Looked this place up online and saw a ton of great reviews. It did not disappoint. Everyone was super friendly. Walked out with full belly’s, 2 t-shirts, and 2 BBQ sauces to use at home.
Had a family meal here with young kids. Pretzel and onion ring appetizers were so good. Beer cheese sauce and mustard is on point. It was pretty busy when we went and our server looked a bit flustered but honestly the way places are often shirt staffed, I totally get it. She was still very kind and helpful. Kids menu items were delicious. Chicken fingers are the real deal and had good flavor. Brisket was well seasoned and delicious. Would visit again!
Went back and changed my mind. They let you bring dogs and I personally would never bring mine to go eat BBQ so they can sit and beg wishing it was for them! Food is great but service could be better and the top bar had a little Jack Russell that literally barked aggressively at anyone walking by.🙁
I recently visited with a small group of people via motor coach and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the wait staff, who were very accommodating. Our dinner buffet reservation exceeded expectations, and the staff was wonderful.
My wife and I love going here to not only enjoy the good food and beer, but we enjoy strolling Center St. in charming Lewiston. The Brickyard has great BBQ and a nice selection of their own beers. You can't go wrong dining here.
Great BBQ. Only gave 4 stars because I have had better BBQ. But most DEFINITELY worth going there when in the area. We had a fantastic and very attentive waitress named Ashley. She was AWESOME!!! Bar area was quite noisy but overall a pleasant experience!
Let me explain service from waitress great the length of time to get our food took almost an hour and 45 minutes way to long
The atmosphere was layed back yet quite busy. Service was great as everyone seemed happy to be there and serve us.
It was all so fabulous! Meat was truly “fall off the bone tender”. We started with the pizza logs which we had never tried before and they were delicious. I had the 1/2 bbq chicken with Mac and cheese and Cajun corn with the complementary corn bread. All delectable! The vibe and atmosphere of the place really draws you in. By far the best place we’ve stopped for food on our roadtrip yet!
On a whim, we chose to get off the exit for Lewiston to see if we could find a place to eat. We were pleasantly surprised to find a little town with nicely presented mom & pop storefronts and restaurants all along the main drag. The Brickyard Pub & BBQ looked appealing from the street so we decided to give it a try. We walked in the front door and there was a bar to the immediate left with what seemed to be local patrons enjoying a mid day drink, lunch and conversation. A young man met us and led us to a booth in the adjacent dining room. The menu had many desirable sounding options, so I opted for the brisket bbq sandwich with cornbread stuffing and fries and my wife chose the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and pork beans. The food came out quickly and looked great. These simple sounding meals were delicious beyond our expectations—even the sides were surprisingly wonderful and tasty. We considered ourselves very fortunate to have stumbled onto such a neat little town and great little place to eat on our way to Old Fort Niagara. There were other places we passed in Lewiston which looked nice and we wondered whether they were good, too, or if we just lucked out in choosing the Brickyard Pub & BBQ!
Been here several times. Can't go wrong with finding something delicious on the menu at this place. Cold beers & dry rub wings are top notch. Menu has plenty for everyone. There are many good foodie places on Center Street, however this place is kind of a magnet for a quick beer and a snack. We always stop in...
Really good menu. Big place can eat outside or inside. The menu for so many things to pick from
Was the perfect spot to catch dinner and a few drinks before the show at Art Park. Great outdoor bar/patio area. Service was incredible and the food was really good!
Shout out to Bryn! She is a wizard, a magician, a master of concoctions…. THE BEST BARTENDER EVER! She’s also fun and friendly with an amazing personality to boot! She made our night. Go to the Brickyard. Go see Bryn. You will not be disappointed.
Great waitress, Angelina. Fun, lively atmosphere. Quick service and good food. Good BBQ, not the absolute best I’ve ever had, but far better than the franchise options out there. Good beer selection and I absolutely love the sides options. We will definitely return on our next compost to Lewiston.
Stopped in for dinner while in town. Service was amazing. Food amazing. Staff very attentive. Recommendation: Skip appetizers. The portions are big. The plus? I have an amazing lunch tomorrow
This restaurant is the best BBQ in the area. We stop every year when we go to Niagara Falls! Staff is always so friendly and the ribs and smoked BBQ are top notch.
We will go here again and would recommend people to try it. The BBQ was very good and the beer selection was big.
