They are supposedly a Fast Food place ...but if it takes 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order ... unacceptable 😞☹️

Ordered my food on the app five minutes later pulled up to the drive through it’s been nearly 30 minutes and I am still not at the window to get my food this is ridiculous how slow it has become to go through the drive through now. Seriously do better you’re supposed to be fast food not snail pace food. I have been in a dine in restaurants that were way faster than this no excuses hire more cooks.

Why does this place have frappes, ice cream etc on the menu if the machine is constantly broke?? I love the frappes from here, and I drive a good ways out of my way to get one just to be told the machine is down almost every time I go. I've even called ahead of time to see if it's working, get told yes then go there for it to be not working. Gets frustrating and costly to waste my time coming here

Everytime I go they forget something in order this time they forgot both of my double cheeseburgers from my double cheeseburger and basket of fries and you can’t even call to get a refund because the number doesn’t even work. Also sat at curbside for 45 mins after I got the notification that it was in the way out.

Before ordering , I made a visit to the women’s restroom. After discovering no running water at the restroom sink I didn’t bother to order when I came out. Where exactly were the female employees washing their hands? ….As I peered over the counter …. I saw no gloves on the employee serving up fries . Couldn’t see the other servers. Needless to say… I didn’t order any food….

Trash service as always, food is never right and they take forever. Past 3 times I came here I ordered my food plain and dry. I guess it’s hard for some of the workers to read because on the receipt and box it says play or sauce only (on the McRib) yet they load it up with everything. Never waisting my time at this location anymore.

We used the kiosk to order our breakfast. There was no table numbers at kiosk. Went to counter to ask about that and manager said we don’t use them anymore you have to walk to table and get number. So you are taking a chance of someone grabbing your table while you are ordering. I really don’t know why I go here because the managers are always rude.

Took a chance on a late food run after a late day of work. Waited 50 minutes in drive through lane even after placing an order 15 mins in advance. 1 older lady and black lady gave some serious attitude even though I was the one with almost an hour wait. There was still other cars ahead and behind me so I couldn’t leave or even cancel the order. Meat on the quarter pounder tasted as if it was “recycled/reheated” and was STILL missing items from my order and cherry on top, drink was only filled to about 70% with no ice. Then they have the nerve to have a sign on their window that they won’t tolerate rude customers. What a joke. Avoid this place at cost. Ultimately my mistake for choosing McDonalds.

Their egg & cheese biscuits were hard as a rock. What the hell?? This place has gone downhill a lot!!! I also ordered some burgers the other day & they were messy and greasy...ketchup all over the wrapper. Disgusting! & when I try to call them, their phone is off the hook or something because they never answer. It is always: "try your call again later!" ZERO STARS FOR EVERYTHING!!! NOT GOING BACK!!! Plus they take forever to get your order ready!!!

Do not recommend at night. The entire night shift needs to be fired. Don’t even bother going after 9pm. You’ll get nothing but terrible service from the workers, cold food, portions not filled and wrong items. The day shift looks like a completely different restaurant compared to the night shift.

Food took an hour to be given to me, and when I did get it, they didn’t give me my fries, napkins, or a straw. I continued to wait for my fries for over 45 minutes and even after asking twice and an elderly woman refusing to help, they never gave me my fries and I left more disappointed than a 5’7 man on February 15th

Will not be going back to this location ever again. 3 out of 4 burgers were raw. And when we told them about it they made a new burger but it was raw too then they only wanted to refund the price of one burger. Check your meals before you leave there the drive through line was extremely long and I could only imagine that most of them got raw meat.

Drove 20 minutes to get my pregnant daughter a little Mac after she saw a commercial for it. Supposed to be exactly that a little Mac with lettuce, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. The patty was just a plain $1 burger patty and not what McDonald's advertises. We got a cheeseburger with very little lettuce and big Mac sauce. No onions, pickles or sesame seed bun. If they were out then should have informed me when I ordered. I paid $10 for 2 basic burgers with some big Mac sauce. Horrible and will NOT be going back. ** Update... They have offered to correct tomorrow. Will follow with another update after tomorrow.
