Best Arby's I have had in awhile. Drive thru was quick and the food was great.
I can say this is one of the best Arby's I've been to I am not sure but the customer service and how nice everyone is there. Everytime I go there it's always like if I and family there. Ezzie, kalli and Anthony always give you the best service and I would recommend if everyone to go to this Arby's. I'm in 8th street and I rather drive to this Arby's then go to the one by my house hands down.
The staff here is great, the customers they deal with are a handful... I've been in line a few times to here how these customers order like they don't know how to cook or that they are at a restuarant and not mamas kitchen .. For the way they still manage and keep calm they all deserve a raise during this craziness in the world people lack to notice.. Everyone is short staffed in America and still manage to stay open and serve the negative Nancys n Bobs in the comments.....
Friendly, happy people behind the counter. All were young "kids" compared to my wife and I (mid 60s) and all were respectful and nice! My Ruben sandwich was awesome!!
This Arby's is really starting to make a good turn around used to be very mediocre though has made strides in customer service, speed and overall quality!
Usually only go through the drive through but Jacob that works the drive thru window does an amazing job. Always smiling and order is always right
Great service and they hire a lot of older people which I like. It is good to see they don't discriminate with age. It is a hard job though working in fsst food but they do a terrific job.
Great selection! It is a great place if you like different selections. Also the sliders are an amazing value during the happy hour and they are very tasty! Yum!!!
I was the only one there, there was one car in the parking lot parked right in front of the door I'm assuming was an employee's car. that's always bad but it was a good atmosphere inside everybody was friendly

Went drive through and Abel was very courteous, cheerful and gave me a coupon to use that was better than the one I had, so I can use it next time. The food was made right and I would return.
We ordered 2 beef and cheddar and the Reuben. When we got home it was 2 classic with beef and bun only. Drove back (over 15 miles, as my husband picked this up in his way he from work) and they redid the whole order correctly (including the Reuben) let us keep the classics for his lunch the next day, and gave us a drink for our troubles. We will definitely be back, if anything because of the customer service alone!
I went to this Arby's and was greeted and welcomed by Nariah! She was super upbeat and answered any questions I had. Its hard to find good people in fast food and my food was just as good as the service I reviewed from Nariah!
This Arby's has turned around and improved 100%. Our roast beef sandwiches were fresh and delicious. And the cherry turnovers are still very good.
We have not been to Arby's in years and we are so glad we went. We each had the original beef and cheddar combos! Food was hot, fresh, and great.
It's arby's roast beef it's just good! This location is always fast, always friendly and always fast. I have never had to wait over 4 minutes like I have at several other places. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST.....MY ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT. 👍🏻♡
Was one of the overall best experinces I've ever had, the Meat and fries where freash, and customer service was beyond what I get at most sit down resturants. I seldom have such a wonderful experince as this resturant provided today, and I would encourge anyone that happens to be in the area to stop by, simply the best experince.
I just got my food at the drive-thru here and I wish I caught the guy's name at the window because he was the chillest, nicest guy ever! He hooked it up too, this is my new favorite Arby's
I love when I can give a good review normally I don't. We just came through arby's in lakeworth, there's a man named Richard on the window. He was the sweetest greatest personality old school type. He thanked us told us to drive safe. And he had a smile on his face. All fast food should train their people to be like him. He was an absolute delight whatever You're paying him pay more because he's good.
Arby’s is a classic I have never had a bad meal from. And today is no different the drive through employee checked the back to make sure my order was correct before handing it off to me I appreciate the extra effort!! Thank you Arby’s.
Serenity was an absolute treasure she helped us figuring out our order and since it was a slower day she took the time to chat with customers which was lovely!

I don't eat Arby's very often and never been to this location before. I was expecting bad and was extremely surprised. The resturant was really clean, the manager ( I think she was the shift manager) and the rest of the employees was really nice and the food was on point good and the best most important thing of all was they have the pump your own sauce selections bar that so many other Arby's are missing!
I've always been told, if you want a roast beef sandwich, then go to a roast beef sandwich shop. This is a roast beef sandwich shop and they're good at it. I've had the plain roast beef sandwiches, gyros, and reuben sandwich and they're all great. The curly fries are heaven. ...just... avoid the jalapeno bites. I'd rather lick a dog than attempt those again. In other words: this isn't a jalapeno bite shop. ;)
It's been awhile for me. I'm so glad things have not changed Great Roast beef with Arby's Sauce and great service.
Store doesn't always look busy. But they make sure your food is hot and made when you order it. Good food.

