Super friendly staff. Usually fast orders. I've been coming here since this location opened. This is definitely the best Wendy's I have ever been to. Update: This Wendy's has the best tea of ANY place around here whenever they get it correct, which is 95% of the time. On a rare occasion, you can tell that a different person made the tea and it might be a little strong. In that case, I add a little water to weaken it back down. Please DON'T change your tea!
Wendy's Quality is always the same. And while the Golden Arches gets swamped you can navigate through the Drive Up Window Line or the Dining Room with Relative Ease. The service is always Crisp and the Double Meat Bacon Cheeseburgers are always on point. Ask for Extra Butter on the Toasted Buns and Sea Salt on the fried if your location has it and the Frosty still freezes your brain...and without the killer lines elsewhere - you have managed to create a Stress Free, Relaxing Experience for yourself.
Food came out as expected fresh and hot but my 5 star is for the nice lady working on easter night at the drive through. Even though there was miscommunication with the order, she handled and resolved the issue in a fast and very professional manner.
I went to Wendy’s in kyle. I found out they no longer had the 4 for 4 deal, and I asked the to-go employee Angel what he suggested. We was quick on suggestions. And was very friendly. Even after I told him I was gonna go to Popeyes, because they didn’t have the deal I was there for. I dabbed him up at the to-go window, and was on my way. Good experience due to service alone. Told him he deserved a good review and I’m a man of my word.
I came in and ordered because the drive thru line was extended out into the road and I didn't want to block traffic. I ordered a quick meal and within a few minutes my order was ready to go. The staff was very fast and efficient. My food tasted excellent as well. One of the better Wendy's I've gone to!
This was my second time ordering food from Wendy’s and like the first time, I found the food to be extremely delicious and affordable. I will be returning again soon.
11/20/2023 Just wanted to give my appreciation to the gentleman working the drive thru window I was greeted with a smile at the window tonight I ordered around 8:20pm and I made the mistake of driving off without my change and drove back around and he kindly and quickly gave my change back!! I appreciate his honesty!! And his amazing attitude!! 10/10 give this young man a bonus!!
The food is on the better side of decent. I don't usually go here because the line is always long since it's next to the Walmart. There's a lot of bad fast food around here. Maybe that's also why there's always a long line. (Edit) these guys are awesome. Most fast food around here has given up, but they're still giving quality service.
Mayra was a really good and kind person taking our orders.
My visit was very good mainly because of the girl that took our order. She was friendly with a genuine smile and great personality. She definitely portrayed what Dave would have loved representing his brand.

Drive through was surprisingly fast even with the long line. If you want something quick thats good highly recommend coming here.
Impression was fabulous. Manger Emma was helpful and courteous and assisted in getting the items on the menu. Store was very clean. Great family atmosphere.
The girl who too our orders named Mayra was really kind. Went out of her way to make sure we were doing good and that we had everything that we needed in our order. 10/10 customer service, just the service alone would make me want to go back.
The young woman here at 3am last night was very polite & courteous, with positive energy and made my meal quickly & perfectly.
Love their burgers and fries. They do not seem like plastic like some other fast food places. Their value menu is great for a large family or growing boys. I love their strawberry lemonade. We usually go through the drive-thru. Even when busy and long line the wait is not long. The orders are usually correct. The one time we missed something they were apologetic and we received coupons for free burgers for our next visit. They have always been friendly and fast.
Took them almost 45 minutes to make my order that's crazy put my order in at 8.01pm didn't get it until 8:39
Food was what you would expect. Service gets 5 stars because they're cool and misspell everyone's name if you go inside. Kind of run down looking. Four stars is fair
Clean, open location with rapid service. Food was tasty. Only downside: fountain machine was missing many beverages and the soda provided from the drive through machine did not taste right (I tried root beer and dr pepper).
The pricing is not amazing and I tend not to buy the combos for that reason and just get the 6-piece nuggets. Everything else just seems so expensive. The food is generally good, but I've gotten occasional batches where the nuggets were soft rather than crispy.
