Face to face Customer service was excellent. My online order charged me a bad deal, so I went into the location to see what happened. The cashier man rang me up for a better deal! He saved me from being ripped off! Kudos!

Neat and clean, only seating for 2 parties but makes up for it in customer service. Very happy pizza hut still tastes like the 90s. 😂 Highly recommend

This place is hidden in the little plaza. There was not enough signage, so I passed it more than once without notice. I ordered personal pan pizzas for the first time, and they were very good. Perfect for my family because everyone likes different toppings. So everyone got their own toppings. This was great. They offer the personal pan pizza $2 on Tuesday. Great way to taste the product. I was surprised how good it was. It was filling too.

Consistant quality pizza as promissed 65+ years ago. I really like the perfection of this staff. Even at the drivethru they smile and are kind. I order on the phone and it has ALWAYS BEEN CORRECT! Wow, this location should really be recognized and praised.

My order was ready exactly when I was told it would be.My food was still hot when I got home. The quality was above my expectations and affordable. The store was spotless and the staff was friendly and inviting.

I ordered on the app. Our pizza was hot and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the parking lot. It may not, and probably isn't the restaurants fault, but the parking lot has a lot of very deep potholes.

It's Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. All these people saying it tastes like frozen pizza etc. Obviously don't know Pizza Hut. This place is not for dining in but they do have two small tables where you can eat in providing one of the tables is empty which it usually is

This new version of Pizza Hut has some different items. I tried the Ultimate Crafted Flatzz. It looked great. If only I could have gotten past the fact that it was WAY TOO SALTY AND PEPPERY, it would have been great. It looked very nice and I could sort of taste the actual food underneath all the salt and pepper. Why is it that restaurants and food manufacturers think they need to put so much salt in everything? In Europe the same items don't have the amount of salt as we do in the U.S. No wonder so many people have high blood pressure....it's all the sodium in everything from canned goods to frozen entrees and even the fresh foods in resturants. I probably won't get this again, or any variety of flatzz because of how much salt and pepper was on it. 45 minutes later and my mouth still feels peppery.

I would do five stars but it’s bad enough they took our entire restaurant from us. WHY ARE YOU SO CHINCY WITH THE BREADSTICK SESONING ITS BAD ENOUGH YOU CHANGED THE RECIPE. EVERYONE WANTS EXTRA SEASONING NOT OVER COOKED BREADSTICKS WITH NO SEASONING STOP PLAYING EITH ME PIZZA HUT

For a Supreme pizza there was not much meat, in fact the toppings all seemed a bit light. Sadly, it seemed more like a deluxe frozen pizza and not a premium pizza restaurant creation. I would be thrilled to find a frozen pizza similar, but for the price and consumer expectation from a longstanding franchise, this was a big disappointment

This Pizza Hut's pizza 🍕 doesn't meet the same quality of the original Pizza Hut in Lockport, N.Y. however, the taste is good. The crust is more like a pre-made dough you'd buy pre-cooked stretched out in a bag in the bread section of the grocery store.

Sure not the Pizza Hut I remember. The flavor and crust are far from the pan Pizza I used to get at the sit down restaurants that closed. Doubt I would order it again. In fact Little Ceasars has a way better pan in my opinion.

I ordered by phone, that went fine. Picked up our 2 X LG pizzas, nothing special just cheese and pepperoni the deal $10.99 each. This is hands down the worst pizza I've ever had from pizza hut. There is hardly any cheese and the crust is very dry/tough. I really wish it was better. It didn't even look close to the picture on the website.

To sum up in one word Garbage I would’ve summoned it up in two words, and said hot garbage, except for it wasn’t hot Toppings weren’t cooked didn’t get our order refused to fix the bill Then, when you call the complaint, they don’t answer the phone. I’m assuming because they probably Ben getting complaints since they opened because this is not a Pizza Hut recipe. It was like corner store pizza with toppings. Poured on not cooked do yourself a favor save yourself the trip. And if you do happen to get food there, and they don’t answer, call, corporate, or charge your order back from your financial institution Ok I tried it a second time months later it was better but the first time all that was true, but I did go back and have a good experience about a month later

Never received the order I placed. Called the store and manager was conveniently not there. Kept telling me DoorDash refunds you, which is either a lie or the employee was totally incompetent because DoorDash does not give refunds if you purchase through the merchant.
