Best comfort food burger joint ever!!! The burgers are always fresh and the fries are delicious. Chili cheese fries are the best and the teriyaki plate is delicious as well. The vibe is kinda of a whole in the wall but the food is so good you dont mind.

The teriaky chicken is very good also teriaky beef, the cheese burguers and pastrami sandwich, i visited this place since 2001 and the same cook the little guy very nice guy.

I have gone here since college, over thirty-five years. A good spot that serves large portions for not cheap, but certainly fair prices. Around 15 years ago, my younger Brother introduced me to their Chicken Teriyaki plate. It is basically all I have ordered there, since. It's really good, served with rice, and rather sizable. Cooked to order each time, I love it! I currently live around 1,900 miles East of there, and there's nothing like it in the vicinity. God, I miss Los Angeles. Check it out, if you can!

One of my favorite go to spots. I've been going to for years for some of the best teriyaki on the Northside of Long Beach. I even switch it up. An order my favorite dish from them and it's not on the menu. I've suggested it to them to add on the menu and name it after me lol jk. The chicken teriyaki fries with extra cheese and grilled onions. Don't knock it til you've tried it. Promise you that you will be back for them. Thank me later.

All the food is delicious fast easy and very good prices on food and portions. Ordering ahead is best if crowded and you will never be disappointed. Good for breakfast lunch and dinner options

This has been my neighborhood restaurant for 21 years. Different managers over time and still the same original quality and service. There's a variety of healthy entrées as well as heart stoppers. The Philly cheese has always been my usual special. It's made with real steak not that shredded processed meat the corporate restaurants fork out.

Hit me with my friend I think he has lunch here quite a bit, the food was normal nothing fancy customer service was okay it was older lady so it was good service and the atmosphere the place needs a little bit of work I don't know if it's just a neighborhood but when I come back again maybe not.

Staff members are very kind. Chefs are interactive with customers where they're happy to make your order specialized. Service is fast and professional. Food is always good and I like how they separate the French fries in an entirely different bag separate from everything else.

I've been here twice, the first time I ordered the carne asada plate...They were a little stingy with the meat. This time I ordered the chicken teriyaki and the dish had plenty of meat and it was very good. I'm satisfied with the food, the service is ok. I like the fact that I can sit at the outside table area with my dog and people watch.

Pros: Teriyaki is YUMMY! Burgers and fries are great too. Staff are usually very nice. Cons: The place is not that clean and sometimes have some pretty sketchy people in and around it.

Hmmm Golden Burger has good food and is very popular with the locals. The price is right too but you would probably want to get it to go. The atmosphere is not a relaxing one. You kind of have to keep your guard up mainly due to it's location.The inside of the hamburger stand is a throw back from the 80s or 90s but the food is good!

Ordered chicken teriyaki plate with rice and fries, chicken was still cold kike it was put in the microwave to melt it and the rice was hard at least the fries where good but didn't get any free thousand islands poor service n staff n it was the morning shift some Asian dude at the cashier

Good Burgers! Price is good, and portions are right! Bathroom needs some work just went in to wash my hand but pretty bad smell and totally dirty. Overall ok. Nothing I would go out of the way for!

Ordered a family pack from the menu posted by the place that shows $21.99. Ended up paying almost $50 altogether. Talk about inflation. When I brought it up the lady said "menu must be 10 years ago hahaha" but it clearly shows it was just posted over a year ago. It was a pick up order and I had no intention of going back and fourth so I simply paid and left since I was already hungry. The buger was good however I have never seen a patty so thin before I think the tomato slice was bigger than the actual patty. All and all would not go back.

If you are not afraid of spicy food, add your salsa and pico de gallo inside your burrito.

Having to pay $0.25 to use the bathroom, that was disgusting and dirty, kind of put me off from wanting to order at all. So I didn't.

Lots of hype for exceptionally low quality teriyaki. The meat tasted like it came from a can. It was just chewy teriyaki chicken over White rice. Some would veggies to add a little quality but they don't have any.

I used to go to this place when I went to Compton college the pastrami was the best. I came recently but didn't have a taste for pastrami l just wanted a cheeseburger combo. The service was excellent I have no problems with that and it was clean but the burger was mediocre at best the fries had no seasoning if so I didn't taste it and the drink had cold spots it wasn't completely cold and I didn't sip on it until I was almost finished my burger and fries. I would have to pass on going again.

I had the teriyaki chicken before and it wasn't too bad. Today 10-15-16 I had it and it was the worst teriyaki in the world. The taste and the texture was very bad. I didn't even want to give it to my dog.

The customer service is not that great place an order over the phone and they cook the food until you get there… And also they have gave me cold fries And one of the cooks that used to work there I’ve seen him spit in somebody’s food and still make the cheeseburger now he works at the liquor store next-door and he’s racist

I visited this place on Nov.15th with my 2 adult children. Ordered 3 meals paid over $30. Asian gentlemen took order when we began to eat my son went back to ask about extra sauce he ordered an was argued with by gentlemen who took order. I finally spoke up an said here I will pay for the extra sauce again because he already charged for 4 extra sauce an he continued to argue thru an said he was just trying to make a point...I paid for a meal which was over cost an not all that good but not horrible, I did not pay for a lesson he thought I he needed to point out. Point made $0.50 was worth all that, an a bad review an I will not be back. Shame on you for treating paying customers an you are the owner. Where is your pride of ownership. Point gotten!!!

Hours of operation advertised on Google are inconsistent with when they are actually open. On 3 separate occasions I’ve attempted to pick up food within the hours listed on Google (as well as on their door) and they were closed without any notification or update. Will not be supporting this business again.

Have been a continuous customer until today. The last two times my burgers were cold and not tasting the same as usually. I typically call in orders to prevent from waiting at the restaurant on my food. All in all, I called in my order for a Jr. Burger they made the mistake and made a Double Burger. And refused to give it to me for the price of the JR for the inconvenience. And told me I need to wait for them to make my correct order... Okay so I sit down so they can make my order, after sitting there for a few moments. The head lady informs me they will not cook my food until I pay... Mind you by this time I got out of line and their were four other people waiting in line... Uhhhh so you want me to wait extra time now.. by the time I get up there I’m waiting on four other orders, when 20 minutes ago I called in my order to prevent from waiting in the restaurant... 1. Customer is waiting a longer time. 2. Your wasting food regardless. 3. The lady was rude. Customer service is TERRIBLE! I will never be back. Suggestion: Go to Douglas straight down Long Beach Blvd, going towards Market Street. Burgers are way better quality. They have a better layout and much more structure. They will never fail you!!