Awesome people beer company. I would return because they are such a great bunch of people and the community loves them this how support from residents and people who like them and love them back them in their time of need. I recommend visiting them and sharing some great and wonderful company.
We all absolutely loved this place. We came to Niagara Falls for a hockey tournament and heard this place was excellent and it did not disappoint. HUGE on-tap beer/cider menu in addition to their very large barbecue menu. Any type of bbq food you can imagine, you can get here. Brisket is a personal favorite of mine & it was amazing, melted in my mouth. Beautiful indoor setup. Very clean. My 7 year old gave it a 5/5 stars, then changed it to a 10 star! We will definitely make the drive back!!
I stopped in this evening with a friend to grab a 4-pack of a beer that they just released and we decided to have dinner while wee were there. We were sat at the bar as we requested and our server was great. She was very attentive and quick with our order. The food was great. I had "the brick" sandwich and my friend had the brisket sandwich both items were great. I also had a cup of the brunswick stew which was ok. The beers were all great. Overall it was a fun evening and we will deft be back.
I did the Ultimate (ribs, pulled pork, bbq chicken, and brisket) because I wanted to try everything. Food was amazing, and there was enough left over for another meal or two. Waitress was kind and on top of things. Definitely recommend
One of our favorite places from our Niagara Falls trip! We were blown away by the delicious food, the excellent service and the great vibes. We ordered the half chicken (so tender and juicy), the St. Louis ribs (great flavor), and the brisket salad (would go back just to order this again!). The sides we had were the cornbread, collard greens, and the beans. All of which were phenomenal. The portions are also HUGE, so a great bang for your buck. On top of that, our waitress was so kind and attentive, and we really enjoyed the music/environment. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we liked this restaurant. Can’t recommend enough!
It was a really busy day after the half marathon so it was crowded. Tables were cleared and cleaned fast so the wait was not long. The food was as good as always but the service was as outstanding, especially considering that the restaurant was so full.
(Please like and follow if you think this helps you to decide where to go for a dinner!) Overall the taste was really good and cool thing abt this restaurant is that they have their own brewery. We can have a fresh flavorful beers right away anytime we want! Servers were good. Foods were coming out pretty quick, and also they make their own bbq sauce and chicken rub. Buffalo wings were a bit dried to my taste, but it was ok. Although it was a weekday, which was a Monday, there were quite a lot of people. This tells that the restaurant is worth trying for real!
This place was top shelf. Food was great and lots of it. Never saw a quesadilla half this size. Stuffed and the chili was great. Don’t get the large fries, you will never eat them all.
Went for a short trip to do a college visit and stopped by here to grab lunch before the long drive back. Very nice place to eat, the food was good except the broccoli, it had no butter or flavor to it and was pretty dry. Our server was super nice. Would go back again. I ordered the Brickyard Melt with the upgrade to a platter.
What a pleasant surprise!! We went to Art Park while in town and passed by Brickyard, my girlfriend said she wanted to go back and try it so the next day we went to the falls and found ourselves with a few hours to kill so we went back to the bar she wanted to visit which happened to be Brickyard. It was midday Saturday and busy but we lucked out and got a seat at the bar. Their beer selection was great and bourbon was impeccable!! We ordered the bbq sampler and we’re overly impressed, especially with the brisket! As bbq folks, I assure you you’ll be happy with your stop toe Brickyard! Great environments for service only added to the fun. Thanks for the great memory!!
Location, Location, Location! The restaurant is in the Village of Lewiston and less than a mile walk from Artpark where it makes it a perfect place to have a post-hike beer. My hiking group stopped in for lunch after a 3-mile hike. Service was efficient and courteous. I ordered the classic burger and it’s very good.
Absolutely fantastic barbecue! I stopped by Brickyard and was completely blown away. The meats are perfectly smoked—the brisket and pulled pork were incredibly tender and flavorful. You also can't go wrong with their smoked wings and a side of their famous cornbread. They have a great beer selection, friendly service, and a really fun, laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic, hearty BBQ!
Environment was cool, place was packed on the Monday we went. The menu has a long list of options. The servers and greeters are great, and the food was amazing! We will be back.
The keep the premise simple. Elevated food, amazing craft beer, great whiskey selection, very reasonable prices, and a professional staff. I had smoked wings this time, what a nice treat.
