This was highly recommended to my boyfriend, so it was the choice to try on our outing. We didn't know what it really was, just that it was good. It's actually the best concept I've seen in a long time! It's like Hot Harry's/Moe's/Subway "build your meal" style, but with Italian food and high quality proteins, and they don't skimp on anything. Definitely found a new favorite!

Delicious every time! The menu has interesting items, and you can modify an existing entree, or you can make your own! Their sauces- marinara, Alfredo, vodka, and pesto are all super yummy... I especially love the pesto!

I am very fortunate to have this fine establishment in close proximity to my house. Marilyn and all the staff at Bellini's do an extraordinarily excellent job in serving their customers. I had an amazing experience visiting Bellini's counter for the first time this past Friday. The parking lot can get very filled so you may have to park on the other side of the plaza. Inside the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and has a great atmosphere for professional dining or dining with family and friends. They have a great menu to select from in addition to plenty of drink options. I highly recommend this venue.

If you have never been here you are missing out. If I worked closer I would be there every day at lunch. It is outstanding. Skip the burgers and subs...get a unique meal that is better for your body and taste buds.

Great fast casual lunch stop. Delicious food, healthy options and decent prices. Orders involving steak can take quite a bit longer than ones with pre-cooked meat but... It's cooked to order steak. I only wish there was a Bellini's counter near where I work now in Saratoga!

I feel like I’ve been living under bridge not knowing about Belini’s counter. We ordered 2 nights in a row and they knocked it out of the park both nights. Healthy delicious meals with good portions and priced perfectly. Highly recommend.

$5 for a whole bowl of pasta (kids) fills me up and the sauce is delicious. Staff is friendly. Sometimes they don't fill up the adult bowl the same size as the kids bowl.

I work close by and I love Bellini's Counter for lunch. I order online, get an email with the time my meal will be ready and I go pick it up! The order is always perfect and the staff is super friendly. The vegetables are always fresh and the meat always perfectly cooked. The meatballs are second only to my husband's! The pasta is perfectly al dente. If you like sweet and tangy peppers you must try the peppadews. I usually ask for extras! If you're going to be coming here regularly, make sure you ask for a punch card and your 10th meal will be free.

Everytime I go to Belinni's Counter the food tastes great. the prices are very fair for the amount of food you get. The pasta bowl in enough food for two meals, or a meal and a snack if you're hungry. This is a great option if you are craving sit-down quality Italian food, but don't have time for it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bellini’s Counter for lunch, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. It's not often that you consider Italian food for a midday meal, but the food at Bellinis Counter was really great and the staff was kind and helpful. The highlight for me was their Chicken Cutlet Wrap, transformed into a Caesar salad version. If you're in search of a good lunch spot, I highly recommend! It’s kind of like Core Life for people who enjoy Italian (with high quality food). Parking was also easy which can be a challenge at some lunch spots in Latham.

GREAT food!!! We were a little unsure how to order, it was our first time there. I was visiting my daughter at Siena College and this place came very highly recommended. The food was awesome, we will for sure be back on parents weekend!! It would be awesome if there was a discount for the college students though.

Went there for the first time ever on 4/20 for the pack a bowl special. I thought the promotion was really clever. I had been wanting to go for a while and I couldn’t pass up a deal like that. The line was long and I was really impressed by how fast it moved. That and I’m sure the staff was stressed but they were all so friendly. Now let’s get to the food.. I got the rigatoni with vodka sauce and sausage. I love all of the topping options they had available. I got grilled veggies extra vodka sauce and grated parm. It was my intention to only try it and then have the rest of it the next day. Welp I couldn’t stop my self and ate half of the bowl haha! The vodka sauce was great. They also gave out coupon cards for 4/20 bounce back 25% off a sub so guess who’s going back there already. Even without the discount I will be coming more often! 10/10 recommend this place!

