Quick tasty breakfast burrito. So big that I kept half for lunch.

I recently went there on Veterans Day and one of their workers Arielle was extremely nice and understanding and attending to us even though they were extremely short staffed, big shout out to her, plus the food was good.

I want to give a monster shoutout to SHAY!!! She held it down and took our order quick, her customer service exceeded our expectations with a smile (:

The waitress we had was very snobbish and didn't seem like she liked her job but she was doing it anyway, their wasn't that many people there in the first place to have a attitude, but other than that food was on point, conversation with family and friends was great, keep up the amazing work!!!

I got these new pancakes they were with geese eggs and roaches and it met my expectations and yes the roaches were delicious thanks again ihop.

The new $6.99 classic Steakburger with Free Unlimited fries & Unlimited drink is a great deal for a delicious burger!! Plus, bonus: kids eat free! However ... kids do not drink free. ... And, we were told we could not double Free items. So, we were asked to choose between Kids eat free or Free fries and drink. That seemed odd. Also, about the unlimited fries and drink: They are only unlimited if you have an attentive server along with the patience to wait for the refills. We actually watched customers walk out after being seated because the servers were not attentive. Food was great! Service, not so much.

We got there late, so we were the only people in the place. Lakewood rolls up the carpet at 8:00 PM, so this is normal. Which we liked because our service dogs had more room to stretch out. The wait service was awesome she came with drinks right away, and food was soon behind, so the cook was right on it, too. It's been a long time since we were at this location because of a move, but there are better than ever.

Staff were kind and kept a good attitude even tho there boss was yelling at them the whole time, they were fast and the food was great.

Had a gift card so went to try their omelets. Very good, made my own with sausage and double American cheese. Service very attentive. UPDATE DEC. 18TH 2025 very good service by Luann and very friendly. Good value for the money. Tried their coffee cake pancake combo that came with 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns and 2 pancakes. Had to bring part of it home, lots of food. Love that you get your own pot of coffee instead of waiting on refills. Drank the whole pot.

We usually go to Denny’s since we’ve moved here but decided to give iHop a try. We’re glad we did! Our server was Maritza. She seated us promptly and was attentive to our needs. Our food was delivered by Juan who was also great. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to interact with. They clearly work hard to keep the place clean because it was spotless in there. The food was amazing too. Nothing’s better than when the pancakes come out looking like the photos lol. Anyway, great experience! Thank you two, will be back.

Sometimes, you just want a classic American breakfast done right — and IHOP still delivers. My plate was stacked with fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, grilled sausage, ham, golden hash browns, and a sweet touch: crepes loaded with strawberries, bananas, and a drizzle of chocolate and cream. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what you expect when comfort is the mission. Bonus points for the friendly service and a clean, relaxed dining vibe. Solid breakfast stop.

We stopped by to enjoy a leisurly Friday morning breakfast and we found a warm, inviting, and cozy place to spend quality time and enjoy a tasty breakfast. The food was very flavorful and the service was friendly. We were pleasantly surprised. The prices were fair, but not cheap. Around $16 for a meal, but portions are large. Eggs, pancakes, hash browns, bacon, and orange juice were great, and I'm picky when it comes to breakfast food! We'll probably be back, eventually.

Quite frankly the food and service is average however, the attitude of the receptionist made it very well worth it. She was kind and seemed to actually want to help unlike our waiter who was short and curt with my wife and I. Not only was she attentive to us but she and her counterpart both seemed to work well together and have a great system in place! Adriana very honestly made our stay worth it! The food was a great added bonus :)

Food was good and it's a nice little restaurant. The night we went, it seemed like our server was pulling a one-man-show, so it was a little slow and we only saw him briefly, but massive kudos to him for pulling it off.

Went here for breakfast and our server was less than attentive. She seemed very much like we were an inconvenience. She missed several small requests that were made but overall still had a good time. The food was tasty and I loved the New York Cheesecake pancakes. Basically food was good but be prepared to sit around for over an hour and the service leaves much to be desired.

Had the new banana Foster pancakes. They were delicious. Only gave 4 stars because my mom's pancakes were cold. Everything else was great and the waitress was very sweet.

Our waitress wa suburb. Shr was working really hard, though they were under staffed. The atmospheric needed improvement but the place was clean. The cannoli pancake was delicious! Also it was sweet that they brought my daughter her birthday ice cream.

