Great Heath Dilly Bars a little slow on drive thru service but ok
Everyone here is kind and professional (and they smile!!). My food came dressed beautifully with a fork placed purposely on a napkin. My food tasted great! You can tell that they care here!
Just want to give a shout out to the two girls working on Saturday, August 5, 2023. Seems like two employees did not show up for work today. The two young ladies were doing their best to keep the place open with the dine in and drive through on a very hot summer day. I just wanted to thank them for waiting on us. They did great. In my honest opinion, I think these two girls deserve a raise. 👏
Jaden was super cool, friendly, and efficient on the intercom with a busy line. When I got to the window he greeted me politely and got my blizzards out quickly, thank you very much Jaden for the amazing service you’re awesome!
If a manager reads this please give props to Melissa!!! She was so sweet taking our order, had great customer service, and was quick. Haven’t had such lovely service like this in a while. Made our sweet treat sweeter! Thanks Melissa!!!
Our visit to this DQ was totally different than the one on Fredericksburg Rd. I take my elderly Aunt and Mom (both disabled), and was able to order via the drive thru. No hassle. The lady was very kind and cordial. Our food and ice cream were great. We will be back! I'm glad this DQ cares about their patrons. Thank you!
Been coming to this Dairy Queen forever. I drive a little extra to come to this one. Food is great. Ice cream is even better.
ICE CREAM CONE DAY!! The employees were amazing with keeping up with the crowd. The line was moving along fairly fast . They just didn't have the flavored dip that we wanted (cotton candy). The kitchen also got the food out very fast and fresh. This location is by far way better with friendly faces and good service than the one at medical. That one is trash. Do not go to that location. You want fabulous food and service. This is the location to be at🤗
Very clean DQ with a VERY friendly staff. We dined in and the food and drinks were delivered to our table by two very friendly employees.
Usually not my rating for Dairy Queen but Joel at the window was polite, funny and professional. Give that man a raise .
Showed up tonight (Thursday) with 18 people during the dinner rush for a surprise Birthday Party for my best friends 53rd Birthday. The staff was on point. The service was wonderful, and patient with our group, the food was great, and the space was perfect. We all fit perfectly in the front dining room. All 18 meals and desserts were made right... ZERO COMPLAINTS. Shout out to tonight's crew for being awesome.
This was my first visit to this DQ location. Unfortunately I did not get the cashier's name but he was very polite and friendly. Excellent Custer service from him, I noticed he was always smiling.😊 Aftering delivering my FREE mini blizzard, he asked how our meal was. Which I thought was awesome, a rare occurrence in fast food restaurants. He handled the front cashiering, and providing outstanding customer service as well as the drive thru orders, all at same time. Give that young man a raise! Or at least a free blizzard! Lol...🤣 Restaurant was clean as well. As I mentioned above about the FREE mini blizzard, if you download the "Texas" DQ app & sign up for rewards program they immediately send you a message that contains the FREE blizzard. I did that while I was eating. And got dessert on the house! Thanks DQ!! I will definitely visit this DQ again next time I'm in the Leon Valley!
I've gone through the drive-thru 3 times in the past month. Each time the service has been quick and courteous, and the food has been excellent. I'll definitely be back soon!
Edit: they now take the DQ Food and treats app. So increasing to 5 stars. Good food, good service, clean store. They no longer take the DQ Texas app. They updated their registers a couple of weeks ago and they said they would be switching from DQ Texas app to the DQ Food and Treats app and would only honor the offers in the DQ Texas app for a few days. Well I downloaded the other app and its been almost 2 weeks and it still reads this location as unavailable. And they won't accept offers off of the DQ Texas app, which still has this location listed, because of the switch. If it wasn't for this I would give them 5 stars. I used to visit twice a week now I am going to cut back. Pic is from DQ Texas app you can see which locations use which app. And it has this location still listed as accepting DQ Texas and not DQ food and treats.