Staff were super helpful, but they were out of burgers at lunchtime—before noon. That was a bummer. Nevertheless the wrap was good and tasted fresh.
This is the closest Arby's to my house which isn't all that close. This location has good service sometimes and not others. Although my order has always been correct and food good, the attitude and timely service is not always the best. We all have bad days sometimes and since I don't visit here frequently the service is luck of the draw.

This place is soooo slow. When I went yesterday - the speaker was broken. I really don't like going to this location - but it's the only Arby's in Lake Worth & I love the cheese sticks - that has almost doubled in price - so now days - since everything is gone up in price - you really have to think about where you want to spend your money & is it worth it!!!
Love the 2 for $6 gyros, but not the wait...even when only two cars are parked in lot...drive through extremely slow. To sum it up, food okay, but nothing fast about this fast food restaurant.
Decent flavored sandwich but seemed like there is less beef now. Ended up pulling at least one fourth of the bread off since there wasn't any meat or cheese on part of it which also made it a little pricey.
Cost too much for a simple sandwich. They use to be decently priced, but now 2 meals cost you almost $20. Also, NO MORE ARBY'S MELTS!
The food was fine. After three bills I had what I want. The place was empty on Friday night. I still do not like when they start cleaning floors when I am eating because in one more hour the store will be closed. Not a good policy. I have not had a reubens in long time and not disappointed. New items such us the oreo bites that the boys like it. The crispy fish sandwich need more seasoning but well presented. We love the curly fries.
Food is excellent. Customer service is going down hill. One person prepping sand in back. People waiting, one person prepping. Also remember to SPECIFY FRIES, CURLY FRIES, OR POTATO CAKES WITH YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL NOT ASK. I asked about it. They said they can't remember everything or read minds? Its good food but don't be in a hurry.
Sandwich was fresh and hot, fries not burnt but can not give more than 3 stars due to shake machine being down. Adverts up for new shake but got the now all too often fast food response "shake machine down"
Good food but sub-par customer service, i called because the drive-thru wasn't working so i called them and the lady was pretty rude and hung up on me for asking if the drive-thru was working or not. After enough waiting, the drive-thru was up again and the gentleman kindly took my order and was very polite. He changed my opinion about this location because at first the lady that answered their phone definitely gave me a bad vibe.
I actually get paid to go around the city and try different drive-thrus to see how customer service and temperature of food and everything. I usually have no problem with the Arby's in Lake worth. But today I was trying to ask the lady a question about the sauce and she cut me off and close the window. But overall the food was pretty good, but if you're in a bad mood do not come to this location because it will make you even more mad by the rudeness of the customer service you have.
The chick working at the window this evening I was there around 8:30. If she’s going through something at home or having personal issues I understand if not my absolutely horrible customer service didn’t even fill my drink up all the way forgot to give me the sauces that she asked if I wanted a soon as she handed them to me she just shut the window. Again if she’s not having a personal issue then she hates her job. Also the menu prices are not correct the combo I ordered said $10 and something cents I was charged $12 so they need to get that fixed and ours on Google are incorrect. It says they close at eight and they were still open.
They are now slicing their roast beef thicker. Making the meat heavy, chewy & dry. Definitely harder to eat. According to Google, some locations started slicing their meat thicker (late 2025). You now you have to ask for “thinly sliced or shaved”. Staff is great & it’s possibly the cleanest fast food establishment in the Lake Worth area. Food is cooked to order & always fresh.
Ordered 10 packets of arby sauce to go with my order. They actually listed out 10 packets on the order receipt but I only got 6.
The food is good but the customer service (in the drive through) is horrible !! The girls are rude & couldn’t care less if I am there or not. I gave it my last shot today & wont go back.
I don't know how this place stays open. Two stars was for the friendly staff. Food is always served room temperature. Sauce pumps always broken. Tables and bathrooms are dirty. My wife is cheap, er um "thrifty", and likes the coupons we get in the mail all the time. Only reason we end up there.
Went in for lunch for 4 guys. Waited to be helped(no big deal,). I dont mind waiting if they were busy. But in fact they were not busy. One car In drive through and just me inside. One of the gentlemen told the other I was at the front waiting to take my order. I was happy until he walked over to give me a ugly look and said "well he is gonna have to wait until I'm ready". So I just walked out after hearing that rude statement. I dont mind waiting to order I just dont think it should have been said like that.
Came here tonight and ordered two combos and mozzarella sticks. Didnt receive the sause for the sticks so i had to eat them dry and both my large drinks were bad but i was already on the high way and wasnt turning around. One of my curly Fri's was less then half full and the lady at the window was rude. They ONLY got that second star cause i love Arbys and my sandwich was on point.
