Lunch to go. Pulled up and my order came right out and was nice and fresh when I got home. I ordered the Half Sandwich with Beef Brisket and the Idaho Baked Potato soup. Both were yummy.

We got a table quickly. The place is clean and w average noise. The service is prompt. The drinks - mojito and painkiller- were delicious and nicely portioned. They serve big portions of delicious food. We had the rattlesnake pasta and the artichoke pasta.

My new favorite place for dinner! The food is served quickly, hot and fresh. Friendly staff. Great variety. You can "get in line" online which is very convenient. They have roomy booths so you don't have to bump elbows with your neighbor. I had the sirloin steak and it was very tender and juicy. The baked potato was loaded and perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Arrived hr till closing. Fast and nice service. Super nice and let us stay 15 minutes past closing to let us finish our drinks. Wish we could have arrived earlier but had car troubles. Was my fiance 28th Birthday and 1st time at 54th for him, Will definitely be coming back soon.

One of my favorite spots in San Antonio. Everytime I go there, they never disappoint! Atmosphere is inviting, nice ambiance, restaurant is clean, friendly staff and food prices are affordable. I especially love their champagne margarita; it's to die for. As long as I'm in SA, they're gonna have me coming back. Cheers to delicious food!

My wife and I came in on a whim, and are VERY glad we did. First off, the decor is amazing - fun stuff to look at everywhere! We ordered a couple drinks and the server, Alexis, was very friendly and quick. The sweet tea was good, but my cherry limeade was exceptional. We got "tater kegs" as an appetizer, and ya'll, these are not joking around! I expected tots. What we got were twice the size and stuffed with good stuff like cheese and bacon! Tots' big brothers! The entrees were really good, FAST to get to the table (even during the dinner rush), and very reasonably priced. We finished with dessert (the "dinner for two" deal) which was a gooey, decadent caramel brownie. It's good my wife is driving, because they serve REAL drinks here, not the watered-down alcoholic beverages you find at most places. I'll end the review here with a smile, a happy buzz, and a strong recommendation for you to try this place! 😋👍

We visited on a Monday around noon and it was easy to get a table and service was fast. The 3 of us shared spinach & artichoke dip with tortilla chips, salsa, guac, & sour cream. I had Chicken Bucatini. It was great! My Mom had a shrimp Caesar salad. She said it was great. My Sister had the taco plate and she said hers was great as well.

This is a nice restaurant. The food was ok. I ordered the adult Mac n cheese, didn’t like it at all. There was zero salt in the Mac n cheese. However, the fried shrimp I ordered were seasoned so I liked those but the fries were just ok. I would consider this restaurant a nicer Applebee’s. I was really impressed and I’m not sure if I’ll give it a second chance. I would give this restaurant a 5 out of 10.

We went in with a party of 30 and they accommodated us within 20 minutes. Service was good, food was amazing and overall awesome experience. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Nov. 2024 I met a group today at the IH-10 & Wurzbach location. Upon arrival, we were quickly seated, and our server was very attentive. I ordered the chicken fingers, which came with a choice of sauce or gravy, and a side. I chose the honey mustard and fries. Both the fingers and the fries were very good. The chicken fingers are homemade - see the picture. I'm definitely looking forward to returning at some future date. September 2024 ============= Visited 54th Street with my brother today. We went a little after 1 pm to avoid the lunch rush. We sat in the bar area so we could watch the LLWS (Little League World Series) on the TVs in the area. We were quickly greeted and ordered our drinks (water). After looking at the menu, we decided to order from the lunch specials section. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which is accompanied with a side of french fries. The price was $10. It is not a bad deal given the 20% increase in prices forced on the country by 3 years of inflation. The food arrived in a timely manner, tasted great, and was portioned enough to be filling. Sorry I missed the opportunity to get pictures, but I do hope your experience is as good as mine.

The French dip here is so good. The Au Jus had some unique spices in it with a rich flavor. The service was even better. Our server was attentive and funny and took time to actually converse with us. Thank you Chelsie. Made for an enjoyable dining experience.

This location is conveniently located right next to the Hilton Garden Inn. It has a warm atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. We all were very happy with our orders. I had the meal in the picture, a beautiful piece of juicy salmon on power grain (that's what they call it) with a loaded baked potato and grilled vegetable medley. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Compliments to the cook! The drinking water had a clean, good taste, and my Strawberry Margherita was also very delicious. I would definitely come back to eat at this place.