I have always loved the tacos and belt buster. Jalitos. Sundaes. Have green mint covering for ice cream right now 💚. Service can sometimes be a little slow but I do wait for food 😋 😀
Totally worth the wait! Please be patient…this is the only DQ in the area so it will almost certainly be busy. The staff was kind and friendly. The new Crumblin’ Cookie Cone is AMAZING! Try it! The food is always great. I drive 30 minutes just to get food here. I know people like the convenience of the drive through… but order a cone and sit inside and wait for your food. It’s quite nice and I’d rather wait with a snackie 🥰
They did an awesome job with my sis and bro-in-law's wedding ice cream cake! It was exactly what they wanted and it was delicious. Special thanks to Louis (or Luis) who took the order, designed the cake, and sent me pictures to ensure that this was what we wanted! Excellent attention to detail. I see so many negative reviews, but when I stopped by, the crew did a very good job.
Went to Dairy Queen during lunch time. The cashier was on point in regards to Covid-19 safety. She kept us 6ft apart, masked up and kept the eating areas sanitized as patrons left. I felt safe dining in because of the inforced precautions. The restaurant was clean and the tables were marked sanitized once they were disinfected.
This place is not that busy most of the time we go and get ourselves an ice cream cone. But service is S. L. O. W. for some reason? 2 vehicle's a head of us in the drive thru, 1 other vehicle in the parking lot and it took 15 minutes for 3 cones and a large blizzard. . . Oh, and they don't Carry their awesome "Chicken and Dumplings" b that are offered at other locations???
Much better experience at this Dairy Queen location than the other. This location seems pretty popular, so you may have to wait a little for your order depending on when you visit. I ordered the meal deal and a large blizzard with extra toppings. My total was just over $15, extremely good deal in my eyes. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine wasn’t working properly, so there wasn’t enough ice cream for the sundae (which comes with the meal). They offered a dilly pop instead. I’m not sure if my blizzard turned out the way it did due to the faulty machine or not, but it didn’t have many toppings, much less than the other location. (It borderline was a vanilla blizzard.) The customer service was very nice though. Outstanding communication skills on the drive thru person’s part. My burger that I added cheese to was standard, surprisingly more pickles than expected. The fries were good, simple. I’ll drive the extra mile or two to get food here if it means a friendlier exchange.
I gave this Dairy Queen five stars across the table, but only four overall because I had ordered takeout when I got home I was short two of my orders entrées however, the man behind the grill, Carla saw to it that he expedited my meals out and even gave me a cheeseburger and fries that I forgot to order on the house so I would recommend the Dairy Queen to anybody and everybody thank you, Carla
Drive through for some ice cream blizzard. They made us wait at the speaker for a few minutes to take our simple order of two blizzard. They got one of the flavors wrong. Took them both and they where both good.
Very slow service. Nobody wants to work so expect to be in line for a while in the drive thru. Might as well do your taxes for the year while waiting. Or drive off like I did after wasting 10 minutes. *UPDATE. 5/23/24 SERVICE IS STILL SLOW BUT MY BURGER WAS FRESH AND LOVED MY BANANA SPLIT.
I've been here several times. The service is SO slow. Honestly, I'll only go to this DQ if I know that I've got an extra 30-45 minutes to spare waiting in line. Otherwise, I'll plan on going somewhere else. The manager should know that the service here is SUPER slow. Today, I kept an eye on the Dairy Queen line. It was taking maybe 7-8X as long as the Arby's across the street. 😅 The employees are super friendly, and I'm sure it's a great team to work with. Great service! I've never actually had an issue with it. But with service this slow I'm sure this Dairy Queen has to be losing out on a pretty significant chunk of business.
We arrived after 2pm. There was a line of 3-4 families. We ordered 2 blizzards and waited longer than expected. There was a sign that they were short staffed. Napkins seem to be a commodity here. I had to request them. My kids may be older, but we still need napkins.
It wasn't very busy, but they took forever to receive our 3 ice cream cones and a blizzard. .... Oh and the manager needs to add"The chicken and Dumplings" to this menu. Other Dairy Queen's carry it, but not this one. ...
