This is the second Red Robin I've ever been too. I love their amazing pictures and atmosphere. Great food with even better service! I ordered the Madlove Burger 🍔 delicious with just a lil bit of spice from that jalapeño relish and my girl got the Royal Reb Robin, their signature burger with an egg on top. Both were very delicious and I plan on coming back and enjoying more of the delicious burgers. I won't be satisfied until I've tried them all! 😋

I stopped in on Veterans Day to pick up the Burger and Fries special graciously offered to us fellow Veterans. Admittedly it was my last stop during the long day enjoying all the food offered from certain establishments participating in Veterans Day, and one of the requirements here was dine in only for Veterans. Please watch my video for further explanation...I just noticed Google Reviews only allows 30 seconds, so half the video was cut out. In the scheme of things, the manager made a one time exception for me and that my friend was awesome. You really rock sir!! The food and service here is always top notch and the Manager I spoke with was very nice and fair to me, and I really appreciated it. Thanks guys.

Burgers, cocktail drinks, dessert and customer service is really good. Busy on a Saturday evening but orders didn't take long and our super cool waiter was awesome.6/8/2024 I returned to Red Robin today and again, I had a great experience! Antonia was the best! My cocktail drink was delicious as well as my food.

1/1/2026: I haven't been to RR since I started reviewing. We were pleasantly surprised the quality still seemed good after so many years have gone by. My aunt and I each loved out burgers and fries. The service was fast. The restaurant was clean and easy to talk. Not too loud. It's convenient place to eat before or after a movie with Regal just across the way from the RR. I wasn't happy with Regal (see review), but I was happy with RR.

$22 per person usually, and that’s without the milkshake which I usually get. The milkshakes here are so good. Scorpion burger is my favorite here and the fries are great. The staff here is so nice that it’s weird lol like bringing you sauces and french fry refills without you asking and they talk a lot. It’s a fun time.

Really enjoyed the burgers here. Juicy and tasty. Our waiter kept the fries coming and filling up our drink. Good service especially for a Saturday.

The 9.99 double burger, fries, and drink special would have been a steal compared to my $18 beer cheese burger, $4 drink and $4 'entertainment fee.'. Im not sure it's inflation and shrinkflation but I found the burger much smaller than in past and I find an unagreed to fee on my check just wrong. But I'll give 4 stars because I know it's becoming a norm. Server was not engaging or paying much attention. Brought a diet coke that was obviously from a machine running out of syrup.... It was lighter than a light beer in color.

We had a lovely time. Gerald and Nate were amazing. The only reason I gave a 3 for food is because my tavern burger didn't really taste good. I was too hungry to say anything. I'm a frequent going of Red Robin, and this was the 1st time I had a burger that surprisingly didn't have flavor. It was like simmering something was missing. Otherwise, everything else was great. Gerald is a good server, Nate was personable, making rounds with customers and supporting his staff. 😊

We love Red Robin! This visit we did all appetizers because we didn't want to be overly stuffed for our movie after dinner. The server forgot the milkshake and cocktail but it ended up being for the best. The floor was sticky this visit. All of the appetizers were A1. We usually get burgers fries and salad but we both wanted to try something different and again we were going to the movies afterwards. Our server was new but very friendly and prompt... Our drinks never got below half.. Always a plus.

I wish the seats and tables were more clean but I can honestly say over the last 13years the burgers taste the same and delicious 😋. Please take more effort in cleaning the seats and tables. Sticky tables, seats, and menus is not a Vibe. My drink was very sweet and I couldn't finish it. I had the Whiskey River burger with bacon & fried egg 🍳 and with Honey mustard on side. Definitely get this burger again!!!!

The Atmosphere & Seating The restaurant offers a full-service bar, which is a nice touch if you're looking for a cocktail or a cold beer with your meal. However, solo diners should take note: expect to be seated in the bar area if you’re coming in on your own. The Menu While they are known for their extensive list of specialty burgers, the menu is diverse enough to include plenty of "extra" items for those not in a burger mood. The Food: A "Deconstructed" Surprise I decided to go the Build Your Own route and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. While the ingredients were fresh, the execution was a bit odd—the mushrooms were served as a side dish rather than actually being on the sandwich. Service This is where the experience felt a bit disjointed. While the staff was friendly, they weren’t particularly accommodating. There seemed to be a disconnect between the kitchen and the service staff, especially regarding the assembly of my custom sandwich.

Tonight I made the decision that I am never ever eating at a chain restaurant again. I wanna start by saying that the waitress was great and she is the only reason this got a star. The food tonight was absolutely horrible and we spent $300. We were there for my son‘s birthday and there were three females at the table and not one of us ate our burger. Even the dessert I had the lemon slice. It was not good. I’m sitting here right now trying to keep from throwing up because the food is hitting me so horrifically… we got 4 appetizers. We got all of us got desserts. All of us got an entrée. The desserts were drowning in this raspberry sauce that was really watery and just destroyed the dessert and that was the ones that got the chocolate brownie thing. My lemon cake sucked. . I think that my kid that got the towering thing I think that was marginal, so we’ll leave that out of it. The burger meat tasted like something None of us recognized and mine was so overcooked. It was like a hockey puck and usually my kids are like mom don’t say anything. Don’t say they were literally saying mom send it back. We’re spending big money in here. You have a right, but I just knew better. Also, the drinks were decent enough, but the fried zucchini was absolutely horrible and for what you pay to get an appetizer you could do a little better than what they brought out to us, which was overcooked teeny, tiny morsels. I’m not gonna lie. They didn’t look like the zucchini slice at all. They looked like something laying in the grass after a dog has been there, they were shaped very odd. They were shaped like little ovals and it just it was not good, so that’s all I’m gonna say I don’t wanna harp on it but put a fork in this robin cause it’s done. Never again this is why we’re gonna go back to spending our birthday dinners at the place. We’ve always gone to and it’s always been good and we’ve never had this problem and that’s the Olive Garden. Thats the only chain I will still go to no more of these. “We’re gonna charge you the biggest amount for the most marginal if that food” I’m over it! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at this place we should’ve known when we walked in the Tour and there were maybe two tables tops. And then I asked two different employees about the fish and chips. Neither one could say anything about it because I got the impression they didn’t eat there! Smart girls don’t waste your time with this place. Your pallet will thank me and your digestive system!

Food: Food was okay, but I couldn't justify spending $17 on a burger and then fries which I wouldn't eat, so I had an appetizer. My wife enjoyed her lettuce wrapped chicken sandwich, and we shared some croissant donuts for dessert. Service: Service was terrible. The hostess thought we were with a black family that had come in after us, and I had to tell her that we arrived first. Then, we got sat down at a table far from the entrance despite my wife being on crutches. After that, the waiter brought the wrong thing to the table not once, but TWICE. He almost gave us someone else's drinks and then almost gave another table our dessert. Atmosphere: The restaurant was loud, crowded, and overstimulating. On top of that, parking is an incredible inconvenience in that business district and we had to walk over 1,000 feet to get into the restaurant

July 30 2025 We though me n my grandkids it would be been good day for burgers n fries.. Nope soon as we Ordered ask Antonio a question on an App special. His replies n that’s the answer very smart.. rude. Sarcastic.. over charged us double burgers. Lemonade I say to take off I didn’t like the after taste.. I didn’t even ask for manager just yet.. but we’re almost done.. n 2 very nice managers came to table and ask about our experience.. she was trying to make it right.. No making this review is better.. I hope he gets more training.. because we’re not going no where if you catch my drift… Treat everyone with respect my money spends just like there..