Every once in awhile, I just feel like pancakes. What better place to go than IHOP, especially when they have a $7 breakfast deal going on. The hubs and I got away with breakfast for around $20 ( meals plus one ice tea. I always go the hot water with lemon route). I got the combo with 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs and 2 strips of bacon. Good size portions ( I actually didn't finish everything). Hubs got the omelet with the stack of pancakes 🥞. The win -win? We got a good- tasting breakfast AND I didn't have to cook.

The restaurant was really understaffed. 2 service staff and 1 cook (per the waiter). The waits were very long and the staff was overwhelmed, they couldn't check on the guests. A number of people came in and left. Standard American breakfast food and a few more dinner options added to the menu. There are lots of vegetarian options and you can order a side of sautéed veggies if you're vegan even though it's not on the menu.

Took 45 minutes to be served with not a lot of people in the building the drinks were good though

Great workers BUT there goop was on my fork and i feel like they should definitely be washing their dishes better before putting them out again. Overall great people and environment.

Food was good. Our waitress seemed like she was in a hurry on a none busy day. Never gave us refills on hour drinks. Also was in a hurry to check us out. As soon as I signed my recipe she hurried and snatched it off the table before I even sat it down on the table.

The service was a little bland. She could’ve been a little bit more friendly or in warm welcoming. The food was all right not as hot as I expected. Coco could’ve been a little bit thicker.

There was a faint smell of sorts, probably the folks two booths over. The food was ok, my steak wasn't cooked to my preference. But hey, it's not their specialty, so I'm ok with it, just saying. Service personnel was courteous. It would be nice if they checked if the coffee pot needs refilling, though, but that's just nitpicking. Overall, I'd go back if I feel the need for pancakes.

The pancakes lack the buttermilk flavor and although the pandemic is still a legitimate reason for not displaying the flavored syrups but only having a singular in a disposable container is an option. Also, the cleanliness of this place is what docks it down as well, our first visit there was hair strands on top of a poorly wiped table and sticky. The recent visit, there is crayon written on the glass separators along with greasy hand prints. I understand this is a busy place, but I believe consumers would prefer to wait on a clean table area rather be the first seated in a rush to turn tables during a rush. As for customer service our waitress was very friendly and attentive, even when our order had a mess up another waitress let her know and it was resolved quickly. So thank you to the staff. I also think the staff needs better comfortable masks! A lot of staff were constantly adjusting and I only they’re able to find a solution. I do like the wait system can be done via text messaging system, which is convenient and easier than standing around.

Food is mediocre at best. I did an online 'Curbside Pick-up' after 20 mins past the time my order was scheduled to be ready I got off only to see the lobby overrun with guests that had not yet been greeted. Most left before the hostess showed. Not the 1st time this had happened.

This last 2 time me and my son has come in the service has been awful they Ignore our table in went to help several tables for coming over. Then I took almost an hour to get our food. When I ran at a coffee a couple times I had to go get up and find someone just to get what I need it. I used to come here a lot , but over the last couple months , i've been coming well and probably after this last time , we probably won't be coming back for a long while service has gotten worse. They used to have great service but I don't know if it's due to lack of stuff or what , but the last two times like they said , the wait time and the overall service and experience is not great and for their price , it's not really worth coming.

There was apparently only one server when we were there yesterday (Saturday night, about 6 pm) they had maybe 3 other tables, took more then 15 minutes for her to come over and take our drink order another 20 minutes to come back to take our food order (and we also ordered 3 milkshakes when we ordered our food, that important in just a min) we got our food in a timely manner (maybe 20-30 minutes, we had 4 people) however we finished our appetizers, and 3 of us had finished all our food and the 4th was almost done when we finally got our milkshake. When she brought our milk shakes we asked for to go glasses and the check since we had already finished our food and figured we'd head out since we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. 20 minutes later we had already finished the milkshakes and we're still waiting for her to come back. I had to go hunt her down and ask again and all 4 tables that were dirty when we came in almost two hours prior were still dirty with the same stuff plus 2 more. I don't know what she was doing but it wasn't that busy. 2 of the tables that were there when we got there left within 10 minutes of us arriving.

I ordered an bacon avocado eggs benedict and was served essentially a hard boiled egg on an English Muffin. When I told the waiter that my egg was woefully overcooked, she asked if I wanted it remade and said this is just how they make it. The hash browns also tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I would not get food here again.