I don't know why, but for years I slept on Wendy's breakfast and just kept getting other fast food chained breakfast. But Wendy's has the best breakfast for a fast food chained I have ever had. It is a must try.
This Wendy's is the best fast food option around. I should've written this years ago because they've truly remained consistent. The employees are so polite, and I get the food quick. I'm always surprised at how hot our food is because other fast food that's quick is usually not fresh. This place does a great job!The only complaint is that they NEVER have ice. What is going on with their ice machine? But it's ok, we just get frostys instead of a drink when they're out of ice, which seriously seems to be everytime we're there for the last year LOL
It's Wendy's. But the experience here isn't great. The line at the drivethough is long and slow. They are always out of things. They regularly miss things in the order. The soda machine in the dining room hasn't worked in months. I wish this place had better management because this Wendy's feels way more gehto than the area is. I'm sitting here drinking warm root beer because they were out of coke and apparently out of ice too. I'd come here more if the experience was better and consistent. Seems like the staff doesn't care if they are here or not. Cant tell if it's high turn over because they are underpaid or what. Who ever the owner is or the management needs to get their buisness in order or this place should lose its franchise license.
3 times in a row they have gotten my order wrong. The food is really good but the service is terrible. I hadn't finished ordering my meal when they asked if that's everything. The only reason I keep going back is because the food is good if it wasn't for that I would never choose to eat here.
It's Wendy's. But most of the time it's drive through only. Be ready to wait 10-20 minutes in the super slow drive through. Be ready for them to be out of the things you want. Know that the drive through is single lane so there's no escaping if you change your mind about waiting or they don't have what you want. Other than that the food is good and warm and the order is usually right. But other places near by are faster to get through for sure.
I have gone to this location a few times, every time I have an issue with my order. The last time I told the person what I wanted on my burger. And they made it plain. Then I told him that I wanted again and they screwed it up again. I'm done going to this location. It's not Wendy's fault as a whole, the food tastes great. It's just the staff of this location doesn't care apparently.
Wendy's in Kyle has gotten progressively worse over the past few years. The food is and has always been tasty. However customer service has been going down. Seems it's run by mostly kids who have or don't care to have good customer service skills. I'd go back again only if I'm not in the mood for anything else.
The food came out fast and hot. The French Fries weren't bad, but nothing special. The burger was little bity, and both my companion and I immediately thought it was a slider. No more than three bites big. We both wondered if we had ordered a junior meal, but there was no mention on the menu of that being the case. We left hungry and disappointed.
I so wish they would have breakfast food after 12 am!! At midnight I want a breakfast croissant and hash browns not rings, a burger nor salad! Just saying. Please open up breakfast for late night era at this location please. All we have is burgers at whataburger, McDonald’s, Jack in the box and Wendy’s late night. Offer something different; not all the same menu! Please!!!
We asked for 2 different meals and they gave us the same for both. I wanted to try their fried picked honey chicken sandwich and what I got was nothing like the picture. The pickles were crumbled up instead of whole and they tasted a little stale. We were really disappointed to be first time visitors.
They need people who can talk English working the drive through. It was very frustrating. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT I ASKED FOR 5 $3 BREAKFAST MEALS SO AS TO FEED MY FAMILY AND THE GIRL TOLD ME THAT 4 IS THE LIMIT. This was after asking me “anything else” regarding completing my order. I wish they’d put my experience in a tv commercial.👎
The counter person wasn’t rude but was far from friendly and polite. The all in 1 coke machine had no ice and only 3 flavors worked. What was the worst was I repeatedly watched people come in to order and they would just hand them a cup knowing there was no ice. Only about 25% of the customers would ask for ice so I guess your employees came out on top of the “not my problem pyramid”. Also, when I walked up to ask for ice I clearly made eye contact with 3 employees and none of them even acknowledged I was there, another NOT MY PROBLEM victory for your employees. I thought it was strange when I pulled up at 12:30pm on a weekday and the parking lot was empty with one other person inside but now I know why.
