Love this place! Super convenient to order food, you have the option to order from the counter or use electronic kiosks. And the quesadillas are HUGE! I made two meals out of mine and it was packed full of chicken. Flavor was great as well, very well seasoned. I loved that they had a variety of cremas to try as well! Will definitely be coming back!

Went with my mom to eat for lunch. The food was amazing and inexpensive. You would like 10$ for a quesadilla is alot till you learn it's a 12" tortilla. Not to mention the amount of topings and sauces you can pick from. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They do have kiosks if you want to take your time ordering. The workers were very polite and used great manners. 100% would go there to eat again.

This place is hands down the ultimate quesadilla joint. Huge, filling and made fresh to order! So many good ones to choose from. I hope they do great as they are tucked away off Transit in Lockport next to Walmart!

First time here, I always go into new places and ask them to make me whatever they think is the best. Told them I’m not picky, they went all out it was super delicious. Had Kobe had the best customer service and he was very personable. Definitely will be back!

One of our new favorite spots for family dinner night! Loved every bite. We have tried a couple different quesadillas now and have not disappointed. My husband loves the rice bowls. The dipping sauces are delicious! Will be back again to try different ones too! The fried avacados are a must.

That being said, the food was delicious and full of flavor that it makes you want to try everything else they have to offer! I’ve heard great things about this place, so I finally paid a visit after grocery shopping at Tops. It’s located right around the corner, and across from the side entrance of Walmart. I will enthusiastically add to the glowing comments I’ve read previously. The food is amazing! If you were expecting a little mini quesadilla, like you get as appetizers from some of those national chains, think again. My quesadilla was good size and plump with chicken, cheese, peppers, and veggies. Delicious and filling! The building used to be a Ted’s hot dog, and I hesitate to mention that because it’s beautifully redone without a trace of the old. This is definitely upscale and well done. This place is a real treat and a nice break from the strip of fast food places. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Update - Tried there again, same options of veggies. The cook hit it out of the park! Fantastic lunch. A bit expensive but was very satisfied with my meal today! Another update - have been back more than once now and it’s been out of the park delicious, every time!

The fella at the counter was pleasant and welcoming, was kind of surprised by that and helpful as well since this was my first time at the Quesadilla Company. Lots of good menu options, I went for the Beach Bum Quesadilla and thought it was a refreshing take on the typical quesadilla. Flavorful, filling but not too heavy. I liked the pineapple and blueberry sauce. Food came out quick and the gentleman at the counter brought it out to me. Portion size was just right and I suppose the price of the food was justified. I wasn't familiar with this place so I'm not entirely sure if it's a one off, a local chain or a national chain. The interior of the restaurant reminds me of a fast food chain. It was clean and the seating was comfortable enough. Overall, I was pretty happy withy experience and would go again/recommend to others. Nice job.

Finally got around to giving this place a try and it was phenomenal. Great food, definitely worth a visit. I know I will be back, planning on having it in the regular rotation for easy dinners once school fires back up for the kids.

Ordered for a family of six. Wife and I loved our quesadillas. I made a custom pork and she got the beach bum. Meat is well seasoned, a tad bit on the salty side but still amazing. Kids like their food for the most part. Chips that came with their meals were on point. We also ordered the cream cheese churros and they were absolute heaven! They came with a nice caramel sauce and were fried to perfection. Prices are decent given the economy. Definitely reccomend giving this place a try. I will definitly be coming back

I had the carnitas quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious, the pork was juicy and flavorful, all the toppings were fresh a delicious aswell. The guys who where working we very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again to sample more of the menu!

We were out on a snowy Saturday and needed lunch and decided to stop here and give it a try. It was much busier than I expected but we were very pleased with our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly to us and their interactions with each other were nice and created a nice environment. It seemed like they were friends with each other which translates into a friendly environment for customers. We got a beach bum and binge watcher quesadilla, both were delicious and filling. The dining area was very clean. The whole place was put together nicely, I actually had to look up to see if this was a franchise because everything seems so well thought out and presented as though it’s a franchise, it does seem to be locally owned though. We’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we walked in to out, the workers behind the line were great, attentive and on top of everything with gusto. Inside was spotless and ordering was convenient and easy even to the anxiety-prone and our quesadillas were perfect, m u c h larger than expected. Desserts were also great and cheap. Not many restaurants make customers feel genuinely welcome with such friendly service, let alone work so hard to maintain their standards. I'd have given a sixth star if possible.

My first order and it was great! I had the Cool Kid. The chicken was so tender; the bacon, tomato and spinach were a wonderful complement to the chicken. And the ranch crema was a perfect dip. Definitely will try other quesadillas.

Been wanting to try this place for a while, however I'm rarely in Lockport and while I do enjoy trying somewhere new, it's a little far from my house. Was in the area and decided to give it a shot. Realized they accept online orders through the Toast App ( My preferred way to order ) and placed my lunch order. Ordered the "Foodie" Quesadilla ( Steak / Red onions etc ) and a side of chips and Salsa. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see ample parking and a good amount of seating inside. My order was ready exactly when the app said it would be so I grabbed my food and sat down. Chips and Salsa were OK. Nothing to write home about but the Quesadilla was amazing, fresh ingredients, tasty and above all it was HUGE ( If you don't have a big appetite maybe order the Junior ) Over $20 for a Quesadilla and Chips seemed excessive initially, but after I ate lunch and was very full I realized that the cost is in line with what I received. Will definitely come here again.