Ordered 2 medium chocolate dipped cones , they barely had 2 sections very disappointed. We even questioned about the very small size. Answer was that's medium. WOW what a change since last time.
Whatever you do, do NOT go through the drive-thru, as it is 80x slower and your ice cream will likely be beginning to melt by the time it is provided to you. If you go in, service is much faster and the ice cream is not halfway melted. If your goal is speed, don’t do the drive-thru.
We ordered 4 Ice creams and it took a while to get it through drive thru. The guy who sounded young at the intercom was so impatient. He was asking on the sizes and before we can even say which one he wants to right away say "small". So we had to correct him. He spoked so fast that we had to repeat what he said to make sure he got it correct. Once we pulled up to the window, it was a young girl who I'm assuming had taken over. She was a lot better, polite and patient.
We had burgers and fries. The food was good. The nozzle on the Sprite was missing so we got splashed. The employees don't smile at all. They are not mean just not friendly or care to be there.
Our food and ice cream was great. The assistant manager at the counter with the large framed glasses and forearm tattoos was robotically rude to everyone. I know what working fast food can do to a person's spirit so I get being unhappy at work. People can be awful to food workers! But, some of us are genuinely nice people that don't deserve to feel like a burden while ordering food at restaurant. I felt like I was bothering her at work.
This place is not worth it. The patties are thin. The bread is so dry n old, it flakes. They are stingy with their toppings and make u pay extra after already paying for extra. So I paid double just for extra toppings. I've never been to a dairy queen this stingy with what I've paid for. And the laziness of the worker. I asked for substitutions, and he said he couldn't do it. My whole order was wrong. I had 3 meals. I came off of reviews and I wont ever again.
I'm giving 2 Stars not necessarily for the food. The food is okay. I'm not really into fast food this is more for the service... I'm not knocking the kids working there. Mainly upper management and owners. You really need to train your younger employees. I know it's hard to find help right now but they need to be more efficient and organized it took me over 45 minutes for me to receive my order and at the same time I fixed one your equipment that an employee was having problems with.
Went to place an order at the drive thru and got a “HELLO?” as if I wasn’t the one waiting for them. Gave me a medium when I asked for a large combo and still put ice when I asked for no ice. I usually don’t care when it comes to small stuff like this but when you’re rude as hell and forget ALL of the things I asked for I’m going to complain.
Where to start with this DQ. I've never been poisoned with their food so maybe I should have given it a three. However, I've always been emotionally disturbed each time I go with the poor management skills exhibited in this location. The employees are distressed and not supported. The drive through line is atrocious but yet people are so hungry and hot for soft serve ice cream, even myself, Will wait an hour in a relatively small carline to get some. If you eat inside, be prepared to ask for napkins each time you need a couple. They keep it behind the counter so you can't get them yourself. This is absurd for ice cream shop. I think the DQ company has a nice app but a very poor application as far as the cashiers are concerned. For people serving ice cream supposed to bring people joy, these people are cranky and a bit incompetent. I have a great suspicion that the manager keeps this place under staffed at all times to make some money and pinch some pennies. It makes me annoyed. I promise I'm not this curmudgeon in every review.. also Dairy Queen, why is whipped cream not included on your ice cream sundaes. They need to get a grip on their customer service..
I live just up the street from this location. Decided to give another try, well they did not disappoint. Of course how can you get any worse. Lady in drive thru, was anti social. Wasn't rude, just not friendly. I ordered and paid for medium blizzard, got a small. Guess I'll either have to avoid the chain all together, or try different location.
Won't be going back to this location anymore, they stopped giving the usual senior discount of 10%.
Drink machine wasn't working so you have go rely on the staff to get you're drinks if you want more. Good customer service is a rare thing these days. Greeting your customers with a smile and thanking them goes a long way. This place is always really slow on top of the unfriendly staff. Maybe if the people training the new employees were a little more enthusiastic and showed pride in their work, then maybe their trainees would reflect just that. If those are managers training new people in (which I would assume) then perhaps they should consider a different place of employment. Its obvious they don't care for their job, and now the people they are training in reflect that same negative mindset from their superiors, thus leading them to think their behavior is acceptable. Smh
Drive thru was very slow. I sat at the order menu for 14 minutes before someone took my order. There was no one ahead of me in line either. No explanation or apology for the wait was given. So I guess it's just normal.
