We stopped there on our way back home to Tennessee this morning. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly, food was fresh and we noticed the outstanding teamwork & management working together seamlessly. Thank you for all you guys do.
Live Oak Burger King's got to be one of the best things I've had now you're on the other side of town there ain't much around Burger King that's what's going down come inside, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This BK as the winner.
Slow but its a small town
I love Burger King's bacon King sandwich and they have some other great food items as well the only thing I was not happy with is there Coke Icee machine was down but they had strawberry and blueberry or blue raspberry or whatever it is which was good
Food is good. Received just as we ordered. Asked for BBQ sauce and got it with out being charged extra for it. ( I don't like catsup on my fry's so much tastier.) Service through the drive thru was fast and efficient.
Love the new look, Restaurant was clean and we received our food in a timely manner. Trisha was very warm, welcoming and pleasant. Our Cashier was very detailed, answered our questions with knowledge of the menu.
Hubby said his whopper with cheese was the best he'd had in almost 10 years! He's a grouch when it comes to fast food so it must have been pretty good. 😍
We had about 12 wraps made special and they got the whole order correct and didn't even pull us up.
The food is hot and ready Burger King is always on point. The fries are even better than McDonald's. That's not even a lie it's the greatest thing in the world. They are even fresh every single time.
A place in order for special Whopper early in the day I went back in because it wasn't fixed properly you got a second one got home and still wasn't fixed properly made a call got a young lady on the phone that said I need to talk to a manager to get a Whopper fixed my way Burger King advertise have it your way so I didn't quite understand what she meant by that I've been thinking about it for about an hour or so I decided to return the second time with the blessings of God on my side the manager Brandon was there and he fixed everything so I like to say thank you very much to Brandon who's the best manager ever at Burger King out by Save-A-Lot and God bless y'all if you ever lose him thanks again Brandon for fixing my dinner properly you get 15 Stars
2019: They've remodeled the place and hired all new staff. Service and accuracy of order is top notch. The place smells and looks clean. Huge upgrade from over a year ago. I'll be back. Early 2018 2 stars: Took them 4 times to a hamburger with ketchup only. To be some what fair, a hamburger with ketchup only is the hardest burger to make for any fast food place.

This is the nicest and cleanest BK I've ever been to. Food was fresh. Fries where hot and crispy. The manager was there and he was hands on. As we waited for our food we also noticed the kitchen was insanely clean.
This one is the best one to go too in live oak Florida, we ordered a semi difficult big order.. this one Burger King got it 100% right.. the one's in lake City always get them wrong to where I always have to go inside to complain and ask them to redo it and make it right. I hate having to do that.( I don't like looking or sounding like a Karen). If you want done right the first time and right go to this one... The best one yet.. my husband even said he wants this place to be the only one he goes to now..
The local Burger King here has always given fast friendly service. Live the drive thru workers. Always have time fir a lil chat while in line. Thanks for you service.
I just ordered right when they swapped to lunch got a honey mustard wrap and a double Whopper and it's the best food I have had in a hot minute the staff did great this morning 💓 keep it up guys 🫶🏼
Not only did they not make us leave when another family held the door for us after the lobby was supposed to be closed, they were so accommodating and nice to myself and my very large family. Manager Brandon and front counter worker, Amy were both stellar in our treatment and everything was fresh and made a wonderful ending to a great Christmas celebration!
All the managers are so kind and sweet! The food service is quick! I took them 1 minute or 2 for my food! It was overall great

This is by far the most cleanest and fastest burger king I've ever been to. The food was fresh and hot....the staff......amazing, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
I came through to pick up my online order, which I had customized because I have a picky eater. They made it PERFECT! BOTH SANDWICHES. the drive through employee was so pleasant and smiling, it was quick fast and to the point and most importantly DONE RIGHT! It's not ok to always complain when things are done wrong, everyone is human and make mistakes. We also need to take the time to let people know they are doing awesome! GREAT JOB CREW!
Service was good. Food was good the only thing was I ordered a large fry but they filled the cup as a medium. Other than that it was great.
