I came to eat again and the food was amazing, the chicken breast was so well cooked and the lemon garlic flavor was also tasty, I highly recommend getting it. Our waiter Miguel was also very helpful when helping me choose what to eat, I’m so glad I took his advice.

Even though I realized partway through eating that we didn't get the full rack of ribs for the family 1/2 chicken/full rib combo, I was still grateful for James understanding the situation and resolving the issue in a surprising, and very satisfactory way.

You'll order food up front and pay for it. They give you a buzzer and you can take food to your seat. Fountain drinks are available to fill up on your own. I got the petite pesto lunch special with bread stick. Everything came pretty fast. The pesto was very yummy. Bread stick was kind of small and also very greasy. Still great price for everything you got.

A really nice place to dine with a friend or family, thefoodisfantastic I'm glad that they have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. You order and pay at the front desk and ots brought to your table. The staff is nice and friendly. Its super clean and a nice place to go for lunch or take out.

I ordered the tri tip pizza along with south of the border with chicken salad, it was my first time trying the pizza here I usually order a la carte Tri tip. The pizza is a must to try. The tri tip comes with bbq sauce it gives it a sweet finish next time I will get it with extra tri tip on the pizza, I definitely recommend trying it.

I went to Stonefire Grill today and had an amazing experience. The BBQ tri-tip was super tender, and the garlic bread was seriously the best I’ve ever had. Great food and value for large party gathering! I hosted a group of about 25 colleagues for a work luncheon. I worked with manager Izzy to place my order in advance and section off enough tables for my group. The order was accurate and food arrived on time and was delicious! Because I ordered more food than we needed, the employees were super helpful in offering to bring take away containers for our leftovers. We use Stonefire often to cater events at our office, but it was great to be able to eat at the restaurant today. Definitely recommend Stonefire for large parties, as the food is great and the value for the price is reasonable. Great manager and employees as well!

Stonefire Grill in Lakewood turned out to be a really enjoyable place to visit, and I went there with someone just like I did when I visited Funko Hollywood. The atmosphere felt lively in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot, and I noticed right away that there were a lot of other teenagers eating there with their friends. The food portions were big and easy to share, which made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed for everyone. By my surprise, the place felt more energetic and welcoming than I expected for a restaurant, which makes it perfect for teenagers who love hanging out together. It was a new restaurant to me, but I didn’t realize how much there was to enjoy there until I sat down and took in the atmosphere. I really appreciated how easy it was to enjoy the food without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I visited Stonefire Grill multiple times in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and easygoing places I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to eat, talk, and feel comfortable.

I called this location without realizing they were already closed, and somehow Trent still answered the phone. I asked if they were taking catering orders, and he explained that the catering department was closed. When I asked if I could come in to place the order, he let me know they were closed for the night, but then went above and beyond by offering to take my order over the phone. The customer service Trent provided was truly exceptional. He was clearly in the middle of closing, yet he took the time to help me with patience, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine professionalism. Honestly, I would not have blamed him if he sounded rushed or annoyed, but there was not a hint of that. He was sincere, calm, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire call. Trent provides outstanding service. The care, patience, and professionalism he showed over the phone were impressive, and it is clear that he genuinely values helping customers. If this is the level of service he provides remotely, I can only imagine how great he is in person.

I got the gourmet Mac and cheese and WOW it was delicious! I got it with the tritip and was surprised at the amount of meat in it. Perhaps the tritip was a bit fatter than I'd normally like it, but it was still well seasoned. We all go to pizza and I have to say it's definitely up there on my list of top pizzas. Will be coming back!

If you want to eat great food with great portions then look no further. YES!!! Let me start by simply saying, YES! I chose to come in on a Saturday in April 2024. Upon entering you see a desk area greeter like location. Where you order and pay your food BEFORE you’re seated. I LOVED the HUGE menu! There’s also smaller menus got us gold who can’t see squat! Okay so I ordered a family meal serves 6. My specific meal was Tri-tip and full rack ribs Cheesy Garlic mashed potatoes , Vegetable melody, Ceaser Salad and, 2 ORDERS of bread sticks! Oh my! Me I order big bc well I leave kids behind and let me tell you this was more than enough to split up eat in and take more home to the rest of family or hungry friends. The ribs: beautiful shiny no drenched on BBQ sauce. Wonderfully cooked very pleasing to the eye and taste buds like a sweet mesquite honey like flavor nothing spicy. So worth it. Tri-tip: I ordered my tri-tip medium done and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. It also too, was not drenched and barbecue sauce. It had a small layer of light bliss on top of it and surrounding it. You can tell that it was cooked by a person who knows meat! Bravo!!! The vegetable melody: consist of mushroom zucchini, cauliflower, tomato and bell peppers. Almost like a roasted like look to it you can tell it’s also garnish with parsley very nice very nice very fresh, so has a crunch to it but natural , not overcooked at all. Cheesy garlic, mashed potatoes: WHAT POTATOES?? They’re gone!!!! So good! Not Ronnie the consistency was solid as it should be. The breadsticks: well, they’re not your typical breadsticks that you were finding most other places, but they were well worth it. You can tell they are made from scratch. You know can’t lose ! The Caesar salad: pretty much a basic Cesar salad I liked it. Overall I LOVED it and would def return. The one here had ample parking Nice restroom. Clean floors, not too loud or noisy ( on this particular day) There’s music playing in the background. Pop music. There’s wine and beer TOO!!!!