The last two times I’ve gotten blizzards here they only had the mixed candy on about the top 1/4. The other 3/4 is just plain ice cream. I thought it was a fluke the first time but they are 2 for 2. They are clearly trying to cut costs. I won’t be going back to this location. I don’t want a cup of plain ice cream. Oh, also all the employees are mad and it’s got the vibe of a prison in there.
This dairy queen is super slow and always gets your order wrong. The drive thru takes only one order at a time and will make you wait at least 30 minutes even with only one car in front of you. The only reason I even went back is because my daughter wanted a dipped cone, but it is not worth wasting your time.
0 Stars!! The staff here is SO rude to Uber Eats drivers and don’t communicate respectfully! The workers purposefully made my husband wait longer than usual for an order after a disrespectful interaction from their part.
I'm not sure how this is fast food? A person would get their food faster at any other restaurant. 50 minutes in a drive-thru line is ridiculous!
Girlfriend chipped a tooth in their cobler blizzard. They admitted that they knew there were bone-hard chunks mixed in (how does that make sense in I've cream??) and I had to pull teeth for corporate number. Was told owner would reach out. They never did. What do you expect from a place that knowingly allows dangerous things on the menu? Do not come here for your own safety. Place is trash compared to 15 years ago.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION. I went through the drive thru and ordered two blizzards. One was the hot cocoa with Oreos and the other a regular M&M. when I was handed them I questioned my order cause it didn’t look like what was on the picture but just a cookies and cream ice cream the man said yes but it’s supposed to come with whipped cream. If it’s supposed to come with it why wasn’t I given it how it’s supposed to come. I’m paying for the whole blizzard right? I left it alone and drove home but soon noticed both cups were dripping and saw that both cups had huge slashes on them. I called to inform the manager and she shrugged it off and told me to go back to the store. I’m already home why would I go back? I’ve been trying to give this place a chance but this location just sucks. DO NOT GO HERE.
No cars ahead of us in line and the lady wouldn’t answer the drive thru after multiple “hello?” attempts, there were cars behind us so we decided to just pull up to the window. We ordered at the window so we told her there were cars waiting at the speaker incase she didn’t have her headset on. We were trying to be helpful but she snapped at us that she was taking orders at the front. Well geez, just say I’ll be with you in a moment instead of radio silence causing people to leave. But I’m sure they rather people leave, I don’t know if they don’t pay them a good wage or are always understaffed but this DQ has to be the slowest and rudest one I’ve ever been too. I always give the benefit of the doubt but there’s been multiple instances of rudeness, or ridiculous wait times.
Drive thru always takes forever. They’ll have you waiting for almost 10 minutes at the menu/speaker box before they finally take your order. Even if you try to get their attention, no response. Then it’s a long wait at the window to get your food, too. It’s honestly incredible that they’re allowed by management to keep doing this.
For the last handful of months, the drive-thru service has been horrible. I know everyone is needing more employees, but this review is directed towards management and ownership. There's no reason customers should be waiting 45+ minutes in the drive thru line on any given day. They should assign an employee to come outside and take orders at each car waiting, which would minimize waiting time. By the time, each car makes it to the pickup window, the orders would be close to being ready. And then maybe make actual food orders pull to the side lane after ordering,and allowing dessert orders to filter through, while food orders are being cooked.
Ordered a banana split, waited about 50 minutes in the drive thru, got home to what looked like a premade and completely frozen banana split. Bananas were rock hard frozen, pineapples, everything. Called to speak to a manager several times and no answer.
Lady at the drive through is very rude when ordering. And you know it's bad when after you have paid for your order and they ask you for the receipt because they forgot what you ordered and then tell you to park and wait for your food. I should have known better then ordering from here when they have a sign about return policies and complaints.