I've been to many locations & every location is consistent with their delicious food-every location also has nostalgic art & antiques adorned on every wall and ceiling - love it. My fav is their Steak & or Salmon seasoned well & juicy . Whether I'm having steak or salmon I pair it with the house summer salad- ,(spring mix + fresh greens, red onion, apple, strawberries, celery, candied pecans, crumbled goat cheese, balsamic vina. )-yum! like their sports bar atmosphere- large TV'S surrounding the bar. Great happy hour food and drink specials. Large selection of wine & draft beer. the outdoor patio has TV'S, umbrellas and a fire pit .👍spot on service!

Very fresh. This place offers healthy options and most of us needed a take home box. Our waitress staff has always been excellent. Excited this place opened near our office. It will be our go to place. 7/14 visit. As always, great food!

We ordered here delivery and dined in. Both were great experiences. The pastas date great and so is the veggie burger. My son likes the kids nuggets and Mac n cheese. The kids meal includes a dessert.

This is a most amazing place. We were welcomed and felt at home form the time we arrived. Our server was most excellent and the food didn't disappoint.

The food was delishhhh I had the salmon protein bowl full of flavor and it was a huge amount. My hubby had the chicken fried steak it was big portion. We also had Long Island iced tea very good and the Paloma super good it had freshly squeezed grapefruit. This is our 2nd time coming out here from Weslaco, TX!!!

This place knocked it out of the park in all areas. The food was very delicious. The service provided by all the staff was genuine and sincere. Our server Ruthie was very attentive throughout our visit even though she was attending to other tables. The atmosphere was great. Noticed that there was lots of displayed items on the wall and they were visibly clean and dust free. The restaurant itself appeared to be very clean and organized.

The food here is excellent. It is thoughtfully prepared and you can tell that they care about the presentation and quality of the many dishes that they provide. Great place to eat in or take out. The take out is just as good as dining in. M

I had delivery at work (door dash) the food was great. I got a house traditional salad which was just right, a couple cherry tomatoes, a couple cucumber slices, some fresh croutons bacon and cheese and the spinach artichoke creamy pasta, arrived hot, and a super size portion great for left overs.

Joined some friends and sat by the bar on a high table. The waiter was very friendly and serviceable (I always forget names :() he gave us space to order after we had our drinks and appetizers. the food was delicious, I had the chicken fried chicken. Our friends shared a chicken fried steak which was good because the kitchen split the order with one side each :). The third order was 1/2 a rib rack with a loaded baked potato. I just love to feel and all the amazing interior nostalgic decor of 54th Street. I would say the food is a little bit better than regular bar food. They also have an extremely large menu with all kinds of different foods that span a lot of different type of cuisines. Excellent for their large selection of beer on draft and also excellent for large amounts of people coming in as groups.

My Daughter and I enjoyed a late lunch here after a movie, and everything was very delicious!  I liked the cozy and colorful atmosphere. We arrived before the dinner crowd, and were seated quickly! Our server, Caroline was friendly and attentive, and gladly listened and took the order for a modification I made to my meal. There were so many items to view on the ceiling and walls. The music was great too! It was also at a perfect volume as to not drown out our conversation. It was a very pleasant and delicious way to end the afternoon. We will definitely be back!

54th Street Staff has always treated our visit with a 5 STAR service. The food is always well seasoned. The size of the salad well portioned out, desert which I tried for the first time is Carrot cake is scrumptious. The only thing I truly felt is their calamari portion is too small but it is tasty. 5 Star for the management who hires such a great group of employees . Our Server Jenn knows how to care for her customers. Jenn, your an awesome employee.

This is the third time that we’ve gone to 54th St.at this location and our food something is always wrong with it yesterday we ordered calamari and it tasted rubbery and like it was fried in old grease. We sent it back. The gringo dip the cheese came to us cold so we sent it back for them to warm up. The waiter then brings it back and now it’s hot but was super watery. I watched my waiter come out of the kitchen with my dip he sets it down on the counter leans over it got a couple of plates for a table and was leaning all over my gringo dip and then brought it back to the table. By this point we were done. Do better.

Service was excellent. Had the crab cake appetizer. It was just enough for two people (2 crab cakes). They were delicious. My son had the mac daddy mac and cheese. He said it was good. Also had the eggrolls and stuffed mushrooms. Everything was a huge portion for the price.

54th street is a unique restaurant that has a wide variety of food options. From seafood, Mexican to fried comforts, they truly have many options for one to choose from. The inside of the restaurant is filled with decorations and memorabilia. Almost overwhelming how much stuff they have hanging from the walls/ceilings. My favorite thing about this location is the bar area. It’s spacious, plenty of TVs and good priced drinks.