When you pay $8 for just a sandwich, it would be nice to get what you pay for. Double the meat AND double the cheese, that is what is advertised. So why did I only get a single drop (I wish I was exaggerating) of cheese on my sandwich? I wouldn’t be so annoyed if the prices weren’t what they are. But fast food is now a “luxury” thanks to Mr. Biden so it’s that much more annoying when it costs what it does.
I went again tonight on 1/30/2026 and the guy making sandwiches was only wearing 1 glove. This is the second time I have had to deal with this. I felt uncomfortable the first time because the guy watched me until I left. If he can't comply with health standards then he needs to go. Im sure he did my sandwich with a glove and handled my bun for my sandwich with the other. Someone needs to get him under control or fire him. I won't buy anything from here again if he is there!!!!!!!

Had to change my previous review. Fries were cold and a sandwich was missing. I called and staff said we would need to return tonight with receipt to get fresh Fries or missing sandwich. I am not able to return tonight so I am out the money

Food and service sucks at this location. Can’t wait till I can visit the Grapevine location at my work. Employees there show pride in their work. This location forgot part of my order not worth driving back.
The man working the counter was very rude to the customer before me and the customers after me. He was rude to me. The lady handing orders was rude. She gave us the wrong order then told us she did not know and told us to look at our receipt. The manager named Jeremy was working the counter and didn’t get our orders right. Will not be going back
I'm super glad to have stopped her for my French dip that is now just an $9 rostbeef didn't think a cup of gravy was that hard to get but for this Arby's it must be.
Horrible experience- the sandwich tasted as though it was microwaved, tough bun and meat. Still can't get over the micro-shake on the dollar menu. They overcharged me and we were Forever in the line !

My husband was in this Arby's about 7:15 this evening, the only customer in there, there were 3 employees in the back, 1 female texting, no one acknowledged he was there. He waited a few minutes, still nothing, so we went somewhere else. These employees need to find somewhere else to work! Terrible place!!!
Terrible customer service! The wannabe gangster at the register acted like he wanted to fight me. The guy was obviously miserable and needed company. Hopefully he doesn’t work there for long! Y’all will lose lots of business!
Ordered 2 for 6 fish x2 asked to have cooked fresh. Told it would be a few minutes. No problem. Waited. Got my order after a few minutes. I live 1.1 miles away. Still got cold soggy fish. Very disappointed
I don’t normally rate anything 1 star. I’m just wanting to make the owners aware. At 7:50PM I pulled up to the drive thru. No one in front of me all the way to the window. Sat there for 10 minutes understanding that services are slow due to lack of staff. I get it, but there should have been answer. Anyways, we left and went to the Saginaw location. Hope to see the business speed back up.
So the husband went tonight while I start the prep for thanksgiving, ordered mozzarella sticks, Arby’s sandwich curly fries. Get home, no marinara, no Arby’s sauce no horsey sauce not even ketchup for the Very cold curly fries. An Arby’s beef sandwich is very very dry without sauce. That dear Arby’s owners will be the very last time I visit this location. 3 strikes is an OUT.
Bring back customer service. When a guest is speaking to you acknowledge them, especially if they are missing stuff after pulling over to the side to wait. I used to like this place, but over and over the fries aren't done right. Left raw. Cooking in old grease which is leaving behind black stuff on fries. Service at the window is awful.
I absolutely love arbys but this franchise gave me the worse customer service and that truly ruined it for me. I was ordering through the drive through and placed my order. First red flag was the way I was greeted, mono tone and no real greeting. Then the CSR made a rude remark to the way I order while still having his mic on this I heard it. When I remarked about it at the window he still continued to be rude and I then canceled my order and left. I called the corporate number and I do hope they do something about it. Either way do or don’t, I do not wish to give my hard earned money to this store. Plenty of establishments out there that would love my business. Do not recommend this location.
Now I've been there before during lunch different crew and it was great but tonite I wouldn't even give y'all a star but I had to to send the review! Fries cold wrong sandwich...cold!. Only 2 cars in the parking lot. II pulled around to the drive-thru, the back door to the restaurant was open no one greeted me through the intercom. Then when I finally said hello, somebody came on and said 1 moment.. Needless to say I waited until just a minute and I left, therefore This Arby's is not worth going to. pulled in the drive through at 10 pm, 2 hours before they closed. since i was already there, i tried to order a roast beef sandwich but was told they were out of roast beef for the night. then tried to order a chicken sandwich but was told that there would be a 5 minute wait for the chicken. i didn't want to wait 5 more minutes for food that i really didn't want in the first place, so i left.