After a 10 plus minute wait in the drive thru as the 3rd car i got to the order board just to be told they'd take my order in a minute. Left the line to park and go in to order a blizzard and it still took at least another 7 minutes but i was able to get out before the guy in front of my from the drive thru even got his food. That's with at least 6 or 7 people working there. Has to be the slowest DQ in America
Called to politely ask if they could add ketchup packets to my Uber eats order because they literally never do. Manager said he would but when I received my order there were no ketchup packets and my blizzard was COMPLETELY melted. Literally warm. Definitely did it out of spite. Like we get it ma, your broke, life sucks and your girl probably cheating on you but no need to take it out on your customers. Just remember it's down the river not across the bridge. Fire yourself.
pulled up to the drive-thru menu, have not said a word. teenager screams :GIVE ME A MINUTE!!". 6 mins later a voice says "what do ya want!?".I calmly try to place an order, he shouts "Speak up!". I place the order and want to strangle this punk!
After our visit today, we discovered a foreign rubber object in one of our DQ Blizzard treats. The discovery was not only disgusting but also deeply disturbing. Given the potential for further harm and contamination, we decided to discard the Blizzards and refrained from returning to the establishment. We had previously enjoyed DQ’s offerings and had not visited in several years. However, this incident has left us with a strong negative impression and a desire to exercise caution. Unfortunately, our attempts to contact DQ by phone, were met with a lack of responsiveness, as no one answered, which further reinforces our concerns about the safety and quality of their food.
The older lady at the drive-thru is very rude. As soon as I drove up to the speaker she had a nasty attitude I told her my order and she still got it wrong. She snatched my credit card out of my hand and then when I told her she got my order wrong she wants to get even more of an attitude and slam the window. This lady is doing a disservice to DQ. I'll just make the extra drive and go to another one from now on.
Food was cold. Got wrong order. Everything was terrible. Never eat there!
Came to eat with my kiddos to try the 2 for 4.99 deal and at first was met with a line to order but once we reached the cashier she was pleasant and polite and quickly took my order . That was at 7:43 pm as per the receipt. We were given our cups for drinks then sat down and waited . Waited , waited and at 8:08 I went up to check on my order . The young lady who took my order initially checked with the cook and told me they were still working on it . I then waited…, waited…, and tried to keep my hungry kids chill before going back up to the counter at 8:39 to see where our food was ? The cashier looked puzzled and said “Oh I thought you were ready for your ice cream cones ?” Then I told we never got our order and she went over to the cook to ask what happened to the order. The cook then looked over at me shrugged his shoulder and said a Doordasher came over so I don’t know maybe he took it ? Then another male employee said he accidentally labeled my order as here to pick up not as Dining In . The cook just went on to say I don’t know but it’s not here . I then waited a couple minutes while the young lady proceeded to refund my money and apologized for the inconvenience. My advice for future diners here, maybe go drive thru ( we got to see at least 10 cars go through while waiting for our order) or like my family will be doing from now on , EAT ELSEWHERE.
Whoever they have working the drive thru she is rude. I always come here because I stay up the street and she has the same rude attitude I am a GM of a restaurant myself I would not have her working my drive thru at all.