This Lakewood location was horrible. The hostess wad great but our waitress was very bad. She rushed us to order and I got the wrong food. The first time she came to take pur order we had been thete maybe a minute so I said we were not ready. She literally came back less than a minute later and asked if we were ready yet. I didn't even get a chance to look at the menu but I ordered anyway. Once we got our food she did not come back o e time to check on us. I don't understand what they are training their employees to do but customer service is not covered apparently. I will not go back to this location The food was ok but not what I ordered so I didn't eat much of it.

Went to breakfast with the family. My order was not right. And my wife's pancakes were not cooked all the way through. So we sent them back for new ones. But the second set still came out raw in the center.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. There's a guy passed out near the entrance, The workers are slow and take forever to get you seated and your order taken. The food wasn't prepared that great either. The french toast is just texas toast with syrup on it and they burnt my mom's sandwich, there is not one thing my mom can say is positive about her meal. Wasted 50$ here, just go somewhere else. You can get better service and food at McDonald's.

The food 6/10. The service 3/10. The environment 4/10. Our server Phea brought our food to the wrong table, set it down & walked away. She came back 5 min later to the food untouched & asked the guy sitting right next to us if the food was his, he obviously said no so she took it around the corner. When you would think she’d have the kitchen re make the plates, she comes from another direction as if we wouldn’t notice, 3 min later & gives us the food with some freshly melted butter on top. It doesn’t take 3 min to remake a pancake combo, an omelette & a side of pancakes. Very disappointed & was kindve grossed out. There’s also workers & guest coughing all over the place. Not the best visit i’ve had here.

I went there for a company breakfast, and one of my friends asked for scrambled eggs.... but he got over easy and asked for scrambled eggs like he ordered. They just left with his plate mixed up his eggs with a fork and brought it back. He was afraid to eat it and fear that they did something else to it.

If I was allowed to give this place 0 stars I would. Normally we go here and it's a wonderful experience but today around 1pm, it wasn't. We got seated and it took about 10-15 minutes for our server to even come over to the table. Then when she got there, there wasn't any pleasant introduction like we would normally get. She said "you ready?" No hello, no hi, nothing pleasant about her. It felt like we interrupted her from whatever she was doing or not doing. Then within 10 minutes, loud Hispanic music started blaring from the kitchen. Talk about an uncomfortable atmosphere. Our waitress didn't even bother to bring our food to us, nor did she check on us at all. The shift manager or young man in charge was doing all the work. My food was actually over cooked and we just wanted to get out of there as fast as we could. Do better and the employees there need to learn what customer service is supposed to be.

Went for dinner. My food was ok. My wife's chicken sandwich was nothing but grease. The only plus was my kids meals were free. The poor waitress was all alone so everything was so slow. I won't bash her because she was doing her best. The owner and manager of that particular IHOP should be ashamed and she should get a raise.

We sat at a table with a chair to accommodate my needs. My daughter's food wasn't good - tasted like soap. My breakfast burrito wasn't as grilled as perhaps it should have been. Overall just under whelmed.

I waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to seat me(1 person) while several wait staff passed me. I was seated in front of a table listening to a book out loud. When I moved, I could overhear wait staff commenting about the person who just seated themselves. 10 minutes later someone showed up to take my drink order. After 10 more minutes they came back and took my order. Eggs, bacon, hash browns , toast, & one pancake. Simple enough… My toast and pancake was served. 10 minutes later my breakfast plate was given to the table behind me. When the server came back, they said that was not their order and the server picked it up and put it on my table. I sent the cold plate back. When my breakfast was delivered 10 minutes later the eggs were raw. I never got the eggs. Worst service and food EVER from an IHOP. Don’t waste your money! Service was terrible came in for breakfast with my 2 sons we were sat in a corner . Asked for kids warm milk, but she brought cold milk in coffee mugs, for 2 yr old 4yrs old. The waiter ignored us the whole by walking the opposite of the dinning room and checking on other tables expect us. Our food was brought out 35 minutes later . Didn’t see our waiter again until she came back with the bill. After we left the restaurant 2 hours later my 4yr started throwing up and my 2 yr started having diarrhea for two days only to find out it was food poisoning. 3 days laters I have the same issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in this morning and the restaurant looks pretty empty. MAYBE there are some tables in the back, but not that I can see. I recognize a small group waiting in the waiting area for a table. The host doesn’t greet me for a good 5 minutes. Finally he says to me “do you need something?” RUDE FOR NO REASON ALREADY. I responded with “yes please, a table for 6” He freaks out. Tells me he’s not dealing with us and we need to call and make a reservation. Tried to figure out what the problem was for him to keep escalating. Turned to walk away and he continued to try and bait me into altercation. NEVER AGAIN.