Had the pleasure of attending a rehearsal dinner catered by brickyard. The service was on time, and the food was copious and AMAZING. We were craving bbq and boy did they deliver. The chicken was so tender it just melts in your mouth. The potatoes and vegetables were perfectly cooked and the brisket was bomb too! Bbq sauce had the perfect amount of tang and spice.
We had a concert to attend later in the evening, so we arrived in town early and stopped here for a bite beforehand. The food was good overall. Being from Texas, we might be a little spoiled when it comes to BBQ, but the sliced brisket was still quite good. Not the absolute best we’ve ever had, but we keep a pretty high bar 😂. The salad was fresh and wholesome, and we’d definitely come back to try more of the menu if we could. We arrived around 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday and the place was already nearly full. Thankfully, we were seated right away, but by the time we left about an hour later, there was a 30–45 minute wait. I’d recommend arriving early or planning extra time if you want a table. Parking is paid street parking, and while available, it can be somewhat limited close by.
My wife and I have been visiting The Brickyard Pub and BBQ since 2023 following the Lewiston Art festival, we went there on a friends recomendation and it was a good one. The food here is excellent and the brews are tasty. The servers we friendly and knowledgable , prices reasonable, the restrooms were clean- even on a busy day. Highly recommended!
Amazing BBQ joint in the heart of Lewiston. The house BBQ sauce is something you would expect down south. Very well priced, 4 meats 2 sides and very good cornbread. All for about 50 bucks, for 2 people to share that's very honest pricing. Atmosphere is very chill with great beer and whiskey choices. The service was impeccable and homey, just like sitting at Grandma's house for a family dinner. Highly recommend
Great place to stop, if you have BBQ on your mind. Even better, if you want to enjoy some great craft beer at the same time. 🤤 Even if you think that you are just stopping for a cold beverage. Your sensories will go crazy once you smell what's cookin'. 🍲😄 There is lots to choose on both menu's. And craft beer is not all of what they sell, in the beverage department.
Such a perfect Brewery Pub in the sweet village of Lewiston, New York. Their beers are created in house and were worth the drive from Ohio. Along with their on point wings coated in house rub and the pulled pork in house sauce. Try samples of the brews - take a 4pack home - or a few. Moms Cookies and the house lager were good choices. Great experience 🎖️
My party split The Ultimate + an app + a few extra sides between four people. We all ate until we were full and still had two boxes to take home. The Ultimate Fries were delicious. We all liked the bbq sauce. The cornbread was also very good. Next time I would order some extra cornbread, as that was the only thing there wasn’t enough to split. I’ll also wear a jacket as the inside is a little chilly. They do have outdoor seating, which looks nice. The service was pretty quick, the waitresses were friendly, and the bathrooms were clean. The price was also reasonable considering the portions we received.
My husband & I stopped here because our friend that is local recommended it to us when we visited Niagara Falls. It was very very good! We’ve been to many BBQs & Pubs, but this was exceptional. Great service, awesome comfort food, a great chocolate cake, pleasant atmosphere, & one of the cleanest & nicest bathrooms I’ve been in. We both had a wonderful time & 100% recommended!! OH & the Mac & cheese…YUM!

Great atmosphere, brisket, wings, dry rub and sides. Just the most disappointing turkey burger I’ve ever tried, especially for $17. They should just take it off the menu. Could’ve passed for a frozen one. And the menu said autograt for parties of 6 and our server autograted our party of 5.
Food was delicious, though some a bit dry. Service was fast and friendly. Good atmosphere. We went to see a concert, and they offered to keep our leftovers for us until we returned. When we went back they were nowhere to be found which was a bit disappointing. Overall Great place though
Food was ok. Had a turkey sammich in a gluten free roll. It was pretty small. Boyfriend was seated in front of a walkway and the wait staff kept kicking his chair. He also got ribs which he liked at first but towards the end was spitting parts of it out. I think he just got a bad set. He also got a beer that was awesome. I don't usually like beer but I would have drank that all of I could. I'm more of a sweet wine drinker for reference. Will see if he remembers the name of it. I think it was a Sour. The Grapes of Wrath! Would most likely try again.
We ate at the Brickyard last night. The food was good but just good, not as great as we had heard. The service however was outstanding. Our server Kalie was so on top of it and made the visit so very pleasant. We want to go back when she is there! She made the atmosphere so much more enticing and welcoming. We will certainly go back there again.