Super slow! Drive thru is incredibly slow be ready to wait 30 min - 1 hour and ice cream was okay. Not worth it, try another location
Fast food can have either long waits or bad customer service. This had both. I waited 12 minutes at the speaker to order. When the person finally took my order, she was snappy and rude. I pulled up to the window just to wait another 10 minutes. There was two people in drive thru. When she finally opened the window, she told me my total. I had ordered two different orders to prevent splitting cash and card. So I asked her for the second total as well. She huffed and took another minute to pull it all back up. She finally told me and I paid with a card for the first one. She handed me it back with the receipts and the 2 blizzards, 1 shake, 2 dipped cones, and 2 dilly bars. I asked her to put my cones in cups and she once again got defensive and threw them in cups, cracking the chocolate. She then collected my cash and shut the window without another word. I hadn't gotten my receipt or a straw for my shake. She took another 5 minutes making the car behind me order. She walked by 3 diffrent times, looking directly at me and ignoring when I knocked on the window. During this time I also watched a cook grab his phone with glives on before going back to making food. Eventually she opened up the window again and snapped a "what do you want?" I informed her that I didn't get my second receipt or my straw. She argued eith me saying she had given it to me. I explained to her that I had the first, but not the second. And then when she was struggling to find it, I retold her the order to help her out. She eventually called over anothdr worked for a card and rerung it up for my recipt, which I do appreciate. She went to shut it on me again, but I stopped her and let her know I needed a straw still. She not only sneered at me and looked me up and down. But she then looked at my backseat, where my 5 year old sister was sitting with the shake. She gave her the same nasty look before shoving the straw at me and slamming the window shut. I am a fast food worker. I understand being understaffed and the only one on headseat. I understand theres little a window worker can do about long wait times, especially with alot of ice creams that take time. But if you have those times, you need to improve your customer service. You need to counteract it better than that. She had no right to give my sister that look nor to get so upset that I wanted a receipt. I don't recommend this place at all. There are far better ice cream spots in the area. I'd recommend Sonic before this. It was not good nor worth it. The blizzards were melted as well.
Worse location ever!!!!!! They take soooooooo long to make food.... You wait about 40mins inside and about 25 on drive thru.. managers always have head phones on and don't care.. employees always playing around and not making food..... Horrible here, never coming back
THE OLD LADY AT THE WINDOW RUDE . mad bc we did two separate orders ( two people in the car ) I CAN use 2 different apps. she said “ another code “ and slammed the window. and didn’t listen back on the speaker that I had to separate orders.I’m not sure if she don’t like her job or she not getting paid enough but you’re supposed to be RESPECTFUL. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING. blizzards not filled to the top , i ask for an extra topping and it’s never in there. takes 25 minutes just in line. apparently the lady runs her own icecream ?? like what , aren’t you supposed to keep your drive thru flowing??? and not run up your time clock , maybe it’s just this one 😂 never will I come here. I got the name of the “ manager “ and the lady at the window . I’ll be reporting. PLEASE DO BETTER. go to another DQ , it’ll be better !!!
The slowest DQ I've ever been to, and on numerous experiences. Nothing like waiting 20mins in line for a melted blizzard
25 minutes in line at the drive thru just for the cashier to not understand a word I was telling them about my order repeating myself dozens of times. Terrible customer service.
Saw the people working in there from the drive through microwaving burgers. I get home and my burger was missing bacon I asked for and my lettuce is very hot clearly microwaved. I called and they told me to drive back and bring my burger with the receipt I said I did not want to go back after waiting for like 45 minutes in the drive through line. She told me to bring the sandwich tomorrow with receipt and they will make me another. This place is horrible not worth 45 minutes wait. Don't GO!

We attempted to order an ice-cream at this DQ on Sunday June 22. There was only 2 cars in in line and said to myself this shouldn't take long. The car that was at thr speaker quickly moved up, so it's my turn to order. After 5 mins of waiting and no one came to the speaker to acknowledge that I was in the drive-thru I said "I'm ready to order". NOTHING, just drad silence. Now there's only 1 car in front of me and after 10 minutes that car got their order and took off. So I drove up to the window amd asked the lady does your speaker work? She said yes, I asked to take your order but you drove up. I told her I was sitting there for more than 15 minutes at no time did you acknowledge me sitting there. She said I'm taking orders and making the food. Would you like something to order or not. I'm thinking to myself, not with that attitude. I said mam if your under staff no problem, just acknowledge your customers waiting so I'm not sitting there wondering if your speaker works. Then she asked are you going to order. I said nope. Not no more I want the number to corporate. She left and and old man came to the window and asked if he could help me. I said not anymore, all I need is the number to corporate and the name of the lady that was there before. Her name is supposedly Diana. Well this DQ lost a customer due to Diane's lack of customer service.
I just dont understand how a drive thru can take 45 mins(and counting). You think after reading reviews it can’t possibly be true but I promise Ive tried this location 3 times now and Everytime has been a long wait but today by far has been the longest. It’s almost like they hope you drive away before ordering. I hate to say this but this is the time we come here.