Give pretty quick service! Employees are very friendly and helpful. Usually get the order right, and if they mess it up (happened to me), they will fix it (be sure to call them ASAP to let them know and keep the receipt).
Just grabbed a quick snack after grocery shopping with my grandson, Reed. He eats his burger weird and we don't always get it the way he likes it but burger king hadn't let us down yet. They're always spot-onwith our orders, very courteous and really provide "fast food".
Good people the manager is truly amazing very understanding of your situation. they try to always make your food how it is ordered and FRESH. people just complain about the people who work there cause they probably don't know what its like to work in a fast food restaurant.
Today's dinner from Burger Kings here Live Oak no was what i just to have from them I order the deal two for $10 and get different sandwiches the what was in my order! I hate to give negatives feedback I really like this store but the sándwiches they put in my order was nasty!!

For the most part, these guys are normally pretty good.Sometimes you get somebody who cannot speak on the speaker.Or messes up in water.But I guess that's just life, very friendly.Outgoing most of the cashiers I just hate when they don't get in order right or it's cold
Finally you're doing much better with getting my order finished. I love that you've come down on your process by offering special offers. Only problem is I no longer will order a milk shake, they use to be nice and thick. They're not thick she and I HATE the clear plastic cups that doesn't help insult it. So my this milk shake is melting even faster. BUT that's ALL Burger Kings now. 😡
The Food is usually hot and fresh. The staff sre always kind and accommodating. They complete your order in a timely manor. The only thing I would say is that it's best to check your order before you leave. If you have a large order they usually leave something out. Some times they forget sauce or a drink. If you ask them for it they will correct it quickly and with a smile. Additionally there is one employee that always stands out to me. Shout out to Alex for always giving superior service.

I was impressed by BK as they brought the flame broiled taste back on their whoppers. Nice and hot. Just came from shopping and decided to grab some burgers and I parked and walked in as the drive thru was backed up. Of course we hit it when school just got out, but I was second in line but the place was full of people eating inside. We got Icees as our drinks.Took it home glad we did.
The staff here have routinely been rather great. The quality of the burgers could be better though. I've had better from other BKs
Prefer this location over the BK just north of I-10. It's not as noisy or hectic as that other location. Staff is usually friendly, they usually get the orders right or quickly correct any errors. Cleanliness leaves a little to be desired if one of the main managers isn't there, so that the trash bins are sometimes left full. I still do go there fairly often, when I don't have a lot of time to eat.
It was right after the power outage so of course it was packed. The young lady at the front did a great job taking orders even tho it was extremely hot inside and they were very busy. Food was OK, they did miss a few ingredients on one of my burgers but they were easily taken off.
I really can't give a fair comment here. I don't like the taste or smell of Burger King, but my daughter and husband love it! The only thing about the one we go to is they are a little slow.
Older restaurant, needs a good scrubbing. Not bad food, just OK. Food was hot. Restrooms need attention and paper towels. Nothing more that I hate is to wash hands and have to grab germy door handle.
I was disturbed that I couldn't alter my coupon, and it really hurt me that I couldn't get coffee here either. It bothers me not to receive Big Fish coupons in the mail as well. Simply frightening was the smell of TIK on the curtains. Something is wrong here to allow that at all. Perhaps I'm the only one that recognizes dope smells by where I have lived.

I asked him for some splendor or anything sugar free substitute the kid running a drive-thru when they had no idea what I was asking for then come back and said they don't have any sweeteners just sugar
All my experiences from here have been good except the last visit. I did the two for five with chicken fries and I also ordered two eight-piece mozzarella sticks. I only got one eight piece mozzarella stick the other one was jalapeno poppers and the other chicken fries was so hard you can't eat them.
Got a whopper looked great out of the wrapper, Tasted good, but started getting 'sloppy' before I was halfway through. All the mayo and ketchup was in the center and caused the burger and toppings to start sliding out the back of the bun. Too bad

Everything was fine till I had to get the drinks. The screen was shattered. Still we had to get are drinks. I didn't realize it was shattered till my sister got glass in her hand no it wasn't bad she had a little slither of glass. When it happened the cashier just was looking at us didn't say anything didnt ask if she was ok. Absolutely nothing they just act like they didn't even care. The problem is glass could fall in someone's cup a child could get glass stuck in there fingers. Please fix this before someone gets hurt.