I ordered the loaded fries with pulled pork, the other people I was with ordered a rice bowl with beef, the fun guy quesadilla, chips, salsa and queso. Everything was delicious! We were greeted by all of the staff when we walked in, they were helpful with menu questions, the service was fast and friendly. I forgot to take picture of the food because we were so exited to eat it, but here’s a photo of me taking leftovers home because the loaded fries were big enough to be two meals. We also noticed they have a variety of sides, kids menu, and gluten free options. Definitely will be going back!

Best food I've found in lock port so far, pretty normal atmosphere spacey room to have freedom but nothing too notably different then most restaurants. Calming energy, can order via tablets or by person I'd reccomend using the tablet gives you more freedom to really make your meal your own.

This place was a surprise. As someone from Southern California who grew up with good Mexican food and who also travels all over the Northeast for work, finding a place that has good Mexican food this far from home is rare. But the food was tasty and well prepared (the birria quesadillas were on point!), the personal, at-ease welcome from the chef at the counter was a refreshing change, and the place was very clean and in good order. Only thing missing was slightly more comfy seating and it would be 5stars all around. But that’s if you’re just LOOKING for something to complain about. Will definitely return when in the area. Best place in Lockport. There aren’t a lot of healthier places around here and it’s nice you can customize your entire order. It is a little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The quesadillas are massive. Have been here multiple times and will keep coming back.

Going to be completely honest with this review. We went to The Quesadilla Company for dinner and so far it's the best place I've found to eat in western NY. I haven't liked the food here yet (I'm from Florida) and this place was good. A little bit more expensive than I'm used too but it's average NY prices. The food was a little over $55 and with tip it was $65 but it's a lot. My husband got the mechanic quesadilla and I got the mechanic rice bowl (i tweaked the sauce to be garlic herb crema which honestly i didn't like but the other sauces didn't sound good at the time ) as someone without teeth and can't eat anything the chicken and steak were soft enough to eat. The rice was kinda flavorless but if eaten with everything else in the bowl it's good. I also got a side of tacos logs (which are taco eggs rolls) and even though they were fired i was happy that they were soft enough for me to eat they also tasted great especially with sour cream. My husband also got the fried avocado which was good and also very soft. Overall it was good and I will be back to order the same thing. We have our anniversary coming up later this month and will probably be back then. I have so much of my bowl left over it's actually going to be lunch for tomorrow. I've spent $80 before and still been hungry so this $66 to fill me was definitely worth it. Definitely recommend. I've never seen 35 reviews with 100% approval until this restaurant and now I understand why. He also gave us a drink for our wait. The owners here are very nice and know how to cook.

The cashier patiently takes my order as a non-native English speaker, and the rest of the staff greets us with smiles. Additionally, I will leave a note about the cleanliness of the restaurant. This place is really well managed. Even the restrooms are always clean and impressive! I go there with my toddler and this is no problem at all. Of course there is a kids menu. Very kid-friendly. This place is a MUST STOP. First time in today, the food is absolutely killer. The flavors, portions and presentation is excellent. Owner definitely knows what he's doing. I'm not local, but everytime I come to Lockport this is the only place I'll be eating! I've got some people I know that would make the 3 hour trek with me just to eat here again. We love this place. We discovered it when we were house hunting in Lockport, and now we go there all the time. Fresh fillings, three size options, pre chosen our “build your own” so everyone enjoyed what they had. Great place.

The first time I ordered from here I got a rice bowl, it wasn’t bad but I wasn’t a fan of the chipotle sauce, which is okay would be a better fit for someone who enjoys chipotle :) if you go here once, and dislike it the first time I encourage you to go back and try something else. I decided to give them a second try and got the double dipper quesadilla and oh my god??!! It was DELICIOUS. I didn’t even stop to take a picture, so good. I will definitely be returning to try more.

The first time I ordered from here I got a rice bowl, it wasn’t bad but I wasn’t a fan of the chipotle sauce, which is okay would be a better fit for someone who enjoys chipotle :) if you go here once, and dislike it the first time I encourage you to go back and try something else. I decided to give them a second try and got the double dipper quesadilla and oh my god??!! It was DELICIOUS. I didn’t even stop to take a picture, so good. I will definitely be returning to try more.