Luann was the absolute WORST waitress! When she came to our table an hour after we were seated the only thing she said is "What do you want" No hello or apology for taking so long and while taking our order she made it seem like it was inconvenient to listen to our order. We didn't have a difficult or confusing order either. We also witnessed her ask another customer what he needed an 3 words in she cut him off and snatched the recipte and card out of his hands and walk away. We assume he asked about the kids meals being free because that is the same way she reacted when we asked about it. If you're looking to go here try mcdonalds they have better customer service and their burgers aren't as dry.

When we arrived there were maybe 2 tables in the place with people at them. Waited 5 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to get our order taken, and 45 minutes to get our food. We were 2 minutes away from walking out. And I could almost understand if it were busy, but it was mid-afternoon. Absolutely unacceptable.

We got there and had to wait about 5 minutes before I went to look for staff...the lady said it would be a few more mins but there were only three other tables filled. She finally sat us at a booth and after giving us the menus disappeared and when we saw her again she was leaving. There was only one person who was doing all the work and when we finally got our food, mine was like warm and the chicken was chewy...the waiter never came back to check on us as he got a call from his boss and they were on the phone for at least 10 mins. During this time customers came in and a few got tired of waiting and left

The lady up front was nice showed us to our seats sat us down. Our sever looked us multiple times and then have the audacity to go by our table turn her back from us and proceed to help them. They never asked if we wanted drinks or anything sat there 30 min. Worst experience ever at that point we were hangry and got up and started walking out. All I got say is do better I understand it’s ihop but get it together.

Had all you can eat pancakes for five bucks and a coffee, bill was 9.89. pancakes were fluffy but extremely dry, coffee was 6oz and cost me 3.99, no refills offered, no extra serving of pancakes offered, waited 20 minutes to get order in, 25 minutes to get food. Waitress asked us to give her our plates, said she couldn't reach them to clear off table. Repeatedly pushed us to cash out and leave. First time there, also my last, won't EVER return. Not worth it. You can get better food and better service from Denny's.

From when we were given a table, it was horrible, unfortunately 😔. I don't care to give a negative review, I try to look for the good in an establishment. The only great thing was my French toast. From being seated We were handed utensils that had to be changed out because they had something dirty on the napkins, we waited awhile for our food and people who came in abour 10 mins after us got their food before us. Having to waive down someone to ask for condiments. When I'm eating, I don't need people sweeping under the tables around me and hearing employees huffing and puffing when clearing tables and at the register on their phone and counting their tips. Seeing waiters with time on their hands and no one checking on us only coming back to the table to tell us we're going to be getting our check early but no rush. No professionalism. And forgetting to give us one of our items we ordered. I could've walked out without paying, and no one would've noticed. And cashing out, I have to call someone to cash out and correct them on what receipt their handing me to sign. It's sad that an establishment has fallen so bad. The service explains why the parking lot is empty.

I can't believe this location lied about their hours of operation. I drove all the way back from seatec and got to this ihop at 0610hrs and doors were locked. Disappointed

First off , our waitress did not check up on our table if we needed any refills. Second off, the food was kinda of dry. Third of all, we had to ask for our table condiments more then once and my sisters food had hair in it.. they couldn't even take it off the order only too give a 1.50$ off our order. We called the store when we left and they pretty much just laughed at it. Very poor service.

They need to hire more staff. It seems like also had a hair in my food waited for my food to be recovered, and I lost my appetite. After that a gentleman at another table was complaining about his crêpes as well was bad that was them. The waitresses do work hard though. But quality not so good. Convenient for army guys though

