Papa Murphy's

It's just foolish to buy a pizza anywhere else with how ridiculous the prices are these days. I'm so satisfied with every pizza and the ease of cooking one from Papa Murphy's. I've purchased Papa Murphys pizza all over Sacramento and even in Oregon. Haven't had a complaint yet. Love it!

Ordered pizzas online and pickup was quick and easy! Preston was so kind and helped us to our car (had a baby and toddler)! That boy deserves a raise! Will definitely order here again because of service.

Best pizza in town. And half the price. I've been ordering from this store for years. Cook it and eat it up in the peace and comfort of my home. Turns out fresher, hotter and just better than phone delivery pizzas from other places, and at a fraction of the price. Great gourmet vegetarian. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a Take and Bake" club where you get a pizza at half-price after each 12 pizzas purchased. Furthermore, they are Veteran friendly and provide a discount to Veterans.

Just want to clarify that service was 5 stars! The 2 employees there yesterday were friendly and gave great customer service even though they were slammed. Thank you! The rating is based off the price, and quality of the pizza. For pizzas with up to 5 toppings its a good price, but it seems like more of a quantity over quality type thing here. We’re new to the area and decided to try it after my husband realized there was on here, he had previously had Papa Murphy’s overseas and in Arkansas I believe. I just think for the price you’re paying the pizza is just ok. We’ll probably have it again, but maybe a once a year type thing. Glad we tried it though.

And whenever another customer came in to pick up their Pizza in the middle of the cashier making mine. He took his glove off to work the register and then never put on a fresh glove befote digging his hand into the toppings to fix the rest of my pizza. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to come off as rude, but by him doing that he essentially contaminated all the toppings he dug his hands in. Definitely a food service no no.

He took his glove off to work the register and then never put on a fresh glove befote digging his hand into the toppings to fix the rest of my pizza. I ordered my pizza online. It took them around 45 minutes to make my pizza. And that was not because they were busy. I arrived shortly after ordering and witnessed the crew as they were mostly talking to each other like they were hanging out not at work. It was the slowest service I have ever received from a Papa Murphy’s at any of the locations that I have been too. They were friendly, but seemed more interested with socializing with each other than actually making pizzas. All I ordered was a cheese pizza and cheesy bread.

I get it the door (along with many others in front of me) and am told "they can't find my pizzas". No answers when I asked them what they were going to do to get me my pizzas. No management (I'm hoping, otherwise it was the best example of mismanagement I've ever seen), no order of operations, no tact... As icing on the cake, my pizzas were wrong. I was so done with the joke of a process at that point I took them anyway. Finally walked out with pizzas in hand at 5:15. TLDR: I made a mistake and figured ordering Papa Murphy's would save me a few dollars and some time. Instead ended up standing outside for almost 2 hours, angry. Will order take and bake from Old Town Pizza in the future.

If what you find is a bottom layer then some sauce and tiny amount of toppings then a large layer of dough then sauce followed by a third layer of dough with sauce and a tiny bit of cheese, then unfortunately this must be their way of cheating customers.

We ordered gluten free crusts with plant base cheese. Cheese and crust were great, BUT the five vegetables were a small dice and VERY scarce