I am upset the Jacksboro Highway Arby’s in Fort Worth. I asked for eight roast beef with cheese and four Curly fries. They tried to stuff in two bag Which ripped into my lap. I think nothing of it I get home and more than half of the sandwich Do not have cheese. I called the number to complain and the phone just rings. I will be contacting their corporate office And filing a formal complaint.
Slow af. Spent 30 10 min or longer sitting at the menu in the drive thru before somebody finally took our order. Nobody was in front of us, we were the only ones. Get to the window to pay they give us our drinks which were watered down. We get our food ( I usually check it before we leave but didn’t this time ) get home and they get everybody’s else’s food right besides my mega stack burger. So I went back up there and she gives me my food and I only seen 2 people working there. Little old Mexican lady cooking and the woman working both cash registers for the drive thru and lobby. Won’t be back in awhile. Last time we went up there it felt the same way but seemed like only 1 or 2 people work up there every time we go.
I had a big wad of hair next to my sandwich when I opened it up. Gross. I called and manager made me bring the sandwich back to store...which is totally unsanitary considering covid right now. I showed her a picture of the hair and sandwich. Her response was "huh". No apology. This place is unsanitary. I posted a picture for the store. Check it out.
I came in close to 9pm and ordered a chicken bacon Swiss burger. I got no bacon, the cheese was not melted which tells you the chicken was cold,and it was dripping with dressing. So. . .my recommendation to you is to not go too late to order on a Sat. night. It was not worth the wait which seemed pretty slow too.
Utilized the drive thru and was quickly greeted. Ordered and then paid at the window... waited over 10 minutes after this for 3 sandwiches and fries with no explanation as to why it was taking a little longer than expected. Got the food all the way home to realize it is of poor quality. The roast beef is thick cut and inedible. The kids sliders looked like something off a warming rack at a gas station. Normally you can mow through an Arby's sandwich of deliciousness and want another but I couldn't even bite through this thing. Sadly this was my attempt to introduce my kids to "ARBY'S! We have the meats!" as the have so excitedly fallen in love with that slogan but they are not impressed with the product and neither was I. From other reviews it seems this location has some work to put in to get up to par with what Arby's normally produces.
Ordered 3 meals and an extra sandwich. Requested each meal be put in its own bag. (I thought this was basically industry standard, but each meal was going to a different location, so I asked anyway. ) They refused, and told me that they COULDN'T DO THAT, but they could give me extra bags... Like just say you don't want to do it, but don't lie to me and tell me you CANT do something, that is quite LITERALLY your job.... The drive thru girl said, "I'm just repeating what I'm being told by my manager.. "
Short changed me lousy 50 cents but couldn't get them to understand i gave 20.50 for 6.50 charge should be 14.00 but Luis got girl to try to explain he forgot to put down the 50 cents so I got my 50 cents back very rude rolled her eyes when it asked for different sauces will not ever come to this location i gave 5 stars to Whitesettlement location earlier (BTW chicken sandwich was great but not service)
Drive thru speaker not working. Employee took forever to get to the window. Overcharged with wrong menu items. Got combative when trying to get it figured out. Forgot marinara. Forgot napkins. Forgot dipping sauce for curly fries. Sandwiches dry. Employee took credit card, closed window and walked away for an extended period of time.
Horrible service in the drive thru lastnight. Girl kept cutting me off when ordering giving me the total when I was trying to order others food. Ordered 2 beef & cheddar classics & 1 medium beef & cheddar. Got home all 3 were classic. Worst part is when I opened 1 of the sandwiches a fly flew out. 😫 not very much roast beef at all. Dog enjoyed it though!!!
Went to the drive thru @ 2:00p.m., 11 June 2021. I ordered a meal and an extra wrap to take to work. I got to work and my extra wrap was not in the bag. I have been trying to call this establishment for 45min. to get the extra wrap off of my ticket. How convenient is it to just not answer the phone??? My total was $18.37 which is unreasonable. This by no means is over!
The single worst interface I have ever had at an Arby's. After pulling away from the window, I discovered two of my sandwiches were missing. There were 5 cars in line so, I asked the kid at the window about it? He told me to get back in line. I figured to have more success and a quicker resolution going inside. That was a mistake. After 6 minutes of being ignored, I asked to the staff "What about my sandwiches?" The response---"What about them?". Seriously?!? This came from the elder person on the staff. I assume was the manager. Finally after 10 minutes I get my sandwiches, long after the rest of my $34 order is nice and cold. It is my opinion the skills of the staff, especially the management should be reevaluated.

