Been here many times and never been disappointed... excellent food, drinks and a well trained staff. Just wonderful... Yeah, keep coming back and not only never disappointed but it seems to be getting better. Their Tuesday happy hour is the bomb...

I was invited here for a family event and we had a delicious dinner! My favorite parts of the meal were the shirley temple, the steak, and the almond cake that finished off the meal. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, would love to come here again!

Sadly this will be my last review of Michaels on Naples They are closing their doors September 30th. I can't even count how many wonderful memories, turn dining special occasions and holidays and just for the delicious food. Mossimo and the whole staff are always absolutely amazing. They were pioneers in Long Beach and there will never be anything like it ever again, thank you Michael and Massimo for the wonderful era 💐🥂🍷

Michael’s on Naples is one of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach. It’s a small Italian Restaurant located in Naples. All though the inside decor doesn’t seem to impress many, I guarantee their dishes will make up for it. They also offer a good wine list for all wine lovers. I usually prefer to be seated upstairs, especially when it’s nice outside. They use to have a nice outdoor fireplace, but it was recently remodeled and they added a bar. It’s still nice, but I loved enjoying my wine upstairs by the fireplace. Enjoy!

Fantastic food and wine paired beautifully with attentive and friendly service. The giant ravioli special was nothing short of amazing. It featured an interesting combination of cheese and egg inside, along with wild black trumpet mushrooms. The Spigola - pan seared white sea bass over venere rice was both visually and flavorfully stunning. What an incredible meal!

Was treated to a very special evening for my 30th. I’ve always wanted to experience a tasting of Louis XIII, and was lucky to get that opportunity at Michaels! The manager guided me through on how to best enjoy the experience. Thanks for help making my birthday special 🖤

Michael’s on Naples was an unforgettable dining experience on the rooftop, which also has an upstairs bar. As soon as you enter this restaurant, the elegant ambiance and beautiful decor is extraordinary. We truly enjoyed all the courses by Executive Chef Eric Samaniego and savored every bite!! Great quality ingredients and spectacular plating!! Each dish came out looking so beautiful!! The food surpassed all expectations! The combination of flavors was unique and delicious!

We are happy to have this restaurant here on Naples Island community of Long Beach. The menu is a myriad of Italian deliciousness. The orecchiette pasta e salsiccia & Branzino are my favorites. Great Italian wine selection - Brunello's! Love the upstairs bar with its friendly atmosphere. A definite must dinner destination. Staff is awesome! Fine dining at its best. Hope to see you here!

We stumbled upon this gem online and decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday here on a Sunday evening. Despite it being low-key, the food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed the mixed meat appetizer and three different pasta dishes, each of which were amazing. The food was of a fine dining quality, but the atmosphere was more relaxed and beachy. We also appreciated being able to watch the SNF game and wildcard baseball playoff without any distractions. Overall, a delightful experience with great food and a cozy atmosphere.

A pleasant surprise. Found it online. Took our daughter here to celebrate her birthday. It was a Sunday, early evening, so pretty low key. But the service and food were fantastic! We had the mixed meat appetizer and three different pasta dishes. Each were amazing. The food is on par with any fine dining place, but the vibe is a little more beach casual (which is right up our alley). We had an exquisite meal while the SNF game was on one TV and the wildcard baseball playoff was on another. Never a distraction, but rather another little bonus.

The attention to detail in the décor and layout enhanced the dining experience, making us feel like honored guests from the start. Though we opted out of cocktails, the tempting array of libations hinted at the skilled craftsmanship of the bartenders. Instead, my daughter and I indulged in Stillwater and sparkling water, respectively, both impeccably served and ensuring our glasses were never empty throughout the evening. Our server, Bleue, deserves special commendation for her exceptional service. With a warm smile and extensive knowledge of the menu, she guided us through our culinary journey with grace and attentiveness, enhancing our overall experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the food. Executive Chef Eric Samaniego's culinary prowess was evident in every dish we savored. The Pólipo, featuring Grilled octopus, fingerling potatoes, spring onions, and hazelnut chili crunch, was a symphony of flavors and textures that delighted our palates. Next, we indulged in the Gnocchi, delicate potato dumplings paired with braised short rib and taleggio cheese gnocchi, atop a bed of polenta. Each bite was a revelation, showcasing Chef Samaniego's mastery of Italian cuisine. And finally, the pièce de résistance - the Grilled prime 32 oz bone-in ribeye steak, drizzled with Tuscan olive oil and rosemary. Cooked to perfection, each bite melted in our mouths, leaving us craving more. To end our culinary journey on a sweet note, my daughter opted for gelato, while I indulged in the Torta della Nonna. Both desserts were exquisite, providing a perfect conclusion to an exceptional meal. In summary, our experience at Michael's on Naples was nothing short of extraordinary. From the impeccable service to the sensational cuisine, every aspect of our evening was meticulously crafted to perfection. I recently dined at Michael’s on Naples and had an unforgettable experience. The customer service was truly top-notch. everyone was attentive and went above and beyond, not only with usual services but also by helping with my newborn and stroller needs, making the dining experience even smoother. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the food. The lasagna was exceptional, perfectly layered, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight! I also tried their pistachio pizza, and it was a revelation. The combination of flavors was unique and delicious, with a perfect balance of savory and nutty. Local gem without the hassle of leaving Long Beach. Right on Naples Island, steps from the beautiful canals is the wonderful upscale Italian restaurant. We sat on the roof which was shaded nicely and open/airy. The service was very attentive and professional. We had three courses and split each dash. House-made burrata was amazing. Wonder zucchini blossoms, crispy and hot. The homemade pasta was light, delicate, and had been cooked to the right doneness. The Branzino was artfully deboned and beautifully presented while being perfectly seasoned.

Mixed reviews this evening, but overall it was still wonderful. We ordered a quick appetizer before our real dinner at a place down the street. The octopus was phenomenally cooked and the smashed potato was an excellent pairing. I didn't love the wine or the cocktails but the bartender was awesome and gave us a lot of great tips and recommendations. Their coffee Negroni was superb. The staff did what they could and we appreciate them. Still one of my favorite Italian spots in SoCal.

Everything was amazing. The pasta however was not met with favor. The ladies hated every item on the pasta tasting, but the men loved everything on the chef’s tasting and of course we shared. The staff did what they could and we appreciate them. Still one of my favorite Italian spots in SoCal.

Its going to hold your wallet so know what your coming for. However the dishes are pleasantly and surprisingly good and offer unique touches that set this apart from a more traditional Italian place. Wait staff was on point and ready at the drop to serve you well. I suggest reservations. An interesting observation is the two different "looks" so choose wisely because its a different party.

Our server Blu was excellent & made you want to try what she suggested based on her knowledge of the menu & how she described it. You could taste the freshness which I loved. Loved the Moscato wine as well!