The food, service and atmosphere are all top notch here. The only caveat was that despite their brews all being amazing - they were served surprisingly flat? The beers were all flat which was surprising considering the attention to detail given to all other aspects. Highly recommended regardless.
Very good food. I got the ribs and he got the bbq half chicken. The cornbread was pretty authentic and tasty but I think it wud have tasted better if it was warm. The rice and red beans were good but hot. The baked beans were good but the mac n cheese was okay. The service was awesome. And oh the O-rings were pretty delish😊.
If you like BBQ, this is the place for you. I can't eat it too much so I usually have something else. There is not much else except for an expensive steak. Everything seems to be BBQ'd or spicy, otherwise it would have been a 5 star.
I enjoyed the food. My husband LOVED the food. He’s, admittedly, more into bbq than I am. Our server was very friendly and our food came out VERY quickly. The atmosphere was probably my favorite aspect. We sat outside in the shaded patio with fans. There’s also parking on the back which we didn’t know since we aren’t from the area. Just an FYI
We had a group of 8. The beer selection was great. Most of the group enjoyed their food, including the meatloaf, burgers, and a couple of veggie melts. I would not recommend the "perky turkey" though. It had no flavor at all. I could barely taste the horseradish or cranberry flavors. It was too dry for my liking. It came with a lot of pickles, which was good, but plain potato chips. They decided to choose how much we were going to tip, too. OK, thanks for that! Not sure if we'd come again. I'd try the place on the corner probably next time. Prices are much higher now than the ones listed on the last menu photos!
Busy as ever, this place always seemed packed to the brim with patrons at the bar and in the dining area. We managed to get one of the last open tables in the dining area. This is a very reliable restaurant and I don’t believe we’ve ever had a bad meal here; while the BBQ is not the end all, awards winning you might find at a venue solely dedicated to the craft, it is really tasty BBQ for a restaurant that has a roaring bar trade as well. Both of our meals were enjoyable, I opted for the brisket combo and my spouse for the Turkey BLT. Everything was served hot, and we did our best to eat the generous portions. My only demerit is how loud the dining area gets with the bar being over packed; I’m all for a full bar but when the college aged kids are 4-5 deep in places, the families and dining patrons have to yell to speak while trying to eat a meal. I certainly know to expect this so I don’t plan to catch up with friends here or share long stories, but don’t dine here if you have a headache.

Their smoked turkey and barbecue chicken is really good, but as far as anything else, the food fails. They can’t make cornbread, they can’t make mac & cheese, they can’t make mashed potatoes. They can’t make collard greens.
As always, the food was outstanding. However, the service was subpar. We were charged automatically 20% on a party of 5 not 6, we were initially given water for four not five, and our food was served many minutes apart even though it was the same items. Refills were sporadic and then we were rushed out because they had another reservation coming in.
This is not the place for a vegetarian or vegan. The menu is filled with mostly meat items. Although they do have a nice beer menu and a few decent wines. If you're looking for pizza, or bread you'll need to go next door which unfortunately was not open till 5pm on this particular Thursday afternoon.
Pulled chicken sandwich, wasn't anything special. Good atmosphere the waitress could care less about us. Not attentive, never filled our drinks Not great.
Visited historic Lewiston, as it had been a while and was certainly a fun place to check out. During our trip we wanted to do grab a bite to eat and figured we would hit Brickyard. On arrival, we were greeted by the staff and received the option for indoor or outdoor seating. We chose outdoors, as a weather was beautiful and as such warranted. The staff was prompt and the food was good, buy not great for us. The wrap was average and the fries (upcharge) were steak fries (not our favorite style cut). We did see sweet potato fries go by and those looked really good. We also had the sampler platter. The brisket was not trimmed and a bit to fatty, but was also the best of the 3 items. The ribs were good too, but the pulled pork lacked flavor. The BBQ sauce was a welcome addition. There are plenty of brews available and all of the ones we tried were all good. There is wine available as well and it's worth noting that they carry Selini Sav Blanc is very good. The patio is pet friendly. One turnoff is that we did see a staff member (who was being very nice) provide a patron the same blue crock bowl that they were using for chili, to give a dog water. It may be just us, but we found that to be kind of gross. I would not share my dog/cat bowl at home. We may give it another shot next time we are in the area, but there are a lot of adjacent options we haven't tried.