Went through the drive through and ordered two blizzards. What we received were two half melted milkshakes. I called to complain and ask to have it remade I believe I spoke with the manager on the phone. Who informed me they could only refund me if I came directly back. I was under time restraints and unable to immediately meaning I had wasted 11$ for melted ice cream. They refused to refund the money at a later point.
Don't waste your money trying to add cheese to the burgers. I made an order through door dash, and when I received the items, cheese was on neither of the burgers. $1.60 just went to absolutely nothing. Fries were really soggy and cold. I knew ordering from here was a hit or miss, but definitely got the miss like usual.
So management knows that they can let the staff accept multiple orders at a time right? Waiting 30 minutes just to get to speaker and sit for another 10 minutes to order then waiting another 15 minutes for ticket time is insane. By the time you are even able to enjoy the food you've lost interest and it has lost its flavor/warmth. Been like this at this location for over 3 years. Cant tell me it takes as much time to make food here as it does at a sit in restaurant with steaks/sides that have to be made to order. This seems like a management issue running kitchen, not a staff issue. Let's do better, cause right now this isn't what we like about Texas.
Very rude employees… the atmosphere is just horrible attitudes definitely felt uncomfortable here! Edit: came back a year later to see if there was a difference… no difference if anything now I wanna put food at a 1 too because there was no sugar in my ice cream it wasn’t made right waited 5 mins at the drive thru intercom when there was no cars why are yall nutritious for taking forever with everything? Then I noticed the owner of the Dairy Queen here just puts a copy and paste “we are sorry hope you come back again/try it again! Thanks for your feedback” answer like come on now, welp I did try again and it’s still the same if not worse
Waited 20 minutes till we got to the window and received our food. The guy handed up just the box, no bag or napkins. He handed us the blizzard without a lid or straw. We asked for napkins 3 times and he looked at us like we were speaking another language so we never got any napkins.
WORST SERVICE EVER. Literally took me 1 hour just to get an icecream! And then they gave us the wrong order too. Pathetic
You can’t afford a loaf of bread. Should I take you one? You don’t serve the ends of the loaf to anyone. That’s horrible customer service. And you do it at the drive thru because we won’t see it until we get home. Do better. Properly train your employees.
Horrible experience, went to try the new swicy chicken basket and was told it wasn't a thing? besides that when I went to eat my food my side of gravy with my chicken strips was melted so cant even eat that .. on top of staff being rude.
Honestly very disappointed in this location. I ordered ONLINE and it gave me a ready time of 8:16. And I get there not even a few minutes later around 8:22 and my order wasnt complete. I even had one of the employees ask me if I was even at the right location. Almost another 5 minutes later im still waiting. Then this other employee came out holding my blizzards A.with no lids and B no holder when it was an online order pickup. He drops one of my lids, and I just so happen to see hes handling my items with no gloves and he has a smudge of red on his hand that looked like a cut. I complained to the manager about how hes handling orders with no gloves and I complained about the wait when I put in an online order for a reason. It took another couple minutes for another employee to come out with gloves thank god with my fresh order.
Every time I come here the service is trash. I said my order was for here and of course yall made it to go. Reece (cashier) it’s okay to greet people and say thank you. Especially, when a 6 year old toddler pays as they don’t understand why you were rude. Also, it would be nice if you guys didn’t put your hands inside the cups when you give them to customers. I hate that my Grandkid’s dance class is nearby and they always want DQ. Please have some better customer service & manners
Went to this location last night and whomever was working last night really needs to either be retrained or someone else needs to take over for him. This is the issue he greeted me then made me sit there for another 10 to 15 minutes and I had enough and ended up just leaving because there was one truck in front of me just one and then couldn't even take my order? Confused is this the norm for y'all because if so dairy Queen y'all needs to get people who can multitask
This was the last straw I will never go back to this established there idea of fast food n garbage. Took them 35 mins to make 3 small burgers with fried n a drink and my buyers half opened the friends tossed in the bag. Food was burnt at the edge and looks old so needless to say we wasted $28 on shit we ended up in the trash. I don’t recommend anyone going. Even the truck behind us left. Before they could get there order
On December 20, I went to Dairy Queen and ordered a six-piece chicken meal. When I got home, all the chicken was raw. I called the store that night and was told to return the next day for a refund since they were closing. When I returned, the new manager, Lewis, refused to refund me because I didn’t have the chicken with me—even though it was already reported. I waited 45 minutes to speak to a manager and was still denied. No one has contacted me about this issue, and it’s upsetting that they refused a refund over only $14. Very poor customer service and a serious food safety concern. Case number: 22469002.