Went here for lunch on a weekday with two really awesome people. This was my first time going here. I really liked the bowl options. I basically had a Caesar salad bowl but you can customize whatever you want and they had a lot of options to choose from. We ate inside and that area was nice too. Prices were reasonable and the portions were a pretty good size. Overall I was happy with the experience. Would recommend trying it out if you've never been.

Super cool! Essentially an Italian version of Moe's Southwest/Chipotle. I felt the pasta was over cooked but the meatballs were delicious!

This is a great alternative to chipotle. It works the same way but with pasta and sauce instead of rice and beans. Quite a creative idea and the taste is quite good as well. I wish the workers were a bit more generous. The portions are good, but they will not give you extra of anything you ask. I asked for extra roasted broccoli; I received on additional one. Same thing happened when I asked for extra vegetables, and my friend got charged for extra sauce. But overall, I'd definitely suggest you try it out.

The food and value is definitely worth five stars. You get a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Pasta is done al dente, and they give you just enough sauce so that the bowl is flavourful but not saturated. My only two issues are the parking (limited, especially around lunch) and online orders. When you arrive, it is not clear where to go to pick up your food, and I was stuck waiting until others waiting on the line were served. I then had to turn around as I was leaving because the take-away bag had no cutlery and no napkins. So while the food was good, you don't save much time by ordering online. Skip online ordering and just head into the store.

Great and probably only counter serve Italian food I've seen. They messed up my wife's online order so be sure to check before you leave the store. No big deal, maybe just order in store. Great portions, the small is more than enough for me for a decent on the go Alfredo.

Very limited main course's, good selection of add on's. For the price I would prefer to be waited on. Food is good service very courteous and friendly and fast.

The pasta is pre cooked and re heated - I get it’s done to save time but it ends up undercooked and crunchy or over cooked and mushy.

Ordered a large salad with salmon. The salmon portion could definitely be larger. The cucumbers were bitter and some of the artichokes had hard pieces which were inedible. All in all, salad was good. May go back again. $14.00.

Not what I expected. The sandwiches are NOTHING like a real NYC hero sandwich. The roll used is nothing like a real Italian bread one might get in an Italian deli in Brooklyn or the Bronx. I threw out the bread and just ate the cutlet. That was ok. not juicy and not covered with real Italian tomato sauce and real melting mozzerella. The counter people could make no modifications to the fixed selection choices. So no substitutions. That was OK, because they were otherwise very polite.

I had always enjoyed Bellinis Counter when I was located downtown (New Scotland area) with my coworkers. We stopped at the one in Latham and it was okay. We didn't get a lot of extras and our bill was over $50 for 3 of us. I had asked for breadsticks and did not receive them with our meal. I want to point out it's primarily my fault that I didn't get a receipt. My DIL asked for them and they were given to us. On the way out we were stopped to be told that they had to be paid for. So with a lengthy line of annoyed people waiting, they went through the receipts. I am on crutches so it was getting harder to stand. I literally just wanted to give them back after we were told no charge (along those lines). It was awkward for all of the waiting people when the breadsticks were not worth $4.27. The food is not inexpensive and I would rather get pasta from a local eatery in the future.

I’ve gone to belinis counter for years. The quality has just gotten worse over the years. From the mushy chicken cutlet, oddly chopped vegetables(who wants giant pieces of onion or cucumber in their salad) this is not worth the $14. I have had this happen multiple times. Please bring back the quality into your food bc when it first opened it was great now it’s horrible.

No really a lunch place. I was ignored when I went in and could not understand the menu so I just walked out.

The company I work for orders lunch from here approximately once a week. My order is NEVER correct, whether it is called in by myself or someone else. Last time I ordered a wrap, they gave me a salad. Luckily for me, the person that picked it up noticed before leaving and had them make it into a wrap. We ordered today, and they actually made me a wrap, but when I specifically asked something to be excluded from my order, there was EXTRA. Of course, I had to disassemble it and pick stuff out. Every previous order has been a pasta dish, which I stopped ordering after realizing that no, they didn't just make it wrong, their pasta dishes actually are that tasteless. It is incredibly unfortunate. The food really isn't all that great, so from now on if my company wants to order from here, I will be going elsewhere on my own. Do not think I will not try to sway them to order anywhere else first though!

