Best breakfast in the AV. You will never go back to the big chain breakfast places again. The Denver omelette with their salsa is the bomb.

Despite what the world is going through with covid restrictions and outside dining, Phebie’s diner is doing fantastic. Outside dining couldn’t be more comfortable with larger outside area and portable heaters for containers. And the food ugh is amazing as always. They always have spot on service and the food is tasty! They're open from 6am-2pm Sunday-Saturday. We had friends order for us because we arrived at 1:45, many places may not give you great service because they're about to get off, but they were wonderful, friendly and our delicious food was served quickly. I ordered the Hot Cakes special, aka 2 pancakes, eggs scrambled, sausage and bacon. I prefer my sausage a bit firm, well cooked and it was spot on. My pancakes were soft, airy and delicious! My sister ordered the Denver omelette with hash browns with a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were nice and fluffy, thick, but can't gravy and they didn't disappoint! I'd have to say they're up there with Crazy Ottos! Our friends ordered the waffle combo with Sunny side up eggs sausage and bacon. My other friends got the Homestyle fries scrambled eggs and bacon with biscuits and gravy. MmMmm! If you haven't been there yet, make sure to go, you'll be satisfied!

I'm giving Phebie's 5 stars do to the fact that we actually DIDN'T EAT here but the waitress is a straight up G we were waiting for a table but some inpatient cat eating Chinese weenies were so inpatient kept jumping from table to table and the waitress had a table cleaned for us and them Chinese weenies straight jumped and sat in our table the waitress ran to them and told them that was our table and they didn't care still didn't move. I don't praise violence but that's why the Chinese get beat up for being ignorant and arrogant they have no manners.

This little cafe has great service and DELICIOUS FOOD!! I had the Meat Lovers Skillet It's AMAZING!! Bacon, ham, sausage, cheese, onions, bell peppers, fried potatoes, and 2 over easy eggs on top!! Sourdough toast. And homemade salsa. Washed it down with an ice cold coke!! I highly recommend this place when you're in Lancaster !

During a busy time so many people are here and her service is excellent. My mother was waitress for so many years I can saw damn she faster than her ! These people are the hardest working servers and cooks. they are under staffed and overworked but they do their best everytime. the food is the best I've had in the AV, portions generous, price is right and tastes delicious. it is a small seating area so be patient to get seated. and coffee is served in actual ceramic mugs. feels like you're visiting a family member for breakfast.

My father has been going here for years, back when it was Karen's kitchen. I finally went with him, and I'm so glad I did! First off the waitress we had was great, and very attentive. I didn't have to ask for refills the entire time, because she kept my glass full. The food is slightly more expensive than Denny's but the quality and quantity far outweigh the increase in cost. I would definitely recommend and I personally will be going back soon.

I can't tell you how many times I've driven by phebies Cafe. I finally picked up food a few months ago and it was good. I recently started dining in for my 3rd time now. The waitress remembers us all the time and the food is terrific, not to mention it comes out within 10 minutes. It's. True mom and pop joint and it really makes you feel like you're in a small town. I think I've found my new favorite spot and I live down the street from it! Forget Dennys and IHOP, come here instead.

We just finished having breakfast here for the first time, well worth the short drive from Hwy 14. We had the veggie omelette with home fries and pancakes- everything was excellent! The woman working there was so nice, she new all of the locals by name and what they wanted to order- super impressive. We will definitely be back when we're driving through this area.

This place serves the best Breakfast in Lancaster. I come here on Sunday's. Eggs and Hashbrowns are yummy. coffee is fresh. if you come with more than two people you might have to wait a little longer but it is worth it.

Not sure how to word it but nostalgic in the best way. The songs playing also added to this vibe. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Third, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! I've had many breakfasts in many places and this place quickly became top 3 all time. Great cup of coffee, Fantastic pancakes, Perfect Hashbrowns, Good Homefries, California Omelette was delicious TexMex Omelette was so flavorful. Next time I'm on this side of Socal I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu which was full of unique food options. (I saw their soup of the day was chicken gumbo! Here they’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My kid loved the fruit option and my husband cleaned every crumb off of his plate. Even the waitress noticed :D

Easy to get into, with plenty of parking. Service was friendly, and very quick. It wasn't crowded when I went, about half full. I had the steak (ordered medium rare) and egg (ordered soft poached), with home fries. Sorry to say, both the steak and eggs were over cooked. Not badly, but it's day the steak was medium bordering on medium well, and the eggs were hard poached with the you pretty much solid. That said, the steak was well seasoned and tender, which shows they use very high quality ingredients. I'll definitely go back; even overcooked, everything was delicious, and mistakes happen. I'll update this review after I eat there again!

1st time. Went with my adult kids. The food was good, fast enough and the waitress was very nice. They closed at 2pm and we were there at a little after 1pm but we still got to eat plus you get a good amount for your buck. I was not disappointed. Try the biscuit and gravy too. Yummy 😋.

Price of a cup of coffee excellently overpriced at $3.19. Jack In The Box the same coffee cost .53 cents. I haven't been going in to Phebies because of there excessive high prices. Started off good when i walked in the door sat down my sister had lips on her coffee cup next water with lemon taste like pipes next the prices were pricey next eggs were cooked to hard next the meat was to dry and hard to cut with a steak knife always wanted 2 try it but now that i have i won't again they get a lot of business tho 🙃

NO Veteran application (I had ID too). Over $50 for 2 to have breakfast. Food is OK. They miss made my eggs. Then still Charged $2 for sour cream. A normal coffee was $5. They claimed all restaurants Charge a card fee (not true at all), hospitality was not good, I even said good bye and nothing back lol. No real reason to return.