I have been in Drive Thru 20 minutes😡Meanwhile behind the building employees just a talking n cussing.I get to the window theres 1 employee in sight 😡If I wasnt blocked in by cars I would have just left.I usually do not complain but this was ridiculous!!!!!I come here all the time and I have never encountered this !!!!
The hamburgers were red inside them. Plus the meat was dry some how. It could get alot better. They were nice and they wasn't busy either so that isn't any excuse!!!
Food was cold I ordered two breakfast sandwiches 3/27/2022 and they were cold. I ran into this several times at various burgerkings and forgot. When you order a breakfast sandwich have them nuke it.
Went there this morning and had this rude older lady I've dealt with multiple times, name is Anne. Dark skin lady. She’s rude as hell when your ordering, then I pull up to the window and a guy opens it. I asked him this morning how many people have said something about her….2 already this morning and its been multiple other times for me. Yall need to get your people in check; terrible customer service.
How bad can you mess up an order? Really, you are the reason everyone hates the idea of giving workers $15/hour. I love going to your store because I'm taking bets on what what you will mess up next. I ask for no onion I get extra, I ask for a basic value meal, I get no napkins or straw. I give this place another chance every few months and they have yet to get a single order right. Now I'm going to start going once a week because it has become a game to see what they will mess up next.
Been back there 3 times now since I moved back and every time my nuggets and onion rings are cold my last visit had me very frustrated dinning in took about 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me and my kids and my grandma there was only 3 tickets in drive that were not very long and 2 others on front counter and was told by Nicole the MOD that she was slammed. I had to ask numerous times for the correct size in cups after not getting my cups to begin with as well as my cookies and onion rings and they were yet again cold and nasty. I've worked here before so I would understand if they were actually busy but they were in fact no where near busy and looked like there was poor communication. I love Sam the GM who always goes above and beyond but her staff needs to get on the same page.
In the past it was Excellent. Today and last week was terrible. At the window cashier inform's you she done you a favor and charged 2 for 5 for whoppers. They are 2 for 5 already. Then we asked for heavy ketchup and heavy mayonnaise. I'm still looking for the ketchup because there wasn't any last week or this week. There was mayonnaise very little. If we need to pay extra we will. But give me what I asked for. Burger King use to be have it your way. Not anymore. Get what we give you and be happy. Not a happy customer. I use to Love this Burger King. I gave great reviews. Last few month's it's terrible. I will not steer you wrong. In any aspect. Hopefully it will get better. I don't think the cook can read the tickets. It's on the ticket.
The Burger King by the bowling alley in Live Oak has terrible service ever since the new management company is managing that Burger King. My order has not been correct ounce. I have to special order to to allergies. Do not claim have it your way when it's never correct.
Food was good, and we got the correct order. It was though, severely understaffed, and the 4 members that we're there, were extremely rude to both myself, and other customers. It took 20 minutes (It was timed) to get 3 meals.
It was the slowest service in all my years of going to "so called fast food"places.... I pulled into the burger king just after 11pm drive thru only lobby was closed i pulled out it was 11:55 and of course the order was wrong the fries were warm though.
We have always like Burger King, and been to this one many times but the last two visits were not good, onion rings us sick to stomach later on. Not clean anymore and soda machine been out of cherry vanilla for almost weeks now. This location has just gone down hill, and that is sad
We stopped by to grab a bite to eat and to begin with they forgot one of our burgers. So we drove back and got the burger. We made it home to find out the chicken bacon cheese burger was merely a chicken sandwich and the wrapping was marked with cheese and bacon except it didn’t have it on the sandwich. I took it up there to speak with a manager and the employee took my sandwich had them put bacon and cheese on it and returned the same sandwich. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager apparently wasn’t working today.