My wife and I were excited to try this place and couldn’t wait for it to open. Came here on day 2 of them opening and the staff was very pleasant. We came right around 11:30am and they were already super packed. While we thought it took a little bit for our food, it’s expected for being busy and just opening. I got The Leader quesadilla and she got build your own rice bowl with pork, cheese and sour cream. We also got chips with queso. For mine, I thought it was a perfect amount of chicken and really appreciated that it was fully shredded and it went to the edge of the shell. I felt the chicken could have used a bit more seasoning. Chips and queso, I must say those were the best chips/queso I’ve ever had. I’d give my meal 8/10. My wife on the other hand thought the portion ratio for rice & pork lacked. Could have had more rice and DEFINITELY more pork. Rice was a little underdone, hard bits with each bite. Pork lacked flavor too. She would rate her meal 4/10. There should be a a couple signs from above with “order here - kiosk” and the cashier offering to take other people as soon as they have no line. It can be confusing because we thought we could only order from kiosk. Pricing - while I thought the quesadilla was worth the price, she felt $11.99 for the rice bowl was too high for the little portion she received. We did not add anything extra and our total bill was $50. We felt it was a little high. We will be back though to try other options.

I ordered The Sports Fanatic and was full of flavor. Had also ordered a drink and chips with salsa. The quesadilla is large and the chips are what seem to be homemade. The small cup of salsa was nothing special. All in all I would recommend trying this place out! On my scale would give it like a 7.3 out of 10. The service is awsome with a clean group of worker who honestly seem to really like their jobs.

I loved the menu variety & also the gluten free tortilla option. The food quality was pretty good but do not expect an authentic Mexican feel. More of an American take on quesadillas. It was a bit pricey to me at almost $20 for a quesadilla but it was a large portion size. This is a take out style restaurant, self service. The downside was that though the servers were polite, it took about 15-20 minutes to get the food (just one quesadilla).

We stopped here for lunch this afternoon and it was so good! We were admittedly a little surprised by the price ($70 for 4 people) but as soon as we saw the portion sizes and tasted the food we decided it was worth it! I didn’t even get to snap a pic because I was took excited to try it! The service was great, everyone was very friendly. They even brought our food to us at the table. As someone who has worked in a place like this, I loved to see what looked to be either the manager or owner working and helping out the team! We also saw one of the workers try very hard to make another customer happy after something went wrong. I thought he went above and beyond to make it right. We took our leftovers home and were very satisfied.

The food and staff were great. Price was a bit high. Seemed overstaffed. For Friday lunch time. I don't like tipping when I'm not served. They should add cheddar to cheese menu. Great job having gluten free!

Food was really good I say eat there if u get alot inside quesadilla will get soggy with too much stuff.

I got the chicken quesadilla the taste of the quesadilla was very Bland wasn't really a nice crispy Brown quesadilla not sure what kind of shells they're using. Was kind of dry not what you think when you think of a juicy quesadilla it was kind of a letdown I spent $20 on this I got the quesadilla dipping sauce for an extra $3 extremely salty watery.

We've been excited to try this place since they opened and we decided to order for lunch. We got the foodie quesadilla, the leader quesadilla, and a brisket rice bowl. The ingredients seem to be very good quality but we thought the flavors were a little unbalanced. 1st off we ordered no Jalepeno on the foodie, but they were on there anyways and the kids wouldn't try it even after I picked then off. 2nd the chicken was a little dry and bland and the main flavor was all the peppers and onions. 3rd we didn't think there was enough cheese. When I think of a quesadilla the 1st thought is cheese and meat 2nd and veggies 3rd. This seemed completely backwards as there was too many veggies, tons of meat, and could barely notice the cheese. All the veggies seemed to all have similar flavors with all the pickled ingredients. The sauces were very tasty. The cook on the quesadilla was excellent. The employees and restaurant was wonderful. Price is a little high if youre just looking for a quick lunch spot. We will give it one more try, with much simpler orders.

I don’t usually write reviews about restaurants, especially because I know so many locally owned places are struggling right now, but after my experience last night and reading some other reviews, I feel the need to share my experience too. The food is really sub-par. It’s giving re-branded fast food but with a higher price. The queso and chips were good but they were nothing unique. The quesadilla was quite bland and ingredients tasted like typical low quality fast food ingredients. I was excited about this place opening in Lockport but now I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

I've ordered from here many times...However, this was my last time. Since their opening I have noticed a decline in the quality of their meat. I order "The Foodie" every time and it was good till this one. The "Fajita" steak this time was basically fatty and gristle...literally pulling 3 pieces out my mouth cause I couldn't chew them up. Halfway through I just gave up and tossed it. Maybe this is a one off, but for a 20$ quesadilla, I would have been more satisfied w/ Taco Bell quesadilla or something. Disappointing....and I don't even take time to write reviews so you know I was peeved to take the time to write this.

The quesadillas are good but the bowls are just alright. I got a rice and chicken bowl and added mushrooms, onions and jalapeños. You can only get two toppings and have to pay additional money for more, which is fine. But my bowl was missing mushrooms and had literally only two pieces of onion, so I paid more and actually got less. It still was still fine but kinda disappointing

Meat was cold veggies soft quesadillas soggy and undercooked and bland...no fresh ingredients it seemed, mushrooms were cold and pickled straight out of a can.

It’s just so expensive. You can only add two to to each quesadilla. My order and my kids orders were made incorrectly. The bag of chips was a mess of crumbs and broken chips. Just bad all around

Employees very friendly. Food has no real flavor-VERY BLAND. Chicken in the bowl was not shredded and was about 12" long and a thick 1-2" banded pc. Not satisfied with my first experience. $20 spent for an unhappy lunch-lack of taste.
