend a good amount to get a meal and a to go order. As we drove around the building and looked in the drive through window no one inside no workers. This place is a joke. We went to Arbys down the road. Do not go especially if you dont want people who pick their feet and butts handleing your food.
Awful service, my father and I ordered around 8:30 pm and we were one of the first person that were waiting there, some people came after us and they received their food before us! I mean some of them ordered it online but not all of them. After waiting for more than an hour a man told us that the lady in charge of the restaurant was in her car smoking a blunt. We kept yelling asking for someone to attend us, to at least get our money back unfortunately there was no one in the kitchen so we decided to leave after wasting and hour and a half of our time. I would never go back to that kfc again in my life, I also saw that other people had experienced bad service too. I think I should have check those reviews before going there. One of the worst kfc I’ve ever seen.
Not sure what the rush was when I visited this location (7/21 around 4:20pm or so) Order taker was rather snarky for no real reason, my sandwich had no condiment or pickle on it, just a piece of chicken slapped on a bun. And my tenders box meal had no biscuit, and I had to ask for my sauce, and cashier made it seem like it was a big deal and slammed the window closed after he gave it to me. For 20 dollars, do better, honestly. Edit to add: Cashier also did not give me my change (60 something cents, its mostly the principle) or receipt, so I have no order number to reference
I ordered delivery from this KFC and they forgot to include the chicken nuggets. I requested a refund, but the platform only refunded the missing item — they still charged the service and delivery fees, and no one apologized or reached out. Very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering again.
In the last three weeks I have been through the drive thru three times! First time o left because they did not have chicken or soda! Second time gave them another chance and it was good! Tonight wait over a half hour at the window and they lost my order after I paid! Then said oh we have right here??? Then when I get home I was missing half the order! Wow! Can you say bad management!!
Well very disappointed with the chicken it was picked up about 6:30pm tasted like the lunch chicken I couldn’t even eat the wing it was that bad, spit it back out. The only good thing was the gravy. Check you chicken before heading for count & freshness. This is my first complaint review but, not my first bad experience this could be the last thou. I’ve had chicken that was totally had to be replaced and another they didn’t have any bread I wanted the variety very unhappy with that one as well. I did call they put my name down to pick up a chicken breast however, had to be claimed within 30 days no one said that. When it first open it was fine, now it’s been there seems to be going down hill. The chicken at Walmart might have been better at least it would’ve been cheaper. That’s not saying much for the KFC name. It was pick up order had to aback inside since it was missing the fries.
I wish I could give this a zero star review. I rarely write reviews but I am shaking after the awful experience I just had at this location. When we pulled up to the drive thru speaker, we had to repeat our order NUMEROUS times. We asked for 4 chicken little sandwiches and a chicken nugget combo. When we got to the window, the total was $14. That didn’t sound right so we double checked the order, we were rang up for 2 chicken littles and the combo. When we asked for the 2 other chicken littles to be added(even though we ordered these at the speaker) he rang up us for 2 large chicken sandwiches. When we saw this, we asked for the right items to be rung up and were told they couldn’t??? I’ve never heard of an establishment not having the ability to cancel out a transaction. Anyways, we were offered food to makeup the price difference… we didn’t need any extra food. We ordered what we wanted to eat…we ended up agreeing to getting more food and they wouldn’t even offer us the equivalent of what they charged!!!! The manager then screamed at us telling us to leave the drive thru or he would call the police???? We had a fussy baby in the back seat, we were just trying to get the money refunded that was wrongfully rang up after making several mistakes already. A call to corporate has been made and I’m writing this review in an attempt to get someone’s attention because of how disgusting that entire experience was. Oh, and picture of our food to see how nicely it was THROWN in the bag.
The chicken is never battered right, but the people are friendly and the place looks clean. I swear, I’ve been to all kinds of KFCs across like 4 different continents, but this one has the worst chicken I’ve ever seen. The batter is not stuck to the chicken. I don’t know what’s going on there, but it’s terrible. There is barely any batter on the chicken. Pretty disappointing.
Wrong orders and raw biscuits. I did a mobile order for a grilled chicken combo with Mac and cheese. They gave me an original (which always makes me sick) chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy instead. They forgot my drink. Oh, and my biscuit was undercooked and still just dough inside. The grease made the chicken fall right through the box when I picked it up which is when I realized that the mangled biscuit inside wasn’t cooked. Total waste of money and a food safety hazard!
I ordered extra crispy fried chicken to go but the problem is that the chicken are not “crispy” at all, the juiciest and most moist fried chicken skin I had. I thought I was eating a rotisserie chicken. The chicken was warm when I picked up but there was a lot of juice/water in the bottom of the bucket 15 mins after I got back. So not freshly fried, skins are soggy and wet, not crispy at all.