We went through the drive thru at 2:30p on a Sunday and it took about 30 minutes to get through. Not sure if they’re understaffed or not trained well, but we gave our meal order including sauce and drink choice one at a time and each time the young lady asked us what it was we ordered and then what drink and sauce we wanted. The meals came out hot, but we waited at the payment/pick-up window for 5-7 minutes on our meals and did not receive our sauces.
I complete understand that this is fast food and I should not have high expectations of a fast food restaurant. I kept seeing the advertisement for the Wendy's breakfast. I had tried it before when Wendy's first had it and was not impressed. I figured I would give them another shot. I pull into the drive through. The Hispanic woman who took my order was very curt and spoke so fast, you could hardly understand her. I had requested two bacon biscuit sandwiches and a Baconator meal deal. When I got my food, I was one biscuit sandwich short. The only positive thing about the whole experience was I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The food was hot and fresh; but, that is where it started going downhill. The service was not overly friendly. If she would have paid attention, maybe she would have gotten my order correct in the first place. I might have given them a higher rating. The food quality was great. The service could use much improvement.
The self service soda machine is still not working or so we're told... No excuse for that at a Wendy's, it isn't a grill at the back of a gas station. The staff is mostly nice, but even the kid says he doesn't want to go there until they fix the machine.
The people at the drive through don't seem to have any customer service skills. The last few times I've been here, the lack of feeling welcome sucked. The drive through attendants have no smiles or friendliness. They seem like they don't like their Jobs.
Drove from buda to Kyle to get a baked potato sadly they had no baked potatoes.
Bad experience. Ordered a baconator. 14 dollars for a medium meal. Received the burger rather fast. Took one bite and didn't taste any bacon. Opened up the burger and it technically had 4 pieces of bacon but really seemed to be 3 normal slices. Asked for a manager to receive a refund due to it not having 6 pieces of bacon and being smothered in ketchup and mayonnaise and room temp fries. Manager said nothing and walked off. I waited for about 5 minutes at the counter and she finally came back and opened the register to refund my money. I said she didn't need to give me cash because I used my card and to just refund back to the card. The only words she spoke to me were, "I can't refund back to the card." That was it. I have pictures but won't let me post them
The restaurant itself was clean, the service and good on the other hand were not good at all! First, the young lady taking my order was NOT friendly, courteous, or helpful at all! The food we received was not hot nor fresh! I am highly disappointed in the meals and lack of service! Do not recommend this place!
I’m just completely over this place. Hard to place and order because some barely speak English. To the point it hard to make any adjustments to your order. Mobile ordering doesn’t work either. I stay right down the road and this is on my places not to eat at now. I’m so disappointed
Fries were fresh, over salted, one thing I asked was ketchup kid won't eat without it. Hit the road no freaking ketchup seriously. I didn't mind pulling around so your time was good in DThru but at least put in condiments
The window attendant was short with me and could not even spare me a smile or any politeness. I get that working at Wendy’s probably sucks, but shoot at least be nice to the few patrons that come through. Food was mediocre as the burger patty was dry but the bun was soaked with ketchup and mustard. Overall a poor experience.
I don’t normally write reviews for fast food establishments, because, well they are what they are. But this time, I just had to. I ordered the taco salad. That was a mistake. It’s a burger place. So, I open the salad, that is supposed to have cheese. There were like 6 sheds of old, hard cheese. Ok, so I’m home; I’ll just add some cheese. Then I take the salad out of the container it came in, and the lettuce is brown and wilted. Also, although I asked for no tomato, I received about 6 slivers of it. If I DID like tomatoes? I would assume that there should be more than just old lettuce to be considered a salad. Just saying
TRASH SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! I hardly ever leave reviews but I absolutely hate this wendys so much, I wish there was another store in my area. When you go inside the service is decent but every single time we've gone through the drive through, the employees always have such an ugly attitude. The managers are even worse. They charge you for extras but dont give you the extras and then give you trouble because they dont wanna gove you your refund. It's always a fight to get what you asked for and I always have to check the bags before I leave because they seem to "forget" a part of my order a lot of the time. Corporate seriously needs to look into this store.