Please by all means stay away from this location! First the wait was 45 minutes. Second the server messed our food orders up after repeating it back to us. Third it took almost an hour to get our food and everything was cold even the chicken. Fourth the food was so gross off just a few bites my husband didn't even touch his plate. They charged us anyway after we complained about how cold our food was the manager took one meal off. We still paid and tipped the server she was very young and overwhelmed with work and other complaints from the family sitting at the next table. This place is very dirty as well food on the floor and all over seats. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Being in the service industry I understand how when one is busy it can take a little bit to be served. We did not get served for 20+ minutes. When the server did show up, she said she was on break. So, we were placed in an area that was not being covered by anyone. Poor service #1. After the wait to get our drink order, we had been ready to order our food. The waffle I wanted I had already known about from another IHOP we had visited so I wanted that ONE a la carte, The strawberry cheesecake waffle and stating such. Not realizing that it was going to cost only $4 less than the combo coming in at $12.99, and when looking at it the drizzle that was to be put on it was on one square, and since the waffle was cold, the butter and cream did not melt like what the picture looks like. Poor service #2. Our server never came around to check on us, if we needed more coffee (which I did) or water. Poor service #3. I noticed she was bussing her own tables that had been a mess for the time we were there. No support staff… Poor service #4 When we finally received our food, it was cold. Poor service #5. I asked for a box after taking just a few bites realizing my eggs were cold. She came with 2 and when I mentioned that our food was cold, she wasn't shocked, said she would be the one taking care of the bill and once she did had said, “I have taken $3 off” ($55 ticket). The other servers in the area were taking care of their customers very promptly. One family was seated and serviced within 3 minutes. Amazing! The way it should be. Our food should be served within 8-10 minutes, not another 15-20 and being served cold. Poor service #6. Our assigned server, Luann, needs to get either better training, better attitude or not work in the service industry. The management team needs to take care of this situation promptly.

Went with my family (3 adults 5 kids) at about 830 Pm and there was 1 other couple in the whole resturant. We waited at the front for at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff. Once we were sat and ordered, kids food came first yet we had no silverware. Asked for some and waited about another 5 minutes before it came. Also asked for a new straw multiple times - which we never got. Finally adult entrees and sides come except my entree is missing and my sides are on my husband's plate mixed in with his food. And the waiter is very confused on what is happening and what is even supposed to come with each of our meals at this point. I told the waiter I am not happy and ask where my food is, and it still had to be made. So I sit and wait for my food while everyone else is enjoying and kids are finishing their plates. The waiter didnt even apologize or offer a discount, etc. Once we get the check none of mine or my sisters children meals were comped (kids eat free 4-10pm) and we had to tell the waiter about this promotion. Also lots of homeless activity going on in the parking lot. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. We will never return and I would suggest to anyone else reading this to just drive an extra 20-30 minutes for a different iHop location.

Been sitting here for five minutes just to be greeted… at this point it doesn’t even matter how the food or service is while I’m dining. You can at least greet your customers. We’ll see how the service is and I might change this review. Changed to a 1 star because the food and service was trash too.. Lucky we even tipped smh

I love going to IHOP, I go to a different locations. Today I went to the IHOP in Lakewood by the Lakewood Townecenter, food was delicious as normal, but customer service in regards to the MANAGER was not OK. I thought that I was profiled. and I say this because the manager kept walking by staring at me looking very upset. It’s like she was watching me to see if I was gonna run out Without paying the bill. The waitress did a great job and I did tip her. But on the way out, I heard the manager asked her if I paid my bill , I felt Really uncomfortable too much to deal with. I’ve just rather go to a different IHOP in the future..

I ordered the New York style cheesecake pancakes online as part of a omelette meal. Upon bringing my order home, and after the first bite, I realized I was given their original pancakes instead of what I had ordered. I called the restaurant to ask how my order got messed up but they said that once the order was picked up they couldn't do anything. I could understand if they had run out or if the items were discontinued if it were limited time, but I got zero explanation to the mistake and zero accountability for their mistake, only a half-assed "sorry, but what's done is done" type of apology. Needless to say I won't order from here again, which is sad cuz the food is usually pretty good, but the phone service itself has immediately turned me off to this particular IHOP!

Got turned away with a party of 7 because was told they didn’t have anyone working? I don’t know what that means. If you open at 6 you should be ready at 6.

Came here for lunch, waitress incredibly dismissive. Order was consistently wrong. A t-bone steak with no filet mignon is just a new York steak with a bone. Asked for medium and it's super well done. This steak was supposed to make up for a mess up earlier in the order, they just really seemed to not care. Sitting here for 20 minutes and the waitress still hasn't once come by once to ask us how we are.