We love coming here for family dinners. It's not cheap but it's also not too expensive for the quality and amount of the food. We love the tri-tip, garlic lemon chicken, mashed potatoes, cesar salad, tomesto pasta (wasn't a fan of the Alfredo,) the pizza, and bread sticks. We probably like everything on the menu, honestly. The wait is reasonable. Patio seating can get noisy- I think more so bc the structure produces an echo. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the food comes to your table staggered- meaning it doesn't all come at the same time. It would be a total 5 star if that were the case. Other than that, the servers are hospitable and the reward system is nice! Pro tip: get tri-tip medium or medium well if you like it cooked but tender. Well done is... well... overdone and dry.

Service was very good but felt a bit lacking in attention. This is great if you do not want anyone bothering you. But when you need something extra, you must look for someone to assist you.

My Mom and I recently decided to try SFG for Our Weekly Dinners. We are hooked! She had the ribs, while I had the pulled pork both times. The BBQ sauce has a great flavor and the food comes out quickly. There is many servers there and they are quick to help. No fuss no muss . You seat yourself and get your own beverages and plates /utensils. I like the decor of the place and the vibe is welcoming. But Pricing is affordable as well. We will continue to come back . Very good food, nice staff. We went for lunch on a Friday. Prices are middle of the road. They were taking precautions, wearing gloves, having a worker hand you your plates and utensils. You go in order your food pay and go sit wherever you like they give u a number tracker you grab your own drink and utensils. I ordered 3 lunch specials the pulled pork , baby back rib and rigatoni pasta they each came with a side and I order two extra sides then I ordered a kids cheese pizza it came with a side and drink I also ordered two drinks and tri tip nachos all for $80. I enjoyed the rib and cream corn. The rest was okay a bit different experience than other types of restaurant u don’t get like waiters and stuff so u don’t have to tip lol it was my first time hear .

My friends and I always have Sunday late lunch here. Its good portion size food. Especially the meal for 2 for 19.99. We ate alot and still had enough for another meal to take home. Will suggest anyone who hasn't dined here to do so. You'll not regret it. The larger the group, the more fun to enjoy thr food. Stop by sometime. I've eaten here several times but will order for parties or take out. I have not had the dine-in experience as of yet. Nice location. Gets busy. I do notice most of the patrons order to go as well. Had a nice experience so far with food quality and generous portions. Tri tip is marvelous. I do like their meatballs and pasta dishes. They also have seasonal items plus desserts like cheesecake and carrot cake. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also do offer wines by the glass or bottle. Conveniently location with plenty of parking available.

This place feels like a high class fast food place. You order your food in the front at the register but get served your food. None of the salads come with grilled chicken or any kind of meat, you have to add it. I had the Caesar salad and the Caesar dressing was horrible, it had so much garlic that it was spicy, and I love garlic but that was just way too much. I could taste my own breath. They also do not serve fries which is weird but the staff was very nice so I gave a few extra stars for that, but definitely a one time stop.

Update: Sometimes i’m very surprised at how subpar the service can be. They lost a $140 order for 20 minutes in their system, which resulted in numerous phone calls and panic with our party. Not so much as an apology. Time to go elsewhere. Previous Review: The BBQ is excellent here, very good ribs and brisket, but i wish their salads and side dishes improve as they are so-so and uninspiring. This place hates, hates, hates and refuses to give you marinara sauce for breadsticks. They also have a hard time serving food warm. This place is cold, bring a jacket, specially in the winter. Having said that the food is pretty good and covers just about every style of food made. Not cheap, large portions.

The staff at the family meal and take out area was ABSOLUTELY Amazing! I ordered the seasonal Pear Gorgonzola Salad it wasn't what I thought it would be like... a little to tart (the dressing was). Tropical Iced Tea was good and I came with a group that sat out on the patio... they had on the AC with fans so I pretty much froze out there. Parking lot was small but this place is located next to the mall so you can always park next door and walk over. I had never been here before so I wasn't aware of how the order first then sit anywhere afterword - worked. I guess in this way it's like Sizzler HA! Respectfully Reviewed.

So we wanted to like it but it wasn't great. The alfredo pasta was nothing special at all. We've had many that have more flavor including just basic homemade. The french dip was bland and the meat too thick to be nice and tender. I had the bbq chicken sandwhich which was interesting. The chicken was good and the toppings were fresh but I would never think to call it bbq. It was ok but I wouldn't order it again. Willing to try it again and get pizza and maybe some chicken, but it was certainly not cheap for a super disappointing meal.