The man manger ERIC there is a jerk he was yelling at me on my order I called the 1 800 number to. He told my son he was gay and my son is only 17 what a sick man working at burger king.. I can not BELIEVE burger king would hire or keep trash working there.. a malicious experience ... when I entered the entrance I found a cockroach and inside it was dirty everywhere and the worst thing that happened to me was having found a hair on my burger while I ate it. I do not know how a local burger king is in these conditions. They need a lot of hygiene!!😷😷😷
I ordered on the app my fries were very cold and soggy, then they didnt give me my spicy chicken sandwich after I waited 20 minutes. The app tells you exactly what I want and for some reason they cant give me what I ordered and paid for?
You have a serious problem in managerial skills at this location. Disrespected and humiliated by Eric left me in tears. I reminded him no matter the reason one has to return any product, the number one rule is the customer is always right, no need to argue. Kindness would have been very much appreciated. Never returning and not only were the onion rings cold and bad but so is this location. Seniors, stay away!
Well... If you plan of having BK for breakfast at this location between 9:30ish and 9:45ish am and happen to order a sasuage biscuit well good luck. On more then one occasion I've been told they are out of biscuits just to not make more. Until that is I asked to speak with a manager on this matter due to this happing more then once. The young lady advised me that the manager will be with me shortly. NOT never spoke with a manger the young lady came back on and said sorry we do have biscuits and it will be a five minute wait! Are you serious 😆 lol only in live oak does this happen.
Can not get there act together. Update 8/15/2022 I went inside to order and all but one employee was hiding in the back of the kitchen. The one that was up front was on drive through and would not even say one word to me. Not like I can drive my tractor trailer through the drive through. As for the questions below, I got nothing, No Service, No Food, NOTHING.
Drive thru people are rude and brisk. No smiles. You can tell that they just don't care about the customer or the restaurant. The food has to be checked EVERY time before you leave the drive thru for freshness and to make sure it's hot. To many times to count I've had to ask them to remake a cone or a shake because they made it to soon before I got to the drive thru window. Cold frys are the norm at this store.
horrible service we ordered two meals and they didnt even come with drinks second the spicy crispy chicen sandwhich wasnt spicy or crispy it was just chicen and a buun and third the bacon king made my cousin stomach hurt plus we had to pay for two cups which we ordered meals
You can build a new building, but you still can't serve a fresh Burger or fries. EVER!! Not even if I get there one minute into the lunch schedule can I get a fresh Burger! I think only employees get fresh burgers. They must cook them 3 days in advance. At closing time to make sure that even the first Burgers served in the morning are not fresh!
Service was terrible. Was not greeted or even spoken to the entire time while ordering. Unsanitary, I watched as employees were eating while preparing my family's food. I have worked in fast food management and this experience was pathetic. There needs to be a change in management.
Poor food quality and I saw employees and the manager Eric eating food from the food area that customers food is served. I told him about the health protocol and he said mind my own business. Over all nasty and nasty attitudes. Always forgets food and when asked to make fresh it's always old and cold. Bathrooms nasty eating area always nasty. Never want back here. The manager never seems to really care as she is always cussing as much as the rest of the staff... in the bathroom I seen a person do a quick clean up on the toilets and then go straight to the orders
The staff is very unfriendly the burgers were so dry you couldn’t swallow and tasted very old!!!!! Had to go back in and ask for salt and ketchup because the little girl at the drive thru window handed out the bag of food without saying a word and immediately closed the window without asking us if we needed salt or ketchup!!!!! Wish you had the option to give negative stars because I would give this Burger King a negative 5 star rating it should be closed down!!!!!!
The 2 "managers" I spoke with, grumpy old Eric (mentioned in other reviews as someone that should be fired) and young girl, were 2 of the most unhelpful and rude individuals I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. They should be fired for talking to staff they way they do and they were completely unable to take our order for the "ultimate family bundle" being falsely advertised through bait and switch practices. We will never go to another Burger King again based on this experience. It's not the first bad Burger King experience, because honestly tolerable is the best they hope to achieve, but it is the one that likely extended my life by no longer putting this trash in our bodies. I am disgusted at Burger King and your customer service is just as useless as these managers were.