The waitress we had (Luann) was horrible. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience with the lack of costumer service. She also smelled really bad so clearly hygiene isn’t a standard here. I barely wanted to eat and contemplated just leaving before the meal even came. I will never be returning to this location.

Pancakes were undercooked in the center. Hashbrowns burnt. Part of our order was left in the window for 20 minutes and was only brought to us after we asked for it. Waitress never came to check on us we had to wave her down when we needed something.

I could not get it to go order I could not get nobody to take my order. So I left and went to a different restaurant. They said they were very busy. I asked the host if they were busy the host insisted on that they were not that busy. I already knew what I wanted, but they still would not take my order. I will not be back.

Good value and taste for the price , was ignored and held waiting for other 25 minutes to be able to leave just get my bill. Got in today to IHOP ordered my food , got the split decision and it was great amount and taste for the price. I wait for my check at my table , phone down and plates were already removed... Five minutes go by , nothing. I stand up go to the register and say I want to pay. I watch a party get seated , order , get their food before the Manager finally comes out and has to ask me where I was so he can pull up my bill , since they already sat someone where I was before. 25 minute wait for me to get my bill.

PLEASE READ **FRAUD ALERT** It was a normal experience for me on Sunday, 2/8/26, until I asked for the bill. I ordered two original pancakes and two pieces of bacon, which came to roughly $11. The waitress gave me the total on a paper receipt (normal). When I handed her my card, she tapped it on an iPad that was strapped to her waist. She tapped on something on the screen herself, then—with the iPad still strapped to her waist—she turned it over for me to add a tip and sign. Please imagine the visual of me sitting down and her standing above me, literally watching me as I did so with the iPad still strapped to her waist! It was very odd and unusual. The iPad was already pre-selected at an 18% tip, which was fine. However, when I signed and submitted, the total was $16.43. That is a 50% tip. I am not writing about this to complain about $5; I am trying to bring awareness that something shady went on. The table next to me signed a paper receipt, so everything that happened to me was unusual. I am not trying to accuse my server of adding a custom tip and then flipping it over to me, or the establishment as a whole of having 50% listed under 18%, but something on their end happened to cause this. It was not a client error. I have many years of hospitality under my belt—having been everything from guest services and a server to management—and I have eaten out enough to know that something weird happened. Again, it’s not to complain about the $5; it’s to raise awareness. If this happened to me, it probably happened to other people as well. This is literally fraud. I waited until my bank statement officially took out the $16.43 to report this. I tried calling the store management twice but couldn’t get through, so I called their guest services at headquarters. I now have an open case and an investigation.

Edit to add the meal made us sick. I've filed a complaint with the health department. We wont be back. The food was gross, the coffee was bad and the service and atmosphere might have been just as bad. The waitress around 2pm today, Saturday January 31st had a cross sharp attitude. Not friendly. No real customer service within sight. We listened to the back of the house staff argue about job duties, throw dishwear around and talk about their periods. It was truly a comically poor dining experience even for Ihop standards.

The food was horrible, most of it way overcooked. Hashbrows tasted burnt, crepe tasted like rotten egg. Couldn't even finish 1 bite. When talking to the waitress she said couldn't comp or substitute without manager approving. And go figure there was no manager on duty. Will absolutely never go there again and would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible service from the waitresses. They didn't greet us, and I waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to take our order or ask if someone was serving us. I left because no one attended to us, and the place wasn't busy; there was only one other table besides us. Thanks for ruining my breakfast.

Today is October 11, 2025 when I am leaving this review. It’s about 12 noon and the manager that is on duty. The older woman told us that we could not bring outside food for one of our guest that was in our group. She was extremely rude And did not explain why they had a rule about that. that is why we chose not to eat there. And that is the only reason because if she actually was to explain the reason why we may have understood and went ahead and ate at their establishment. But since she was extremely rude and lacked any Customer Service abilities whatsoever we figured we don’t wanna have to go through that we came there to enjoy ourselves and we chose that restaurant out of all the many thousands that are around the area.

The food was ice cold, service was terrible and the cook kept yelling and degrading servers in front of the customers. It was an uncomfortable situation and experience for me and my 2 small children. I told my server that my food was ice cold and my steak was not cooked properly and she didn’t even offer a solution or to take it off the bill… I almost didn’t leave a tip but I’m not a terrible person so I left a tip but made sure to write on the receipt “Never Coming Back!” This place is awful and don’t get me started on the smell. Gross.