I have just added this Wendy’s to the places to which I will NEVER return. I went inside to place an order. After being ignored for several minutes, I was finally told that they were only taking drive-thru and online orders. No problem, I’ll just download the app and place my order. Meanwhile, as I’m waiting for my order, two people walk up to the counter and get waited on. Again, no problem I already ordered, and since I ordered online everything should be correct. 20 minutes later, my order is tossed up on the counter. No calling, no text… the guy that wouldn’t take my order put it there. I was sitting 15 feet away in direct view. Rude. To top it off, of course when I got home they forgot the fries.
Their ice machine is constantly broken. The staff is extremely rude - especially the lady at the window with the pink septum ring. The food quality is inconsistent and trends towards the low side.
Every single time I order food it is wrong. If their salads weren't the only fast food salad I like I would never go there again. I love the summer strawberry salad but do not like the champagne vinaigrette that it comes with so I ask for the pomegranate dressing. THEY ALWAYS put the champagne one in the bag!! Then they never answer their phone!
The food is always wrong! Also at the drive thru instead of saying “what else” say “can I get you anything else” you sound rude and disrespectful! Maybe everyone at this location forgot they work in the customer service industry?!? They don’t listen to what you’re ordering and they are rude when you correct it! My money so I want to get what I ordered! This location needs to clean house and start from scratch!
Worst experience I came through the drive thru ordered a biggie bag asked to upsize my meal lady on Mic clearly had a attitude as I ordered a extra 10 peice nugget I heard her exhale like I was asking for to much I got to window I have a regular small drink an fry I asked for my large fry they did not get it and told me I can not order at window at that point I'm irritated due to this being on them for not getting order correct and clearly if wasn't irritated and took order correct we would not have this issue between 3 workers they then said after closer door few mins they said do you want to wait for Fry's it's going to take awhile I said just forget it you all clearly don't want to make them. I know staffing is a issue everywhere but come on now
No drinks. No straws. Gave us half made pub fries with no cheese on them. And then when we got home my husband noticed his burger wasn’t even in the bag. No reason for it considering there was no line in the drive thru and inside looked not very busy
I used Uber Eats for this order and after three drivers informed me this restaurant never received my order, after they accepted it mind you in the Uber Eats system and after I called them, they not only hung up on me they denied my order was even there. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again….
The girl at the drive through kept slamming the window shut after each thing she did, I was so caught off guard by her behavior I didn't notice she never gave me back my card! By the time I noticed and went to shut the card off she had already made another charge. Had to call police, contacted corporate because people like that should not be handling money. Wendys has theirs working for them! Be safe yall
Ive worked at a fast food place before so I know when a frozen patty has been fried for the wrong amount of time. The spicy chicken sandwich I got was barely warm and was not fried all the way. It was obvious to me that they took it out the fryer at least a minute or two before it was done that type of stuff is not cool and just shows the laziness that these workers have. DONT ORDER FROM HERE they don't care if their food is fresh or if its raw, they would still sell it. Never coming back to this place. If the workers are going to do that they might as well quit, why sign up for a job if you're not going to do it properly? What's even more sad is that they'll keep doing this I bet.
Got here early at 6:15 am and nothing was ready for purchase. Seems like it was unimportant to the establishment. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.
Let me first say how do you work at Wendy’s and not know they have cheese sauce. My Spicy nuggets and my Wife’s regular were old and cold. We got one little cheese sauce for large fry and Ten Piece nugget. And that was even cold.
