Ichibiri is known for its excellent Mexican takeout, especially the breakfast burritos and the "Big Dave" burrito. Some customers have reported issues with inconsistent food quality, rude service at the Laguna Niguel location, and stinginess with salsa and toppings.
Tip: This location is strictly takeout, with no seating available. Be aware that some customers have experienced inconsistent food quality and unfriendly service at certain locations.
I had never been here before, but the "Big Dave" might be the best burrito in O.C. Probably weighs 3 lbs. Your choice of meat. Amazing guys!

Holy cow! Still so good after all these years. I've been coming here since they opened and I'll keep coming back. Breakfast burritos are large and filling and always excellent. Don't skip the guac and fresh made tortilla chips either.
Best breakfast burrito around, and at a way better price!

Strictly takeout excellent Mexican food. We prefer to take the food cold then heat it ourselves. No seating.
I really enjoying getting a bite to eat from one of the different locations. Today I visited the Laguna Niguel location and I'm sorry to say but the rice in my burrito was undercooked. No one wants to break a tooth on rice. The service was above board but the flavor of the food lacks in quality. What is weird is if you visit the San Clemente store the food, for Mr me, is always great. If you want to get up early try the San Juan Capistrano store, fresh tortillas and you get to watch them cooked. I'd recommend this to your average tourist looking for Mexican Food in SoCal but authentic... 🤔. Taste before you serve. If you won't eat it, neither should I.
I'm a low carb eater, so Mexican food is problematic, but he try made me a very tasty burrito without tortilla, on a bed of egg. See photo. A little pricey but very good.

Las Golandrias has an extensive menu featuring breakfast, a la carte, and combo meals. There is no seating for diners here (no even for those waiting to order/pick up their orders). Food is generally prepared within 15 minutes of placing an order. I have only been to this location and I have been told that quality and options are different (and generally, not as good) at their other restaurants. My favorites are the crunchy beef (asada) tacos and the beef enchiladas. I usually get the combo which includes a generous portion of beans and rice. Very tasty for the price!

I have been going to this place since I moved here the meal I received today makes me feel like their attitude towards me was racist. I watched other people’s food being made, and I watched my food being made. I will not go back to this place. this was a six dollar bean and cheese burrito

The guy at Laguna Niguel needs to go...Consistently rude, and nasty to deal with. My LYFT driver went in to pay for my order and had an issue with his additude too. Tavos and taquitos were excellent.... But the tamale was atrocious....dry
I ordered a carne asada taco, and when I got home and bit into it, I felt the texture of refried beans. So, I opened it up and sure enough it was beef AND beans. I couldn't eat the rest because I don't like beans. Carne means beef. Nowhere did it say it was a beef and bean taco. I've never had a taco with beans in the 70 years I've been alive. Burrito, yes. But taco, never.

Im gonna try and be as firm as I can be, driving from LA to San Diego, we decided to stop at this restaurant. We spent 26$ on 2 burritos and 2 large drinks. I ordered a beef burrito and I felt very disappointed with its size and it only came with tons of beans and a few pieces of beef. It felt like just beans and tortillas and barely any beef. My son ordered a California burrito and was satisfied with it.
It’s sad what’s become of LG. I hadn’t been in probably 10 years and what used to be my favorite burrito spot just served me the worst carne asada burrito I’ve had in decades. Watery beans, tough meat, and so poorly wrapped I’m basically wearing it now. I didn’t even finish the burrito it was so disappointing. I think Del Taco might serve up a better meal at this point. Such a bummer.
Food is ok, ordered a carne asada burrito, it was all beans, ordered food for two other people and they gave 2 small salsas for all of us, cheap on salsa, won't be back

I walked in on a Thursday afternoon. No one waiting in line. I asked if they had any specials going on today. They lady behind me looked at me unamused and said with an attitude “everything is special” so then I ordered 3 items…a bean cheese burrito, a torta and a fajita burrito. During my wait a single customer walks..3 minutes later she her order. Then 3 full grown working men come a few minutes and they all order individually and a few minutes later they receive their food. So I politely ask what’s taking so long how come everyone else is getting their food before us. She with an attitude says the fajitas take a while …if they take that long…wouldn’t you let your customers know that little detail? Also on they way out I can here her and the lady employee laughing and giggling making it seem very unprofessional and I feel they were laughing at me. The bigger set lady is the one with the attitude and I won’t be coming back to this location again nor recommending it to others as well I discourage anyone from coming here. You get better customer service at a chipotle or Taco Bell. Taqueros on Marguerite is not bad and they have a great taco Tuesday special.
I ordered the taco salad from Las Golondrinas in Laguna Niguel, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The chicken came in large chunks and had no flavor at all. When I called to share my feedback, the manager informed me that the chicken is boiled and that’s just how the recipe is which was surprising. On top of that, the shell was completely soggy at the bottom, which made the whole dish unappetizing.
The food was just horrible! The green burrito look like vomit !! The rice and beans smelled burn. Taquitos were hard as hell I went to get a refund and they didn’t want too because no one has made a complain all day . That has nothing to do with me . Never coming back . They don’t seem to care about their food presentation. I ask the cashier if he would eat the food and he said yes . What kind of answer is that !! Horrible food .!!
If you're going to charge $60 for 8 oz of meat on a family pack at least make sure it's 8 oz. I know there's an inflation going on you should raise your prices if you need more money and not cheat people with 25% less food.

Food is good, but the people behind the counter are miserable and unfriendly! Wont go back due to the super depressing vibes I get from the people taking the orders. Get new people who can SMILE and act friendly, if you want more people to come back.
Amazing food been going here since I was a kid. But this location wouldn’t give me more than a couple pepperchinos. Even when I offered to pay they refused and they seemed annoyed that I would even ask. What once was a cute family owned restaurant now seems stingy and unwelcoming.
Avoid this location at all costs. Haven’t been in awhile, but it is time for the older dude behind the counter to retire. Can’t say I didn’t warn you. He will get mad at you when HE can’t get your order right. And don’t ask for more cilantro on your tacos unless you want to pay extra. 😂 San Clemente and Dana Point locations are far superior options.
They are so ridiculous with their salsa rules here that it makes it unenjoyable to order from them. If you order one item you get 2 tiny side salsas. If you order 20 items you get the same 2 salsa. It makes no sense. If you order one item on Tuesday for full price (and not their special priced tacos) you only get 1 salsa because “it’s taco Tuesday”, but if you order the same item the next day, you get 2. If you ask for the salsa on the side from taco, you have to pay for it even though it was part of the taco description and it can make the taco soggy to have it on there and drive home. They are so stingy and so rude that I won’t go back there. I totally understand limiting the amount of salsa from a financial perspective, especially for a promotion like taco Tuesday tacos, but their “salsa policy” is far removed from Common Sense. Good business practices would make the amount of condiments proportional to what you order, especially when you’re spending more money at their business . Also, their service and tone of voice is really not nice and it’s very obvious that they could care less whether you return as a customer . There are plenty of other local places to support that don’t have this rude and condescending attitude. This has happened to many time and the food isn’t even worth the ridiculousness.
It's sad when you're trying to order simple street tacos and the people taking your order make it super difficult. Charging for cilantro on street tacos give me a break. There are way better places in South Orange county to eat Mexican food. They need to step up their people skills. This location . I've been going to Las Golondrinas for years. Not going to even miss coming back here to this location.
