AMAZING pizza. The sweet sauce with garlic crust, OMG. I drive over an hour roughly every other week just for the Pizza and Fried Dough. I hope one day Chop's Shop opens up a shop in the southtowns. All other Pizza places in the southtowns would be in BIG trouble.

The pizzeria was very busy and from beginning to end it was about an hour before our food was ready for pick up. Let me tell you it was worth the wait. The Pizza, Wings and tacos were delicious. We will definitely will be back....thank you!!

I stopped for lunch and had two slices of pizza and a beer. The slices were thin crust with plenty of edge crust to hold onto and had a semi sweet sauce with cup pepperoni. Very good flavor. Decent bar with a great bartender.

We've always loved the food, and we used to always pickup, but we will get delivery from here on out. Christine, the delivery driver is our absolute favorite and someone our 5 year old looks forward to seeing everytime. She is so professional and friendly and we look forward to when she delivers. Love this place. The sweet sauce pizza with the garlic Parm crust is very good. The sliders are a must! My favorite is the meatball with sweet sauce sliders. Decent carry out deals.

Whenever I head out to medina this is my go-to. The pizza is always delicious and they give you the option of sweet or original sauce. I always order the sweet with garlic crust. The pizza is always cooked perfectly. Dont forget to try the garlic knots they are loaded with garlic butter. Definitely worth a try if you're in the neighborhood.

What can I say about Chop's Shop. Plenty. The staff is very nice every time. However, I have to say that if Chop's Shop ever opened up another shop in the Southtowns (Hamburg, Orchard Park, etc.) Every Pizza place would be in big trouble. (If some disappeared it'd be a blessing) I am a frequent pizza guy and Picasso's is my go to in my area and if there was a Chop's Shop in this area, they would become my go to place. The Pizza is phenominal. Best around. The sweet pizza sauce is the best. I travel from Hamburg just to get the Pizza and the Fried Dough. 2 of the best things to get here. Not one bad thing can be said about Chop's Shop. Everything is perfect every time.

I would normally order from Marks in Medina NY but lately they've been rude and there pricing seems to change from one second to the next. So I decided to go to the Chop Shop Pizzeria I have many military friends that get food from there they are kind and courteous also my past experience the owner will bend over backwards to help you out with party plans and food!!!

I live in Lockport and had never had chops until this past Sunday right before the bills game. I ordered a party tray and 50 wings and had someone pick them up for me. Everything was better than I could ever imagine considering I deliver for a local pizza shop! The pizza with the garlic crust was top tier and the wings were as well. I will definitely drive from south Lockport for your food!! The only issue on the phone and that’s assuming the young girl did know what she was doing was that I was trying to leave a tip for the kitchen staff as I was paying over the phone and was told I couldn’t do that. 💯 recommend chop’s!!!!

Small town big taste, normally I post about buffalo pizza places, but a worthy mention here. If ever headed out in cozy gasport area definitely worth a stop. Not to mention cold frosty drinks right next door!

I love chop shop. Its the only place that will deliver to middleport without doordash and even then the choices are limited. My favorite thing is the chicken finger pizza with the honey garlic sauce and the garlic bread crust. Trust me, Its fantastic.

Stopped by while visiting Lockport for lunch. The bartender was super nice - gave us great menu suggestions to try their pizza with sweet base sauce and the garlic crust. It was delicious. Also shared a chef salad which was quite a portion for a very decent price. Overall great food, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. $2 PBR on draft - see the drink menu pic I attached for all the choices.

The food was good and ready on time even though it was dinner rush hour. Ordered the seafood platter. I was disappointed they substituted clam strips for scallops and never mentioned it.

Food is great, parking and having food ready on time can be challenging at times when they are busy, which they are alot because they're very good.

Good food, good atmosphere, I have also ordered delivery. The only time I went to the place, it was packed and our food took forever. Also delivery takes a while, but they were short staffed. That's why the 4 stars. Otherwise great!

Best pizza ever hands down, especially with the sweet sauce. Cash is alittle cheaper which is nice and the girls are usually sweet that work there. I’ve waited over 20 minutes past the time and I’ve also walked in and walked out in 2 seconds with a hot pizza so it depends on the day for sure. They’re foods the best!!