Our waiter was great. Hard to find good workers and he was great I hate I forgot his name but was very attentive and respectful and fast. Didn’t forget anything.

My family eats here often. I love the variety of food, but I don’t love the layout of their new menu. There were no pictures and overall it was difficult to choose something. The food is always great when eating in, but quite often when we order takeout the food isn’t very hot. I have had to call about mistakes and they usually try to remedy the problem. Overall still my favorite restaurant in the area!

Girls get together after work, nice place to unwind with drinks and food! Everyone loved the food and yummy drinks!

Enjoyed the center cut full rack of baby back ribs. The meat fell off the bone. The fries and grilled veggies were good, too. Our group of 4 was seated immediately. It took a little while for a server to take our order, and they had to be reminded to bring water. There is a fairly extensive craft beer list, which is reasonably priced. All the group enjoyed their food. However, a couple had the spicy burger with Carolina Reaper cheese. This should have given the burger a kick but failed to deliver on spice. Otherwise, the food was well cooked, and the group would return.

54th Street has a great happy hour and it's a nice place to get together with friends to have drinks, appetizers, and socialize. The food's okay but I come more for its happy hour and to wind down after a long day's work. I've been here multiple times and I'll be back again.

Decent food that is overpriced. I will probably not go back to this location mainly due to the service. We waited at our table for someone to come in 15 minute + intervals. If your drink needed refilled good luck catching a server. Definitely expected better for the price.

Overall 54th delivered a tasty burger. In this case literally, as we used Doordash. I went with the 1/2 lb burger and cheese. It was cooked correctly, the sesame seed bun was fresh and delicious. The burger itself needed additional seasoning. 54th... don't be shy with the salt and pepper. Cheers!

Very nice restaurant with a versatile menu I am sure there is an option for everybody. Family friendly. We ordered the Burger with cheese with onion rings side, Chicken Fried Chicken with adult mac-n-cheese side and Scallops and Shrimp. Everything was very tasty, the scallops were cooked o perfectly (donkeys' cooking here LOL) Large drinks menu and a great selection of beers on tap. Our waitress was very nice and quick. There might be a bit of a wait on a Sunday at lunch time but they move the line very quickly.

I like the feel of this place. I don't know if it was the food or not, my appetite was a little off today, but the food was just so so to me. I couldn't tell if I liked it or not. That being said. The food came out perfectly cooked, hot and fresh and my wife was very pleased with her fajitas.

Been here before and the food is OK. I love a good Reuben sandwich so got that and it was not the best I've had. A good Reuben should have visible sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, corned beef, and Russian or Thousand Island dressing. This literally looked like a pastrami sandwich with too much meat pushed towards the center of the bread. There really wasn't any sauerkraut on the sandwich at all and the dressing was supposed to be their sauce but barely tasted. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Had gone with a group of friends and they all said their food was good. My friend sitting next to me got some potato soup and she said it was delicious. It had been a while since I've been back here but if I come back I won't be getting the Reuben. The service was great though. Waiter was pleasant and professional and very nice.

The food was tasty. The environment was nice and our server was very helpful and nice. Will be back. They only thing I would change was the Cajun chicken Philly was a little dry and lacking a good bite of spice. The fish sandwich I had was cooked very well. My youngest loved the burger and my oldest said she enjoyed her buffalo chicken wings.

We actually were pleasantly surprised. We have gone to a couple of other 54th street restaurants 1 in San Antonio & 1 in Frisco, TX & we were not really impressed. A friend came in from out of town & she wanted to eat here so we did. The food was a lot better tasting than the others we had been to & the service was pretty good too. I ordered a bowl of soup, they brought out a cup initially. The buffalo chicken salad and the summer chicken salad were excellent. The tortilla soup was a little spicy, tasted good, not much chicken in it. Our server was excellent.

I came here to check out the happy hour. Huge portions for the price. Stuffed mushrooms were really good. Tequila Wrappers stole the show. They are huge perfectly flavorful egg rolls. The Super Nachos fell short. The chicken had no flavor despite looking really good. My wife had the Potato Soup and Turkey Sandwich which she devoured. The service was quick, friendly and will definitely be the reason we come back soon.