Everytime I go to drive thru and order I have to. Check before I leave. They have a new boy that can't count above 3. This time I got home after going back in for the 4th breakfast sandwich and waiting a good 4 to 5 min for it. The other stuff was ice cold. Ordered all with sausage but one was bacon. He needs to be trained how to count and needs glasses to read. If I come back and he is there I will just leave.

I hate this unprofessional fast food joint! Not only is the entire management team completely rude but they ALL carry dirty looks on their fasces. Never I mean NEVER have I EVER received one correct order. The front counter cashiers never EVER known their P.O.S system and aren't ever hygienic at appearance! This place only gets worse each new owner. On the plus side Burger King is a great place to enjoy a good meal, not price friendly nor have a timely manner because drive thru is priority. So find one with a awesome staff and correct cooks!
I dont usually post negative reviews, but this is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Some off the staff is great....but the manager lady is VERY rude and kind of mean. The food is way overpriced. And over half the time the food is cold. We now always drive a few miles down the road to the other Burger King by the interstate....which is one of the best Burger Kings I've ever been to.
Compliments to the back of the house... And, the back of the house only. The food was prepared as expected. What I experienced in the drive thru was an entirely different level of discomfort. First of all, there was no one in the drive thru, so why I had these issues, I don't understand. The person taking my order seemed to be overwhelmed with 5 people in my car, and also mocked me...I have a processing disorder which causes a speech delay and it seemed he took pleasure in my disability. Perhaps he didn't know, and I would have just left it at that, but when I got to the window to receive the food, I got yelled at. The young person there raised her voice at me when I asked a question and her intonation was of disrespect. I asked her if I offended her somehow and I got straight attitude. 4 large fries, no ketchup, and when I asked, it seemed as if there was an issue because I got so little ketchup and had to keep asking for sauce for the chicken fries. Perhaps I am just used to the Burger Kings in Orlando where service is with a smile and condiments are complimentary. Even if I do have to ask, I get a sufficient amount for the food. The BK, Live Oak's customer service was that of my 5 year old grandson, and the professionalism was that of my 10 month old grandson. Next time I'm in town, I will choose where I eat a little bit more carefully, because I was shaking as I left that restaurant, and it was not worth it.
20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. Food was cold, drink was melted. Tried to talk to Jeo which was a "manager" if you can call him that and he was beyond rude. Couple that with horrible cashier in drive thru. I do not recommend in fact I called corporate
Their food has gotten horribly disgusting over the past 6 months and the staff are the most uncivil people I've ever met in my entire life. Especially the manager Eric. He deserves to be fired over EVERYTHING he's done and said. The dining area is clean, but I highly doubt any of them care enough to keep their work stations clean
Pulled up to 2nd order line. It didn't work so they kept skipping me to take orders from first line. I wanted til it was clear and moved to first line and informed them it was broke n. They told me it wasn't broken it was my car that couldn't make it work (dodge charger). I said if it can't detect a large car they should put a sign up so the customers wouldn't keep going over there. The guy said "whatever". I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so because the associates are rude and don't care about customer service.
I am terribly disappointed in the manager that was working tonight at this location… It was very immature of him to be calling his employee’s names and also yelling.. if your going to be a man of leadership you set an example. Plus he put our food together and left off items. Then made the girl taking our order cry.. No person in a manager position should be aloud to abuse their employees the way this man did.. I’m super disgusted and it makes me never want to go back there again!!!
The Manager was very unprofessional., obviously can not work under pressure, and is not a people person. It was a walk in order, I'm 70 years old and can't hear. I went up to get the food she called the order for, it wasn't mine and she embarrassed me in front of the customers , she raised her voice and yelled at me. I walked out. Although I paid for my food I called it a loss. I don't think I will ever go in that establishment again. She could of been so much nicer to someone disabled.
I ordered online and ordered coffee. When I got there, they claimed they didn't have any, but we all know it's because they didn't want to make it. They didn't even offer a refund. I also ordered onion rings and paid for 2 extra sauces. I had to ask for the sauces since none was in the bag. They ended up giving me the 2 I paid for but not the 2 that normally come with a large ring. I also didn't get the sauce for the chicken fries. It's absolutely crazy that people can't read orders properly.