It's hard to completely give this place 1 star. They do have the best carrot cake and I'm always gonna love them for it. However, service has been mediocre which was disappointing. I placed an order for a quarter sheet carrot cake that I've been bragging to my friends about (it's for a friend's birthday). Placed it with enough time (more than 24 hours) for them to fulfill it. I even called the following day to confirm that I placed the order early enough and the person on the other line told me that it was and that they appreciated the heads up since their bakers get there at 5 AM and should see the order. Fast forward the next day, original pick up was at 11 AM but didn't even get there until 11:30 AM. When I got there, they didn't have my order! Trying to scramble to find my cake, they opted into grabbing a half (1/2) sheet and cutting it from there. It was such a mess even when they piped the open side with frosting. The box was greasy and when the cake got to the venue, since it wasn’t really fully sitting on the cardboard, it was making a mess all over. I know this isn't representative of Stonefire Grill as a whole but you'd expect the quality being consistent (mind you it wasn’t even busy when I came in). As much as I love the carrot cake, I'd probably consider Suzy Cakes down the street when ordering birthday cakes. They care about quality and presentation and you’ll get your money’s worth. The sad part is they didn't do anything to rectify the experience--not even apologize for the inconvenience. PS. I'm also sending an email to corporate.

Food was pretty decent, but service was so strange. After ordering and sitting down we were brought a lone bowl of mashed potatoes. A few minutes later we were brought our two breadsticks. Then a few minutes after that we were brought the main entree. THEN about 5 minutes after that, and after asking about it, they brought our kids meal pizza for our daughter. Unfortunately this made for a pretty mediocre experience. While I do enjoy their food, it wasn't worth the $50 price tag. After a couple of visits I've come to notice the staff (including what I think is the manager) seems somewhat irritated to help the guest. Employees repeatedly walk by tables full of dirty dishes, and no one comes by to clear any plates or platters from the table.

Roasted Cauliflower? Not edible. Also 1/3 of the wine and beer menu was unavailable. Salmon was good, sides were large portion but not exceptionally flavorful.

It looks good, but the flavor is mediocre and it was overpriced. The chicken was unseasoned and dry, the beef was burnt and dry. The mac and cheese was tasteless. The ribs were ok!

We ordered salmon, the BBQ chicken club sandwich, the chicken tenders, and a salad. All of it was bad. The Salmon: first order was some type of garlic marinade. It tasted like a mouthful of salt. We sent it back and got another one that was some sort of basalmic dressing. WAY too much vinegar. To their credit the salmon was cooked right but that was the worst salmon I ever had. The BBQ chicken club sandwich: the chicken was completely unseasoned. It was a bit gummy and the BBQ sauce tasted watered down. The roll it was served on was huge and the barely give you any chicken so it pretty tastes like a mouthful of bread when you bite into it. The salad: DRENCHED in dressing. The chicken tenders: I've never season chicken tenders so pale. They weren't crispy and the batter was unseasoned. It practically had no taste. And the kids meal was served with the tiniest bowl of mandarin oranges The staff was nice but Overall I'll never come here again. The food was awful

It was actually like throwing money away. Had the tri tip with mac personal meal. The meat was cooked correctly but had no sear and no flavor. The mac and cheese was the same as craft mac and cheese. The garlic bread was disappointing. It was a 27$ meal not including tip or a drink. Never again

The food is alright, it’s not bad not amazing. One one truly bad experience Was when I placed an order for a pizza at 11:32AM… after 20 mins I asked the guy at the counter and he basically acted like he didn’t know but came back with “they’re working on it” After waiting for 45 mins. I asked another guy, he also looked like he didn’t know what was going on and that they were working on it. At 55mins of waiting, I asked to speak to the manager. Short, heavy set guy. I explained to him what was going on, he said “sorry we’re busy let me go check for you” Were they busy? Not really, I was the only one waiting in the waiting room. People would come order and be out within 5-10 minutes. At this point it’s clear someone made a mistake… as a manager his job is to figure out what went wrong, correct the actions and take ACCOUNTABILITY for what happened when talking to the customers… this manager just said “we’re busy…” no sir, take accountability and be better! After an hour and five minutes… the manager came back with the pizza and just said “Okay” as he handed me the pizza. Didn’t offer an apology, no thank you for waiting. It’s pretty shameful tbh. Dealing with a manager like that, makes me want to take my business elsewhere and we won’t be returning there.

They are make wrongs orders (online) every single day. I choose no red onion, no souse. They are make full onion and full souse.

Easily one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had. The tri-tip is painfully under seasoned and average, the garlic bread is somehow worse, and the overhead fans cooled my steak within minutes. On top of that, the food is overpriced, and you’re expected to grab your own plate and utensils like it’s a cafeteria. The atmosphere does not make sense, and the hype from 5-star reviews is completely misleading. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Food was Horrendous. The manager did not know what he was talking about. I specifically referenced allergies and he assured me there was no butter. The employee Trent at least was knowledgeable. The manager comes back and informs us what Trent told us five minutes, prior. The burger was so bland, I felt like I could feed it to an animal and not have to worry about the salt intake. All of the staff acted as if they did not want to be there... At least pretend not to hate your job. I honestly don't see this place being open for years to come. Food is awful, service is awful, they have transients sleeping outside of one of the exits. They did not properly cut the pizza, we asked them could they cut it and they challenged us over it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT COME HERE. Not worth the money.