Stopped in while visiting from Canada. Food was great. Lots of gluten free options, but service was poor at the bar we sat at a table no body checked on us no body asked how the food was or if we wanted refills. Very disorganized
Husband’s brisket out 5 out of 10- not a lot of flavor and IPA tasty. Chicken tenders are frozen so can’t expect much. Would elevate the menu if they were homemade. Nothing to come back for. The ambience would be great for a football fan. Food is mid. No cocktail menu but there is a full bar. Cute establishment.
This place has a nice atmosphere and the food is decent, but just decent. There are far better BBQ options locally and despite being excited to try them out, I left disappointed.

Ask to move to a empty table because of the sun, waitress said I couldn't change tables. There where 3 empty tables in the shade! The food was great too bad I was sweating the entire time...
Ordered the larger Big Blue Brisket dinner with Cole slaw and macaroni and cheese sides. Was told the Mac and cheese was creamy, it wasn't and was very overcooked, dry and mushy - didn't eat it. The brisket was not hot and very fatty. The corn bread was dry and flavorless. The Cole slaw was good, different. All in all this was not worth $24 and we will never be back.
Sat at the bar and had some food and a beer. Atmosphere overall is great, exactly the vibe we love. We didnt like sitting at the bar though, as there is a giant gold bar railing in between the seat and the bar. Super uncomfortable and difficult to eat my food, as I had to lean way in to not drop food through the large openings onto my clothes. Bartender was friendly and attentive enough. Beer was ok, cold and clean taps though. Food was meh. My husband enjoyed the wings (decent relative to the Buffalo area, but not number one). I had st. louis ribs, mac and cheese, cajun corn, corn bread, and applesauce. Ribs were dry but okay flavor, mac and cheese kind of tasted like cheez-whiz smothered on overcooked elbows, corn was hard and dry, and cornbread was bland and dry. Also not impressed with the price for quality. Paid $4.75 for a tiny cup of Motts applesauce. I should have asked before I ordered, but figured it would have been homemade or something for that cost? Anyways, would return here for a cocktail or something, but def wouldn't recommend the food. Bummer
So disappointing. Was looking forward to trying this place, first of all the service is terrible, they treat you like a burden and are very rude. I called to place an order and she told me I had to pick two sides, I asked her what sides they had and she said "we have a lot, I don't know what they are" had to pull up the menu on my phone, then I told her we would be there in 30 minutes to pick it up, she replied by saying what time?, I said in 30 minutes from now, she said I need a time. I said whatever time it is now - add 30 minutes! (Because I wasn't sure what time it was)... She had a terrible attitude and hung up the phone on me. Then when my friend went to pick the food up he said every girl in there had an attitude with not just him but all the other customers picking up food as well. My friend got the SmokeHouse sampler for $17 and it was such a small amount of meat, the brisket was tender and moist but lacked flavor, the ribs were absolutely terrible, tough, dried out, they didn't seem fresh, it seemed like they had been sitting around or were reheated. So pissed that I spent over $20 on garbage ribs. The chili that I got as a side was decent.

While visiting the falls, a local recommended this restaurant. I ordered the St. Louis ribs, which were fine and juicy. What I didn't like was the over seasoning on the ribs that made them very salt and strong. And for an advertised barbq restaurant, they only have one sauce, which is average at best. But, the reason for the one star is my wife ordered a burger with pickles and ketchup only. When the bill came, I couldn't believe we were charged .75c for three small pickle slices. For average food and average service, this place is too overpriced for us.
Sat at our booth for 10 minutes no service at all, asked the hostess to send over a waitress still no service. We left and spent our money at a better place. Management and service very bad here!
THE WORST STOP DONT GO Very untasty food no season no soul bland the waitress didnt even ask us how was the food because she already knew it was no good. We was a raisin in milk🤷the worst was the pulled pork it taste like nothing and the fried the pickle was very salty. 🤷The only thing that WAS bbq is the sauce . 32$ in the 🚽. Do better. ALL TASTE BUDS MATTER 🤪
I'm not usually one to complain or make reviews rarely. But the food experience here was one of the worst I've had in a long time. Every meat option I got was dry, flavor was just okay. But you couldn't tell with how dry the meat was. Ribs were so dry at times I couldn't tell if I was eating ribs or jerky. My wife's chicken was bland and also extremely dry. The best part of my meal was the sweet potatoe fries and the baked beans. Other wise I wasn't a fan. I don't know if I'd come back here again.
