Had a great breakfast. Plenty of food and great service. My water glass and coffee cup never ran dry.

This place is so good that my mouth waters every time I think about this place. The French toast is so good, the waffles are also good ,and the omelette is peak. Come here every time for breakfast and TS doesn’t PMO🥀

The waitresses were nice and check up on your table periodically. The place was busy for breakfast, glad I left a little early. The steak was juicy and yummy along with the hash browns. I like egg yolk for added vitamin. The portions were a good size. Come with a big appetite. Good place to eat.

These people are the hardest working servers and cooks. they are under staffed and overworked but they do their best everytime. the food is the best I've had in the AV, portions generous, price is right and tastes delicious. it is a small seating area so be patient to get seated. and coffee is served in actual ceramic mugs. feels like you're visiting a family member for breakfast.

Just fantastic! The chicken fried steak was the best I've had in town. The staff was attentive and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

My father has been going here for years, back when it was Karen's kitchen. I finally went with him, and I'm so glad I did! First off the waitress we had was great, and very attentive. I didn't have to ask for refills the entire time, because she kept my glass full. The food is slightly more expensive than Denny's but the quality and quantity far outweigh the increase in cost. I would definitely recommend and I personally will be going back soon.

I can't tell you how many times I've driven by phebies Cafe. I finally picked up food a few months ago and it was good. I recently started dining in for my 3rd time now. The waitress remembers us all the time and the food is terrific, not to mention it comes out within 10 minutes. It's. True mom and pop joint and it really makes you feel like you're in a small town. I think I've found my new favorite spot and I live down the street from it! Forget Dennys and IHOP, come here instead.

We just finished having breakfast here for the first time, well worth the short drive from Hwy 14. We had the veggie omelette with home fries and pancakes- everything was excellent! The woman working there was so nice, she new all of the locals by name and what they wanted to order- super impressive. We will definitely be back when we're driving through this area.

We had breakfast here this morning and it was beyond delicious! Better than we've had in the past. Our server was super friendly and even though she had other customers she was very attentive to us. The chicken fried steak was so good and the best biscuits and gravy besides homemade. If you're hungry, go to phebies Cafe you won't be disappointed.

This place was so amazing. It felt so humbling to be in. The food has such perfect portions and was so delicious. The food tastes like actual food and not grease and oil like most places. It’s such a cute place to go too with family. Will be coming back.

Amazing food, but usually so busy that the service suffers. The seats are uncomfortable due to their age, they need to update things some. The food and portions make up for all of that and then some ijs. One of the best breakfast restaurants in the AV and one of my favorite go-tos for many years.

This place serves the best Breakfast in Lancaster. I come here on Sunday's. Eggs and Hashbrowns are yummy. coffee is fresh. if you come with more than two people you might have to wait a little longer but it is worth it.

Best homefries and Omelettes. The service is always great. The only negative is the coffee, its weak. I wish they would get a more high-quality bold flavor. But the food is amazing. I go here all the time, I love it. I lay awake thinking about their potatoes.

A very relaxing café ☕️ with delicious breakfast and farmer brothers coffee! But the server is the best! Has amazing people skills. Made us feel at home! Louis is top notch! Ask for him and he’ll definitely have an ear to share and give you the best this wonderful restaurant has to offer!

Amazing food amazing flavors had the biscuits and gravy it hit the spot with flavors!!!.. also had the strawberry filled waffles omg that was a lot and deliciousness definitely a must come for items!! Clean place very welcoming seating inside or outside. Great staff very quick and kept up with our table needs. 5 stars all day long amazing place my new breakfast spot! !!HIDDEN GEM!!😁😁

we stopped by this restaurant to check it out. We always drove by it but really had never tried it and I am so glad we stopped by. Let me tell you this is probably one of the best hidden gems in Lancaster for breakfast. They have the absolute best biscuits and gravy that you can get your hands on. everything else that we have tried is delicious all the dishes came with your choice of toast or biscuits and gravy the home fries were cooked perfectly. The staff is very attentive I highly recommend stopping by to check it out for breakfast.