Used to be really good a few years ago. Last 2 times we ordered (November and yesterday) the pizza was not cooked all the way and chewy crust. Disappointing.

New customer, won't be back. We ordered a chicken finger sub, double toasted & fries. Fries were fantastic. Sub was burnt. The ends were actually blackened, burnt.

This is a local fav, with local owners in a small town. Large menu with an adjoining bar that has a nice local, chill vibe. Pepperoni pizza w/ regular sauce: 7/10 - I've never seen pepperoni so small! Chicken Fingers, plain: 7/10 - great taste, cooked perfectly and 5 to an order. But...talk about shrinkflation. There is more breading than chicken. Chicken Wings, plain with medium buffalo on the side: 8/10 - pretty yummy. Good flavor buffalo sauce. The blue cheese is a little weak, but got the job done. Good service - they actually called us back because they forgot our wings. Some of the celery was bad. Too long pre-bagged. **Don't forget to tap that ❤️ at the bottom here 😀.

Service was absolutely terrible tonight. This has been one of our favorites to order pizza and wings from. Honestly, after the poor customer service I had tonight, I don’t think we will be ordering from there for awhile. I ordered $87 worth of food: half sheet with 30 wings(half medium and half bourbon bbq), potato skins, jalapeno poppers, 10 bbq boneless wings. Was told 40 minutes. Got there 42 minutes later and still had to wait another six minutes. They got my name wrong…I’m used to it…whatever. Got home ready to eat. My daughter opened up her boneless wings and it was traditional wings. I immediately called and told them. They told me to bring the wrong wings down and they would give me my boneless wings. No apology was stated. I get down there and had to wait. They gave me the bbq boneless wings. NO APOLOGY. Got home to cold food. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

We have been coming to chops for almost 8 years now...and my family and friends have never had a complaint, we were very happy to support a young local business...that being said, lately things just seems to be getting more and more bland... the pizza is ok ... if you eat it immediately, and the wings the last 3 times have been huge... big nobly rounds and barley any edible meat on them... 2 visits ago they were raw still, and we don't want to be complainers... but I felt compelled to say something here in the hopes that maybe chop will get this constructive criticism, and maybe put a little bit more quality control into his business, especially since wings are super expensive... and it seems to that the quality has dipped ever since the opening of the bar... Please don't get me wrong, I want to keep coming to this fantastic place! But I have years of experience in the food service and preparation industry, and have run kitchens, and I understand, so please take this and move forward to better quality food!

So disappointed. I drive to this particular pizzeria 2 times per year because I live in Rochester. Yesterday was my birthday and I made the drive to get my FAVORITE pizza! 62 miles driven only to be greeted by the most miserable woman I had met. While the pizza was amazing and fresh (had to wait 15 min for a fresh pie), no big deal, the woman with burgundy hair, and a tattoo on her right wrist seemed so inconvenienced when I ordered 5 slices! She stated, “well I only have one”, I said I drove a long way for these slices so I don’t mind waiting. She went back in the pizza kitchen and didn’t see her until the pizza came out. She didn’t converse, the pizza was thrown in the box on no foil or lining, just plain poor service. The recipe is still stellar but the service will make me think twice before I make the drive...bummer Lastly, she needs to wear her mask OVER her nose!

How long does it take to make 2 burgers and onion rings ??? ...it was a Monday, they were not busy at all , I remembered they had good burgers ... we stopped there after playing disc golf at the Gasport ravine . Ordered within 5 minutes of sitting down ... after 45 minutes we asked were our food was ... "oh they are working on it" ...and we got a second beer .. I think that she forgot to put the order in... she didn't seem very bright... at 1 hour and 20 minutes ...still no food .. we finished our beers , I slammed down a $20 on the bar .. "we are out of here" ... she ran to the kitchen then came back out ..." they are almost done" ... "too late" I said . ..so I paid $20 for 4 beers and left hungry ... total incompetance ... we will NOT be going back to the Chop Shop any time soon .