First time trying Bellinis. I ordered a chicken wrap. It was close to opening time and all the vegetables weren’t out and ready. So I was limited to red onion and lettuce. The wrap and chicken and rice were so overly seasoned that hours later I’m still burping up what seems to be Italian seasoning. There was no ice for drinks and the table I chose to sit at was rickety and spilled my soda everywhere. Won’t be returning ever again.

I love bellinis and their food but the quality of who is serving the food has really gone down over the past couple years. Found a hair in my food the last time i ordered from here on Doordash. Was absolutely disgusted. I dont think the workers there now are held to that high of a standard. Its unfortunate because their food would be great if they had workers who seemed to care.

The Latham Bellinis seems mismanaged compared to Stuyvesant Plaza. The wrap wasn’t toasted enough, the chicken cutlets were dry and over cooked. The romaine lettuce was wilted and turning brown. Most tables were dirty and full of crumbs. The staff wasn’t friendly, however they were also not rude. They didn’t seem too happy to work there.

First of all are employees supposed to wear name tags? Because no one is wearing them. I have just finished entering this Bellinis and I will say the employees there were very unapproachable. Felt rushed/not listened to as a customer when ordering! The quality of this place has gone downhill! Don’t bother coming to this location! I hope the other locations are actually better than this.

I have eaten there before. I noticed they have significantly reduced their portion sizes by half. I asked an employee and he told me the portions sizes have been reduced. He also admitted he was new there. I asked the manager and she confirmed what the male employee told me. The portions sizes have been reduced, but not the prices. An uninspiring experience. I would not go back.

I just opened my doordash order and a MASSIVE FLY came out of the bowl of food. How do you pack someones food and not notice theres a fly buzzing around in the package? Now this half inch beast is loose in my house and I'm sketched out about my meal.

I ask the owner can I get a slice of lemon one morning. Because the GM is NEVER on time. He said yes. No problem. Its the store Gm and Asst Gm said no. Brad told me. He dont care if I ask or anything. I can not have a slice of lemon. Nevermind Im at work on time. Losing minutes because their not at work. And I couldn't clock in at scheduled time. Not professional at all. I pay for my water and food everyday. Im doing most of the running and prep. And I get told they dont care. I cant have a slice of lemon. Even though Im a customer at the time. Great way of showing your hard working employee how you really feel. I also havent received my last check. Thank you Brad for showing how truly young minded you are and unprofessional. Just know. I NEVER WORK in the food industry and was told NOT to use a rag to wash dishes. And I've been in the business over 25yrs. They store their food longer then suppose to. Dressing should be date dot. But not. So you may be getting a week or over old dressing. The company do have potential. Thank You!

Tiny chicken cutlet nestled in a loaf of stale bread. I’d recommend avoiding this place. Overpriced and poor quality in a dingy setting. $24 for a chicken sandwich and bottled juice.

Their breadsticks were so dry and much smaller than pictured, the floors are filthy, and it’s so dark inside makes me wonder if it’s to cover up dirty tables and floors

Edit: the third bowl with Alfredo that I have had in the last few weeks and it’s become obvious that you’re watering the Alfredo sauce down. The flavor is hardly existent. I know prices are up but jeez, the bowl is barely edible. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, thanks anyways. The food is good, prices are reasonable, staff is pretty competent BUT the tables are ALWAYS dirty and I never see anyone wiping them down. I am at the restaurant as I type this review, 7 tables have stuff on them (it’s not busy, there’s no line at the counter). I had to wipe mine off with a napkin so I could eat.