Terrible night! Went there on 4/1 about 8:45 pm at the drive thru and ask for a $5 Bag...when I got home my jr. bacon cheeseburger was wrong. I called them at 9:01pm no one answer...I tried a couple of time and then a male answered and did not address himself as the a representative at Wendy's just "Hello"...so I asked him was this Wendy's and he hung up on me twice! I called a third time and Jaime the shift manager (she was nice) answered and I addressed what happened to me a few minutes ago. I was very upset! with the quality of workers they have at this location in Kyle. I asked for a refund back on my card...and she stated that Emma Perez the manager will give me a call that tonight regarding this (and it should not be a problem). EMMA NEVER CALLED ME...NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL. I'm going to call customer service on Monday.
Drive thru on 4/24/23 at approximately 9pm. Waited behind one car to order. After a wait of 6-7 minutes to place an order person comes on the speaker to say "Sorry for the wait. Right now it's cash only." No prior warning or notification. So no order. No food. This is a real sorry way to run a business.
Sat in the drive through line for like 20 minutes before getting to order, they immediately told us that they were only taking mobile orders, but let the guy behind us order at the window? Whatever, we do the mobile order and I get spicy nuggets. I get home and after one bite almost threw up everywhere, it tasted like cigarette ash. I double checked every nugget and even the coating smelled like a pack of cigarettes. How does that even happen?
This was the worst fast food experience that we have ever had. It went like this, first we went up to the register where the cashier was texting on her phone and then treated us like we were inconveniencing her because now she had to do her job. Then she didn't listen to most of what my wife said. Absolutely horrible service. Now onto our orders. First the sofa machine had no ice and our drinks were flat. The fries had too much salt. I always get my burger the same. Made with only mayo and lettuce. They only put one lettuce leaf on my burger. My wife's burger tasted terrible and 30 minutes later she threw up several times. So after this experience we will never set foot in this Wendy's again.
This place has no business being rude in the drive through on a Wednesday morning at 9:30am if they’re going to charge $4.50 for those mediocre breakfast sandwiches. The lady, who looked like a manager (maybe), was obviously not happy with serving customers.
The girl taking the orders at the drive thru was VERY RUDE !!! I ordered the biggie bag and none of it was edible not even the drink. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager and no one answered the phone . Maybe the company should train their people customer service
Extremely rude customer service. They rush you the whole time. Don’t dare ask to take off or add anything to your order because they will make it clear you’re getting on their nerves. Don’t go here if you have anxiety ordering… you’ll end up with something you don’t want. I’ll never go here again.
That Short Hispanic lady with the nose ring has a real attitude. Nobody in line and the drive-thru and there's nobody in the dining room. I told her I have a order for Uber Eats and they say you have to go inside. How hard is it to open up a window and hand and order over? Do you think that's funny to just screw a drivers like that? Your customer service sucks and I hope your managers read this review. Two times today I had to cancel my delivery with doordash and Uber eats because this place either runs out of things in the middle of day or won't start working on an order until the driver arrives. This is another place I'm not going to deliver from.
Customer service was non-existent. fries were overcooked and the burgers were tasteless. Got the chicken nuggets kids meal, the nuggets were good from a kids perspective. I explained to the lady at the window that the person taking the order and herself lacked proper customer service, they didn't repeat the order and she practically threw the order at us through the window while not even closing the bag, which let out the hot air from the food. Not wanting to give 1 star ⭐.
The other day I go into this place and soon as I go in, one of the staff members (female) was cursing out loud at another staff member ( horsing around). Get to the counter to order and the said that the registers was down so we walked right over to Popeyes and ate. Today I go thru the drive thru. Got home and found this in my fries
I tried many times to give them a chance. It would be weeks or months in between visits and they are just not competent. There is always something wrong with my food and I had become quite familiar with the managers. Whether they forget to put sauces in bag, food lukewarm, even as simple as not putting ice in drinks as requested. Today was the last for me. I was stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes and most times they have their doors locked so you can’t go inside. Didn’t have any sauces in the bag, had 4 drinks and they were out of cup holders, got my drinks and the lids were not on there good and spilled drink in the car. The customer service was weak. I can understand if they are short staffed but if they ask what kind of sauces and drinks. How is that the order is not being check before leaving the window?! I worked in food service before and it is just not getting it done. Unfortunately this is the only location that we have here in Kyle
I understand that it's late, but I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone at this location. My order is SO wrong. I was not given a receipt even though I asked for one, I was looked at as if I was stupid. Do NOT come to this location. Even when there are ppl present at the physical location, they DONT answer the phone. They will NOT help u with any issue u have with your order. Both of my orders were wrong. For $30+ we should have just gone to an actual restaurant
Went in here last weekend to grab a quick lunch. My husband and I walked into the store and were the only people in line. No one was at the register, so we stood at the register and watched as every single employee, about 10 of them there, didn't acknowledge our presence at all. The manager actually came to the register, stood in front of us, replaced the cash, turned around without even saying a single word to us, and walked away. We ended up just walking out. We definitely will never return to this store.