Order 2 cold subs they said 35 minutes that's to long for just 2 cold subs I get there to pick and they have set them on the oven and they were warm.thats not what I ordered

One of the potholes in the parking lot ripped my tire. Cost to replace 1 year old tire =$230.00. (Very expensive turkey club) Spoke to the owner of the pizzeria who took no accountability and asked “which pothole was it?” then commented that this is NOT the first time a car was damaged by that certain pothole (One would think after one car was damaged it would be taken care of) He then told me it was the property owners responsibility to repair the pavement. I was given the property owner’s phone number which I called numerous times with no answer. Terrible customer service and business management. Don’t forget your spare tire and jack when you plan on visiting this fine establishment. Even one star is way too high of a rating.

Pizza was terrible, wings were dry, we asked for no garlic on pizza and it was loaded with garlic, my sister has told me they only get this place cause its the only place delivers, I will never order there again! If I visit my sister I will pickup from somewhere in Lockport, even the worst pizza place which is Marks pizza is better!

I heard good things, so i finally try, and omg it was the grossest pizza i have ever tasted. I took 1 bite, tasted like greasy card board with Italian seasoning, it was soooooo gross

Everything we order from chops there is always something wrong with our order. Iff we order fingers we don't recieve the fries. When we order pizza sometimes it's not done or they say 30 to 35 mins and they come back and say it will be another 15 to 20 mins later when I go pick up. One time in the bar at 12:00 it took 40 mins just to get fingers and wings. This is not a pizza place that just opened but you would never know it. We are all done ordering from Chops!

First off this place has really gone downhill in the past few years. I ordered a sub for delivery which took over 2 hours to receive. Upon arrival my chicken finger sub has no lettuce, tomato, onion or cheese like ordered simply bread chicken fingers and jalapeños. I called to inform the shop and their solution was sending a container of lettuce onion and tomato to me!!!! Couldn’t even eat anything the residue of jalapeños was engrained in the bread and meat… I had to work with no dinner thanks to food I paid for that was not prepared even close to correct. The manager could care less. I’m never ordering from here again!!

I ordered a small supreme pizza tonight. When I placed my order they didn't give me a time for my delivery. I waited 1.5hr for my pizza to arrive. It was cold and soggy and not very good looking. Had I been told it would be over a hour for delivery I wouldn't have placed my order at all. Another epic fail for the chop shop. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I would rather drive to somewhere in Lockport for a hot delicious pizza. Your quality of food is very poor and prices are far to high.

Literally the worst pizza place within a 50 mile radius. The pizza is floppy taste like cardboard. They let you put flavor on the crust which does not change the flavor and when you order online or through the phone, they don’t deliver within the time specified they’ll take two hours and it shows up as a greasy mess and it’s cold. Do not eat here do not support this business. Hopefully, we can get them to go out of business.

I ordered for the second time because I absolutely LOVED There BBQ wings the first time. I picked up my order about 10:30 on a Saturday night. Employees were still receiving a bunch of orders and there was 3 other customers waiting on there orders in store. By the time I got home and ate what I could of the 1/2 sheet and 30 wings that appeared to be very much OVER cooked so much so that my son would eat more that 2 of them! I managed to eat 4 of them they still had great flavor but so tough they were hard and my opinion not edible!! Because they were bizzy and it being so late I waiting to call until the next day.. I was offered 15% discount now mind u that 24 wings were not consumed due to restaurants over cooking them... I get it things happen but what gets me is I was offered the 15% because I waiting to call.. it was closed, it was late, I wasn't happy after spending almost 60.00 and not getting to enjoy what I wanted to eat, now I can't get a 3rd of the order replaced or even 1/2 because I didn't call at midnight when I'm sure they would have probably not have answered, if they were still there. Idk (only my 2nd experience) unaware of the way things are done. (Just moved back from Florida). They lady I spoke to was going to call the owner and give me a call back... no phone call Sunday night no phone call Monday so Tuesday (TODAY) I call only to be made once again like it was my fault in some way cuz I didn't call. Never mind no call back to me for over two days... WELL my names in the book for 15% off!!! No apologies for the inconvenience over cooked food or the phone call that was never Returned. And I still have the wings was willing to bring them down.. pretty upset about this one!!! Not very good customer satisfaction at all and it's to bad cuz I really like the food the first time!