Went to have dinner for my birthday. Food came out cold on top and luke warm in the middle and hot on the bottom. Made me think my plate was microwaved instead of being cooked to order. How do you get served cold gravy??? If anything that should've been hot. Normally I would send it back however our waiter was MIA which was comical cause I felt rushed to place our order and he really didn't seem engaged. Like he rehearsed his welcome lines and that was it. No "human" interaction after that. And he had a couple of other tables around us. Overall disappointing...for the price I expected WAY better service and food. Chalking it up to just a bad day...we all have them.

Here right now and got the 14oz blackened ribeye medium well, came to me as rare so sent it back and it came back as medium rare so sent it back in hopes that it comes back medium well. The manager came and took it the 2nd time and waited for me to check it. Finally medium well! Too bad they had to cook it 3 times to get it right LMAO

Been going there for years but tonight we weren't satisfied; the food was served luke warm. My wife asparagus was hard & under cooked after we specifically requested them to be cook longer. My ribs was dry and hard to chew, and the coffee I was served tasted burnt and had coffee grinds. Not a great dinner. 😒

Went 11:50am on Wednesday for lunch (4 top). No one was at host stand and had to get the 5 ppl hanging out in back to seat us. Service was fine once sat, but salsa was either just plain awful or rancid. No one came to check on the appetizer, so we just let it go. I had a burger that was so dry I could hardly eat it. Again, no one really checked so I accepted it. I understand I didn’t let them know the issues, so it’s a bit on me, but I’m not one to call a waitress from across a restaurant. Not a terrible meal, but likely a place I will avoid moving forward.

Everything was pretty much average. Nothing was bad, but nothing to really praise. I haven't been here in a few years and it will probably be a while before I go back. 54th Street doesn't really do anything to set them apart from their competitors.

Grew up eating here, but at a different location. We left here feeling very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was the glass door inside the restaurant was incredibly dirty inside and out. I’m not really even a person who notices those sort of things. When I received the ribs I ordered, the person who brought them didn’t bring any wet wipes or a bowl for the bones, and we had a full rack of ribs. I asked the server, but she never brought them. When we were halfway through eating, we still had not seen her and I wandered the restaurant a bit until I found the to go station and asked a very kind server if I could grab a to go box for the bones. When we finally saw her again after we were finished eating, I paid and left. She never noticed that I had gotten a to go box for the bones even though there were only two of us at our table. Overall, I think attention to detail is really lacking here. :(

Had the prime rib sandwich with baked potato soup, soup was great, the sandwich tasted like steakums you get in the freezer section of a grocery store. 1st time going and don't care to bake.

Pretty good food for the most part. Always seem to have an issue with something missing from our delivery order though. When you call they take down your info and have corporate "mail you a voucher". Except you'll never actually receive a voucher. Oh and see attached.....Kids "Taco Bowl" it's like 30 tortilla chips and half a scoop of ground beef. Embarassing what people take pride in these days.

This was my 3rd time eating at 54th Street Grill. We decided to go there because its open late, and it was nearing 9pm. The drinks came out quick, and service was pretty good, as far as being seated and initially waited on. When we weren't ready to order right away, there was a long wait before the waiter returned. After looking at the menu options, I decided to try one of the hamburgers, as they appeared to be a popular item. There were many options to pick from, but the Devils Den Burger caught my attention. I love spicy food, so this was a must try. The Devils Den Burger is described as a 1/2 lb burger patty, with wing sauce, thick cut bacon, Monterey jack, chipotle mayo, a standard side, with ranch or blue cheese. I upgraded to some onion rings, and ordered the ranch with mine. When the food arrived everything looked good, the burgers were quite thick, the bacon was crisp, cooked perfectly, my 1/2lb meat patty was medium well, and appearance wise the burger looked great. The flavor of the burger was good, but the sauces were scantily applied, uneven, and not very decernable. I wished there had been much more wing sauce, as I added the ranch to the burger and it made for an interesting flavor, when I actually got a bite of wing sauce I could taste. The burger didnt really live up to its name, it had nearly no spice at all. It was basically mild buffalo sauce. The onion rings were large, crisp, and had good flavor, a nice upgrade to the standard options. The other person I was dining with ordered the avocado burger, which was also a 1/2lb burger, but with avocado, avocado ranch, Monterrey jack, and bacon. They commented as well that their bacon was the highlight of the burger. They opted for the grilled asparagus with their burger which was a very small portion, about 3 sticks. At the end of our meal, we asked to rang up at the cash register, as the person I was dining with had recently dealt with identity theft, and did not want to turn their card over blindly. The waiter left, a few minutes later came back and walked us over to the waiter station which was in use by someone closing tabs. He left us standing there and went out to wait on tables. The other employee finished their tabs, walked away, and returned to cash out additional customers before he returned. At which point he walked off again. After another 5 minutes or so he was nowhere to be found. The store manager saw us standing at the wait station, and came over to see what was going on. He checked us out himself. Overall the food was good. Prices were a bit on the high side for burgers, but they were 1/2lb burgers and the portions on most of our items were decently sized. The sauces that make these specialty burgers could have been better, and applied more liberally, or even put on the side, but instead left me struggling to even detect the sauces. The largest downfall was probably our waiter service. Who left us waiting at the beginning and end of the meal. I guess he lived up to the title "waiter". The entire experience was so-so. $50 for 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 sodas is on the high side, so I would at least expect good customer service, but 54th Street failed to deliver on a few fronts. 2 out of 3 visits, I've had customer service issues now. We arrived location and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered our food at 8:10pm. I received my nachos at around 8:20. My son received his order at 8:30 and it was wrong, so it was returned. My daughter finally got her order at around 8:40. Its now 8:48 and my son just got his food. When you come out to eat, food is supposed to be served at one time. The food was ok, but the food delivery was ridiculous. The server need more patience because he sounded a little upset that he had to take my sons order back. He failed to listed to his order which I and my daughter heard clearly, no bacon and I want mixed veggies, no fries. Fix the food service problem and advise the servers that at any job, "active listening" is a must.

