It's a shame this VIPS is always neglected; apathy reigns supreme. Even though there are usually few people, the waiters go out of their way to avoid serving you, chatting amongst themselves, disappearing into the kitchen for ages, and leaving the dining room empty. It seriously damages the image of the other VIPS restaurants, which are usually lively and offer good service. I don't understand why they don't close this one or take any action.

Apparently these are very popular in Spain. Happy to have gone for the experience, but the atmosphere was quite fast food like I.e. no atmosphere and the food was mediocre. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Got quesadillas, baked salmon and ice cream with brownies (the desert was good) I took a photo.

La comida estaba muy mal. El servicio muy malo tardan en atenderte, tardan en tráete la comida, traen los platos a destiempo … En resumen un desastre. Y para colmo me trajeron un vaso en el que me pusieron mi refresco y tenía un palillo de dientes. Una pena porque este sitio estaba muy bien. Recomiendo en vez de ir a este ir al del Heron City.

Estamos 7 personas... pedimos unos entrantes y un segundo plato para cada uno. Tas media hora esperando, empiezan a salir los entrantes.... Despues, 5 segundos platos salieron a la vez y las otras 2 personas nos quedamos esperando otros 30 minutos por nuestros segundos platos. No han acertado ni con una sola cosa que hemos pedido, a la primera.....Es decir, cuando habían acabado el resto, trajeron nuestros segundos platos, y como "compensación" nos invitan a un único vasito de browni...Lamentable el servicio...una pena que traten así a los clientes....2 horas y media para servir la comida.....Nada recomendable....

La fotografía del plato que aparece en la carta, no se parece a lo que te traen,en concreto en la fotografía aparecen 5 trozos de aguacate que pueden corresponder a algo más de un cuarto de aguacate y te traen 3 trozos mínimos de aguacate. Reclamé y me trajeros 4 trozos más. Me indicaron que en el plato se incluyen 70 grs. de aguacate, sin una bascula no se cuánto son 70 grs, pero desde luego la cantidad servida me pareció ridícula.

Fui con una amigo a recoger un pedido de Uber Eats por una promo 2x1. Al llegar, le preguntamos a la encargada, Evelyn, si podíamos comer allí y nos dijo que sí. Aprovechamos también para pedir unos nachos. Nos sentaron en la mesa más alejada, completamente apartados del resto de comensales, una sensación bastante incómoda y poco acogedora, casi como si estorbáramos. Los nachos tardaron casi 25 minutos en llegar y lo que nos trajeron fue una cesta de nachos de bolsa, de dudosa procedencia, con un bowl de queso. Nada elaborado, nada especial y desde luego no acorde al precio que tenía. En resumen, una experiencia lamentable, tanto por el trato como por la calidad del producto. Nos fuimos con muy mal sabor de boca y no pienso volver.

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner cero. Nos avisan de que hay un retraso de veinte minutos o por ahí, media hora tardan en atendernos, y porque lo solicitamos nosotras, y una hora y la comida todavía no llega. No se sabe si es por falta de personal o simplemente disgusto con el cliente, ya que se ha visto como a las otras mesas se les sirve incluso cuando llegan más tarde que nosotras. Hemos reclamado y aun así llevamos esperando todo este tiempo, ni dos miserables vasos de agua han sido capaces de traer. Vergonzoso.

Pedimos un brunch un día que no había casi gente y tardaron 25 minutos en traernos un croissant a la plancha y unas tortitas con huevos fritos, sin el café y sin el zumo. Cuando ya pudimos tomar la bebida la comida estaba fría, si me dices que hay poco personal y el centro está saturado pues bueno, pero en un día tranquilo... En fin... Juzguen ustedes.

We placed an online order and it was a disaster. It was over 50 minutes late. They made the delivery driver go back to the restaurant to pick up the order, even though it was right next door. And I don't know why... the order arrived cold anyway. Inedible. And it wasn't cheap. Everything was terrible. Oh, and they don't answer the phone at all.

We went for afternoon tea at 5:30 pm; there were only three other tables occupied. After ordering, they brought our coffees, and 60 minutes later (and after complaining) they finally brought us a dish (there were four of us). After quite a while, they brought another, and finally, what was missing, arrived—to our surprise, a hot dish that was ice cold, as hard as a bone. An hour and a half later (it almost overlapped with dinner), we finished and left, never to return. This same thing has happened the last three times we've been, but that's it. We'll go to the other one that's much better.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I feel it's necessary for the establishment itself. The service couldn't have been worse. Appetizers didn't arrive and we had to cancel them, waiters kept running around and didn't know where the food or drinks were, they didn't greet us and seat us, they mixed up our order, the food took forever to arrive and was different from what we ordered, and they added things to the bill that we hadn't consumed... It's a real shame. We even overheard the waitress telling other customers that the restaurant was closed due to being "overcrowded" at 60% capacity at 3:15 PM. Management really needs to look into this.

I went to VIP for dinner the other day, and apart from the fact that it took 50 minutes to serve our food, the supposed hamburger that came with bacon and jam ironically only had a tiny piece of bacon. I asked twice for bacon, and you can see it in the photo after I asked twice. Awful.

"What you order on AliExpress/what you get" We arrived, and NO ONE served us. We had to peek into the kitchen to get someone to come and take our order. They served our food half an hour later (there were only 4 tables in the entire restaurant) and, to our surprise, the dishes were completely different from what was advertised.

We come to this VIPS restaurant very often because it's next to our workplace, but it always ends up being a disaster. The service is excruciatingly slow: they never bring the dishes at the same time, and when they do, the food or coffee is already cold. The portions are ridiculous: the tomato doesn't even cover the toast, and the salt is minimal. On other occasions, we've been served cold pasta and bread after we'd already finished it, after asking for it several times. Today, it's the same again. The waiters are slow and no one seems to be coordinating anything. You ask them about promotions, and they're not helpful at all. We're sorry because it's close by, but we won't be going back. A constant disappointment.

The food on the menu was terrible. I ordered "piri-piri chicken," and after half an hour of waiting, they told me they couldn't make it and would upgrade it to "beef," and it was extremely thin meat. The salad and hummus were terrible. Not to mention the service, long waits, and disorganization. Honestly, it would have been better if I had eaten at Mercadona. I'm attaching a photo of the dish and the location so they don't say I wasn't there later.

On Wednesday, September 17th, I arrived at the terrace at 10:30 a.m., presumably open, judging by the photos I'm about to include. Upon arrival, I noticed the door where the waiters exit was open, and two people who work in VIPs were sitting at a table. After 20 minutes of sitting on the terrace with my baby, I went inside, and he told me the waiter was alone and couldn't serve the terrace. I'm attaching photos below, as there were literally three customers inside. What a lack of enthusiasm for work and what a way to ruin a business, which seems to have been going under for a long time. Also, the terrace tables are completely dirty, as are the chairs, with bird droppings. Regrettable.

Service Very Very slow. Bad quality of food. Se order a pepito and not meat at all!! The coke zero had bad taste and the croquetas not arrive until the end of out plates!! Disaster
