As someone who worked at pizza hut in the 90's this place was great. People were nice food was great happy to have a pizza hut close by again. I will keep going and going.

My order was ready exactly when I was told it would be.My food was still hot when I got home. The quality was above my expectations and affordable. The store was spotless and the staff was friendly and inviting.

This place is hidden in the little plaza. There was not enough signage, so I passed it more than once without notice. I ordered personal pan pizzas for the first time, and they were very good. Perfect for my family because everyone likes different toppings. So everyone got their own toppings. This was great. They offer the personal pan pizza $2 on Tuesday. Great way to taste the product. I was surprised how good it was. It was filling too.

Face to face Customer service was excellent. My online order charged me a bad deal, so I went into the location to see what happened. The cashier man rang me up for a better deal! He saved me from being ripped off! Kudos!

If you like pizza hut

First time at the Lockport NY location, it was very good. Ordered ahead on the app and pd.so it was so easy to drive up to the window to get my order.

Can’t say that the atmosphere inspires me to want to hang out here for more than it takes to pickup my order. First order I made was messed up, but manager made up for it and apologized immediately

I ordered on the app. Our pizza was hot and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the parking lot. It may not, and probably isn't the restaurants fault, but the parking lot has a lot of very deep potholes.

This new version of Pizza Hut has some different items. I tried the Ultimate Crafted Flatzz. It looked great. If only I could have gotten past the fact that it was WAY TOO SALTY AND PEPPERY, it would have been great. It looked very nice and I could sort of taste the actual food underneath all the salt and pepper. Why is it that restaurants and food manufacturers think they need to put so much salt in everything? In Europe the same items don't have the amount of salt as we do in the U.S. No wonder so many people have high blood pressure....it's all the sodium in everything from canned goods to frozen entrees and even the fresh foods in resturants. I probably won't get this again, or any variety of flatzz because of how much salt and pepper was on it. 45 minutes later and my mouth still feels peppery.

I would do five stars but it’s bad enough they took our entire restaurant from us. WHY ARE YOU SO CHINCY WITH THE BREADSTICK SESONING ITS BAD ENOUGH YOU CHANGED THE RECIPE. EVERYONE WANTS EXTRA SEASONING NOT OVER COOKED BREADSTICKS WITH NO SEASONING STOP PLAYING EITH ME PIZZA HUT

It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not that original Pizza Hut pizza recipe. I know they just opened, so I will remain hopeful that they will figure it out in a few months.

For a Supreme pizza there was not much meat, in fact the toppings all seemed a bit light. Sadly, it seemed more like a deluxe frozen pizza and not a premium pizza restaurant creation. I would be thrilled to find a frozen pizza similar, but for the price and consumer expectation from a longstanding franchise, this was a big disappointment

This Pizza Hut's pizza 🍕 doesn't meet the same quality of the original Pizza Hut in Lockport, N.Y. however, the taste is good. The crust is more like a pre-made dough you'd buy pre-cooked stretched out in a bag in the bread section of the grocery store.

Terrible music playing when entered, dining may as well be non existent. Pizza did not taste as good as Pizza Hut used to.

Ordered online and was told it would take 15 mins. Arrived 15mins later and was told to wait 10 more minutes. Waited and received 1 of 2 items correctly. Proceeded to wait another 15 mins for 2nd item to be ready. While waiting heard an employee tell the cashier not to anwser the phone because they were to busy. Finally received everything and left.

Pizza was good , when I ordered they said 35 mins to pick up , I picked up and was told it wasn't ready an additional 30 mins . Plan on waiting at least an hour for your order.

I ordered by phone, that went fine. Picked up our 2 X LG pizzas, nothing special just cheese and pepperoni the deal $10.99 each. This is hands down the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza hut. There is hardly any cheese and the crust is very dry/tough. I really wish it was better. It didn't even look close to the picture on the website.

Pizza made incorrectly and can't understand workers

I ordered through DoorDash and drove to the store to pick up my order, only to find out it had been cancelled almost immediately because they supposedly “ran out of dough.” I would have respected an honest explanation more, like closing the kitchen early or not wanting to make additional orders. Instead, it felt like an excuse. If employees are still being paid until closing, customers should reasonably expect service during posted business hours as you had plenty time to make it. Does the owner know you’re doing this?

I tried to order a large pizza original pan crust thru app wouldn't let me. I called the store to do it and was told it was sold out. So I ordered the medium original crust pizza. When I went 10 minutes later to wait for my pizza I asked when they would have the large and was told they now had it. Why wasn't I told on the phone that they were in the process of having it in a few minutes. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a large pizza off of their app. $27 dollars was withdrawn from my account. When I called the store they told me I had to reorder and have ANOTHER $27 withdrawn from my account. The first and last time I will be a Pizza Hut customer. Terrible customer service, people work hard for their money.

And if you do happen to get food there, and they don’t answer, call, corporate, or charge your order back from your financial institution Ok I tried it a second time months later it was better but the first time all that was true, but I did go back and have a good experience about a month later