16 minutes 36 seconds in the drive thru to get small, cold, not cool burger and cool fries. Spent $25.00 on food we couldn't even eat. Really wish we hadn't been on a time constraints and already on I-35 when we discovered this mess of a meal.
do not order from Wendys online they take your money online and then when you go in to pick up say your order was sent back & money was refunded but then charge again when you go into the store. I order food Tuesday and still waiting on my refund. Then when you call you can not get thru!
Very rude and ended up still having to remake the order! Lying saying the order was already picked up. I asked to place the order he say the system down. Had to call customer support and he still refused to remake the order until she put me on hold to call the store!
Been coming here for years and have done many online orders but today you guys majorly dropped the ball. Missing items, wrong drinks, wrong toy for our kid and then no way to call and get a refund on an online order. With some many other options now in Kyle don’t waste your time with this location that doesn’t care about the details.
usually Wendy's is pretty good but this Wendy's was pretty bad. All but one menu monitor not working, at the counter they had a laminated limited menu. we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The burger meat was precooked and cold, the bacon was cold and hard, the bun was stale. the restaurant was dirty, no ice in the beverage machine, no utensils or condiments at the counter except for dirty ketchup dispenser. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
twice now i order breakfast around 8am… nothing is delivered and they charge me 25$ cancel… my meal was 21$ now ive wasted time, money , and no food. i switch to lunch items and wait time triples.. unacceptable.
A lot of people ONLY leave BAD reviews. I don't do that, I placed an order in person, there at 12:30 on a Saturday got my food at 1PM. Drama in the kitchen and super slow service, even though the dining room was virtually empty. And people who showed up after me got their food before I did. Very scattered. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a few years and I doubt I'll go back any time soon, if ever.
Stopped here to eat with my family during a road trip. An employee used the bathroom and didn’t wash her hands. Female on fry station was not wearing gloves. I’ve concluded that food safe by way of hygiene is not a top priority here, we decided to leave and realize another place instead.
Visited this morning and ordered the two for $3 sausage cheese muffin sandwiches, I understand why it's only $3, muffins were extremely hard and fir some reason oily on the outside, I suggest avoiding these.
I don't know why it's so hard for any fast food place to not put cheese on my sandwich. I don't blame the cashier or cooks, they will put no cheese when i order. But the cooks dont ever get that info. The system fails everywhere
The customer service on May 22 at 5:30pm was absolutely terrible. After placing my order I pulled up to the window. The employee took my card, returned my card, gave me my drink & food, shut the window then turned his back. Not even a thank you or a fake smile, or a generic "have a nice day". The standards were MUCH higher when I worked fast food for a much lower pay. I'm going to start going across the highway go chic fil a. This place doesn't deserve my business.
Manager clearly is collecting a check and nothing else. Staff sucked, waited 10 minutes, got almost no bacon on my baconator, cold fries, and the audacity to charge for a sauce pack. This Wendy’s is dead to me and a disappointment to the brand.