If you’re looking for homemade deliciousness food then this place is for you. Small place but worth it. Portions are big too.

We had the eggs Florentine and the Hungry Traveller, all yummy! Be warned… Hungry Traveller is probably enough food to feed 2-3 people. Bravo to Phebies cafe because it was cleanlier than a lot of other breakfast spots in the area. We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu.

A gem in the high desert, diamond in the dirt First off, I highly respect that the pricing is closer to affordable than reasonable. In my opinion the quality of the food here is worth a lot more than what's being asked. Keeping this pricing in this economy is admirable. Second, the vibe and the service were warm and wholesome. Not sure how to word it but nostalgic in the best way. The songs playing also added to this vibe. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Third, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I've had many breakfasts in many places and this place quickly became top 3 all time. Great cup of coffee, Fantastic pancakes, Perfect Hashbrowns, Good Homefries, California Omelette was delicious TexMex Omelette was so flavorful. Next time I'm on this side of Socal I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu which was full of unique food options. (I saw their soup of the day was chicken gumbo! I was there in the am but was so tempted) So yes do yourself a favor and Stop at Pheobes

The rating here is well deserved. If you’re looking for an old school typical American diner with homemade freshly cooked food, then that’s the place you want to go! Rustic charm, lovely but not overpowering decorated, very clean and nice & fast service. Hash browns are really good, not that fat dripping stuff you know from some chain restaurants. Here they’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My kid loved the fruit option and my husband cleaned every crumb off of his plate. Even the waitress noticed :D

Fast courteous service! Had breakfast on Saturday afternoon and got a table right away. Phebies Cafe was busy but waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order. Just minutes after getting our drinks, we placed our food order and it arrived promptly. Prices are affordable and servings are generous. Everything was good but was hoping the biscuits and gravy were better based on the recommendations friends gave me. It’s rare to get great biscuit n gravy and Phebies being good I wasn’t too disappointed. Overall 5 stars! Great job and great staff! I ordered “the hungry traveler” 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausages and hash browns, pancakes and biscuits and gravy for $14.99, Which is pictured in my review. If you are looking for all American breakfast and want good food without the poor service you usually get at the franchise restaurant and typically have to wait for seating, I recommend Phebies Cafe. Enjoy!

I'm new to the area and looking good places to eat out on the weekends. Here at Phebies the servers were very nice and the food was like it was home made. I will definitely be coming back.

Food was good. Service just fine. Nothing bad. Nothing excellent.

Easy to get into, with plenty of parking. Service was friendly, and very quick. It wasn't crowded when I went, about half full. I had the steak (ordered medium rare) and egg (ordered soft poached), with home fries. Sorry to say, both the steak and eggs were over cooked. Not badly, but it's day the steak was medium bordering on medium well, and the eggs were hard poached with the you pretty much solid. That said, the steak was well seasoned and tender, which shows they use very high quality ingredients. I'll definitely go back; even overcooked, everything was delicious, and mistakes happen. I'll update this review after I eat there again!

1st time. Went with my adult kids. The food was good, fast enough and the waitress was very nice. They closed at 2pm and we were there at a little after 1pm but we still got to eat plus you get a good amount for your buck. I was not disappointed. Try the biscuit and gravy too. Yummy 😋.

THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEY PRICES I GOT FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST 3x with potato and cream wheat meal say 9.99 3.99 3.99 how did I end up paying $67 overly priced and the Menu don’t have the right prices that not convenient at at overall love the food

Recommend by a friend, however from the time we arrived we were left waiting to order by "Phoebe"never came to check on us one time just terrible hospitality even at the end I had to ask for the check , just seems as if my presence not only was t wanted but unappreciated! I still left a tip

NO Veteran application (I had ID too). Over $50 for 2 to have breakfast. Food is OK. They miss made my eggs. Then still Charged $2 for sour cream. A normal coffee was $5. They claimed all restaurants Charge a card fee (not true at all), hospitality was not good, I even said good bye and nothing back lol. No real reason to return.