Everytime I go to this location something is always wrong. Not only was my first burger made wrong, but the 2nd one had a long black hair in it! gross!! I asked for a refund and was denied and offered a fry to make up for it amd my burgers remade. Wth. I didn't even want the food at that point but was still denied refund.
I politely asked for a refund after it took over five minutes to make a sandwich, I was the only person at the register and I noticed they were putting it in the microwave. I said I did not want it because it was going in the microwave and manager gave me an attitude and walked away. It still took another five minutes to get my refund from a separate employee.
Not one to write bad reviews last time I came I got the 2 for 6 special went to pay at the wondow she charged me for 2 regular burgers when I asked about the special and if it wasn't available she said yes so I asked why I couldn't get it then she said "because the manager will get mad and I'll get in trouble for giving it to you" why offer the special if you won't honor it. Never going back
I got my burger on Monday and was introduced to a mole on the bun. And I asked for the manager and she came over and ignored my complain and she had an attitude towards me so I had to leave with a burger that I couldn’t eat I would never come back and I hope people can see this

First and foremost, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a Whopper from this place, and when I received it, it was cold, and the fries were extremely soggy. If I could give it a zero-star rating, I would. The bathroom was also very disgusting. I would not recommend this place. Just drive to the Busy Bee one; it’s way better food and better customer service.
What an epic JOKE. Order was given repeated, and still they got it wrong! We live 30 min away, so tried to call about 10 times with no answer! The receipt is correct the order is WRONG. Ordered the BBQ brisket whopper w/o pickles. Instead got something with mayo, tomato, and some crunchy onions. 56 miles will be spent in gas 2 hours of time to go back and forth. No way to call them as they won't answer. Total order $31 and change. Beyond disgusted. Way to FAIL BK
Was going through the drive thru, told the lady one moment, the lady didn’t sound to happy to do her job, she continued to say “order when your ready” we told her she can be patient and she said excuse me, not very professional, if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers
I bought one of those brisket whopper's, it sure was different from the TV ad. There was nothing on it but a drop of sauce. There's only two people working every time I go in. There is no management at all.
Been going there for maybe two weeks ( hit and miss) food was ice cold. The manager got mad because I told her it was cold. Fixed it again and it was even colder. She got an attitude with me. Sad part is I was the only one at the restaurant. I work in fast food so I know how it goes
Stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting for service. The counter guy was too busy putting stickers on bags and cups. Didn't even acknowledge i was there. Then the manager comes out to talk to his little girlfriend at the counter. Again didn't acknowledge i was there. Horrible customer service. The owner should seriously look into this. Im sure I'm not the only business they have lost because of this
They told me 4 separate times to hold on. I waited 5 minutes just give them my order. When i finally got to give them my order they interrupted me and asked me if I could hold on just a couple more minutes. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY HAD! It was 5:30am and they open at 5:00am. If you don't want to serve people that early in the morning then open the store later.
Second time coming to this burger king. Not good. Asked for my hashbrowns to be extra extra crispy, they were still soft. I asked for them to be redone she said they won't be anymore crispy since we dropped them for another 30 seconds. I've been to burger kings in different areas and have had crispy hashbrowns. I don't know what their issue is. So I asked for them to drop it FRESH and let it cook for another minute longer. Hopefully that helps. Not sure how to do their job, I'm not being paid, but maybe I should be. Do not go here
I ordered an Impossible Whopper to go for my husband as he was at work & had to go on an errand during his lunch. The lady at the cashier didn't even know what that was BUT it was up on their board inside. So she looked at like I made it up & I pointed out where I saw it. I didn't know what it is but it does not look appealing. I also ordered two PLAIN cheese burgers for my daughter. What I got was a PLAIN Impossible Whopper. Pathetic looking for the $7.89 I paid. I also got NOT plain cheeseburgers. What was my fault was not looking at the receipt & checking the food. I was trying to get my husband his food so he wouldn't go without on a 10 hour work day.