Very disappointed with my half filled salads that I paid nearly $15 a piece. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Will never return. Market Bistro is half the price and actually fill my dish. This was a disgrace.

Well, where shall I begin. The food was picked up at 6:21pm after being ordered around 6pm or shortly after. Ok this was a quick turn around for supposed authentic itlalian cuisine- but I will give it a shot- if it evers arrives. Delivery 6:43pm Food ( a build your own pasta) wasn't hot at all. No extra sauces existed ( that i paid for) no extra chicken was provided (that i paid for). Their bread sticks taste like a frozen aisle offering and the red (marinara) sauce is comparable to the grocery store shelf brand..two thumbs down. On to the salad- while I received the right one and portion size was appropriate- there was no dressing (nor extra dressing that i paid for) and toppings to lettuce was highly disproportionate. I was highly disappointed and will not be dining at this location and am hesitant to try the others. Good luck to others who patronize this establishment

Arrived a few minutes before our pickup was due to be ready, & kept checking the pickup rack. Finally after about ten minutes asked & was told it was ready behind the counter and had been there for a while! Why didn't they put it out for pickup?? Looking at our food one bowl was drastically emptier than when we normally order it, plus they failed to give the dressing on the side. Went back to the cashier to inquire and was told this is a serving size! We have ordered this before and always received a reasonable portion, not this joke! The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, all in all a terribly disappointing dining experience.

Our first and probably last time at this Latham location. The place was dirty and the person at the counter preparing my wife's salad was cleaning the counter and the went to get a big bin of green salad then started to load food into my wife's container with her hands. She never changed the gloves, she used the same dirty gloves to handle chicken and the salad. We started gagging and left the restaurant. Note: Please train your help to change gloves every time they handle food or have them use the tongs.

The food was okay, nothing spectacular, but not bad! The place was FILTHY! Your feet stuck to the floor! Your arms stuck to the table! The first table we chose rocked so bad we switched to another equally "sticky" one. The bathroom needed a good cleaning as well. The Albany Health Dept. had a rating of "excellent" posted by the door. Are they blind? This was my first visit and I will NEVER go back!!!!

Very disappointing first visit. The food was lacking flavor and the restaurant both inside and out was very dirty. The staff was friendly though. I’ve always heard good things about Bellini’s Restaurant, and maybe this is a more basic option as a quick lunch counter, but way below my expectations for an Italian restaurant. We frequent local high end Italian restaurants and this can’t hold a candle to those. The pasta and sauce was more like the jarred stuff we ate in college. We won’t be back and are now discouraged from trying their regular restaurant in the future.

There is no way that this restaurant would pass an inspection. The latham location has gone completely down hill. The countertop they prepare your food on was filthy, covered in bread crumbs. The workers were touching everything with the same pair of gloves on. Lots of cross contamination. I walked right out! The site of a dirty kitchen and workers throwing wet noodles in a bowl completely grossed me out. Definitely lost a loyal customer.

The food is amazing but we had ordered food on DoorDash too go and pick it up, and when we got there we waited 45 minutes too a hour for our food, there was one guy who made all the food while two young girls sat there and just fooled around which I thought was ridiculous. Never have I ever had too wait that long for a take out order they weren’t even busy. They were very rude the two girls especially. It just shows that they don’t care. And it was very rude and disrespectful. Maybe don’t have teenagers run your restaurant or if you do train them better. We were absolutely robbed and pissed off should’ve gotten free food. We ordered it at 6:30 and got there at 6:40 and waited another hour for our food when it said it was ready. Safe too say we were pissed off.

Don't waste your money. Spent $50 and this is the pathetic portion we received. We've ordered this before and never received such a meager serving, but they refused to do anything about it when we brought it to their attention. Lousy, rude service and declining quality and portions of food. We're done with this place. Plenty of better options available elsewhere. If I want Italian I'll just go to Olive Garden or Delmonico's or literally anywhere else.