Stoped by Arby’s today to try the new steak bites. I went through the drive-through open up my steak bites and there’s only three in the bowl. I turned around and went back to the drive-through and told the young lady I ordered five and only got three. The lady takes it back to the pass-through where I watch the cook tear one of the pieces in half. Then she put the food in the microwave and eventually brought it back to the drive-through. I still didn’t get five pieces of meat. The girl at the drive-through was saying something about it sold by weight, which is crap. I didn’t order 6 ounces of steak bites. I ordered the five piece order of steak bites. Cost six dollars for three bites of steak definitely a rip off.
Apparently they are out of roast beef at noon.. not sure how that happens...
I’d leave a positive review if I was able could food but every time I go after 10pm they claim there closed but shows they are open till 11pm they when I did get I was able order they said only cards payments no cash I wouldn’t recommend this place
We had such a terrible experience at this location. Long story short, we ordered food online and picked it up. Part of our order was missing and we went back to receive the rest. When we returned, Veronica claimed she bagged everything but by the time we were able to explain what we received, she was able to tell us exactly what we didn't have in our order. We reached the window where she blamed us for not getting the rest of our order. She was rude, dismissive, never apologized, and had 0 empathy for the fact that the rest of our order would be cold by the time we were able to get home and eat any of it. The food we ended up receiving the second time was also hard (imagine it was old), along with grease all over the outside of the bag. After speaking with the District and Store Manager, Veronica continues to blame us - claiming we were yelling and cussing at her through the drive through window - which is absolutely the furthest from the truth. The fact that Veronica felt it was suitable to blame her recent medical diagnosis, difficulty walking around, and having a "bad day" as an acceptable reason for her lack of customer service and to lie about the interaction she had with us is beyond disheartening. The only reason we came to Arby's was because my MIL, who was also recently diagnosed with cancer herself, and began treatment earlier that day, asked my husband and I to get Arby's for her - which we even explained to Veronica at the window that it was her food that was left out of the bag and it was important to us to take care of her and make sure she receives what she's asking for. The District Manager, and Abel, were nice enough to replace our order, to some extent. We returned on Wednesday to have our exact order replicated - one where we paid for extra protein, and had minor modifications on some sandwiches (such as no lettuce, no tomato - nothing major). Of course arriving home, our order was again, less than ideal. The protein was far less than what it should have been, and our sandwiches had none of the requested modifications. My husband and I were in the food industry for well over 10 years, it really is the little things - attention to detail and going above and beyond for the customer. We were, and still are, extremely disappointed in the interactions and treatment we received. Honestly, I expected better but it seems customer service, common sense, and courtesy have gone out the window since COVID.
Walked in with no one in the store & still took a few minutes to be acknowledged. The cashier was very nice though. I went to find a table & came across one table that was flooded with trash. (Presumably just pitiful customers that can’t clean up after themselves). I finally went to get my tray after they yelled my name, sat down, opened my beef & cheddar to see it wasn’t my order. I politely waited to be acknowledged at the counter. After another few minutes, one of the employees came & asked me what I wanted. With a smile on my face, I explained what happened, so she grabbed it out of my hand, put her hand in the warmer & grabbed my beef & cheddar. She didn’t look at me or anything. Later, I noticed the cook was in the lobby cleaning while everyone else just sat around. The “pleasant” woman walked around with her stomach hanging out of her shirt which I was really grossed me out. I’m about to leave & noticed that even though the cook was cleaning, nobody felt the need to clean it up. The beef & cheddar had a white bun so it was not cooked thoroughly. You won’t see me there every again. Thanks.
11:13 am 10/14/22: I went to this store to pick up an Uber eats order and that’s where it all went down hill! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They did not say anything to me or notice I was there! 5 mins or more passed by and the manager (I guess she was) with the short hair came over with an attitude and finally asked me have I been helped. I told her no and I was picking up an Uber Eats order. She grabbed the bag and tossed it at me and walked away!! She should BE FIRED AND REPLACED BY SOMEONE WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE AND BETTER FIT TO BE A MANGER BECAUSE SHE IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR THE JOB!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!
Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal and a chicken swiss and bacon sandwich was told to pull to the curb because the chicken would take 5 min. 10 min later they came out and after a few questions asked for my receipt. Another 3 min later they brought my food. Got home and had a chicken sandwich with a little mayo and a little lettuce. No bacon no swiss. Tried calling no answer. Never got my receipt back either. Not worth the almost 18 dollars I spent.