Disappointment - I usually stop by 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse to sit at the bar, have a couple beers, grab some food, and be on my way. Normally it’s an easy, relaxed stop. Tonight was a completely different experience. It took way too long just to get a beer, and ordering food was just as slow. When the food finally showed up there were no utensils, no napkins, nothing. No one checked in, and I sat there while staff walked past me multiple times without even acknowledging me. At one point it honestly felt like I was invisible sitting at the bar. I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but the service tonight was frustrating enough that it stood out.

An older couple was seated next to us at a table that was extremely wobbly — to the point where drinks could easily spill. The gentleman politely asked to be moved, and while the manager eventually relocated them, the initial response felt dismissive and unprofessional. What really bothered me was hearing the manager later speaking negatively about the guest for making a completely reasonable request. Customers should be able to raise safety or comfort concerns without being talked about afterward. Hopefully the restaurant can address table maintenance and focus more on respectful customer service moving forward.

I ordered curbside, when I drove in to call I was the only car outside at first, I called multiple times and nobody picked up. I started seeing more cars pull in & so I tried to call again, no answer. So after the car next to me just pulled up and received there order, I chose to go inside & ask what’s going on with my order. As I walked in & waited for the staff to finish there conversation about another employee. I finally was able to ask about my curbside order, but all I was left with was call the number outside & they will bring it out. As if I didn’t do that already, but without a fuss I walk back to my car & called! FINALLY someone answered, when I received my food, I drove back home, just to be left with cold soggy food. Very disappointing. I ordered over $59 worth of food just to receive service & food like I was at McDonald’s. We ate what we could, but the soup was sour the fries soggy, biscuits were hard & dry & the CFS plate was full of water due to them letting our food sit there. Never again at this location. Waste of money. ***UPDATE**** They gave me a call back, but the man didn’t seem too enthusiastic , to give me an apology for there mess up. He did offer a gift card of an unknown $ amount which he would send to the office to get approved. I should be seeing it in 1-5 business days. Thank you for making it right, but your customer service sucks. I had talked to a manager, named IAN a couple days before & he was amazing & polite. He should definitely be the one to give customers a call back. Very inviting the other guy seemed unapologetic.

The place was cool and the vibe was okay, but the steak I ordered well done came out medium ,my son that ordered a medium rare got a rare steak, my wife got cold pasta, my other son got cold mashed potatoes, the food was overall not great. The only reason it was somewhat okay is because the calamari was good.My son said his chicken strips were good. The food and atmosphere were fine. The service is terribly lacking. As a single seater at the bar…. 10 minutes to have order taken. Once food was delivered it took another 10 minutes to get cutlery and a napkin. Drink sat dry for more than 10 minutes twice. The chicken nachos were good and the jalapeño’s were spicy. Unfortunately got a seed stuck in my throat with nothing to drink. Another guest offered me their water as my server behind the bar left. There were 2 staff leaning on the wall doing nothing. I really wasn’t even ready to leave but I couldn’t find a reason to stay. There were other guests at the bar complaining about the lacking service. I am staying at the hotel in the same parking lot for work for at least the next 3 weeks. Thought I had found a decent place to relax and have dinner. I will not be back. Be prepared to pay to be ignored.