January 14 at 3 p.m. We were given the wrong salad and were unable to get it corrected without bringing the food back, even though I was already at the store. My dad ordered an Apple Pecan Salad but received a Cobb Salad. He has limited English, so he pointed to the top salad on the menu and says he heard Apple Pecan repeated back to him. He didn’t realize it was wrong because the salad wasn’t for him and he trusted that the correct item was given to him. He had already accepted the mistake as a loss and did not plan to return, since driving back after already getting home is inconvenient. However, since I was nearby after work, my family asked if I could stop by and see if the issue could be corrected. I showed proof of purchase, including the receipt and a photo of the salad. Mia, who took my dad’s original order, told me she repeated the order back as a Cobb Salad and that my dad agreed, and said her manager stated the only way to fix the order was to bring the salad back to the store or return another day with it to exchange it. I understand that some people lie to try to get free food. However, in my experience, when an order is incorrect—something that happens maybe once or twice a year—I have never been asked at any restaurant to bring the food back in order to receive the correct item.
Garbage!!!! Never get your order right and then when you try to tell them the order was wrong, they call you a liar in Spanish as if you cant afford to pay for your food. Very unprofessional. Need a whole new crew including management. By far the worse Wendy's I have every been to, so if you are passing through this town DO NOT STOP! GO TO SAN MARCOS!
This is why I don’t come to this location. The service was horrible! We waited for over 20 min to get our order, AND it still wasn’t right. We even dined inside. Super slow service, cold food, etc. Go somewhere else to eat!
every time i come here, they mess up my order, even if i use their app to order online. I went last night and they didn’t give me the 10piece spicy nuggets i ordered, i got a small order of fries instead. Called and asked for a refund which the lady on the phone told me she would not give me. another time i’ve gone and they given me regular instead of spicy nuggets, and another time i got a completely different burger when i ordered a chicken sandwich.
That new Fuego combo with the Takis powder was awesome, but the restroom sink had no running water so I had to use a cup to wash my hands outside like an Austin hobo then got locked out because not all the doors are open during business hours and I still have takis powder on my hands…
Disappointed in Quality and Service Today, my wife and I decided to eat at Wendy’s in Kyle, TX, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When we sat down to eat, my wife noticed mold on the bread of her burger after she had already taken a bite. I returned it to the cashier, who showed it to the manager. The manager instructed them to make another burger, but what upset me most was that no one apologized for the inconvenience. The manager seemed more preoccupied with flirting with the staff than addressing the issue. An apology for serving unsafe food and making us wait would have gone a long way, but it never came. On top of this, the restaurant itself was dirty. Every table was smudged and looked like it had been wiped with a dirty towel. It’s clear that quality and cleanliness aren’t a priority at this location. We will not be returning to this Wendy’s. If corporate happens to read this review, I strongly suggest focusing on cleanliness, food safety, and ensuring staff are trained to offer basic customer service—an apology can make all the difference.
So, at first, this wendys was really good. We ordered from doordash. Unfortunately, the food quality got worse each order But they've been giving actual trash of burgers, specifically the ghost pepper sandwich The cows and chickens are turning in their grave HORRIBLE BURGERS AND SANDWHICHS THEY DONT EVEN GET CONDIMENTS RIGHT The photo below is the ghost pepper sandwich??? No spice at all, but they're fine taking money for adding bacon Money for flat sodas too So there's that save, you money Go to McDonald's or Burger King Must be the night crew? Retrain them?? I keep telling doordash not to partner with yall.
This is the worse place to order from, at least from the night shift. The food is always cold, and the fries are always dried up. Every time I door dash, they always forget to send my whole order, they always for get something. I ordered a Baconator tonight and the meat was black, over cooked, greasy, and it smelled bad. The fries was cold and dried up, so I threw it away; it was just straight nasty. I took a few drinks from my fountain drink and it tasted old, so I poured it out, and coming out the bottom of the drink was a piece of what look like mildew, hopefully I don’t get sick. I door dashed a week ago and they sent me 2 buns wrapped in Wendy’s foil, they forgot to add the meat, cheese and veggies. I repeat “I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER NEVER AGIAN IN MY LIFE EAT AT THIS WENDYS”. This is Wendy’s is straight up horribly.