They messed up my order I got a single instead of a double and they wanted me to drive back to remake it instead of getting it another day Im trying to eat at home with my entire family not drive back for the inconvenience they caused. I didn't ask for the entire order redone just the messed up item they had. There was no line in the drive thru and they still mess up just do better and don't over charge someone for something they don't do right. Period. Make it right and do better.
Little girl in the front had an attitude from the second I ordered. My blizzard had no toppings in it and the box combo came with barely any fries and no bread AND there was bbq everywhere even coming out the box. When i told them that my meal was missing bread she questioned she had to remake it. The food they handed me was nasty as-well as their attitude.
OMG, waited in the drive thru for 30 mins for 2 kids meal, and 3 blizzards. I'm sure my order would of went faster had i went inside. It's like they don't care if people leave. As a business owner, customer service especially in the drive thru would be served as my top priority.
I went in order and I absolutely don’t like nobody touching my phone, so they have the payment machine inside their area, they want your card to process your payment, I use my phone to pay but why they do that? You shouldn’t be handling your card or phone to them, they should have the payment system out for us to tap the card or phone. Now days someone can steal all your information with just a tapping I don’t like that. because I complain she took more than 10 minutes for a simple ice cream cone.
Hostile drive through employee over intercom at 1235 PM Sunday 5OCT25. Drove away before completing order as we feared she would tamper with our food.
Diana in the drive thru is rude and unprofessional. Slammed the window in my face, glared at me as I came into speak to a mgr. Blanco walks up as if he is a manager, he is not and did nothing to help. Alexis the asst mama wasn't any better. She could not process the situation and barely could add to issue my refund. This place is horribly run. I've seen several complaints about Diane but nothing done about her. She is unhappy in her role there and needs to be retrained or let go. The automated response from the owner is pitiful as well. I hope that I will receive a proper response and my meal made over properly with proper customer service. Avoid this place at all costs..
Support other Dairy Queen that take more pride in their service ! I ordered a peanut buster parfait and added caramel when I got my peanut buster parfait, it had very little fudge, and they added the caramel when I asked why the normal amount of fudge wasn’t added he said because we added the caramel and I said I understand that, but I paid for it! the gentleman at the window wanted to argue as if I hadn’t paid for it. He then says give me a moment closes the drive tru window and walks away for a long period of time so irritated with the situation that he didn’t seem to care to fix, I drove off ! Not only that I was waiting for more than 10 minutes to order and another 10-12 for two ice creams! My chili cheese fries were slop in a bowl just thrown in a bag unsure why it wasn’t served in box the bag was completely soaked from the grease and all the cheese stuck to the top of the bag! Also the fries came out before the ice creams and we had to wait so long for the two ice creams ordered! I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen countless times with no other cars in the drive-through line yet they say to “give them a moment “ and have you sitting there for more than 10 minutes no exaggeration. I think they do this in hopes that the customer drives off like I have in the past. Given my awful experience, I wish I would’ve drove off this time as well
This has got to be the WORST Dairy Queen that ever existed. Went to the drive thru yesterday to order my kids lunch and ice cream and we sat there for 8 minutes and no one came to the loud speaker to place an order. There was ONE truck at the window. We left and took our business elsewhere. We’ve gone inside after baseball games at NWLL and the wait for a blizzard is forever. The floors have been sticky, tables dirty. After my experience yesterday, I will never be back.