Seeing a busy restaurant indicated to me the food was at least decent…how completely wrong was I. Cold food. Zero flavor. Zero seasoning (couldn’t even taste salt/pepper) Tiny portions. High prices. Absolutely rude employees. I’ve honestly had better frozen food. Food and service was complete trash. Food pictured was $37 and change with a drink. If I could give negative or no stars, I would. #NeverAgain

Food is always great! But beware, your credit/debit card might be hacked …. The waitress took our card with her to pay and next thing you know there are purchases on Amazon that we didn’t make. The first time in a while we have used our credit card and only here at this restaurant that day/night, so that makes me wonder?

I normally recommend this place to everyone I know. I took a friend there late on a Sunday night (last night) before they closed. The food tasted good but then we both started feeling horrible today. We believe we may have caught food poisoning since we’re experiencing the same issues (throwing up, diarrhea, low energy, cramps, etc.).

Dont like eating when customers are being rude to waitresses. Management should step it up and back up staff. Poor staff, ruined my meal ,I won't return. Ive been in food industry over a decade. Poor work ethics.

Night started well, ordered appetizers and drinks, 5 kids, 5 adults. Never been here we are from out of town. I ordered a large ice cold cider, waiter brought it to the table sat it down, I picked it up took a drink, sat it back on the table to chat. Lifted my cider to get another drink and the bottom of the glass just hit the table. I was drenched in cider my jeans, shirt and my phone. Very shocked, most likely ice cold cider put into warm glass. Waiter was great brought towels to clean up table. Manager was horrible, neede some training on how not to blame the customer for the glass breaking. My food was cold, I was cold and wet. Manager just stopped by for a minute, asked if I hit my glass on the table, then blamed the incident on the Ghost of 54. Did not comp my drink or my meal. Staff is great, food was at best poor and manager is horrible. I would never enter this establishment again. I have friends in food and service business and they were shocked at the treatment by the manager. In all fairness everyone else with me had a decent time and decent food.

There wasn't one part of the meal that was done correctly. From giving the wrong food to a "medium" steak that was barely rare. I told the manager 3 times "medium" and after showing the bloody rare steak to the waitress, the manager told the waitress "he never said medium." Ruby was an awesome waitress. But the manager guaranteed i will not go back to that location.

My server was a sweetheart but there was a cockroach crawling on the booth. The server seen it. She got the manager who came over and killed it. The cockroach crawled over the top of my booth , all over the back, and got lost under the seat until it came back out, which is when the manager killed it. We had to pay full price for the meal we barely ate and then he gave us $15 gift cards for "next" time. I'm so disappointed because I have eaten here a few times and had a good experience.

I enjoyed the food, and the servers were great, but when I got my food I noticed that all the silverware and cups I was getting were really cloudy and dirty. It felt really unsanitary and it soured the overall experience. This place has a high review score, so I'm disappointed that something as basic as sanitation could be done so wrong. Such an easy fix, but I feel like people should be warned.

WORSE SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Very POOR Customer service displayed. No FLEXIBILITY in trying to accommodate our seating request. POOR communication between hostess and service staff. It took almost 10 mins clearing a table then to realize there was not a server avail for that table. Which resulted in them attempting to clear & clean another table that was right next to it. Our requst was " why can't we just sit & be serve at the 1st table instead of having to wait again? Which was logical, we thought just have the other server serve us...The Manager's response was No, as that server will have to also CLEAN off our table after we were thru eating🤔WWHHHAATT ??? Isn't that the norm? Needless, we left & went somewhere else to dine & enjoy our time together. Can't say that 54th Street will be our late evening dining preference in the near future This experience left a very bad taste in our mouth. VERY Disappointing BAD, BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 😑

I have been coming to this location ever since it opened and usually a great experience, but today not so much I showed up @ 2:45 for lunch with my boss and ordered a ice tea (opened a tab)while a waited he was a few minutes out the waiter was also a bartender anyhow my boss showed up and ordered a beverage and then brought the drive and walked off didnt ask if we were ready to order and then when he came back and we did order i order my meal and then put in an order for a meal for one of my guys at work and was told i could not order that bacause it was after 3 it was 3:04 4 minutes going to loose my business over 4 minutes and the fact the I was there before 3 didnt matter maybe if we had an actual waiter not someone trying to do 2 job this could have been avoided , I work in customer service and this just wasnt how I have ever been treated
